天线,用以从第二用户终端接收加载了由第二数据标签解码形成的数据标签信息的第一无线信号;
第一电路,用以将所述的第一无线信号转换为第一数据信号;
处理器,用以根据从所述的第一数据信号中的数据标签信息获取的所述的与应用服务相关的服务及功能信息生成包括该服务与功能信息的第二数据信号,该服务及功能信息为实现所述应用服务所需的任务以及各任务所指向的目标服务器;以及
第二电路,用以将所述的第二数据信号转换为第二无线信号,所述的天线用以将该第二无线信号发送至所述的第二用户终端。
在一种优选的实施方式中,该方法还包括以下步骤:
从所述的第一数据标签获取一个OTO服务激活码,基于该OTO服务激活码,所述的OTO节点路由器被部分激活。
实现该实施方式的应用方法的基于数据标签的OTO应用设备中,所述的OTO应用控制器存储有OTO服务激活码,所述的OTO服务激活码用以部分激活所述的OTO节点路由器。
在另一种优选的实施方式中,所述的基于数据标签的OTO应用方法中,所述的第二数据标签的数据为由所述的第二用户终端通过所述的OTO节点路由器发送至所述的一个或多个数据标签服务器,所述的与应用服务相关的服务及功能信息为由所述的一个或多个数据标签 服务器从所述的第二数据标签获取的。
在另一种优选的实施方式中,其中所述的第二用户终端从所述的一个或多个数据标签服务器接收服务及功能信息以及所述的目标服务器组信息。
在另一种优选的实施方式中,所述的第二数据标签信息由所述的第二用户终端发送至所述的OTO节点路由器,该OTO节点路由器至所述的第二数据标签获取所述的与应用服务相关的服务及功能信息。
在更进一步优选的实施方式中,所述的第二用户终端从所述的OTO节点路由器接收所述的服务及功能信息以及所述的目标服务器组信息。
在另一种优选的实施方式中,包括解码所述的数据标签获得解码后的数据标签信息,以获得活动与应用服务相关的服务及功能信息,其中,所述的与应用服务相关的服务及功能信息从所述的解码后的数据标签信息获取。
在另一种优选的实施方式中,其中所述的第一数据标签显示在贴于所述的OTO节点路由器外表面的物理数据标签上,或显示于该OTO节点路由器的数字显示屏上。
在另一种优选的实施方式中,其中所述的第一数据标签及第二数据标签为一维码、二维码、三维码中的任意一种或两种。
实现该实施方式的应用方法的基于数据标签的OTO应用设备中,所述的第一数据标签为RFID标签、NFC标签和其它由电子显示屏显示的数据码中的一种。
在更优选的实施方式中,所述的一个或多个数据标签服务器用于生成至少一个所述的第一数据标签或第二数据标签,其中,所述的第一数据标签由所述的OTO节点路由器的唯一识别码编码形成,所述的第二数据标签由所述的与应用服务相关的服务及功能信息编码形成。
实现该更优选的实施方式的应用方法的基于数据标签的OTO应用设备中,还包括设备描述库,用以存储以授权接收应用服务的一个或多个用户终端信息。
本发明的具体应用中,通过赋予OTO-WiFi路由器设备(OTO节点路由器)一个OTO全局唯一ID标识(OTO-ID绑定路由器设备的序列号,全局唯一性),当智能移动设备通过WiFi连接到OTO-WiFi路由器设备时,OTO-WiFi路由器设备向发送智能移动设备发送数字标签。或智能移动设备获取到OTO-WiFi路由器设备的该序列号。
OTO-WiFi路由器设备并不将完整的、含有全部内容的数据标签直接发送给智能移动设备,而是智能移动设备获得数字标签后再通过Internet网络到OTO-IDS公共服务解析得到真正的、完整含有全部内容的数据标签。
而另一方面,智能终端只能获取到OTO-WiFi路由器设备的数字标签,若没有得到安全 授权,无法进一步获取到该在OTO后台服务所对应的数据标签。从而保证了设备应用的安全性。
以下分别介绍本发明的标签数据应用方法和装置在实际应用中的三个具体实施例。
实施例1:物品在物流、仓储和配送过程中的OTO-WiFi信息管理。
厂家在物品生产完成后,即进入到商品的物流、仓储和配送的环节。而物流、仓库和配送的工作,绝大部分需要第三方提供服务,来配合完成。因此造成这些环节的信息滞后于企业ERP系统的数据采集,并且需要培训大量的现场工作人员使用ERP系统来进行数据操作。
