通过运用本发明实施例提供的方案, 可以通过短信或彩信等形式向移 动终端发送业务消息, 用户即使在拥挤的空间内也可以轻松的阅读各种资 讯消息, 且进入地铁的乘客都可以享受到业务消息, 提高了用户体验, 解 决了通过视频或报纸来传播媒体的业务消息, 受众群体数量较少, 且重复 工作浪费资源的问题。 附图说明

为了解决现有技术中, 通过视频或报纸来传播媒体的业务消息, 受众 群体数量较少, 且重复工作浪费资源, 没有一种受众群体较多、 且节省资 源的业务消息派发方法的问题, 本发明提供了一种发送消息的方法、 服务 器及终端, 以下结合附图以及实施例, 对本发明进行较佳的详细说明。 应 当理解, 此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明, 并不限定本发明。
现有技术中, 无论是公交电视还是地铁报, 发展的瓶颈就在于, 使用 传统的运营模式投入到了信息社会的竟争中。 随着手机的普及, 消息类业 务已经成为了传媒业务的一个很好的载体。 特别是彩信、 短信完全可以代 替传统的平面媒体。
如果利用消息类业务(短信、 彩信)代替传统的传媒方式, 在公交票 务系统中采用消息分发方案实现消息业务的下发, 将会大大优化用户的阅 读体验。 而作为业务运营商其运维成本将会降低, 获取更大的市场份额的 同时, 为较佳的细分市场、 扩展业务奠定坚实的基础。
基于上述思想, 本发明实施例提供了一种发送消息的方法, 该方法应 用在公交票务系统中, 其流程如图 1所示, 包括步骤 S102至步骤 S104。
步骤 S102, 将公交票务系统卡与移动终端进行绑定。
用户通常都持有固定公交票务系统卡(即公交地铁卡),对于此类用户, 可以在用户开户时将公交票务系统卡与移动终端绑定在一起, 当然也可以 在用户想要接收公交票务系统发送的消息时, 再将公交票务系统卡与移动 终端绑定在一起。 对于没有固定公交票务系统卡的用户, 通常会使用单次 单次公交票务系统卡, 用户在购买此类卡时, 如果希望接收消息, 则可以 提供移动终端号码, 将其与单次公交票务系统卡绑定。 绑定后, 只要用户 进入地铁, 就会刷卡, 就会产生触发公交票务系统发送消息。
步骤 S104, 在公交票务系统接收到公交票务系统卡的刷卡消息的情况 下, 向移动终端发送业务消息。
当用户刷卡进站, 公交票务系统查看该公交票务系统卡的绑定情况, 如果绑定, 就会触发公交票务系统向移动终端发送业务消息。
通过运用上述实施例提供的方法, 可以通过短信或彩信等形式向移动 终端发送业务消息, 用户即使在拥挤的空间内也可以轻松的阅读各种资讯 消息, 且进入地铁的乘客都可以享受到业务消息, 提高了用户体验, 解决 了通过视频或报纸来传播媒体的业务消息, 受众群体数量较少, 且重复工 作浪费资源的问题。
将公交票务系统卡与移动终端进行绑定通常是将公交票务系统卡与移 动终端的号码绑定。 绑定过程中, 公交票务系统的服务器向移动终端发送 捆绑验证码; 移动终端返回验证码, 在移动终端返回的验证码正确的情况 下, 说明手机号码正确, 且用户希望绑定, 则将公交票务系统卡与移动终 端对应的号码进行绑定。
绑定后, 可以通过预存业务消息的终端向移动终端发送业务消息; 或 这也可以通过公交票务系统的服务器向移动终端发送业务消息。 在实际设 置时, 可以设置两种方式供用户选择, 用户可以根据移动终端的性能选择 不同的接收方式, 会较佳的提高用户体验。
如果用户选择通过预存业务消息的终端向移动终端发送业务消息, 则 用户的手机需要支持 NFC功能。 实施过程中 , 服务器会按照预定时间间隔 发送业务消息, 终端接收上述业务消息, 并保存该业务消息; 在公交票务 系统接收到公交票务系统卡的刷卡消息时, 终端处于通过近距离无线通讯 NFC发送业务消息的准备状态; 当移动终端与终端的距离在预设范围内时, 终端通过 NFC向移动终端发送业务消息。上述的预设范围是支持 NFC通信 的极限值, 超过该预设范围, 则无法通过 NFC进行通信。
如果用户选择通过公交票务系统的服务器向移动终端发送业务消息, 则在公交票务系统接收到公交票务系统卡的刷卡消息的情况下, 直接提取 公交票务系统卡绑定的移动终端对应的号码, 再向号码发送业务消息即可。 本发明实施例还提供了一种服务器, 其结构示意如图 2所示, 包括: 开户模块 10, 配置为将公交票务系统卡与移动终端进行绑定; 消息下发模 块 20, 与开户模块 10耦合, 配置为在公交票务系统接收到公交票务系统卡 的刷卡消息的情况下, 向移动终端发送业务消息。
