Description

带有集尿装置的尿布 技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,尤其涉及一种带有集尿装置的尿布,以供行动不便或没有自理能力的病人使用。
背景技术
目前,临床上普遍使用的医用尿布是在对应人体排尿部位处开孔的粘扣式尿布,并且在该开孔处安装有各种类型的集尿装置。最常见的集尿装置为导尿管,其使用及设置对于本领域的技术人员是众所周知的,在此不再赘述。其它类型的集尿装置还包括护垫或尿裤式集尿装置、密闭式集尿装置等。这些集尿装置大多为小型装置,并且可以通过导尿管与外部贮尿装置相连通。上述尿布可以供行动不便或没有自理能力的病人使用,并且通过集尿装置收集人体排尿部位排出的尿液。
但是,上述集尿装置均具有各种使用方面的缺点。以导尿管为例,由于导尿管长期放置和身体移动容易引起尿道分泌物滞留,体外细菌会从导尿管逆行侵入泌尿系统,从而引起细菌感染。导尿管插入不慎会导致尿道粘膜损伤,甚至引起尿道逐渐受压变形、表面组织纤维化、尿道狭窄,致使膀胱失去收缩力、肌肉及神经萎缩,功能将逐渐下降。

但是,该种医用尿布存在集尿装置安装繁琐的问题。例如,中国专利 201210060000.1公开的集尿装置主要包括底座、锥形膜套和接套。在使用医用尿布之前,首先需要从医用尿布内部将底座安装在尿布的开孔处,然后通过接套将锥形膜套的大端安装在尿布开孔的外部,最后将锥形膜套的小端与导管连接。因此,安装集尿装置的步骤相对繁琐。
此外,由于尿布一般都在其腰身部位设置粘扣以便于病人将尿布束紧到腰部,因此在实际使用时,如果病人感觉集尿装置的位置不合适,还需要打开医用尿布的粘扣,然后才能够对集尿装置的位置进行调整。在调整完毕之后,还要重新系上粘扣以将尿布重新固定到腰部。如果粘扣因为多次调整而产生牢固度不够的问题时,还会影响尿布的使用。
因此,目前需要一种穿着方便且能够同时调节集尿装置位置以适应于不同人体结构的尿布。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种穿着方便且能够同时调节集尿装置位置以适应于不同人体结构的尿布。
本发明涉及一种带有集尿装置的尿布,在对应人体排尿部位的位置设有安装集尿装置的开孔,其中,尿布还设有拉绳件,拉绳件环绕尿布的腰身部分和开孔设置,以便在将尿布的腰身部分束紧的同时,对集尿装置的位置进行调节。
在一个较佳实施例中,拉绳件可以由单根长绳或带状物构成。
具体地说,该拉绳件通过定位件定位到尿布的前、后半片的外表面,在尿布后侧形成环扣后从尿布下方穿越到尿布前侧并围绕开孔定位,拉绳件然后继续向上延伸并穿过环扣后在尿布前侧彼此系结。

集尿装置1主要包括底座10、锥形膜套11和接套12,其中底座10集成在尿布2前下方的开孔6处,锥形膜套11和接套12在使用时安装到底座10上,它们的具体结构会在下文中结合图5至图8进行详细描述。可以看到锥形膜套11沿尿液导流方向具有后侧大端和前侧小端。锥形膜套11的后侧大端通过接套12装配或粘结到先前已经集成在开孔6处的底座10上,而锥形膜套11的前侧小端则通过诸如导尿管3之类的导管结构与各种类型的贮尿装置4连通,以将病人排出的尿液收集到贮尿装置4中。
可以看到,锥形膜套11的后侧大端以及尿布2前下方的开孔6具有互相适配的形状。在图1和图2中,上述适配形状分别与男性病人和女性病人的排尿部位的形状相适应。
尿布2上装配有一条拉绳件5。如图1至3所示,该拉绳件5较佳地由一 根长绳构成。由于在本实施例中,长绳并不与人体直接接触,因此可以考虑采用诸如涤纶材料来制成该条长绳。当然,也可以采用全棉或其它生物相容材料来制成长绳。这些材料方面的变型对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说是易于理解的。一般来说,长绳由白色材料制成。当然,也可以采用其它颜色的材料来制成长绳。
拉绳件5通过在其两端系结后围绕尿布2前下方的开孔6和尿布2的腰身部分设置,以便在将尿布2束紧到病人腰部的同时,能够方便地调整集尿装置1的位置,以适应于不同病人的个体需求。
具体地说,拉绳件5首先通过至少两个柔性定位件(参见图3)定位到尿布2的后半片外表面。在本实施例中,该柔性定位件由本领域广泛使用的创可贴构成。拉绳件5可以通过使其两端穿过创可贴中间部位的非粘性部,并借助创可贴两侧部位的粘性部定位到尿布2的后半片外表面(参见图1c)。由于创可贴使用简单方便、成本低廉,因此其是定位件的最佳实施例。如果病人希望调整柔性定位件的位置的话,可以考虑将原先粘贴在尿布外表面上的创可贴的非粘性部剪开,并在尿布外表面的适当位置另外粘贴一张创可贴,以便调整拉绳件5的定位位置。当然,也可以采用本领域总所周知的其它柔性定位件来定位拉绳件5,这些柔性定位件均落在本申请的保护范围之内。
