控制单元 1, 包含: 一个龙头 11组接一个立管 12, 该龙头 11两端各设 有一个把手 1 0; 该立管 12—侧设有一个扣接式快拆座 6, 该扣接式快拆座 6可与具有相对应扣接座 (图中未示) 的置物容器相扣接, 上述置物架 6及 上述置物容器 7可供上述电池 23或其他物品置放;上述立管】2组接前叉】3, 该前叉 13至少一侧设有至少一个挡泥板 131;—个设于龙头 1】的煞车结构 4, 该煞车结构 4系由至少一个设于把手 110处的煞把 141 , 以及一个设于前叉 13一侧的煞车 142, 该煞把 I及该煞车 142之间机械连接煞车线 (图中未 示); 一个设于把手 1 10处的启动开关 15及一个控制开关 16, 该启动开关 15 及该控制开关 16与控制主机 17电性连接。 驱动单元 2, 包含: 一个设于轮子 22的轮轴处的马达 2】, 该轮子 22及 该马达 21枢设于上述控制单元 1的前叉 13内; 一个电池 23, 该电池 23可 为锂电池或其他任何电池。
固定单元 3, 包含: 至少一个固定架 31, 该固定架 31设有至少一个活动 关节 33, 该活动关节 33为可调式关节; 一个螺组于该固定架 31两端的夹扣 结构 32, 该夹扣结构 32系由套合部 320、 扳部 323、 第一扣部 321及第二扣 部 322所组成; 该扳部 323连接第一扣部 321, 该扳部 323借第三枢轴 3201 与该套合部 320相枢接,该第一扣部 321借第一枢轴 321 1与该套合部 320相 枢接, 该第二扣部 322借第二枢轴 3221与该套合部 320相枢接; 该第一扣部 321与该第二扣部 322可相扣合; 该第一扣部 32】、 该第二扣部 322与该套合 部 320内侧设有垫体 324, 该垫体 324可保护轮椅之架体 91, 防止架体 91因 夹扣结构 32的紧密夹合而遭到损伤该。
该夹扣结构 32以螺组方式与固定架 31连接,该夹扣结构 32可相对该固 定架 31调转角度, 利于夹扣结构 32与轮椅 9结合时角度调整。
调翘单元 4, 包含: 设于所述控制单元 1的立管 12处的棘轮结构 40, 该 棘轮结构 40与上述固定单元 4的固定架 31相套组;该棘轮结构 40具有正转 开关 401及反转开关 402, 该正转开关 401及该反转开关 402可控制棘轮结 构 40内之棘轮正转或反转; 该棘轮结构 40—侧螺组固定栓 403, 该固定栓 403可卡掣棘轮结构 40内的棘轮, 使之更为稳固而不脱齿。
脚架单元 5,包含至少一个枢设于所述控制单元 1的立管 12处的脚架 51, 该脚架 51具有调整栓 50, 使用者于收纳时可将脚架 51 向内压与轮子 22服 贴, 达到收纳功能; 该脚架 51, 中间设调整栓 50, 可适时调整伫立时高度; 当本发明脱离轮椅 9闲置时, 则可将脚架 51调降触地, 使本发明得以正立于 地面。
上述扣接式快拆座 6及上述电池与控制器容器可供上述电池 23和 17控 制器置放; 上述启动开关 15可为钥匙启动的开关, 上述控制开关 16可调整 所述马达 21的转速, 该控制开关 16可具有高中低三段档速设定, 及倒车、 煞车断电等功能, 进而控制本创作托拖曳轮椅的行进。
当使用者欲使用本发明来迁引轮椅时, 用户可将固定单元 3的夹扣结构 32打开, 并将夹扣结构 32的套合部 320套合于轮椅 9的架体 91, 之后再调 拨第一扣部 321及第二扣部 322使之相扣合后, 使用者再扳转该扳部 323, 使第一扣部 32】及第一枢轴以第三枢轴 320】为支点, 朝扳转方向位移, 使第 二扣部 322朝套合部 320靠合, 借此杠杆原理, ^户可轻松不费力的将夹扣 结构 32紧扣于轮椅 9的架体 9】上。
夹扣结构 32夹固于轮椅 9之架体 91上之后, 用户先将调翘单元 4的正 转开关 401打开, 使棘轮结构 40呈正转状态, 之后再推移控制单元 1的把手 1 10, 使龙头 11趋前, 并连动固定单元 3的固定架 31将轮椅 9的架体 91推 撑, 使轮椅 9的前轮 90呈悬吊状, 最后, 再将棘轮结构 40的固定栓 403锁 紧, 如此, 即可确保棘轮结构 40内的棘轮更为稳固。