在第三方物流仓库的现场工作场地安装使用OTO-WiFi路由器设备,实现物品的入库和出库。
仓库物品入库位置安置第一OTO-WiFi路由器设备,并在OTO后台服务中赋予该第一OTO-WiFi路由器设备的数据标签定义的操作和权限为物品入货输入操作。仓库工作人员在仓库物品入库位置使用带有扫码功能的移动智能终端,通过无线网络连接到第一OTO-WiFi路由器设备,获取到OTO-WiFi路由器设备的数字标签(设备序列号),通过OTO后台得到对应的通过安全认证授权的数据标签,数据标签的安全授权定义了这台带扫码功能的移动智能终端只可进行物品的扫码入库操作,其它的所有操作不予以授权。
仓库物品出库位置安置第二OTO-WiFi路由器设备,并在OTO后台服务中赋予该第二OTO-WiFi路由器设备的数据标签定义的操作和权限为物品入货输入操作。仓库工作人员在仓库物品出库位置使用带有扫码功能的移动智能终端,通过无线网络连接到第二OTO-WiFi路由器设备,获取到OTO-WiFi路由器设备的数字标签(设备序列号),通过OTO后台得到对应的通过安全认证授权的数据标签,数据标签的安全授权定义了这台带扫码功能的移动智能终端只可进行物品的扫码出库操作,其它的所有操作不予以授权。
使用OTO-WiFi路由器设备,可以快速实现厂家的物品在物流、仓库和配送环节,将实时的数据输入到企业的ERP系统中,同时降低了现场工作人员的ERP系统操作培训,避免工作人员的错误操作,只需在授予的权限内进行操作即可。
实施例2:商场的OTO-WiFi路由器发布导购信息。
商家在商铺中安置OTO-WiFi路由器设备,在OTO后台服务中赋予该OTO-WiFi路由器设备的数据标签定义。定义的数据标签可为商铺的海报推广信息和会员、打折促销等信息。顾客在逛商场的过程中,途径该商铺,顾客的移动智能终端(智能手机、PAD等)通过无线网络连接到OTO-WiFi路由器设备,获取到该OTO-WiFi路由器设备的电子标签(或设备序列号),通过OTO后台服务得到对应的通过安全认证授权的数据标签,将商铺定义的海报推 广信息和会员、打折促销等信息显示在顾客的智能移动终端的显示屏上,顾客能及时的获取到想要的信息。
实施例3:电视机机顶盒
随着高清付费电视的普及,电视机机顶盒成为常见的家庭电子设备,同时在各类高级的宾馆酒店也有应用。观看高清付费节目需要用户支付一定的费用,然而付费电视的使用权是和机顶盒绑定的,已经付费的用户难以在另一个机顶盒上观看高清电视,同时如何在酒店宾馆等短期使用的情况下完成快捷的付费也是一个应用难点。
利用本发明的标签数据应用方法和装置,能够在机顶盒开机时,通过电视机显示一个标签数据,如二维码,用户通过手机拍摄该二维码,通过安装于手机上的APP解析二维码,获得该二维码的应用业务为付费电视,同时能够获得包括认证、权限、支付等服务和功能信息。
首先,二维码包括认证目标服务器信息,通过连接认证服务器,用户进行身份认证,登录或注册完成后,用户通过权限服务器信息确认权限。若用户已购买该付费电视的服务,该权限服务器就将用户有权的确认信息通过网络发送到机顶盒,此时,用户就可观看付费电视,使付费电视的使用权和机顶盒本身分开,已经购买过服务的消费者可以在任何一台机顶盒上观看付费电视。若用户没有购买相应的服务,则手机通过二维码的支付信息连接到支付服务器,使用户能够通过支付购买服务,简化了用户购买付费电视的流程,方便在酒店宾馆等的短期使用。
由以上实施例可见,如图2、3所示,本发明的二维码应用装置可以包括服务定义服务器、二维码发码/解码服务器、发布在各电子/纸质媒介上的二维码、智能终端识读APP、服务提供服务器。实现OTO服务的定义、集成和协同,从而改变了服务提供组织形态,实现服务的跨组织即时协同,能够使服务组合柔性化、服务单元颗粒细化、服务协同自动化。