在拉绳件5通过柔性定位件定位到尿布2的后半片外表面之后,在拉绳件5穿过柔性定位件的部分各系结出一个尺寸较大的环圈,并且将拉绳件5的两端重新穿过柔性定位件,并从尿布2的后下方穿越到尿布2的前下方。通过拉绳件5系成的大尺寸环圈一方面可以防止环圈从柔性定位件中退出而导致拉绳件脱离其原先设置的定位,另一方面可以供穿越到尿布前半片的拉绳件5的两端穿过,以实现通过单根长绳就能将尿布2束紧到病人腰部的目的。
从尿布2的后下方穿越到尿布2的前下方的拉绳件5围绕集成在尿布2的开孔6处的底座10定位。例如,可以通过设置在底座10周边的柔性定位件对拉绳件5进行定位。或者,也可以考虑在集尿装置1的接套12上设置定位结构来对拉绳件5进行定位(参见图1d和1e)。这种定位结构将在下文中予以详细说明。
拉绳件5在定位在底座10周围之后继续向上延伸,并且在通过至少两个柔性定位件定位到尿布2的前半片外表面之后向尿布2的两侧延伸,以穿过先前形成在尿布2后侧的大尺寸环圈,以将尿布2束紧到病人腰部(参见图1a)。设置在尿布2的前半片表面上的柔性定位件的位置与设置在尿布2的后半片表面上的柔性定位件的位置大致对应。当然,也可以根据实际情况专门设计各柔性定位件的位置,以适用于不同病人的个体需求。
最后,在将拉绳件5穿过先前形成在尿布2后侧的大尺寸环圈之后,拉绳件重新向尿布2的中间位置延伸,并且在此处形成系扣(参见图1b)。这样,使用此种尿布的病人可以方便地利用单根长绳,在将尿布2束紧到病人腰部的同时,利用长绳收紧时所产生的向内挤压力方便地对集尿装置1的位置进行调节和定位,以使其贴合病人的排尿部位,防止尿液漏出。
由于男女病人的生理结构原因,本发明的带有集尿装置的尿布尤其适合供女性病人使用。
图4a和图4b分别是未集成集尿装置1的底座10的尿布的前视图,其中图4a所示的尿布供男性病人使用,而图4b所示的尿布供女性病人使用。图4c是未装配集尿装置1的底座10的尿布的后视图。
尿布2并不仅限于由医用材料制造,其也可以由市售的纸尿布或棉尿布的基础上构造而成。现有的尿布在使用过程中可同时收集大便和小便。如果小便次数较多的话,即使没有大便,也必须要更换尿布。而本申请的尿布2由于与锥形膜套11连接在一起使用,小便会从锥形膜套11的前侧小端处被导走,不会影响到尿布2的质量。因此,在无大便的情况下,尿布2可以一直使用下去。
虽然图4a和4b所示的尿布2两侧具有粘扣,但对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说易于理解的是,由于配备了先前所述的拉绳件5,这些粘扣对于尿布2来说仅仅是选配性构件,而非必要的组成构件。
下面将以图5a至5c所示集尿装置1为例描述男用集尿装置的具体结构。
如图5a所示,集尿装置1的主体为锥形膜套11,其基本上呈锥形形状,并且具有从后侧大端到前侧小端逐渐缩小的截面积。锥形膜套11的前侧小端借助形成在导尿管接口13后端处的导尿管环槽(图中未示出)与导尿管接口 13密封连接。或者,锥形膜套11的前侧小端也可以通过嵌入方式或借助胶水与导尿管接口13密封连接,这些密封连接方式对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说是总所周知的,且均应当落在本申请的保护范围之内。另外,导尿管接口13的外侧还可设置防滑面,以用来连接导尿管3。
锥形膜套11的后侧大端借助接套12与集成在尿布2上的底座10密封连接。同样,本技术领域的普通技术人员可以借助各种类型的密封手段(例如,环槽、嵌入或粘贴等)实现锥形膜套11与底座10之间的密封连接。这些手段对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说也应当是总所周知的。
锥形膜套11作为集尿腔,可以考虑选用软性的透气防水材料(例如纤维膜)制成,其一方面可实现导尿不渗漏的效果,另一方面可透气以达到干爽舒适的效果。由于上述透气防水材料成本低廉,因此锥形膜套11可以根据需要随时更换。上述透气防水材料可参照本申请的申请人先前提交的中国专利201210060000.1中公开的内容,本申请援引其全文作为参考。
底座10、接套12和导尿管接口13均可以由极软且具有磁性吸附能力的医用硅胶制成。这样,即使排尿部位接触到这些构件,也不会产生任何不适。此外,由于医用硅胶的密封性能良好,因此可以最大程度地防止尿液渗出。
在接套12背对底座一侧的表面上形成有至少一个突耳部12a,并且在每个突耳部12a上形成有供拉绳穿过的通孔。在图5a所述的实施例中,围绕锥形膜套11的后侧大端总共形成有四个突耳部12a。当然,本技术领域的普通技术人员易于理解的是,也可以根据实际情况改变突耳部12a的数量。这些突耳部12a就是前文提到的供拉绳件5定位用的定位结构。这样,拉绳件5可以围绕锥形膜套11的后侧大端周向穿过这些突耳部12a,从而在病人系紧拉绳件5的时候,不但能够将尿布2束紧到病人腰部,而且能够方便地调整集尿装置1的位置,从而简化集尿装置1的安装过程。
