Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen wärmeleitfähigen, faserverstärkten Kunststoff für Elektromotorengehäuse, insbesondere einen mit geringem Gewicht, also in Leichtbauweise. Durch die Erfindung wird erstmals ein Gehäuseaufbau für Elektromotoren mit Materialmodifikationen von faserverstärkten Kunststoffen wie carbonfaserverstärktem Kunststoff zur Steigerung der Wärmeleitfähigkeit in Dickenrichtung durch die Einbringung von höher wärmeleitfähigen Materialien, beispielsweise von Metallstiften, in Kombination mit der Gehäusekühlung über einen flüssigkeitsdurchströmten Kühlmantel. Dadurch wird eine neuartige Technologie für eine wärmeableitende Gehäuserealisierung in Faserverbundtechnik dargestellt.