另外,作为数据载体的数据标签可以分为条形码和RFID两类,条形码信息和RFID信息获取后,一种形式是信息获取后要到解析服务器去解析所包含的服务/功能返回给智能终端APP,而后在APP中列出服务功能(如图2、3中所示,智能终端获取信息后,不同解析服务器进行信息解析);另一种形式是信息中含有服务/功能,无需解析服务器解析,就在APP中列出了信息所包含了服务/功能,就在APP中列出了信息所包含了服务/功能。
采用了该发明的基于数据标签的OTO应用设备及应用方法,其在用户终端的标签数据获取模块获取标签数据后,标签数据解析模块对该标签数据进行解析,获取该标签数据对应的应用业务以及该应用业务所包含的一组服务信息和/或功能信息,而后交互控制模块与该组服务信息和/或功能信息所对应的各个目标服务器分别进行信息交互,实现相应的服务和/或功 能,完成应用业务。采用了本发明的设备及方法,由于其用户终端在实现标签数据的应用业务时,直接与业务包含的服务和/或功能所对应的目标服务器进行交互,免去与提供总体应用业务的服务器进行交互,从而能将大型应用中的各个功能分散到与多个目标服务器的交互中实现,有效简化了标签数据在大型应用中的功能实现方式,减少了应用服务提供者构建服务器的成本,使标签数据的应用途径更为广泛,用户体验更好,且标签数据应用方法的应用方式简便,标签数据应用装置的成本也相当低廉。
在此说明书中,本发明已参照其特定的实施例作了描述。但是,很显然仍可以作出各种修改和变换而不背离本发明的精神和范围。因此,说明书和附图应被认为是说明性的而非限制性的。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种基于数据标签的OTO应用方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    利用第一用户终端从一个OTO节点路由器上获取第一数据标签;
    从所述的第一数据标签得到所述的OTO节点路由器的唯一的产品序列码;
    将所述的产品序列码从所述的第一用户终端发送至一个或多个数据标签服务器;
    利用所述的一个或多个数据标签服务器激活所述的OTO节点路由器,使该OTO节点路由器实现OTO服务;
    连接所述的OTO节点路由器及所述的一个或多个数据标签服务器的第二用户终端获取第二数据标签;
    从所述的第二数据标签获取与应用服务相关的服务及功能信息,所述的服务及功能信息为实现所述应用服务所需的任务以及各任务所指向的目标服务器;
    使所述的第二用户终端实现同一组关于所述的应用服务的分布式服务器的直接通信;
    使所述的分布式服务器组实现由所述服务及功能信息所对应的任务,以实现所述的应用服务。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的基于数据标签的OTO应用方法,其特征在于,还包括以下步骤:
    从所述的第一数据标签获取一个OTO服务激活码,基于该OTO服务激活码,所述的OTO节点路由器被部分激活。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的基于数据标签的OTO应用方法,其特征在于,其中,所述的第二数据标签的数据为由所述的第二用户终端通过所述的OTO节点路由器发送至所述的一个或多个数据标签服务器,所述的与应用服务相关的服务及功能信息为由所述的一个或多个数据标签服务器从所述的第二数据标签获取的。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的基于数据标签的OTO应用方法,其特征在于,其中所述的第二用户终端从所述的一个或多个数据标签服务器接收服务及功能信息以及所述的目标服务器组信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的基于数据标签的OTO应用方法,其特征在于,所述的第二数据标签信息由所述的第二用户终端发送至所述的OTO节点路由器,该OTO节点路由器至所述的第二数据标签获取所述的与应用服务相关的服务及功能信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的基于数据标签的OTO应用方法,其特征在于,所述的第二用 户终端从所述的OTO节点路由器接收所述的服务及功能信息以及所述的目标服务器组信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的基于数据标签的OTO应用方法,其特征在于,包括解码所述的数据标签获得解码后的数据标签信息,以获得活动与应用服务相关的服务及功能信息,其中,所述的与应用服务相关的服务及功能信息从所述的解码后的数据标签信息获取。