另外,定位结构并不仅限于突耳部及通孔。本技术领域的普通技术人员也可以在本领域公知的范畴内设计其它类型的定位结构。例如,可以围绕接套12的周向设置环槽,以使拉绳部穿过其中。这些定位结构均应当包括在本发明的保护范围之内。
如图7至图8所示,适合于女性用的集尿装置与先前所述的适合于男性 用的集尿装置1具有大致类型的构造,其实质上的不同之处是安装在尿布2上的底座10以及与该底座10配合的锥形膜套11的远侧大端的形状都会产生相应变化,这主要是男性和女性的生理结构有所不同所致。相应地,尿布2上的开孔6的位置也会产生相应变化。为了简化说明的目的,在本发明的图7至图8中,采用相同的附图标记标示实质上相同的组成构件。除非特别说明,带集尿装置的男用尿布的各项结构特征也适用于带集尿装置的女用尿布。
图7和8所示的集尿装置与图5和6所示的集尿装置相比,底座10的底边形状有所不同,该底边针对女性排尿部位形成为空间上的曲面,以便与女性排尿部位周边的人体表面密封贴合。更佳地是,该底边可设有外翻的裙边和/或环形凹槽,以将底边的裙边分成两个贴合面。这两个贴合面由于被环形凹槽隔开,随着人体的活动,它们可以独立变化以适应贴合人体表面的变化,从而使得贴合更加紧密,密封性能得到提高,防漏效果更佳。
虽然以上结合了较佳实施例对本发明的带有集尿装置的医用尿布的结构和使用方法进行了说明,但是本技术领域中的普通技术人员应当认识到,上述示例仅是用来说明的,而不能作为对本发明的限制。例如,可以考虑将拉绳件5集成在尿布2的夹层中,以增加病人穿着时的美观度;用诸如腰带之类的带状物构成拉绳件5等等。因此,可以在权利要求书的实质精神范围内对本发明进行修改和变型。这些修改和变型都将落在本发明的权利要求书所要求的范围之内。。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种带有集尿装置(1)的尿布(2),在对应人体排尿部位的位置设有安装所述集尿装置(1)的开孔(6),其特征在于,所述尿布(2)还设有拉绳件(5),所述拉绳件(5)环绕所述尿布(2)的腰身部分和所述开孔(6)设置,以便在将所述尿布(2)的腰身部分束紧的同时,对所述集尿装置(1)的位置进行调节。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的带有集尿装置(1)的尿布(2),其特征在于,所述拉绳件(5)由单根长绳或带状物构成。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的带有集尿装置(1)的尿布(2),其特征在于,所述拉绳件(5)通过定位件定位到所述尿布(2)的前、后半片的外表面,在所述尿布(2)后侧形成环扣后从所述尿布(2)下方穿越到所述尿布(2)前侧并围绕所述开孔(6)定位,所述拉绳件(5)然后继续向上延伸并穿过所述环扣后在所述尿布(2)前侧彼此系结。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的带有集尿装置(1)的尿布(2),其特征在于,所述定位件为至少四个柔性定位件,其中至少两个柔性定位件设置在所述尿布(2)的前半片的外表面,至少两个柔性定位件设置在所述尿布(2)的后半片的外表面。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的带有集尿装置(1)的尿布(2),其特征在于,设置在所述尿布(2)的前半片外表面上的定位件的位置与设置在所述尿布(2)的后半片外表面上的定位件的位置大致对应。
  6. 如权利要求3至5中任一项所述的带有集尿装置(1)的尿布(2),其特征在于,所述定位件为创可贴。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的带有集尿装置(1)的尿布(2),其特征在于,所述集尿装置(1)包括底座(10)、锥形膜套(11)和接套(12),所述底座(10)集成在所述尿布(2)的开孔(6)处,所述锥形膜套(11)通过所述接套(12)安装到所述底座(10)上。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的带有集尿装置(1)的尿布(2),其特征在于,所 述锥形膜套(11)由透气防水材料制成。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的带有集尿装置(1)的尿布(2),其特征在于,所述接套(12)上形成有供所述拉绳件(5)定位用的定位结构。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的带有集尿装置(1)的尿布(2),其特征在于,所述定位结构为至少一个形成有通孔的突耳部(12a)或围绕所述接套(12)的周向设置的环槽。
