Claims (9)
- 一种互换机构,其特征在于,包括:触头支持件(102),触头支持件(102)中安装动触头(113),触头支持件(102)绕轴(114)转动,使得动触头(113)与静触头(104)分离或者接触;连杆(105),连杆(105)的底端与触头支持件(102)连接,连杆(105)的顶端通过连接轴(106)连接到悬臂(114);互换机构,互换机构通过主轴(103)与悬臂(114)连接,互换机构动作,通过主轴(103)带动悬臂(114)动作,并通过连接轴(106)和连杆(105)带动触头支持件(102)转动,使得动触头(113)和静触头(104)分离或者接触,实现分闸或者合闸,所述互换机构是手动操作机构(101)或者储能机构(112)的其中一种。
- 如权利要求1所述的互换机构,其特征在于,所述连杆(105)为双片结构,两块板体互相连接且两块板体之间具有一间隙,两块板体形状大小一致,每一块板体的底端具有轴孔(151),连杆(105)通过轴孔(151)由轴转动连接到触头支持件(102),每一块板体的顶部具有斜槽(107)和圆孔(108),斜槽(107)与圆孔(108)连通,且斜槽(107)延伸至板体的顶部边缘,斜槽(107)的宽度小于圆孔(108)的直径。
- 如权利要求2所述的互换机构,其特征在于,所述连接轴(106)包括位于中间部位的方棒体(161)和位于中间部位两侧的腰型棒(162),腰型棒(162)的截面呈腰型,腰型棒(162)的宽度与斜槽(107)的宽度匹配,腰型棒(162)的长度以及两端的圆弧面与圆孔(108)的直径匹配,方棒体(161)的宽度与连杆(105)的两块板体之间的间隙的宽度匹配。
- 如权利要求3所述的互换机构,其特征在于,连杆(105)的顶端 与连接轴(106)连接,连接轴(106)转动使得两侧的腰型棒(162)与斜槽(107)平行并沿斜槽(107)滑入圆孔(108)中,连接轴(106)转动使得腰型棒(162)与斜槽(107)不平行,腰型棒(162)安装在圆孔(108)中且能在圆孔(108)中转动。
- 如权利要求4所述的互换机构,其特征在于,所述悬臂(114)的底端具有方槽(113),顶端具有主轴孔(115),方槽(113)的形状尺寸与连接轴(106)的方棒体(161)匹配,方棒体(161)固定在方槽(113)中使得连接轴(106)连接到悬臂(114),悬臂(114)的厚度与方棒体(161)的厚度相等,连接轴(106)连接到连杆(105),悬臂(114)和方棒体(161)嵌入在连杆(105)的两块板体之间的间隙中。
- 如权利要求4所述的互换机构,其特征在于,触头支持件(102)转动使得动触头(113)与静触头(104)分离或者接触,连接轴(106)的腰型棒(162)在圆孔(108)中转动,腰型棒(162)的转动范围不包括使得腰型棒(162)与斜槽(107)平行的位置。
- 如权利要求1所述的互换机构,其特征在于,手动操作机构(101)或者储能机构(112)通过主轴(103)带动悬臂(114)动作的行程相同。
- 如权利要求7所述的互换机构,其特征在于,手动操作机构(101)或者储能机构(112)安装在断路器底座(111)的中套(110)上。
- 如权利要求8所述的互换机构,其特征在于,互换机构为储能机构(112)时,储能电机安装在断路器底座(111)上且位于储能机构的一侧。