图 3示出了开户模块 10的结构示意图, 开户模块 10还包括: 发送单 元 102,配置为向移动终端发送捆绑险证码;开户单元 104,与发送单元 102 耦合, 配置为在移动终端返回的验证码正确的情况下, 将公交票务系统卡 与移动终端对应的号码进行绑定。
图 4示出了消息下发模块 20的结构示意图, 消息下发模块 20还包括: 提取单元 202,配置为在公交票务系统接收到公交票务系统卡的刷卡消息的 情况下, 提取公交票务系统卡绑定的移动终端对应的号码; 消息下发单元 204, 与提取单元 202耦合, 配置为向号码发送业务消息。
其中, 上述消息下发模块 20, 还可以配置为向预存业务消息的终端发 送业务消息, 其中, 终端用于通过近距离无线通讯 NFC向移动终端发送业 务消息。
基于上述消息下发模块 20的另一种功能,本实施例还提供了一种终端, 其结构示意如图 5所示, 包括: 接收模块 30, 配置为接收公交票务系统的 服务器按照预定时间间隔发送的业务消息, 并保存业务消息; 处理模块 40, 与接收模块 30耦合, 配置为在公交票务系统接收到公交票务系统卡的刷卡 消息的情况下, 使终端处于通过 NFC发送业务消息的准备状态; 消息分发 模块 50, 与处理模块 40耦合, 配置为在移动终端与终端的距离在预设范围 内的情况下, 通过近距离无线通讯 NFC向移动终端发送业务消息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种计算机存储介质, 其中存储有计算机可执 行指令, 所述计算机可执行指令用于执行本发明实施例所述的方法。
优选实施例 本优选实施例提出了两种利用公交票务系统实现消息类业务下发的方 案, 解决公交电视媒体观看体验不佳的缺点, 以及纸质地铁报用户获取、 阅读不方便, 运营方派发、 回收成本高等缺点。 通过使用该提升用户的使 用体验、 为运营方提供更大的业务扩展空间。 下面分别对本优选实施例提 出的两种方案进行说明。
方案一:
该方法着眼于普通手机终端的能力, 基于现有的公交票务系统和通信 运营商的短信、 彩信业务流程, 实现消息类业务(业务消息) 的点播和下 发。
当用户开户时, 针对不同的用户, 用户信息可以存入不同的数据库。 下面对不同用户的开户过程进行说明。
( 1 )持有储值卡(固定公交票务系统卡) 的用户可进行储值卡开户。 储值卡开户时, 用户提供手机号码, 并通过短信发送验证码进行验证。 验 证通过之后, 储值卡开户成功, 经验证的手机号码与储值卡信息绑定, 存 入数据库。 储值卡注销时, 绑定的开户信息也将注销。
( 2 )持有单程卡(单次公交票务系统卡)的用户可进行单次开户。 单 次开户时, 用户提供手机号码, 并通过短信发送验证码进行验证。 验证通 过之后, 单次开户成功, 经验证的手机号码与单程车票绑定, 存入数据库。 当单程车票回收时, 单次开户信息将自动注销。
绑定时, 如果是地铁通过人工售票得到的公交票务系统卡, 那么用户 可以直接向工作人员提供手机号。 如果是通过自动售票机进行, 那么需要 用户自行输入手机号。 为了简化用户操作, 还可提供二维码制作、 扫描终 端。 通过二维码制作终端, 帮助用户可将手机号码制作成二维码。 用户在 购票时直接扫描二维码即可完成手机号码的提交。
为了提高数据库查询效率, 优化用户使用体验, 数据库使用内存数据 库和物理数据库联合使用的模式。 单次开户的信息存储时间一般不会太长, 因此单次开户的信息仅存在于内存数据库。 储值卡开户的信息基本上会长 期存在, 因此储值卡开户的信息采用内存数据库与物理数据库双重存储。 查询操作在内存数据库进行, 其他操作同时在内存数据库与物理数据库内 进行。 表 1示出了单次开户和储值卡开户在不同操作下数据库的变化情况。

在收到用户的刷卡信息后, 服务器进行用户信息提取, 获取用户的唯 一标识(用户 id, 即号码)。 服务器在数据库中查询与之关联的手机号码。 并将此手机号码作为主叫号码, 采用短信 MO方式向通信运行商发送点播 请求, 以将内容提供商制作好的消息 (短信或彩信)通过通信运营商的下 发流程下发给指定的用户手机号码。
