Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning/renovating method for cleaning/renovating a plastic floor and a cork floor which have been stained by accumulated smudges, etc., in a short period of time to like-new condition. SOLUTION: According to the method, a release agent is applied to a surface of the contaminated plastic floor and cork floor to accelerate the release of the smudges. The release agent contains amines and alcohols as main ingredients, and has viscosity of 90 to 200 poise at room temperature. Then, water in an amount five to ten times the amount of the release agent is sprayed, and releasing/cleaning member is rotatively slid to release and finely crush the accumulated smudges, followed by sucking and removing the same. Further, remaining moisture and sludge are absorbingly removed and dried by a water absorbing/cleansing member having flexibility and water absorbing property, and the floor surface is slightly roughly polished, followed by forming a surface protective layer by using a surface protective agent containing vanish or a urethane resin as a main ingredient.

[Prior art] Stores and office buildings, kindergartens and schools,
Buildings such as public facilities, hospitals, various halls, museums, etc. are variously decorated according to the purpose of use, so flooring materials include solid wood floors, wood plywood floors, cork floors, etc. Plastic floor using vinyl resin material, so-called P
Tile, plastic sheet flooring and the like are appropriately selected and used. Of these flooring materials, solid wood flooring is the most suitable flooring material because of its natural and luxury feeling and familiarity with walking, etc., but the cost of the flooring material is high and the construction period is long. Due to the high construction cost, the range of use in high-end stores, high-end houses, libraries, halls and the like is also limited. On the other hand, in recent years, with the progress of plywood technology, relatively inexpensive wooden plywood floors have been provided, and are being actively adopted in general stores, houses, kindergartens, schools, and the like. In addition, the floors of large facility buildings such as large stores, office buildings, hospitals, schools, etc. cover an extremely large area, so that the floor material and the construction cost are relatively inexpensive. Flooring is exclusively used.

[0003] The surface of the flooring material of these building facilities is always stepped on by the majority of users and users, etc., so that mud comes in from outside and is discharged and dropped from users and users. Various fine fragments, body fluids, food residues or naturally falling dust, etc., cause abrasion and damage, or discoloration due to long-term sunlight irradiation, discoloration due to propagation of bacteria, molds and the like, and secretions thereof As a result, the aesthetic value is lost due to the soiling caused by the surface deterioration due to the surface deterioration, or the soiling due to the adhesion of bodily fluids, excretions, food residues, etc. from the human body or pets in a residential building.

[0004] For this reason, the surface of the flooring is routinely cleaned with water and the like, and an aqueous coating agent such as wax or vinyl acetate is applied several times a year to form a coating layer on the surface of the flooring. In this situation, gloss is imparted and wear is prevented. However, in the means for forming a coating layer using waxes or coating agents, it takes a long time for the formed coating layer to sufficiently cure and exhibit abrasion resistance. Since the coating layer is fixedly formed in a state in which dust and the like are mixed and mixed, the coating layer in which mud and dust are mixed more and more is formed when the coating layer is repeatedly formed by the wax or the coating agent. Stacking results in increased fouling.

[0005] Accordingly, the floor material having increased contamination as described above must be replaced with a new floor material, but the new replacement requires not only the cost of the floor material but also a long construction period and a high construction cost. However, at present, enormous costs are required for the treatment of waste materials due to the replacement due to environmental restrictions. In view of such circumstances, the inventors and the like, particularly for wood flooring materials where the flooring material cost and construction cost are high, promote the peeling off of the piled soiled film, which has been increased in fouling with waxes and coating agents, with an alkali stripping agent. Peel off with a rotating brush while sprinkling water and pulverize to absorb vacuum,
Subsequently, the contaminants in the wood are foamed out by applying a hydrogen peroxide solution, bleached, bleached, sprinkled, washed and dried, thereby maintaining the appearance of the wood grain and imparting gloss and abrasion resistance. For this purpose, a technique for regenerating a surface protective layer with a varnish so as to regenerate it as new as a new article has been developed, and the technology has already rapidly spread as patent 2827163.

However, as flooring materials, plastic flooring materials and plastic sheet flooring materials, which are relatively inexpensive in terms of flooring cost and construction cost, are actually used in enormous quantities. Naturally, these flooring materials are also used. Due to the accumulation of fouling, replacement with new products is inevitable, so not only the flooring cost but also the construction cost is burdened, and disposal of waste materials is also a major problem. Furthermore, cork flooring, which has been attracting attention in nursing homes in recent years, has high water absorbency as a material, and therefore, the washing means by foaming bleaching and spraying by applying a large amount of hydrogen peroxide water used for wooden flooring is used as it is. In use, it has been found that not only takes a very long time to dry, but also the danger of degrading the cork material.