借调翘单元 4将轮椅 9的前轮 90悬吊后,用户便可启动控制单元 1的启 动开关 15, 驱使马达 21作动前进, 并可藉控制单元 1的龙头 11、 控制开关 16及煞车结构等构件控制轮椅 9的前进、 后退、 转弯、 加速、 减速及停止等 动作, 操作轻松简易, — §灵活顺畅。
轮椅 9的前轮 90呈悬吊状, 使本发明与轮椅结合后呈三轮触地的状态, 故无论是行进于一般地面, 或是较崎岖的路面, 都不会有严重颠簸震动的状 况。
反之, 当使 者欲卸下本发明时, 先将固定单元 3的固定栓 403松脱, 使棘轮结构 40内之棘轮脱离其卡掣,之后再将调翘单元 4的反转开关 402打 开, 使棘轮结构 40呈反转状态, 如此, 轮椅 9及使用者的重量便会使棘轮结 构 40内之棘轮反转, 使固定单元 3的固定架 31脱离棘轮结构 40的卡掣, 进 而使轮椅 9的前轮 90触地, 回复到原本的五轮触地的状态。
由本发明固定单元 3中夹扣结构 32巧妙而独特的结构设计, 户只要轻 拨扳部 323, 即可使第一枢轴 3211以第三枢轴为轴心朝所拨动的方向位移, 进而使第一扣部 321及第二扣部 322松脱, 而达到快捷拆卸的效果。
本发明构造精筒, 结构稳固, 操作筒易, 功能良好, 安全性强, 检修容 易,制造成本低廉,又适合大量制造生产,且本发明经收折后,可收纳于 70cm X 45cmX 20cm之体积的箱体内 (如第五图所示), 含锂电池重量约仅十公斤 不含锂电池仅八公斤, 方便携带外出, 极具实用价值。 综上所述, 本夹固型轮椅驱动装置在产业上确实得以利用, 且非为公众 所知悉之技术。 再者, 本案有效解决先前技术中长期存在的问题并达成相关 使用者与消费者长期的需求, 得佐证本发明并非能轻易完成。 本案完全符合 专利法规定的实用性、 新颖性与创造性等要件, 依法提请专利, 恳请详查, 并尽早为准予专利的审定, 以保护申请人的知识产权, 鼓励创新。
本发明虽借由前述实施例来描述, 但仍可变化其形态与细节, 于不脱离 本发明的精神而达成, 并由熟悉此项技艺之人士可了解。 前述本案的较佳实 施例, 仅是借本案原理可以具体实施的方式之一, 但并不以此为限制, 应依 后附的申请专利范園所界定为准。

Claims

1 . 一种夹固型轮椅驱动装置, 包括:
控制单元, 包含龙头组接立管, 该龙头两端各设有把手; 上述立管组接 前叉; 设于龙头的煞车结构; 设于把手处的启动开关及控制开关, 该启动开 关及该控制开关与控制主机电性连接;
驱动单元, 包含电池及设于轮子的轮轴处的马达, 该轮子及该马达枢设 于上述控制单元的前叉内;
固定单元, 包含: 至少一个固定架, 该固定架设有至少一个活动关节; 螺组于该固定架两端的夹扣结构, 该夹扣结构由套合部、 扳部、 第一扣部及 第二扣部所组成; 该扳部连接第一扣部, 该扳部借第三枢轴与该套合部相枢 接, 该第一扣部借第一枢轴与该套合部相枢接, 该第二扣部借第二枢轴与该 套合部相枢接; 该第一扣部与该第二扣部可相扣合;
调翘单元, 包含设于所述控制单元的立管处的棘轮结构, 该棘轮结构与 上述固定单元的固定架相套组; 该棘轮结构具有正转开关及反转开关, 该正 转开关及该反转开关可控制棘轮结构内的棘轮正转或反转。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的夹固型轮椅驱动装置, 其中该立管一侧设有扣接 式快拆座。
3. 如权利要求 1所述的夹固型轮椅驱动装置, 更进一步增设脚架单元, 包含至少一个枢设于所述控制单元的立管处的脚架, 该脚架具有调整栓。
4. 如权利要求 1所述的夹固型轮椅驱动装置, 其中该煞车结构由至少一 个设于把手处的煞把, 以及设于前叉一侧的煞车, 该煞把及该煞车之间机械 连接煞车线。
5. 如权利要求 1所述的夹固型轮椅驱动装置, 其中该电池为锂电池。
6. 如权利要求 1所述的夹固型轮椅驱动装置, 其中该第一扣部、 该第二 扣部与该套合部内侧设有垫体。
7. 如权利要求 1所述的夹固型轮椅驱动装置, 其中该棘轮结构一侧螺组 固定栓, 该固定栓可卡掣棘轮结构内的棘轮。
8. 如权利要求 1所述的夹固型轮椅驱动装置, 其中该控制开关具有高中 低三段档速设计, 及倒车、 煞车断电等功能。
9. 如权利要求 1所述的夹固型轮椅驱动装置, 其中该龙头及该立管具 调整关节。
