Abstract

Zur Herstellung eines Mischgetränks wird eine ein pulvergefülltes Volumen (27) umschliessende Kapsel (22) in eine Aufnahme einer Mischvorrichtung eingesetzt und geöffnet, indem ein Deckel der Aufnahme geschlossen und dadurch eine Deckfolie (26) der Kapsel (22) von mehreren Hohlnadeln (12, 14) durchstossen wird. Durch einen Stempel (9) wird dazu Druck auf sie ausgeübt, der über im Volumen (27) angeordnete Mischstäbe (32) und Spiesse (29) das Durchstossen einer Verschlussfolie (25) oberhalb eines Auslasses (24) bewirkt. Durch einen Teil der Hohlnadeln (12) wird nun Wasser eingespritzt und die Mischung durch den Auslass (24) abgeleitet. Nach einer Pause oder Einleiten von Luft unter Überdruck durch eine weitere Hohlnadel (14) wird nochmals Wasser eingespritzt und schliesslich nochmals Luft eingeleitet. Während des ganzen Vorgangs wird die Aufnahme durch einen Elektromotor über einen exzentrischen Stift in eine Vibration versetzt, deren Frequenz bei ca. 42Hz liegt und deren Amplitude ca. 1,5mm beträgt und auf die Kapsel (22) übertragen wird. Dadurch tritt eine intensive Vermischung des Pulvers mit dem Wasser ein.
