Description
有滤芯堵塞警示的水过滤器和警示方法
技术领域
本发明涉及用于水族养殖的水过滤装置, 尤其涉及所述水过滤装置之过滤状态的实时指 示, 特别是涉及有滤芯堵塞警示的插卡式水过滤器及其警示方法。 背景技术
现有技术用于水族养殖的水过滤器, 以净化水族养殖箱内的水体、 保证该水体的水质纯 净、 适合观赏鱼类健康生长为目的。 现有技术水过滤器在水族养殖箱的水循环系统中, 将有 污染的水泵入所述过滤器, 经其内滤芯过滤后, 纯净水从出水口流回水族养殖箱。 如所周知, 水过滤器的关键部件是滤芯, 它阻挡水中悬浮的固态微粒通过, 担负着过滤和净化水体的主 要任务, 故使用一段时间后, 滤芯便会饱和, 致使其过滤、 净化功能大幅度减弱。 因此, 滤 芯是有一定使用时效及一定负荷量限制的。 为了发挥所述水过滤器的最大功效, 任何滤芯饱 和或使用一段时间后都必须更换。 而由于不能提醒消费者适时更换滤芯, 常发生水质变差、 影响观赏鱼类生长和生存, 或者过早更换滤芯而造成浪费的问题。 发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于避免现有技术的不足之处而提供一种结构简单并能适时 提醒使用者更换滤芯的、 有滤芯堵塞警示的水过滤器和警示方法。
如所周知, 用于水族养殖箱的插卡式水过滤器, 其插卡式滤芯在插入水过滤器工作时, 由于所述滤芯对流体的阻力不大, 所以其滤前水腔和滤后水腔的水位差并不大。 但是, 所述 滤芯如果饱和, 就是被固态微粒或其他污物堵塞, 那么其滤前水腔的水位就会升高, 我们正 好利用这一现象来警示滤芯的堵塞。
本发明解决所述技术问题釆用的技术方案是, 一种有滤芯堵塞警示的水过滤器, 该过滤 器的主体内容置有滤芯并设置有滤前水腔, 过滤器上盖盖于过滤器主体上方, 尤其是: 所述 滤前水腔内容置有浮球式指示装置, 包括浮球、 连杆和色标, 所述连杆借助铰支座可转动地 安装在过滤器的立壁内面或是其上盖内表面, 连杆前端安装有浮球, 连杆上还设置有色标; 与所述色标相适配、 在过滤器上盖上表面有透明视罩。
所述连杆后端可以是圆盘形状, 圆盘面同所述滤前水腔的水面正交, 所述色标设置于圆 盘的上边缘一段弧面上, 在浮球随水位高低上下浮动时, 色标在圆盘的上边缘弧面上随浮球
的沉浮而呈现圆弧轨迹转动, 浮球处于低水位位置时, 色标转动离开透明视罩, 在浮球处于 高水位位置时, 则转动到透明视罩可视范围内。
所述连杆也可以整体是杆状, 铰接点在其根部, 所述色标设置在与连杆连接的弧形支杆 上, 在浮球处于低水位位置时, 色标离开透明视罩, 在浮球处于高水位位置时, 则进入透明 视罩的可视范围。
所述水过滤器可以是插卡式水过滤器, 所述滤芯是插入式的卡片状水过滤插卡。
当滤芯未被堵塞而正常工作时, 滤前水腔的水位较低, 浮球处于低位, 色标离开透明视 罩, 使透明视罩无警示颜色出现。
当滤芯被堵塞、 饱和而非正常工作时, 滤前水腔的水位升高, 浮球随之上升处于高位, 色标贴近或转至透明视罩可视范围内, 使透明视罩显示出警示颜色, 提醒使用者更换滤芯。
本发明解决所述技术问题釆用的技术方案还可以是, 一种令水过滤器就其内滤芯堵塞提 供警示的方法, 基于在所述过滤器主体内设置有可更换的滤芯, 以及在该滤芯的进水处设置 滤前水腔, 利用所述滤芯堵塞就会导致滤前水腔水位升高的现象, 构筑警示机制, 并且包括 如下步骤:
A. 在所述滤前水腔内容置浮球式指示装置,包括浮球、 连杆和色标, 所述连杆借助铰支 座可转动地安装在过滤器主体的立壁内面或是其上盖内表面, 连杆前端安装有浮球, 连杆上 还设置有色标;
B. 与所述色标相适配、 在过滤器上盖上表面设置透明视罩;
C. 从过滤器上盖外透过透明视罩看到色标, 即是滤芯已经堵塞, 应予以更换。
所述色标通常是用红色。
同现有技术相比较, 本发明的有益效果是: 结构简单、 能适时提醒使用者更换滤芯, 节 约使用成本。 附图说明

参见各附图, 本发明有滤芯堵塞警示的过滤器, 该过滤器的主体 3内容置有滤芯 4并设置 有滤前水腔 31 , 过滤器上盖 1盖于过滤器主体 3上方, 其不同于现有技术之处在于: 所述滤前 水腔 31内容置有浮球式指示装置 2, 包括浮球 21、 连杆 22和色标 23, 所述连杆 22借助铰支座 12 可转动地安装在过滤器的立壁内面或是其上盖 1内表面, 连杆 22前端安装有浮球 21 , 连杆 22 上还设置有色标 23; 与所述色标 23相适配、 在过滤器上盖 1上表面有透明视罩 11。
在本发明的各实施例中, 所述水过滤器是插卡式水过滤器, 所述滤芯 4是插入式的卡片状 水过滤插卡。
参见图 4、 图 5: 在本发明的第一优选实施例中, 所述连杆 22后端是圆盘形状, 圆盘面同 所述滤前水腔 31的水面正交, 所述色标 23设置于圆盘的上边缘一段弧面上, 在浮球 21随水位 高低上下浮动时, 色标 23在圆盘的上边缘弧面上随浮球 21的沉浮而呈现圆弧轨迹转动, 浮球 21处于低水位位置 HI时, 色标 23转动离开透明视罩 11 , 在浮球 21处于高水位位置 H2时, 则转 动到透明视罩 11可视范围内。
参见图 6至 8: 在本发明的第二优选实施例中, 所述连杆 22整体是杆状, 铰接点在其根部, 所述色标 23设置在与连杆 22连接的弧形支杆 24上, 在浮球 21处于低水位位置 HI时, 色标 23离 开透明视罩 11 , 在浮球 21处于高水位位置 H2时, 则进入透明视罩 11的可视范围。
当滤芯 4未被堵塞而正常工作时, 滤前水腔 31的水位 HI较低, 浮球 21处于低位, 色标 23 离开透明视罩 11 , 使透明视罩 11无警示颜色出现。
当滤芯 4被堵塞、 饱和而非正常工作时, 滤前水腔 31的水位升高至 H2, 浮球 21随之上升 处于高位, 色标 23贴近或转至透明视罩 11中, 使透明视罩 11显示出警示颜色。
本发明令水过滤器就其内滤芯堵塞提供警示的方法,基于在所述过滤器主体 3内设置有可 更换的滤芯 4, 以及在该滤芯 4的进水处设置滤前水腔 31 , 利用所述滤芯 4堵塞就会导致滤前水 腔 31水位升高的现象, 构筑警示机制, 并且包括如下步骤:
A. 在所述滤前水腔 31内容置浮球式指示装置 2,包括浮球 21、 连杆 22和色标 23 , 所述连 杆 22借助铰支座 12可转动地安装在过滤器主体 3的立壁内面或是其上盖 1内表面, 连杆 22前端 安装有浮球 21 , 连杆 22上还设置有色标 23;
B. 与所述色标 23相适配、 在过滤器上盖 1上表面设置透明视罩 11;
C. 从过滤器上盖 1外透过透明视罩 11看到色标 23, 即是滤芯 4已经堵塞, 应予以更换。 所述色标 23通常是用红色。

1. 一种有滤芯堵塞警示的水过滤器, 该过滤器的主体(3) 内容置有滤芯(4)并设置有滤前 水腔 (31), 过滤器上盖(1) 盖于过滤器主体(3) 上方, 其特征在于:
