Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé pour la fabrication de pièces constituées d'un matériau composite élaboré et ayant une haute finition de surface, comprenant l'étape consistant à coupler une couche de matériau de base fibreux avec une couche supplémentaire imprégnée d'un système de résine identique à celui utilisé pour la fabrication de la pièce ou compatible avec celui-ci et réticuler directement la pièce constituée du matériau composite élaboré. Le procédé est utilisé pour la fabrication de pièces de carrosserie de véhicule à moteur à partir d'un matériau composite, mais il peut également être utilisé dans les domaines nautique, du sport et aéronautique. Le procédé selon la présente invention réduit ou élimine totalement la visibilité de fibres renforçantes sur la surface de l'article manufacturé ainsi fabriqué.