Accordingly, the inventors have conducted intensive studies on removing plastic flooring, plastic sheet-like flooring or cork flooring and regenerating them as if they were new. In addition to facilitating peeling of piles and contaminated materials of cork flooring with an alkali stripping agent, the use of amines as an alkali stripping agent can achieve safety during work and suppression of odor, and alcohol-based solvents The combination of the release agent enhances the penetration of the release agent and promotes the releasability, and the use of a relatively high-viscosity release agent prevents leakage even when using a large amount of water, including plastic flooring and Plastic sheet flooring is made of hydrophobic material, so the foaming and bleaching process with hydrogen peroxide can be eliminated. To investigate that can form a tough surface protective layer by the applied leading to the present invention. That is, an object of the present invention is to provide a cleaning and regenerating method that can easily and quickly wash a plastic flooring material, a plastic sheet flooring material, or a cork flooring material that has been soiled and regenerated as new.

The technical means used by the present invention to solve the above-mentioned problems is that a plastic flooring, a plastic sheet-like flooring, or a cork flooring for embodying the present invention is stretched. Move furniture, fixtures, equipment, furniture, furniture, etc. placed inside the compartment as much as possible out of the compartment, and clean them beforehand to remove scattered dust and accumulated dust on the flooring surface. A release agent containing amines and alcohol-based solvents as main components and having a viscosity of 90 to 200 poise at room temperature is applied over the entire surface of the floor material thus pre-cleaned, and is fixed to the surface of the floor material. In addition to promoting the peeling by infiltrating the contaminated contaminants, the water is sprinkled with water in an amount of 5 to 10 times the applied amount of the peeling agent, and the peeling / cleaning member having a lower hardness due to the surface hardness of the floor material is rotated and slid. [0009] Even when such a washing and peeling step is performed, a large amount of water droplets and moisture remain on various parts of the floor material surface, and fine contaminants accompanying peeling and pulverization of piled sludge are also removed. A large amount is attached. For this reason, following the washing and peeling step, a cleaning and drying step of absorbing and removing residual moisture and contaminants while rotating and sliding a water-absorbing cleaning member having flexibility and water absorbing properties and sufficiently drying the floor material surface is performed.

[0010] The floor material, particularly the plastic floor material and the plastic sheet-like floor material, which has been cleaned and peeled off by the water-absorbing cleaning member, is relatively hydrophobic in terms of the material, and the surface thereof is relatively free. Since a smooth state is maintained, a polishing step is performed in order to form a strong surface protective layer.
In this polishing step, a fine abrasive having a hardness such that the surface of the floor material is polished is dispersedly mixed or coated so that a substantially uniform sliding pressure is applied to the surface of the floor material that has been cleaned and dried. By performing polishing at a low speed and for a short time using the worn polishing member, the floor material surface is substantially polished slightly and relatively rough. The polishing layer is removed by suction.

On the floor material surface thus polished, the color, pattern and luster originally held by the floor material can be faithfully exhibited, and further, wear resistance enough to withstand frequent steps can be maintained. Therefore, the present invention resides in a method of cleaning and regenerating a plastic floor and a cork floor, which comprises a surface finishing step of applying and forming a surface protective layer with a surface protective agent containing varnish or urethane resin as a main component.

Since the present invention has the above-described configuration, it has the following functions. That is, heavy soiling that stains flooring materials may include mud or dust adhering and mixing at the time of film formation due to solidification of waxes or synthetic resin emulsion film agents such as vinyl acetate, or these formed films may be exposed to ultraviolet light or heat. Since it is produced by the adhesion of mud and dust in a viscous state due to deterioration due to oxidation or acid or alkali and degraded to low molecular weight, a release agent mainly composed of strongly alkaline amines and alcohol solvents is used. By applying to the surface of the floor material to which the piled soil has adhered, the alcohol-based solvent sufficiently penetrates into the piled soil together with the amines, and the peeling by alkali is promoted.
Since it has a relatively high viscosity of 0 poise, gaps and pores in the floor material are blocked, and water leakage is prevented even when a large amount of water is used.
Water is sprayed 5 to 10 times the amount of the applied peeling on the floor material surface where the peeling has been promoted, and the floor material surface is rotated and slid with a peeling cleaning member having a lower hardness than the floor material surface. Since the material is peeled off from the floor material surface and pulverized and mixed with water, it can be easily removed by vacuum suction.

