コンビニエンスストア、スーパーマーケット、オフィスビル等で、化学床タイル、石床等が施工されている場合、床面を保護する目的から合成樹脂ワックスをつや出し剤として塗布することが多い。この合成樹脂ワックスを塗布した床面は時間の経過に伴って歩行などの擦り傷が発生し、あるいは汚れが付着して美観が損なわれる。このため汚れた合成樹脂ワックスを洗浄により除去し、再度合成樹脂ワックスを塗布して床面の美観を回復させる方法が一般的に用いられている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明者等は、前記課題を解決するため鋭意研究を重ねた結果、テルペン系炭化水素とエタノールを含有した液体洗浄剤組成物を用いることが床面洗浄・補修作業を簡便にし、容易に床面の美観維持を可能とすることを見出して本発明に到達した。

本発明について、以下具体的に説明する。
本発明は、炭素数10のテルペン系炭化水素及びエタノールを含有する床用液体洗浄剤組成物及びそれを用いた床洗浄方法に関する。本発明の液体洗浄剤組成物は炭素数10のテルペン系炭化水素及びエタノールを含有する洗浄剤組成物である。テルペン系炭化水素としては、ミルセン、セレン、オシメン、ピネン、リモネン、カンフェン、テルピノーレン、トリシクレン、テルピネン、フェンチェン、フェランドレン、シルベストレン、サピアン、p−メンテン−1、p−メンテン−3、p−サイメン、p−メンタンなどを用いることができるが、好ましくはα−ピネン、β−ピネン、リモネン、p−メンテン−1、p−メンテン−3、p−サイメン、p−メンタンであり、最も好ましくはリモネンである。

本発明で用いるリモネンとしては、合成リモネン、天然リモネン、更にリモネンを主成分とする天然精油、例えばオレンジオイル、レモンオイル、グレープフルーツオイル、マンダリンオイル、タンジェリンオイル等を使用できる。環境上からは、柑橘類から得られるd−リモネンを主成分としたものが更に好ましい。
本発明の洗浄剤組成物において、リモネン等のテルペン系炭化水素/エタノールの組成物中濃度比率は、好ましくは25〜80重量%/75〜20重量%、より好ましくは30〜50重量%/70〜50重量%である。