考虑到公交票务系统在上班高峰期用户数量比较大, 所以服务器需要 拥有较高的并行处理能力。 同时由于要求拥有较高的阅读时效性, 服务器 也需要拥有较快的处理速度。
方案二:
随着通信技术的发展, 手机已经不仅仅是语音、 短消息通讯的工具, 而是日益成为一个综合性的个人智能处理终端。 拥有 NFC近距离无线通讯 功能的手机较佳的具有了支付与近距离信息传输的能力。 NFC通讯的建立 时间小于 0.1s,规划速率可达 868kbps,基本可以满足一般彩信的传输需求。 因此, 该方法下的服务对象需为具备 NFC传输能力的手机终端, 该手机还 可以具备手机公交卡功能, 则不需要独立的公交票务系统卡, 便可以刷手 机进站。 当然, 具备手机公交卡功能只是一种辅助手段, 该实施例的手机 仅需要具备 NFC功能便可以实现传输需求。 本实施例通过信息预存来实现 最小通信量, 较佳的通过 NFC技术实现消息的下发。
每天定时将内容提供商制作好的消息, 通过通信运营商的短信或彩信 下发流程下发给消息预存终端。 当然也可以通过其他方法将消息下发给消 息预存终端。 如: 邮箱、 微博等, 这将会大大拓宽业务消息的来源。 其中, 消息预存终端可以是一个具备 NFC 功能的机器, 也可以是一个具备 NFC 功能的手机。
公交票务系统够根据用户的进站刷卡信息向消息预存终端发起消息分 发请求, 消息预存终端像普通手机终端一样接收消息, 并进行存储。 用户 的移动终端靠近消息预存终端一定范围内时, 向所述移动终端推送业务消 下面结合附图对上述过程分别进行说明。
图 6是本发明实施例提供的开户过程的工作流程图, 处理过程包括步 骤 S601至步骤 S610。
S601 : 接收用户的开户请求。
S602: 将用户的开户信息保存至数据库。
S603: 判断本次开户操作是否需要绑定手机号。 如果不需要绑定, 则 转至 S604, 如果需要绑定, 则转至 S605。
S604: 返回开户成功响应。
S605: 通过通信运营商的短信系统向用户发送验证码短信。
S606: 公交票务系统接收用户反馈的验证码, 并判断该验证码是否正 确。 如果验证码不正确, 则转至 S607, 如果验证码正确, 则转至 S608。
S607: 返回开户成功、 手机号绑定失败的响应。 S608: 将用户信息绑定的手机号存入数据库。
S609: 返回开户成功、 手机号绑定成功的响应。
S610: 流程结束。
图 7是本发明实施例提供的方案一业务消息下发流程图, 处理过程包 括步骤 S701至步骤 S705。
S701 : 用户刷卡进站, 刷卡终端获取用户刷卡信息发送给公交票务系 统。
S702: 公交票务系统完成原有的计费操作后, 提取出用户标识发送至 服务器;
S703: 服务器根据用户标识查询用户手机号码。
S704: 服务器将编辑好的业务消息发送给通信运营商的短信或彩信系 统。
S705: 通信运营商的短信彩信系统将消息发送至目标用户的手机。 图 8是本发明实施例提供的方案二的业务消息的下发流程图, 具体处 理过程包括步骤 S801至步骤 S804。
S801 : 内容提供商每天定时通过通信运营上的短信或彩信系统将地铁 报发送到地铁报(业务消息)预存终端。
S802: 用户通过手机公交卡刷卡进站, 触发发送业务消息;
S803: 公交票务系统完成原有的计费操作后, 将存储的消息发送给地 铁报预存终端。
S804: 当手机与地铁报预存终端的距离在一定范围内时, 通过 NFC将 地铁报(业务消息)发送给刷卡进站的用户手机。
本发明实施例提出来在公交票务系统上实现消息系分发业务, 以达到 节省资源、 优化用户体验、 拓宽业务的目的。 同时提出了两种实现方案。 方案一, 基于现有的设备和系统, 能够比较方便地实现与部署。 方案二, 着眼于通讯终端能力的提升与功能的多样化, 在不增加现有的通信网络的 负载的情况下, 提供更加优质的信息服务, 拓宽了内容来源。
需要说明的是, 上述各单元可以由电子设备中的中央处理器 (Central Processing Unit, CPU ), 数字信号处理器( Digital Signal Processor, DSP ) 或可编程逻辑阵列 (Field - Programmable Gate Array, FPGA ) 实现。