Subsequently, the surface of the floor material is rotationally slid by a water-absorbing cleaning brush or pad having flexibility and water absorbency, so that the water-absorbing cleaning member is brought into close contact with the floor material surface and slidably rotated. Water droplets and moisture scattered throughout the surface of the flooring material and fine contaminants generated along with the pulverization of piled-up contaminants and remaining on the surface of the flooring material are surely absorbed and cleaned, and the subsequent drying time Is also significantly shortened. Then, a fine abrasive having a hardness enough to polish the surface of the floor material is dispersedly compounded or coated so that a substantially uniform sliding pressure is applied to the surface of the dried floor material. In order to perform low-speed and short-time polishing using a member,
The surface of the flooring material is slightly polished in a rough surface state and does not impair the original color and pattern of the flooring material, so that the original color and pattern of the flooring material can appear when forming the surface protective layer with the surface protective agent, In addition, since the area to which the surface protective agent is applied is significantly increased, a strong protective layer is formed.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG.
FIG. 1 is an explanatory view of a peeling and cleaning step, and shows a stack of contaminated materials 1A.
The surface of the floor material 1 on which the surface is adhered is preliminarily cleaned to remove dust and the like scattered on the surface of the floor material 1 before performing the separation cleaning. Thus, the release agent 2 is applied substantially uniformly over the entire surface of the floor material that has been cleaned beforehand. Of mud or synthetic resin emulsion coating agent due to adhesion or adhering of mud or dust when forming a solid coating film, or the formed film is degraded by ultraviolet rays, heat, oxidation or acid-alkali etc., and becomes viscous due to use Since it is formed by the adhesion and mixing of mud and dust accompanying the creation, or by the propagation of bacteria, fungi, etc., it can easily penetrate into the stacked soil 1A and promote the separation of the fixed surface. As required, amines are selected as alkali components for accelerating the peeling of the adhered surface in consideration of odor control during operation and use safety, and the amines are contained in the piled sludge 1A. Actively As a main component and an alcohol-based solvent in order to-tight.

Specific examples of the release agent 2 include 30 to 40% by weight of amines and 25 to 3 of alcoholic solvents.
5% weight, surfactant 2-5% weight and water 20-2
If the viscosity is too low, there is no danger of water leakage due to the use of a large amount of water because the effect of closing the gaps and pores in the flooring does not work, and the viscosity becomes too high. Since the permeability into the stacked soil 1A is deteriorated, one having about 90 to 200 poise at room temperature is advantageous in terms of applicability. In this case, the amines are desirably aliphatic amines, and the alcohol solvents are preferably propanol and butanol. The coating amount of the release agent 3 is present depending stuck and stacking degree of the material and the stacking contaminants 1A flooring, approximately 15 to approximately 18l is a measure to the floor material surface area 165m 2. Further, the release agent 2 is applied,
In order to realize effective stripping of the piled sludge 1A, it is important that the stripping agent 2 is sufficiently penetrated into the piled sludge 1A. Although it depends on the degree of stacking and the degree of sticking to the floor material surface, in the case of a general stacking soiled product 1A, approximately 6 hours after the release agent 2 is applied.

Water droplets and moisture are scattered everywhere on the surface of the floor material from which the piled-up soiled material 1A has been peeled off and washed and removed by suction. Since the extremely fine pollutant 1B is also scattered and adhered,
A cleaning and drying step for removing these and removing the floor material surface is performed. In the cleaning and drying step, as shown in FIG. 2, a water-absorbing cleaning member 3F is used to surely absorb and remove moisture remaining on the surface of the flooring material and contaminants 1B adhering and scattering to perform cleaning. Since the member 3F is required to have sufficient flexibility and to be in close contact with the surface of the flooring material and to absorb water and contaminants, the cotton yarn material is usually entangled to a required thickness. A so-called clean pad 3F, a so-called Lyan pad, is used by being mounted on the rotary sliding machine 3D. The surface of the floor material that has been cleaned by absorbing and removing the remaining moisture and contaminants is air-dried by a large electric fan 3G so as to be sufficiently dried in preparation for the subsequent polishing step and surface finishing step. It is more effective if the room air is heated to about 30 to 32 ° C. by a jet fan at a high humidity or a low temperature when the room air is heated.

After the surface of the flooring material is sufficiently dried, the color and pattern originally held by the flooring material are reproduced without losing them, and a strong surface protection layer 5 is formed by the surface protection agent 5A. The polishing step shown in FIG. In this polishing step, the surface of the floor material is slightly polished, more specifically, the polishing thickness is about 0.1 to 0.3 mm, and the surface of the floor material is polished to a uniform rough surface state. . For this purpose, the sliding pressure is applied to the surface of the flooring material almost uniformly, and the polishing member 3H having a hardness enough to gently polish the surface of the flooring material is mounted on the rotary sliding machine 3D to perform the rotary sliding. Done. In such a case, what is essential is that the polishing member 3H is brought into contact with the floor material surface with a uniform sliding pressure, and the polishing member 3H is entangled with the fiber material such as nylon 6 or nylon 12 to have a thickness of at least 20 mm. In addition to imparting a cushioning property by mixing, a fine abrasive such as aluminum oxide is preferably dispersed and blended in the fiber material by about 20 to 40% by weight, or the resin is entangled and bonded to the resin. It is desirable to have a pad in which 20 to 40% by weight is dispersed and mixed. When the surface of the floor material is polished by using the polishing member 3H, a low speed, preferably a sliding rotation speed of about 1
The same floor material surface is polished in a short time of 3 to 5 seconds at about 20 to 180 times / minute.

