如图 1所示,本发明的一种不会耳鸣的减少噪音耳塞,包括一个耳塞体 1 , 所述的耳塞体 1 由一块软质塑形物构成, 其中, 所述的耳塞体 1 内设置有一 根导管 2, 所述的导管 2的内径介于 0.2 ~ 1.8毫米之间, 所述的导管 2是中空 的, 所述的导管 2的两端开口均开通, 所述的导管 2的一端开口在耳塞体 1 的表面中, 另一端延伸到耳塞体 1 的表面以外, 所述的软质塑形物包围在所 述的导管 2的外周。
实施例 2:
如图 2所示, 本实施例 2的结构与实施例 1基本上是一致的, 差别在于 本实施例 2所述的导管 2在耳塞体 1内是以直线形的型态延伸。
实施例 3: 如图 3所示, 本实施例 3的结构与实施例 1基本上是一致的, 差别在于 本实施例 3所述的导管 2在耳塞体 1内是以螺旋形的型态延伸。
实施例 4:
如图 4所示, 本实施例 4的结构与实施例 1基本上是一致的, 差别在于 本实施例 4所述的导管 2在耳塞体 1内是以曲线形的型态延伸。
根据实施例 1至实施例 4所述, 本发明的一种不会耳鸣的减少噪音耳塞, 更包括有以下特征:
进一步的, 所述的耳塞体 1内设置有至少一根口径细小的所述的导管 2。 进一步的, 所述的口径细小的导管 2的两端开口在耳塞体 1的表面中。 进一步的, 所述的口径细小的导管 2的两端开口均在耳塞体 1的表面内。 进一步的, 所述的口径细小的导管 2的一端开口在耳塞体 1 的表面中, 另一端开口在耳塞体 1的表面内。
进一步的, 所述的口径细小的导管 2的两端开口均延伸到耳塞体 1 的表 面以夕卜。
进一步的, 所述的口径细小的导管 2的一端开口在耳塞体 1 的表面内, 另一端延伸到耳塞体 1的表面以外。
进一步的, 所述的口径细小的导管 2的两端开口均呈喇叭型。
进一步的, 所述的口径细小的导管 2仅有一端开口呈喇叭型
进一步的, 所述的口径细小的导管 2 的径向截面呈圓形、 或椭圓形、 或 三角形、 或矩形、 或菱形。
进一步的, 所述的口径细小的导管 2接近耳道这一端的直径相等于远离 耳道那一端的直径。
进一步的, 所述的口径细小的导管 2接近耳道这一端的直径小于远离耳 道那一端的直径。
进一步的, 所述的口径细小的导管 2接近耳道这一端的直径大于远离耳 道那一端的直径。
进一步的, 所述的口径细小的导管 2在耳塞体 1内以螺旋形的型态延伸、 或者以曲线形的型态延伸、 或者以直线形的型态延伸。
本实施例的工作原理是: 软质塑形物构成耳塞体 1 , 口径细小的导管 2可 在耳塞体 1 内维持一个细小的空气通道。 该空气通道除可允许空气通过, 从 而使得耳道内外的空气压力平衡, 有助于消除使用者的身体不适和耳鸣现象 外, 同时, 该细小的空气通道仅容许少量的外界环境噪音, 可经由该空气通 道进入用户的内耳道, 又导管 2在耳塞体 1 内以螺旋形的型态延伸, 还可进 一步的衰减少许该空气通道内的音量进入用户的内耳道, 耳塞体 1 可阻挡大 部分的外界环境噪声音, 但不会完全阻断了外界声音, 使用者无须担忧与外 界的音讯失联。 同时, 耳塞体 1 又能有效减少外界的噪音, 尤其适合因睡眠 环境中, 有打呼声而难以入眠的人士使用。 本实施例的这种不会耳鸣的减少 噪音耳塞, 可同时解决使用者于使用现有技术中的耳塞时, 因外耳道的完全 堵塞造成的耳鸣, 导致身体的不适, 以及因外界的环境声音的完全阻断, 造 成与外界的音讯失联, 导致无法安心睡眠, 影响身心健康。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种不会耳鸣的减少噪音耳塞, 包括一个耳塞体, 所述的耳塞体由一 块软质塑形物构成, 其特征在于: 所述的耳塞体内设置有至少一根导管, 任 意一根所述的导管的内径介于 0.2 ~ 1.8 毫米之间, 任意一根所述的导管均是 中空的, 任意一根所述的导管的两端开口均开通, 任意一根所述的导管的两 端开口在耳塞体的表面中, 任意一根所述的导管在耳塞体内以螺旋形的型态 延伸, 所述的软质塑形物包围在任意一根所述的导管的外周。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的不会耳鸣的减少噪音耳塞, 其特征在于: 所述的 导管的两端开口均延伸到耳塞体的表面以外;或者所述的导管的一端开口在 耳塞体的表面中, 另一端延伸到耳塞体的表面以外。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的不会耳鸣的减少噪音耳塞, 其特征在于: 所述的 导管的两端开口均呈喇叭型, 或者所述的导管仅有一端开口呈喇叭型。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的不会耳鸣的减少噪音耳塞, 其特征在于: 所述的 导管的径向截面呈圓形、 或椭圓形、 或三角形、 或矩形、 或菱形。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的不会耳鸣的减少噪音耳塞, 其特征在于: 所述的 导管两端的直径相等, 或者所述的导管接近耳道的一端的直径小于远离耳道 的一端的直径, 或者所述的导管接近耳道的一端的直径大于远离耳道的一端 的直径。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的不会耳鸣的减少噪音耳塞, 其特征在于: 所述的 导管在耳塞体内不以螺旋形的型态延伸 , 而是以曲线形的型态延伸。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的不会耳鸣的减少噪音耳塞, 其特征在于: 所述的 导管在耳塞体内不以螺旋形的型态延伸, 而是以直线形的型态延伸。
