本発明は、合成樹脂ワックスを塗布した床を洗浄する際に用いられる洗浄剥離剤組成物（以下、「洗浄剤組成物」と言う場合がある。）及び洗浄方法に関する。更に詳しくは、炭素数１０のテルペン系炭化水素及びエタノールを含有する床用洗浄剤組成物及びその洗浄剤組成物を用いた床の洗浄方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
コンビニエンスストア、スーパーマーケット、オフィスビル等で、化学床タイル、石床等が施工されている場合、床面を保護する目的から合成樹脂ワックスをつや出し剤として塗布することが多い。この合成樹脂ワックスを塗布した床面は時間の経過に伴って歩行などの擦り傷が発生し、あるいは汚れが付着して美観が損なわれる。このため汚れた合成樹脂ワックスを洗浄により除去し、再度合成樹脂ワックスを塗布して床面の美観を回復させる方法が一般的に用いられている。

この床面清掃作業は、床面に塗布されている合成樹脂ワックス皮膜を、洗浄剤を用いてブラッシングすることにより除去する方法で行われる。その洗浄剤として、従来はアルカリ成分を主体とし、これに界面活性剤及びビルダーを多量に含有させたものが使用されていた。従来の洗浄剤を用いた場合には、合成樹脂ワックスを再塗布する前に床面洗浄に用いた汚水の回収、その後の床面残存物処理、残存アルカリの中和などの作業に手間がかかっていた。

従来の洗浄剤に見られる、汚水の回収、床面残存物処理などの作業性の悪さを改善し、床面洗浄・補修作業を簡便に行うことができるような洗浄剤組成物及び洗浄方法を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明者等は、前記課題を解決するため鋭意研究を重ねた結果、テルペン系炭化水素とエタノールを含有した液体洗浄剤組成物を用いることが床面洗浄・補修作業を簡便にし、容易に床面の美観維持を可能とすることを見出して本発明に到達した。

本発明について、以下具体的に説明する。
本発明は、炭素数１０のテルペン系炭化水素及びエタノールを含有する床用液体洗浄剤組成物及びそれを用いた床洗浄方法に関する。本発明の液体洗浄剤組成物は炭素数１０のテルペン系炭化水素及びエタノールを含有する洗浄剤組成物である。テルペン系炭化水素としては、ミルセン、セレン、オシメン、ピネン、リモネン、カンフェン、テルピノーレン、トリシクレン、テルピネン、フェンチェン、フェランドレン、シルベストレン、サピアン、ｐ−メンテン−１、ｐ−メンテン−３、ｐ−サイメン、ｐ−メンタンなどを用いることができるが、好ましくはα−ピネン、β−ピネン、リモネン、ｐ−メンテン−１、ｐ−メンテン−３、ｐ−サイメン、ｐ−メンタンであり、最も好ましくはリモネンである。

本発明で用いるリモネンとしては、合成リモネン、天然リモネン、更にリモネンを主成分とする天然精油、例えばオレンジオイル、レモンオイル、グレープフルーツオイル、マンダリンオイル、タンジェリンオイル等を使用できる。環境上からは、柑橘類から得られるｄ−リモネンを主成分としたものが更に好ましい。
本発明の洗浄剤組成物において、リモネン等のテルペン系炭化水素／エタノールの組成物中濃度比率は、好ましくは２５〜８０重量％／７５〜２０重量％、より好ましくは３０〜５０重量％／７０〜５０重量％である。

本発明の洗浄剤組成物は室内で使用されることが多く、使用時の臭いが気になる場合がある。そのような場合には、上記に説明した組成物に消臭剤、脱臭剤、防臭剤、芳香剤から選ばれた1種以上を含有させることが好ましい。それらを含有させることにより、洗浄作業における作業者の作業を快適にすることができる。消臭剤、脱臭剤、防臭剤、芳香剤として、有機系、無機系、植物系、バイオ系、洗剤系、更に部屋・トイレ・生ごみ・ペット・タバコ用、感覚的消臭、化学的消臭、物理的消臭、生物学的消臭など多くのものが知られているが、本発明の作業者の作業を快適にするものであれば全てのものが使用できる。

市販品として、エステー化学、花王、小林製薬、エコム、環境浄化研究所など多くのメーカー等から提供されている。その中には、液状、スプレー状、微粉体状、固体状など種々の形状の製品があるが、本発明の洗浄剤組成物に含有させて使用できるものであればどれでもよい。例えば、小林製薬からの市販品である「無香空間」などが効果を発揮する。消臭剤、脱臭剤、防臭剤、芳香剤などは単独及びそれらを２種以上混合して用いることができる。また、消臭剤、脱臭剤、防臭剤、芳香剤などの洗浄剤組成物への添加量は、本発明の目的が達成できる量であればよいが、好ましくは０．５〜１０％程度が使用される。このほかに、更に任意成分として、界面活性剤、顔料、着色剤、香料、殺菌剤、防腐剤等を配合することができる。

リモネン等のテルペン系炭化水素を含有する洗浄剤組成物は特開平７−２７８５８９号公報、特開平１１−９２７９５号公報などに開示されているが、床洗浄用洗浄剤として用いられることは開示されていない。また、合成樹脂ワックスを塗布した床の洗浄剤が特開平５−１４０５９６号公報、特開２０００−３１１０９３号公報などに開示されているが、本発明の洗浄剤組成物とはまったく異なる組成物である。

市販の合成樹脂ワックス（ビッグコート）を４層塗布したホモジニアスビニル床タイル上に、表１に示す本発明の洗浄剤組成物１〜３を塗布した。比較例として市販の床用剥離剤（スーパーハクリ）を水で５倍に希釈して塗布した。次いで、電気ポリッシャーにて床をポリッシングして合成樹脂ワックス塗膜を剥離させた。ポリッシング後、床にたまった汚水を湿用掃除機で回収した。さらに、洗浄剥離剤の洗剤分を床に残さないようにモップで水拭きをした。床面を乾燥させた後、合成樹脂ワックスを再塗布した。その際の作業性として、洗浄剤の浸透性、汚水回収性、水拭作業性、作業危険性、を評価し、その結果を表１に示した。