The polishing member 3H used in this polishing step includes:
The contact with the dried flooring surface makes it rotate and slide, so the contact resistance increases and the flooring surface is polished.
Even when the polishing member 3H is used at the time of peeling of the piled soiled material 1A whose peeling has been promoted in the peeling and cleaning step, since the contact resistance works with water spraying, peeling and cleaning can be realized without damaging the floor material surface. . The polishing powder generated during the polishing is removed by suction by the vacuum 3E.

As shown in FIG. 4, a surface finishing step of applying a surface protective agent 5A and forming a surface protective layer 5 is performed on the floor material surface polished as described above. The surface protective agent 5A for forming the surface protective layer 5 is excellent in transparency as well as exhibiting the color and pattern originally retained by the flooring material, has moderate gloss, and has abrasion resistance and durability in practical use. The surface protection agent 5A containing a varnish or urethane resin as a main component is selected because it is required that the surface protection layer 5 be imparted with properties and that the coating operation be simple and the surface protection layer 5 be formed in a short time. In other words, when the flooring is made of cork, the so-called oil varnish mainly composed of resin such as rosin and shellac and drying oil is familiar from the fact that it does not lose the natural feeling of colors and patterns retained from the beginning. Since varnish is used because it is good, plastic floors are used for floors that are frequently stepped on foot, such as general stores, factories, offices, etc., so wear resistance and durability are emphasized,
Surface protective agent 5A containing a urethane resin as a main component is suitable,
The specific composition includes a urethane resin content of 52% by weight, an aliphatic solvent of 42% by weight, and an aromatic solvent of 3 to 6% by weight. And these surface protective agent. 5A those coating is made using a coating mop 31, the amount of且該surface protective agent. 5A, 165m 2 per approximately 16l is a measure.

By performing such a surface finishing step, the floor material surface which has been soiled by the adhesion and adhesion of the piled-up soiled material 1A and the like can be regenerated to the same level as a new floor material, but may be used in kindergartens, nursing homes, hospitals or restaurants and stores. When regenerating a floor that requires a sanitary space, it is preferable to add a foam bleaching step subsequent to the peel-cleaning step of the present invention, and the foam bleaching step is performed on the surface of the floor material that has been peel-cleaned. In addition, a relatively small amount of aqueous hydrogen peroxide is applied to the entire surface to infiltrate the inside of the floor material and the gap, and the foaming action of the hydrogen peroxide causes the pollutants inside the floor material and the gap to be discharged to the outer surface of the floor. Bacteria, molds and the like are sterilized by their oxidative bactericidal activity, and a bleaching action is also created for discolored portions and the like.

As described above, according to the present invention, a peeling material containing amines and alcohol-based solvents as main components and having a viscosity of 90 to 200 poise at room temperature is applied to the surface of the floor material to which the soiled soil is fixed and contaminated. Since the agent is applied and peeling and cleaning is performed, odor generation is extremely small and the work can be performed safely even in the work in the building facility, and the amines are actively penetrated into the piled-up contaminated material by the alcohol solvent. The separation of the fixed surface is promoted, and even if 5 to 10 times the amount of water is sprinkled with the release agent, the release agent having a high viscosity closes the fine gaps and pores of the flooring material, so there is no danger of water leakage. In addition, the piled-up contaminants are separated and finely divided by rotating and sliding of the separating and cleaning member, and become a suspension with water sprinkled, so that they can be easily removed by suction with a vacuum. Then, the surface of the floor material subjected to the peeling and cleaning is rotated and slid in close contact with the surface of the floor material with a water-absorbing and cleaning member having flexibility and water absorbability, thereby minimizing residual moisture and piled-up contaminants. The resulting fine contaminants are also reliably absorbed and removed, and drying is remarkably accelerated. Furthermore, the surface of the floor material which has been cleaned and dried is slightly polished and then coated with a surface protective agent mainly composed of varnish or urethane resin to form a surface protective layer. The pattern can be reproduced as it is, and a strong surface coating layer is formed, so that it can be used for a long period of time. In addition, the present invention can be said to be a method of cleaning and regenerating plastic floors and cork floors which have excellent features such as being able to be regenerated extremely inexpensively, since they can be constructed in a short time and do not generate waste materials.
