Description

一种电子设备底座
本申请要求于2013年9月22日提交中国专利局、申请号为201310433376.7、发明名称为“一种电子设备底座”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及电子设备技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种电子设备底座。
背景技术
随着技术的进步,以及消费者的需求逐渐增多,电子设备的种类及功能也在逐渐增多,为了便于理解,下面以手机为例进行介绍。
手机分为智能手机和非智能手机,其中,智能手机像个人电脑一样,具有独立的操作系统,大多数是大屏机,而且是触摸电容屏,也有部分是电阻屏,功能强大实用性高。可以由用户自行安装软件、游戏等第三方服务商提供的程序,通过此类程序来不断对手机的功能进行扩充,并可以通过移动通讯网络来实现无线网络接入。
随着智能手机向大屏化发展,使得目前部分智能手机尺寸也越来越大,长时间手持不是很舒服,部分用户需要一个底座以便于给手机充电或者方便观看一些影视或者一些其他的扩展性功能,如充当音箱设备或无线传输设备等。
目前的电子设备底座上均开设有电子设备放置槽,可将电子设备倾斜放置于该电子设备放置槽内,并且该电子设备放置槽内设置有与主板连接的对外接口,并通过该对外接口与电子设备的数据接口的插配,实现该电子设备底座与手机或其它电子设备的连接。
然而,由于每款电子设备的外形各异,即电子设备的数据接口没有统一的位置,而且电子设备的尺寸也存在差别,因此同一款电子设备底座仅能适用于一种或者少数几种电子设备,不能满足多种电子设备的使用需求。若给每款电子设备均开发一种电子设备底座,开发和制造成本较高,投入 回报率低。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种电子设备底座,以降低开发和制造成本。
为实现上述目的,本发明实施例提供如下技术方案:
根据本发明实施例的第一方面,提供一种电子设备底座,包括:
底壳,所述底壳内设有主板;
箱盖,可拆卸地设置于所述底壳上,所述箱盖上具有电子设备放置槽,所述电子设备放置槽内容置有用于与电子设备连接的对外接口,所述对外接口与所述主板电连接。
结合第一方面,在第一种可能的实现方式中,所述主板通过线缆连接有主板接口;
所述箱盖内还设有与所述对外接口电连接的对内接口,所述对内接口与所述主板接口插配。
结合第一方面,在第二种可能的实现方式中,所述电子设备放置槽内设置有固定槽,所述对外接口可拆卸地固定于所述固定槽内,且所述对外接口通过线缆直接与所述主板电连接。
结合第一方面或第一方面的第一种可能的实现方式或第一方面的第二种可能的实现方式,在第三种可能的实现方式中,所述箱盖包括:
顶盖板,所述顶盖板上具有顶部开口;
位于所述顶盖板下侧,且位于所述顶部开口位置处的设备放置盒,所述设备放置盒与所述顶部开口共同形成所述电子设备放置槽。
结合第一方面的第三种可能的实现方式,在第四种可能的实现方式中,所述顶盖板位于所述顶部开口的一侧具有向下延伸的电子设备显示屏避让缺口。
结合第一方面或第一方面的第一种可能的实现方式,或第一方面的第二种可能的实现方式,或第一方面的第三种可能的实现方式,或第一方面的第四种可能的实现方式,在第五种可能的实现方式中,所述箱盖通过螺 钉可拆卸地设置于所述底壳上。

可见,在本发明实施例中,底壳和主板为固定件,适用于所有的电子设备,如手机、平板电脑等。箱盖则需要根据各个电子设备不同的外形及数据接口位置而进行定制设计。底座上的对外接口与主板电连接,在电子设备的数据接口与对外接口插接时,便实现了电子设备与主板的连接,从而可以实现相应的充电、声音放大或无线传输等功能。
当有一个新的电子设备底座需求时,只需设计一个新的与之匹配的箱盖即可,可以极大的减小开发成本及制造成本。本发明极大的缩短了电子设备底座的开发周期,降低前期投入成本,并且减少了制造成本。

请参阅图1-图3,图1为本发明实施例提供的一种电子设备底座的爆炸图;图2为本发明实施例提供的一种箱盖的结构示意图;图3为本发明实施例提供的一种底壳的结构示意图。
本发明实施例提供的电子设备底座,包括底壳200和箱盖100。
其中,底壳200内设有主板202,箱盖100可拆卸地设置于底壳200上,箱盖100上具有电子设备放置槽103,电子设备放置槽103内容置有用于与电子设备连接的对外接口106,对外接口106与主板202电连接。
