本发明还提供一种标签数据应用装置, 包括用户终端, 该用户终端包括标签数据获取模 块、 标签数据解析模块和交互控制模块。 其中, 标签数据获取模块用以获取标签数据, 并将 获取的标签数据进行存储; 标签数据解析模块用以对标签数据进行解析, 获取该标签数据对 应的应用业务以及该应用业务所包含的一组服务信息和 /或功能信息; 交互控制模块用以与所 述的服务信息和 /或功能信息所对应的各个目标服务器分别进行信息交互, 实现相应的服务和 /或功能, 完成应用业务。 该标签数据应用装置中, 还包括发码服务器, 用以根据应用业务生成并向所述的用户终 端提供标签数据; 还用以向所述的用户终端提供与所述的服务信息和功能信息分别对应的目 标服务器信息。
该标签数据应用装置中, 所述的发码服务器存储有应用业务列表, 所述的应用业务列表 包括各应用业务对应的各个服务信息和功能信息以及各服务信息和功能信息对应的目标服务 器信息, 所述的目标服务器信息包括服务器接口、 参数和协议信息。
该标签数据应用装置中, 所述的用户终端为有线终端或无线终端, 所述的发码服务器通 过网络连接所述的用户终端。
该标签数据应用装置中, 该用户终端还包括选定控制模块, 用以根据用户操作, 选定所 述的一组服务和 /或功能消息中的若千个或全部的服务信息和 /或功能信息。
该标签数据应用装置中, 该用户终端还包括顺序控制模块, 用以确定各个选定的服务信 息和 /或功能信息之间的实现顺序为平行顺序或先后顺序。
釆用了该发明的标签数据应用方法和装置, 其在用户终端的标签数据获取模块获取标签 数据后, 标签数据解析模块对该标签数据进行解析, 获取该标签数据对应的应用业务以及该 应用业务所包含的一组服务信息和 /或功能信息,而后交互控制模块与该组服务信息和 /或功能 信息所对应的各个目标服务器分别进行信息交互,实现相应的服务和 /或功能,完成应用业务。 釆用了本发明的标签数据应用方法和装置, 由于其用户终端在实现标签数据的应用业务时, 直接与业务包含的服务和 /或功能所对应的目标服务器进行交互, 免去与提供总体应用业务的 服务器进行交互, 从而能将大型应用中的各个功能分散到与多个目标服务器的交互中实现, 有效筒化了标签数据在大型应用中的功能实现方式, 减少了应用服务提供者构建服务器的成 本, 使标签数据的应用途径更为广泛, 用户体验更好, 且标签数据应用方法的应用方式筒便, 标签数据应用装置的成本也相当低廉。 附图说明

请参阅图 1所示, 为本发明的标签数据应用方法的步骤流程图。
在一种实施方式中, 该标签数据应用方法如图 1所示, 包括以下步骤: ( 1 )用户终端获取标签数据, 该标签数据可以是一维码、 二维码或三维码等条形码, 也 可以是 RFID标签获取的 RFID近场通讯信息。用户终端而后对该标签数据进行解析,获取该 标签数据对应的应用业务以及该应用业务所包含的一组服务信息和 /或功能信息, 所述的服务 信息和功能信息均分别对应各自的目标服务器;
( 2 )所述的用户终端与该组服务信息和 /或功能信息所对应的各个目标服务器分别进行 信息交互, 实现相应的服务和 /或功能, 完成应用业务。
在较优选的实施方式中, 所述的步骤(1 )具体包括以下步骤:
( 11 ) 用户终端从发码服务器获取标签数据, 并对该标签数据进行解析, 获得该标签数 据对应的应用业务信息;
( 12 )所述的用户终端根据所述的应用业务信息, 从所述的发码服务器获取与应用业务 对应的一组服务信息和 /或功能信息以及与所述的服务信息和功能信息分别对应的目标服务 器信息。
在进一步优选的实施方式中, 所述的各个服务信息和功能信息均包括对应的服务软件开 发工具包或功能软件开发工具包, 所述的服务软件开发工具包和功能软件开发工具包均包括 对应的目标服务器信息, 所述的目标服务器信息包括服务器接口、 参数和协议信息。
在另一种较优选的实施方式中, 所述的步骤(2 )具体包括以下步骤:
( 21 )根据用户操作, 用户终端选定所述的一组服务和 /或功能消息中的若千个或全部的 服务信息和 /或功能信息;
( 22 )用户终端与选定的服务信息和 /或功能信息所对应的各个目标服务器分别进行信息 交互, 实现相应的服务和 /或功能, 完成应用业务。
