Abstract

Cette invention concerne une charnière (1), comprenant un corps (5) dans lequel est montée rotative une broche (6) destinée à être fixée à une porte ou un battant (A) et à laquelle est fixé un élément de transmission de préférence en forme de disque (8), des éléments d'actionnement élastiques (11a, 11b) connectés entre un premier point d'ancrage excentrique (10) sur l'élément de transmission (8) et des éléments de réaction (12a, 12b) connectés au corps (5) et conçus pour provoquer une rotation de l'élément de transmission (8) et de la broche (6) à partir d'une première position angulaire vers une seconde position angulaire, ainsi que des éléments de freinage élastiques (14) connectés entre un second point d'ancrage excentrique (10) sur l'élément de transmission (8) et des éléments de réaction supplémentaires (15) connectés audit corps (5) et conçus pour ralentir la rotation de l'élément de transmission (8) et de la broche (6). L'agencement selon l'invention est ainsi conçu que, lors de l'utilisation, l'élément de transmission (8) et la broche (6) peuvent être déplacés manuellement, par un utilisateur, à travers la porte ou le battant (A), vers la première position angulaire et ils peuvent revenir, avec la porte ou le battant (A), vers la seconde position angulaire sous l'action combinée des moyens d'actionnement élastiques (11a, 11b) et des moyens de freinage élastiques (14).