如图6和图7所示,电子设备底座在使用时,将电子设备300放置在该电子设备放置槽103内,在将电子设备300放置在电子设备放置槽103内后,电子设备300的数据接口301便与对外接口106实现连接。
本发明实施例提供的电子设备底座,底壳200和主板202为固定件,适用于所有的电子设备300,如手机、平板电脑等。箱盖100则需要根据各个电子设备不同的外形及数据接口位置进行定制设计。箱盖100上的对外接口106与主板202电连接,在电子设备300的数据接口301与对外接口106插接时,便实现了电子设备300与主板202的连接,从而实现相应的充电、声音放大或无线传输等功能。根据电子设备底座的功能不同,主板202的电路也不同,在电子设备底座用于实现为电子设备充电时,则主板202 上集成有能够实现充电功能的电路,相应地,在电子设备底座用于实现为电子设备声音放大时,则主板202上集成有能够实现声音放大功能的电路。
当有一个新的电子设备底座需求时,只需设计一个新的与之匹配的箱盖100即可。通过更换不同的箱盖100,可以得到多种电子设备底座,例如图4和图5示出的两种电子设备底座,图4示出的电子设备底座可以适用于数据接口位于下侧的电子设备,数据接口位于下侧的电子设备是指电子设备在正常使用时,以电子设备的横向中心线为参照物,数据接口设置在横向中心线以下的位置的电子设备。为了便于理解,当电子设备为手机时,数据接口位于下侧是指,数据接口更靠近手机话筒的位置,手机话筒通常设置在手机的下侧。
图5示出的电子设备底座可以适用于数据接口位于上侧的电子设备。数据接口位于上侧的电子设备是指电子设备在正常使用时,以电子设备的横向中心线为参照物,数据接口设置在横向中心线以上的位置的电子设备。为了便于理解,当电子设备为手机时,数据接口位于上侧是指,数据接口更靠近手机听筒的位置,手机听筒通常设置在手机的上侧。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是,电子设备底座还可根据电子设备的不同具有更多种结构类型,本文并不局限于图4和图5示出的两种类型。
本发明实施例极大的缩短了电子设备底座的开发周期,降低前期投入成本,即仅需要重新设计和更换箱盖100的模具,而底壳200的模具无需更换。本发明实施例由于仅需要重新设计和更换箱盖100的模具,因此减少了制造成本。
进一步的,电子设备放置槽103内设置有固定槽110(参见图2),对外接口106可拆卸地固定于所述固定槽110内,对外接口106通过线缆直接与主板202电连接(参见图3)。
具体地,可以在固定槽的侧壁上设置用于卡接对外接口106的卡扣,在对外接口106上设置与卡扣配合的卡槽,在将对外接口106插入固定槽内后,卡扣便自动卡入对外接口106的卡槽内,避免在实现电子设备与对外接口106连接时,对外接口106在外力作用下,脱出固定槽。
除了上述实施方式之外,还可具有如下实施方式实现对外接口106与 主板202的电连接。在本发明一具体实施例中,主板202可以通过线缆连接主板接口203。箱盖100内还设有与对外接口106连接的对内接口107(参见图7),对内接口107与主板接口203插配。在本实施例中,可通过主板接口203与对内接口107的连接,实现主板202与对外接口106的连接,使得主板202与对外接口106的连接更加便捷,而且对专业程度要求较低,非专业人员也可实现安装连接。
具体地,对内接口107、对外接口106与主板接口203可为目前常用的USB(Universal Serial BUS,通用串行总线)接口或者HDMI(High Definition Multimedia Interface,高清晰度多媒体接口)接口。根据电子设备300的数据接口301不同,对外接口106也不同,只要保证对外接口106与电子设备300的数据接口301的结构类型相同即可。
需要说明的是,线缆204与主板202的连接可为目前通常被采用的焊接的方式,也可采用接口插接的方式实现连接。本实施例对线缆204与主板202的具体连接方式不作限定。
进一步的,如图2所示,箱盖100可以包括顶盖板101和设备放置盒102。