在更优选的实施方式中, 所述的用户终端与选定的服务信息和 /或功能信息所对应的各个 目标服务器分别进行信息交互, 具体为:
用户终端确定各个选定的服务信息和 /或功能信息之间的实现顺序为平行顺序或先后顺 序;
所述的用户终端同步与所述的平行顺序的服务信息和 /或功能信息对应的各个目标服务 器分别进行信息交互, 并依先后顺序与所述的先后顺序的服务信息和 /或功能信息对应的各个 目标服务器分别进行信息交互。
本发明还提供一种标签数据应用装置。 在一种实施方式中, 该装置包括用户终端, 用户 终端可以是带摄像头的智能手机或 PAD平板, 也可以是具有扫描功能的手持扫描器或 RFID 感应设备。 该用户终端具体包括标签数据获取模块、 标签数据解析模块和交互控制模块。 其 中, 标签数据获取模块用以获取标签数据, 并将获取的标签数据进行存储; 标签数据解析模 块用以对标签数据进行解析, 获取该标签数据对应的应用业务以及该应用业务所包含的一组 服务信息和 /或功能信息;交互控制模块用以与所述的服务信息和 /或功能信息所对应的各个目 标服务器分别进行信息交互, 实现相应的服务和 /或功能, 完成应用业务。
在一种较优选的实施方式中, 还包括发码服务器, 用以根据应用业务生成并向所述的用 户终端提供标签数据; 还用以向所述的用户终端提供与所述的服务信息和功能信息分别对应 的目标服务器信息。 所述的用户终端为有线终端或无线终端, 所述的发码服务器通过网络连 接所述的用户终端。
在进一步优选的实施方式中, 所述的发码服务器存储有应用业务列表, 所述的应用业务 列表包括各应用业务对应的各个服务信息和功能信息以及各服务信息和功能信息对应的目标 服务器信息, 所述的目标服务器信息包括服务器接口、 参数和协议信息。
在另一种较优选的实施方式中, 该用户终端还包括选定控制模块, 用以根据用户操作, 选定所述的一组服务和 /或功能消息中的若千个或全部的服务信息和 /或功能信息。
在更优选的实施方式中, 该用户终端还包括顺序控制模块, 用以确定各个选定的服务信 息和 /或功能信息之间的实现顺序为平行顺序或先后顺序。
以下分别介绍本发明的标签数据应用方法和装置在实际应用中的两个具体实施例。 实施例 1 : 标签数据下单操作
在商店购物时, 消费者可以利用手机拍摄商品上的标签数据, 如二维码, 通过安装于手 机上的 APP解析二维码, 获得该二维码的应用业务为商品下单, 同时能够获得包括商品信息 查询、 定位、 物流查询、 购物模式选择、 下单、 费用支付等等的服务信息和功能信息。
具体而言, 首先手机 APP通过手机无线网络连接到维护商品信息的服务器, 查询到商品 信息并显示在手机上; 而后可以通过定位服务器, 确定消费者所在的位置以及与商品生产厂 商和存储仓库间的位置关系, 进而提供用户通过网络下单购买该商品的物流信息; 购物模式 选择服务器整合商品信息和物流信息后提供给消费者不同购买模式下的价格信息供消费者选 择, 在用户确认购买模式后, 若现货购买, 则下单服务器将订单信息传输到店铺实现购买, 若通过网络购买, 则下单服务器可将订单信息发送到生产厂商和物流厂商; 最后, 消费者利 用手机通过无线网络连接支付服务器完成支付, 从而实现整个商品购买的流程。 当然, 这样 的下单二维码也可以直接印在各类报刊杂志的广告上, 消费者可以通过拍摄广告上的二维码 完成下单操作。
由此, 在生成该商品的下单二维码时, 仅需将各个服务或功能对应的目标服务器信息包 含在对应的 SDK内 ,用户终端就能够在解析二维码后通过与各个目标服务器的信息交互实现 商品下单的功能, 从而将一个总体的下单服务器分解, 使整体的二维码应用方式更为细化, 服务与功能的组合更为灵活, 成本也更低。
实施例 2: 电视机机顶盒
随着高清付费电视的普及, 电视机机顶盒成为常见的家庭电子设备, 同时在各类高级的 宾馆酒店也有应用。 观看高清付费节目需要用户支付一定的费用, 然而付费电视的使用权是 和机顶盒绑定的, 已经付费的用户难以在另一个机顶盒上观看高清电视, 同时如何在酒店宾 馆等短期使用的情况下完成快捷的付费也是一个应用难点。
利用本发明的标签数据应用方法和装置, 能够在机顶盒开机时, 通过电视机显示一个标 签数据, 如二维码, 用户通过手机拍摄该二维码, 通过安装于手机上的 ΑΡΡ解析二维码, 获 得该二维码的应用业务为付费电视, 同时能够获得包括认证、 权限、 支付等服务和功能信息。
