SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26) application of the first cleaning agent, then rolling the rolled product with limited air access is carried out (for example, the rolled product is placed in a plastic bag for 15-20 minutes), then the sorbent device removes the remnants of the first tool, after which the product is dried and a second cleaning agent is applied after drying means, after which the removed residues second detergent sorbing device (adsorbent, absorbent, absorbent article) and the product dried at 'the straightened form, wherein the first h Do not use cleaning agent comprises surfactant in an amount of 1-10 wt.%, the rest is water, the second aqueous cleaning agent comprises plant extracts in an amount of 1-10% by weight the remainder being water.
As a sorbing device, you can use a damp terry cloth (for example, a damp terry towel containing cotton). The use of terry cloth will allow to achieve high sorption of the deposited products and the impurities dissolved in them with a high prevalence of the sorbing device.
The application of the first and second cleaning agents can be carried out by aerosol methods, the first agent being applied by means of a spray head with a dispenser. Aerosol application ensures uniformity of application, and the use of a spray head with a dispenser will improve the uniformity of application of the cleaning agent.
Additionally, primary cleaning of coarse impurities can be carried out before basic cleaning using a third specialized cleaning agent containing surfactants (for example, liquid soap) in the amount of May 1–20. % the rest is water. Primary cleaning of coarse dirt using a specialized cleaning agent will achieve the best cleaning results.
After removal of the first cleaning agent, it is possible to perform additional removal of grease contaminants using a fourth specialized cleaning agent containing an emulsion of fatty oils in an amount of 1-20% of the rest of the water. Additional removal of contaminants (additional cleaning) will further increase the degree of purification from grease (cosmetics, grease stains, etc.) and improve the overall cleaning result of the fur product. Variant of implementation of the claimed technical solution. Production example. The mink coat received for cleaning had contamination in the form of lipstick residues, coarse contamination of unknown origin, dust deposits.
The primary cleaning was carried out as follows: a third specialized cleaning agent was applied to contaminants of unknown origin using a spray bottle, which was then removed with a clean, damp terry towel.
Then, preliminary cleaning was carried out: the first cleaning agent was applied to the product by spraying, without getting the product on the leather base, then the product was crawled for 20 minutes in a plastic bag, then the remnants of the first product were removed with a clean, damp terry clean towel, after which the product was straightened and dried on the shoulders.
Since the product had fatty contaminants in the form of cosmetic residues (lipstick), an additional cleaning of the residual fatty contaminants was carried out using a fourth cleaning agent, the remnants of which, together with cosmetic (fatty) contaminants, were removed with a clean, damp terry towel. After the final removal of traces of cosmetics, the product was dried.
After removing all visible impurities, the main cleaning was carried out using a second cleaning agent: a second cleaning agent was applied to the product by spraying, without contacting the leather base, then the remaining product was removed with a clean towel, after which the product was straightened and dried on the shoulders.
The effectiveness of the proposed method of cleaning fur products is confirmed by tests for which samples were prepared with specially applied contaminants in the form of bedsores with spoiled food products (low-quality stew during rotting) applied to the hairline. The test results are summarized in table 1 "Chemical analysis and physico-mechanical tests of skin tissue and hairline skins." From the table it follows that the best results for the main parameter affecting the durability of the fur product - abrasion of the hairline are achieved by applying the proposed method. Other parameters of the product as a whole practically do not deteriorate. Table ical analysis and physical and mechanical tests of the skin tissue and hairline of skins

SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26) The technical result is an increase in the efficiency of cleaning and restoration of the structure of the hairline is achieved by the fact that the first (washing) cleaning agent containing a relatively low amount of surfactants does not violate the natural structure of the hairline of the fur product, while increasing the effectiveness of the effect on pollution as a result of bedding. After removing the first cleaning agent and drying the hairline returns to its original form without the main amount of contamination. After applying a second cleaning agent containing plant extracts and removing it with a sorbent device, the natural structure of the hairline is restored and the residual contaminants and residues of the first cleaning agent are washed off.