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的基于数据标签的OTO应用方法,其特征在于,其中所述的第一数据标签显示在贴于所述的OTO节点路由器外表面的物理数据标签上,或显示于该OTO节点路由器的数字显示屏上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的基于数据标签的OTO应用方法,其特征在于,其中所述的第一数据标签及第二数据标签为一维码、二维码、三维码中的任意一种或两种。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的基于数据标签的OTO应用方法,其特征在于,所述的一个或多个数据标签服务器用于生成至少一个所述的第一数据标签或第二数据标签,其中,所述的第一数据标签由所述的OTO节点路由器的唯一识别码编码形成,所述的第二数据标签由所述的与应用服务相关的服务及功能信息编码形成。
  11. 一种基于数据标签的OTO应用设备,其特征在于,该设备为一OTO节点路由器,包括:
    OTO应用控制器,用以存储所述的OTO节点路由器的唯一识别码,并存储与应用服务相关的服务及功能信息,该服务及功能信息为实现所述应用服务所需的任务以及各任务所指向的目标服务器;
    第一数据标签,由存储于所述的OTO应用控制器中的唯一识别码编码形成,该第一数据标签可由第一用户终端读取并获得所述的唯一识别码,一个或多个数据标签服务器在接收到所述的唯一识别码后激活对应的OTO节点路由器;
    通信端口,用于实现一个或多个数据标签服务器与所述的目标服务器之间的连接,所述的OTO应用控制器用以从所述的一个或多个数据标签服务器接收与应用服务相关的服务及功能信息的更新信息;
    天线,用以从第二用户终端接收加载了由第二数据标签解码形成的数据标签信息的第一无线信号;
    第一电路,用以将所述的第一无线信号转换为第一数据信号;
    处理器,用以根据从所述的第一数据信号中的数据标签信息获取的所述的与应用服务相关的服务及功能信息生成包括该服务与功能信息的第二数据信号,该服务及功能信息为实现所述应用服务所需的任务以及各任务所指向的目标服务器;以及
    第二电路,用以将所述的第二数据信号转换为第二无线信号,所述的天线用以将该第二无线信号发送至所述的第二用户终端。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的基于数据标签的OTO应用设备,其特征在于,所述的OTO应用控制器存储有OTO服务激活码,所述的OTO服务激活码用以部分激活所述的OTO节点路由器。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的基于数据标签的OTO应用设备,其特征在于,所述的第一数据标签及第二数据标签为一维码、二维码、三维码中的任意一种或两种。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的基于数据标签的OTO应用设备,其特征在于,所述的第一数据标签为RFID标签、NFC标签和其它由电子显示屏显示的数据码中的一种。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的基于数据标签的OTO应用设备,其特征在于,还包括:
    设备描述库,用以存储以授权接收应用服务的一个或多个用户终端信息。