本领域内的技术人员应明白, 本发明的实施例可提供为方法、 系统、 或计算机程序产品。 因此, 本发明可采用硬件实施例、 软件实施例、 或结 合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。 而且, 本发明可采用在一个或多个其 中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质 (包括但不限于磁盘 存储器和光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。

权利要求书
1、 一种发送消息的方法, 其中, 该方法包括:
将公交票务系统卡与移动终端进行绑定;
在公交票务系统接收到所述公交票务系统卡的刷卡消息的情况下 , 向 所述移动终端发送业务消息。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 将公交票务系统卡与移动终端进 行绑定, 包括:
所述公交票务系统的服务器向所述移动终端发送捆绑验证码; 在所述移动终端返回的验证码正确的情况下, 将所述公交票务系统卡 与所述移动终端对应的号码进行绑定。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其中, 向所述移动终端发送业务消 息, 包括:
通过预存业务消息的终端或所述公交票务系统的服务器向所述移动终 端发送业务消息。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 在公交票务系统接收到所述公交 票务系统卡的刷卡消息的情况下, 通过预存业务消息的终端向所述移动终 端发送业务消息, 包括:
所述终端接收所述服务器按照预定时间间隔发送的所述业务消息, 并 保存所述业务消息;
在公交票务系统接收到所述公交票务系统卡的刷卡消息的情况下 , 所 述终端处于通过近距离无线通讯 NFC发送所述业务消息的准备状态; 当所述移动终端与所述终端的距离在预设范围内时, 所述终端通过 NFC向所述移动终端发送所述业务消息。
5、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 在公交票务系统接收到所述公交 票务系统卡的刷卡消息的情况下, 通过所述公交票务系统的服务器向所述 移动终端发送业务消息包, 括:
在公交票务系统接收到所述公交票务系统卡的刷卡消息的情况下 , 提 取所述公交票务系统卡绑定的移动终端对应的号码;
所述服务器向所述号码发送所述业务消息。
6、 一种服务器, 其中, 该服务器包括:
开户模块, 配置为将公交票务系统卡与移动终端进行绑定;
消息下发模块, 配置为在公交票务系统接收到所述公交票务系统卡的 刷卡消息的情况下 , 向所述移动终端发送业务消息。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的服务器, 其中, 所述开户模块包括: 发送单元, 配置为向所述移动终端发送捆绑验证码;
开户单元, 配置为在所述移动终端返回的险证码正确的情况下, 将所 述公交票务系统卡与所述移动终端对应的号码进行绑定。
8、 如权利要求 6所述的服务器, 其中, 所述消息下发模块包括: 提取单元, 配置为在公交票务系统接收到所述公交票务系统卡的刷卡 消息的情况下, 提取所述公交票务系统卡绑定的移动终端对应的号码; 消息下发单元, 配置为向所述号码发送所述业务消息。
9、 如权利要求 6至 8中任一项所述的服务器, 其中,
所述消息下发模块, 还配置为向预存业务消息的终端发送业务消息, 其中, 所述终端用于通过近距离无线通讯 NFC向所述移动终端发送所述业 务消息。
10、 一种终端, 其中, 该终端包括:
接收模块, 配置为接收公交票务系统的服务器按照预定时间间隔发送 的业务消息, 并保存所述业务消息;
处理模块, 配置为在公交票务系统接收到所述公交票务系统卡的刷卡 消息的情况下, 使所述终端处于通过 NFC发送所述业务消息的准备状态; 消息分发模块, 配置为在所述移动终端与所述终端的距离在预设范围 内的情况下,通过近距离无线通讯 NFC向所述移动终端发送所述业务消息。
11、 一种计算机存储介质, 其中存储有计算机可执行指令, 所述计算 机可执行指令用于执行所述权利要求 1至 5任一项所述的方法。