所述滤前水腔 (31) 内容置有浮球式指示装置(2), 包括浮球(21)、 连杆(22)和 色标(23), 所述连杆 (22)借助铰支座 (12) 可转动地安装在过滤器的立壁内面或是其 上盖(1) 内表面, 连杆(22) 前端安装有浮球(21), 连杆(22) 上还设置有色标(23); 与所述色标(23)相适配、 在过滤器上盖(1) 上表面有透明视罩 (11)。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的有滤芯堵塞警示的水过滤器, 其特征在于:
所述连杆(22)后端是圆盘形状, 圆盘面同所述滤前水腔(31)的水面正交, 所述色 标(23)设置于圆盘的上边缘一段弧面上,在浮球(21)随水位高低上下浮动时,色标(23) 在圆盘的上边缘弧面上随浮球(21) 的沉浮而呈现圆弧轨迹转动, 浮球(21)处于低水位 位置(HI) 时, 色标(23)转动离开透明视罩(11), 在浮球(21)处于高水位位置(H2) 时, 则转动到透明视罩 (11) 可视范围内。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的有滤芯堵塞警示的水过滤器, 其特征在于:

5. 一种令水过滤器就其内滤芯堵塞提供警示的方法, 基于在所述过滤器主体(3) 内设置有 可更换的滤芯 (4), 以及在该滤芯 (4)的进水处设置滤前水腔(31), 利用所述滤芯(4) 堵塞就会导致滤前水腔 (31)水位升高的现象, 构筑警示机制, 并且包括如下步骤:
A. 在所述滤前水腔 (31) 内容置浮球式指示装置(2) ,包括浮球(21)、 连杆(22) 和色标(23), 所述连杆(22)借助铰支座 (12) 可转动地安装在过滤器主体(3) 的立壁 内面或是其上盖(1) 内表面, 连杆(22)前端安装有浮球(21), 连杆(22)上还设置有 色标(23);
B. 与所述色标(23)相适配、 在过滤器上盖(1) 上表面设置透明视罩 (11);
C. 从过滤器上盖(1)外透过透明视罩 (11)看到色标(23), 即是滤芯 (4) 已经堵 塞, 应予更换。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的提供警示的方法, 其特征在于:
所述步骤 A 中所述连杆(22)后端是圆盘形状, 圆盘面同所述滤前水腔 (31) 的水 面正交, 所述色标(23)设置于圆盘的上边缘一段弧面上, 在浮球(21) 随水位高低上下 浮动时, 色标(23)在圆盘的上边缘弧面上随浮球(21) 的沉浮而呈现圆弧轨迹转动, 浮 球(21) 处于低水位位置 (HI) 时, 色标(23) 转动离开透明视罩 (11), 在浮球(21) 处于高水位位置(H2) 时, 则转动到透明视罩 (11) 可视范围内。
7. 根据权利要求 5所述的提供警示的方法, 其特征在于:
所述步骤 A 中所述连杆(22)整体是杆状, 铰接点在其根部, 所述色标(23)设置 在与连杆(22)连接的弧形支杆(24)上, 在浮球(21)处于低水位位置(HI) 时, 色标 (23)离开透明视罩(11), 在浮球(21)处于高水位位置(H2)时, 则进入透明视罩(11) 的可视范围。
8. 根据权利要求 5所述的提供警示的方法, 其特征在于:
所述色标(23)通常是用红色。
9. 根据权利要求 5所述的提供警示的方法, 其特征在于:
所述水过滤器是插卡式水过滤器, 所述滤芯 (4)是插入式的卡片状水过滤插卡。
