Abstract
Electrolyzed water with negative charge, pH=12.5 +/- 1.5 used as multi-purpose cleaner in cleaning and sterilizing different surfaces as glass, marble, ceramic, mirrors, walls, furniture, electrical instruments, toilets and bathrooms, carpets, floors, plastic, metals, rubber, kitchens, toys, fish tanks, pets, stains in restaurants, nicotine stains on the walls, and removing stains from clothes & Fabrics, cleaning & sterilizing hands and body, cleaning and disinfecting fruits and vegetables and polishing metals, gold & silver.
Description
Electrolyzed Alkaline Water Multipurpose Cleaner pH 12.5+/-1.5
Technical Field
All purpose cleaners and detergents .
Background Art
1. Glass cleaners
2. Detergents for clothes to clean and remove stains and spots .
3. Detergents for surfaces and floors .
4. Detergents for vegetables and fruits.
5. Materials to polish metals as silver and gold.
6. Air refresher and deodorants to remove odors ( as nicotine odor ) from the surrounding atmosphere .
Problems in background art
1. Detergents available in the market as glass cleansers , surface cleansers for floor , marble , wood & furniture , Clothes detergents , cleansers used for vegetables and fruits depend on chemical ingredients for their effect as ethanol , isopropanol, ammonia , sulphonic acid , sodium lauryl ether sulphate, triclosan , sodium permanganate .
2. Materials used to polish metals as gold , silver and other metals are drastic materials which can cause skin burns due to its content of high percentage of chemicals as sodium carbonate .
3. Chemical detergents can not be used to clean vegetables and fruits as they are harmful to health .
3. Industrial detergents form great foam so required rinsing several times to get rid of this foam.
4. Industrial detergents are not safe for children and can cause serious health hazards if accidentally ingested .
5. There is no multipurpose detergent that can be used to clean and sanitize surfaces and clothes , clean vegetables and fruits and polish metals .
Disclosure of the Invention
1. Pure water is subjected to electrolysis process where positive ions are separated from the negative ions and negative ions are collected together to produce strong alkaline water of pH 12.5+/- 1.5.
2. This process results in a safe product which can be used to clean furnaces and refrigerators with no harm if it get in contact with food .
No need to worry about over-spray as it is safe on and around food.
3. As it is safe , it can be used to clean and sanitize children toys .
4. It can be used to clean and sanitize skin and hands .
5. As this water has pH of 12.5 +/- 1.5 so it has a bacteria-killing properties. It is effective against E-CoIi , Salmonella Typhi, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa .(See Fig. 1)
6. How does it work ? a. Surfactant effect : Water molecules tend to permeate between dirt and objects and are able to lift off dirt more effectively than ordinary water. (See Fig. 2) b. Detachment , Dispersion : This water envelops the molecules of objects and dirt changing the electric potential entirely into negative potential. Consequently, the dirt molecules and the surface of objects, which have taken on the same negative potential, repel each other and separate. (See Fig. 3) c. Emulsification and separation : Molecules of grease are emulsified in this water. (See Fig. 4) d. Soap effect : When dirt emulsifies with fat and oil in this electrolyzed water, it will turn into liquid soap, thus displaying the same cleaning effect as detergent. As a result, oily stains become easy to wash off and remove. (See fig. 5)
7. Due to the negative charge of this water , it has antioxidant effect so it does not cause rust to metals unlike normal water .
What is new in the invention ?
1. The secret of this new water cleaner lies in activating the power and improving the performance of water by using special electrolysis technology. This is completely different from the concept of making a cleaner by adding dirt-removing ingredients to the water, as is the case in other cleaners and detergents.
2. It does not produce soap bubbles so no need for rinsing .
3. Due to its negative charge , it has an antistatic function on physical surfaces after cleaning . This helps prevent dirt sticking to these surfaces again and makes them easy to clean next time .
3. It has a sterilizing effect as it causes the lyses of proteins forming the microbial cell surface .
4. Safe to skin , can be used for cleaning in the vicinity of people with allergies, babies and elderly people, as well as food (vegetable & fruits, fish, meat). It also removes any residual chemicals on vegetables and fruits due to fertilizers .It will even sterilize food toxins and remove smells.
5. Multi-purpose detergent which eliminates the need to have a host of different cleaners for different tasks.
6. Ideal for situations where you don't want to or cannot use a conventional cleaner, example near food, the inside of refrigerators and microwave ovens, barbecue utensils, stainless steel, finger prints, babies' toy, fish tanks, sensitive and allergic personal conditions, marine products and related activities.
7. It is a clean reduced water , it protect things that have been cleaned with it from rust and corrosion .
8. It is colourless and odourless product. It does not emit any odour or toxic fumes
9. It can remove bad smells from the surrounding atmosphere.
10. It can be used to clean pets and animals as it is safe and it has a deodorant effect .

• It can be used to clean all public transport as buses , taxis , trains
7. Carpets cleaning
For fiber stains , spray and let stand to penetrate then rub off with damp cloth or rinse off.
8. Deodorant effect
• For clothes with tobacco or food smell , just spray on them .
• Good as foot deodorant and for smelly helmet and boots.
• It can be sprayed into air to remove bad odors as nicotine odor .
9. Body and hands cleaning
• Spray this water on a piece of cloth or a handkerchief , then wipe with it the required place .
• It is used for personal cleaning if someone is unable to have a bath ( illness , severe injury) .
• It is effective to wipe sweat , dirt and fat off your skin with this water . It is very safe to use on skin.
lO.Professional cleaning
• Alkaline water is ideal for cleaning tools and machinery in factories .
• Alkaline water is also ideal for cleaning and sanitizing areas in food production and packaging places in food industry .
• Alkaline water is safe and effective in cleaning schools , kindergartens , child care centers .
• It Cleans all commercial buildings, public buildings, air port terminals, public toilets, commercial kitchens,
Brief Description of Drawings
Fig. 1 '. shows the pH scale from 1-14 indicating the uses of electrolyzed water in each pH range . Our invented water has pH of 12.5 +/- 1.5 so it has a bacteria-killing properties. a , b & c represent the pH range from 1 to 14 where :
a : Acidic b : Neutral c : Alkaline d : Sterilizing ( Water has sterilizing effect in the pH range of 1.5-2.5 & 12.5-13.5 e : Industrial Device ( Water can be used as industrial device in the pH range of 1.5-4.5 & 10.5-13.5

• Starting from Fig. 2 till Fig.5 explains the steps for the mechanism of action of this water as a detergent .
Fig. 2 shows the Surfactant effect : Water molecules tend to permeate between dirt and objects and are able to lift off dirt more effectively than ordinary water, a : Dirt b : Object
Fig. 3 shows the Detachment & Dispersion step where This water envelops the molecules of objects and dirt changing the electric potential entirely into negative potential. Consequently, the dirt molecules and the surface of objects, which have taken on the same negative potential, repel each other and separate, a : Dirt b : Object
