Abstract

The invention relates to a modular technical platform for reducing and mitigating the level of vibrations of air-conditioning machines or equipment. The platform consists of a self-supporting metal structure formed of two elongate and parallel profiles (8) that are welded to another two perpendicular profiles (8') forming a structural assembly supporting a grating or mesh of 30 x 30 mm (11), serving as a base for the supporting element. Damping elements (4) are fixed at the ends of the structural assembly, forming an assembly that defines the modular technical platform. The invention is suitable for use in the industry producing inertia block elements, anti-vibration devices, and can also be produced by the building industry in a pre-fabricated manner.

Este tipo de plataformas se han resuelto a base de una losa flotante de inercia que no es más que la construcción "in situ" de una losa de hormigón armada con mallazo reticular sobre una membrana antivibratoria. Este sistema implica dos inconvenientes, por un lado al estar apoyado en suelo de la cubierta puede generar estancamiento del agua de lluvia y en consecuencia filtraciones, y por otro lado la situación de los equipos de climatización puede variar a lo largo del tiempo, bien por normativa o por ampliación. La presente invención se refiere a una plataforma modular, prefabricable e industrializable más ligera de peso que el resto de lo que encontramos en el mercado industrial. La base de sustentación a través de perfiles laminados o de acero inoxidable mediante un plano a base de Rejilla Prefabricada Conformada Por Pletinas Metálicas (RPCPM) aporta dos aciertos o ventajas: una la permeabilidad del sistema, ya que al ser una plataforma que está hueca el agua de lluvia discurre sobre la cubierta como si no existiese ningún elemento retenedor; la otra ventaja deviene del menor peso del sistema, pudiendo emplearse el acero AISI-304, "cromo-níquel" para la superficie vertical de éste último elemento que es el más utilizado dentro de los tipos de acero inoxidable, ya que presenta muy buenas características con respecto a la corrosión y la higiene, permitiendo aportar menor peso al sistema estructural del edificio.  The present invention relates to a modular, prefabricable and industrializable platform lighter in weight than the rest of what we find in the industrial market.