其中,顶盖板101上具有顶部开口108,设备放置盒102位于顶盖板101下侧,且位于顶部开口108位置处,设备放置盒102与顶部开口108共同形成电子设备放置槽103。箱盖100可为一体式结构,即顶盖板101和设备放置盒102通过一次注塑成型。本领域技术人员可以理解的是,也可分别完成顶盖板101和设备放置盒102的注塑,然后通过胶粘的方式实现二者的装配,同样能够实现箱盖100的功能。
进一步的,在本发明另一具体实施例中,顶盖板101位于顶部开口的一侧具有向下延伸的电子设备显示屏避让缺口104,这样就需要设备放置盒102的一侧侧壁去掉一部分材料,从而保证顶盖板101能够向下延伸。在电子设备放置在电子设备放置槽103内后,由于该电子设备放置槽103的一侧具有电子设备显示屏避让缺口104,因此设备放置盒102的侧壁不会遮挡电子设备300的显示屏,从而不会影响电子设备的正常使用。
具体地,箱盖100可通过螺钉可拆卸地设置于底壳200上,也可通过 卡扣可拆卸地设置于底壳200上,还可通过其它连接件实现箱盖100与底壳200的可拆卸连接,本实施例不作限定。

进一步地,内螺纹柱201的外壁连接有多个加强肋板,以增加内螺纹柱201的强度和稳定性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子设备底座,其特征在于,包括:
    底壳(200),所述底壳(200)内设有主板(202);
    箱盖(100),可拆卸地设置于所述底壳(200)上,所述箱盖(100)上具有电子设备放置槽(103),所述电子设备放置槽(103)内容置有用于与电子设备连接的对外接口(106),所述对外接口(106)与所述主板(202)电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备底座,其特征在于,所述主板(202)通过线缆(204)连接有主板接口(203);
    所述箱盖(100)内还设有与所述对外接口(106)电连接的对内接口(107),所述对内接口(107)与所述主板接口(203)插配。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备底座,其特征在于,所述电子设备放置槽(103)内设置有固定槽(110),所述对外接口(106)可拆卸地固定于所述固定槽内,且所述对外接口(106)通过线缆直接与所述主板(202)电连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的电子设备底座,其特征在于,所述箱盖(100)包括:
    顶盖板(101),所述顶盖板(101)上具有顶部开口(108);
    位于所述顶盖板(101)下侧,且位于所述顶部开口(108)位置处的设备放置盒(102),所述设备放置盒(102)与所述顶部开口(108)共同形成所述电子设备放置槽(103)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子设备底座,其特征在于,所述顶盖板(101)位于所述顶部开口的一侧具有向下延伸的电子设备显示屏避让缺口(104)。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的电子设备底座,其特征在于,所述箱盖(100)通过螺钉可拆卸地设置于所述底壳(200)上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子设备底座,其特征在于,所述箱盖(100)上开设有供所述螺钉穿过的螺钉穿设孔,所述底壳(200)上设有与所述螺钉穿设孔对应布置,且与所述螺钉螺纹配合的内螺纹柱(201)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子设备底座,其特征在于,所述箱盖(100) 的下部设置有与所述螺钉穿设孔对应的螺钉穿设管(105)。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的电子设备底座,其特征在于,所述内螺纹柱(201)的外壁连接有多个加强肋板。
  10. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的电子设备底座,其特征在于,所述箱盖(100)通过卡扣可拆卸地设置于所述底壳(200)上。