首先, 二维码包括认证目标服务器信息, 通过连接认证服务器, 用户进行身份认证, 登 录或注册完成后, 用户通过权限服务器信息确认权限。 若用户已购买该付费电视的服务, 该 权限服务器就将用户有权的确认信息通过网络发送到机顶盒, 此时, 用户就可观看付费电视, 使付费电视的使用权和机顶盒本身分开, 已经购买过服务的消费者可以在任何一台机顶盒上 观看付费电视。 若用户没有购买相应的服务, 则手机通过二维码的支付信息连接到支付服务 器, 使用户能够通过支付购买服务, 筒化了用户购买付费电视的流程, 方便在酒店宾馆等的 短期使用。
由以上实施例可见, 如图 2所示, 本发明的二维码应用装置可以包括服务定义服务器、 二维码发码 /解码服务器、发布在各电子 /纸盾媒介上的二维码、 智能终端识读 ΑΡΡ、服务提供 服务器。 实现 ΟΤΟ服务的定义、 集成和协同, 从而改变了服务提供组织形态, 实现服务的跨 组织即时协同, 能够使服务组合柔性化、 服务单元颗粒细化、 服务协同自动化。
另夕卜,作为数据载体的数据标签可以分为条形码和 RFID两类,条形码信息和 RFID信息 获取后, 一种形式是信息获取后要到解析服务器去解析所包含的服务 /功能返回给智能终端 ΑΡΡ, 而后在 ΑΡΡ中列出服务功能(如图 2中所示, 智能终端获取信息后, 不同解析服务器 进行信息解析); 另一种形式是信息中含有服务 /功能, 无需解析服务器解析, 就在 ΑΡΡ中列 出了信息所包含了服务 /功能, 就在 ΑΡΡ中列出了信息所包含了服务 /功能。
本发明的主要特点在于:
1、标签数据统一的编码规则,发码服务器根据提供 /接受的服务 /功能,生成智能终端 ΑΡΡ 可以读取的标签数据信息。 2、 通过标签数据发码服务器对智能终端服务的组合、 提供服务的服务器、 服务协同方式 定义相对智能终端标签数据。
3、 通过标签数据解析服务器对智能终端釆集到的标签数据进行解析, 并提供智能终端 APP中相关服务器 /服务的 SDK。
4、 标签数据含有所提供 /接受的所有服务 /功能, 供用户在智能终端的 App中选择操作 , 与指定服务器进行信息交互, 实现服务 /服务器组合的动作触发和服务协同。
本发明在实际应用中具有以下优点:
1、 服务组合柔性化, 通过服务组合自行定义和扫码触发, 实现服务的零活组合和协同; 标签数据根据服务 /目标服务器及服务协同方式定义通过不同 SDK与不同的服务器建立关联, 使服务提供者灵活化的同时, 保障了服务协同性, 促进社会分工的深化和优化。
2、 用户体验友好化, 通过标签数据, 提高了用户界面友好性; 通过服务组合, 用户根据 需要, 在 App中选择所对应的服务, 提高用户操作友好性。
3、 服务组合的深度利用, 通过验证、 支付、 物流等服务的分离, 增加了系统的安全度。 釆用了该发明的标签数据应用方法和装置, 其在用户终端的标签数据获取模块获取标签 数据后, 标签数据解析模块对该标签数据进行解析, 获取该标签数据对应的应用业务以及该 应用业务所包含的一组服务信息和 /或功能信息,而后交互控制模块与该组服务信息和 /或功能 信息所对应的各个目标服务器分别进行信息交互,实现相应的服务和 /或功能,完成应用业务。 釆用了本发明的标签数据应用方法和装置, 由于其用户终端在实现标签数据的应用业务时, 直接与业务包含的服务和 /或功能所对应的目标服务器进行交互, 免去与提供总体应用业务的 服务器进行交互, 从而能将大型应用中的各个功能分散到与多个目标服务器的交互中实现, 有效筒化了标签数据在大型应用中的功能实现方式, 减少了应用服务提供者构建服务器的成 本, 使标签数据的应用途径更为广泛, 用户体验更好, 且标签数据应用方法的应用方式筒便, 标签数据应用装置的成本也相当低廉。
在此说明书中, 本发明已参照其特定的实施例作了描述。 但是, 很显然仍可以作出各种 修改和变换而不背离本发明的精神和范围。 因此, 说明书和附图应被认为是说明性的而非限 制性的。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种标签数据应用方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括以下步骤:
( 1 )用户终端获取标签数据, 并对该标签数据进行解析, 获取该标签数据对应的应用业 务以及该应用业务所包含的一组服务信息和 /或功能信息, 所述的服务信息和功能信息均分别 对应各自的目标服务器;
( 2 )所述的用户终端与该组服务信息和 /或功能信息所对应的各个目标服务器分别进行 信息交互, 实现相应的服务和 /或功能, 完成应用业务。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的标签数据应用方法, 其特征在于, 所述的步骤(1 )具体包括 以下步骤:
( 11 ) 用户终端从发码服务器获取标签数据, 并对该标签数据进行解析, 获得该标签数 据对应的应用业务信息;
( 12 )所述的用户终端根据所述的应用业务信息, 从所述的发码服务器获取与应用业务 对应的一组服务信息和 /或功能信息以及与所述的服务信息和功能信息分别对应的目标服务 器信息。
3、根据权利要求 2所述的标签数据应用方法, 其特征在于, 所述的各个服务信息和功能 信息均包括对应的服务软件开发工具包或功能软件开发工具包, 所述的服务软件开发工具包 和功能软件开发工具包均包括对应的目标服务器信息, 所述的目标服务器信息包括服务器接 口、 参数和协议信息。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的标签数据应用方法, 其特征在于, 所述的步骤(2 )具体包括 以下步骤:
( 21 )根据用户操作, 用户终端选定所述的一组服务和 /或功能消息中的若千个或全部的 服务信息和 /或功能信息;
( 22 )用户终端与选定的服务信息和 /或功能信息所对应的各个目标服务器分别进行信息 交互, 实现相应的服务和 /或功能, 完成应用业务。
5、根据权利要求 4所述的标签数据应用方法, 其特征在于, 所述的用户终端与选定的服 务信息和 /或功能信息所对应的各个目标服务器分别进行信息交互, 具体为:
用户终端确定各个选定的服务信息和 /或功能信息之间的实现顺序为平行顺序或先后顺 序;
所述的用户终端同步与所述的平行顺序的服务信息和 /或功能信息对应的各个目标服务 器分别进行信息交互, 并依先后顺序与所述的先后顺序的服务信息和 /或功能信息对应的各个 目标服务器分别进行信息交互。
6、 一种标签数据应用装置, 包括用户终端, 其特征在于, 该用户终端包括: 标签数据获取模块, 用以获取标签数据, 并将获取的标签数据进行存储;
标签数据解析模块, 用以对标签数据进行解析, 获取该标签数据对应的应用业务以及该 应用业务所包含的一组服务信息和 /或功能信息;
交互控制模块, 用以与所述的服务信息和 /或功能信息所对应的各个目标服务器分别进行 信息交互, 实现相应的服务和 /或功能, 完成应用业务。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的标签数据应用装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
发码服务器, 用以根据应用业务生成并向所述的用户终端提供标签数据; 还用以向所述 的用户终端提供与所述的服务信息和功能信息分别对应的目标服务器信息。
8、根据权利要求 7所述的标签数据应用装置, 其特征在于, 所述的发码服务器存储有应 用业务列表, 所述的应用业务列表包括各应用业务对应的各个服务信息和功能信息以及各服 务信息和功能信息对应的目标服务器信息, 所述的目标服务器信息包括服务器接口、 参数和 协议信息。
9、根据权利要求 7或 8所述的标签数据应用装置, 其特征在于, 所述的用户终端为有线 终端或无线终端, 所述的发码服务器通过网络连接所述的用户终端。
10、 根据权利要求 6所述的标签数据应用装置, 其特征在于, 该用户终端还包括: 选定控制模块, 用以根据用户操作, 选定所述的一组服务和 /或功能消息中的若千个或全 部的服务信息和 /或功能信息。
11、 根据权利要求 9所述的标签数据应用装置, 其特征在于, 该用户终端还包括: 顺序控制模块, 用以确定各个选定的服务信息和 /或功能信息之间的实现顺序为平行顺序 或先后顺序。
