发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的缺点与不足, 提供一种防破坏的 保险拒体及其制作方法,解决了现有技术中抗破坏性差及安全性低的问题, 具有防火焰切割、 防钻、 防沖击等功能, 提高 ATM保险拒体抗破坏能力, 使 ATM保险拒体安全性更高,其安全系数达到 EN-1143标准等级的第 4级。

异型加强筋 2的材料为不锈钢钢板, 其横截面的形状如图 4和图 5所 示, 其中, 图 4是该异型加强筋的横截面图, 图 5是该异型加强筋焊接示 意图。 异型加强筋由钢板组成, 其横截面形状为一水平底面 21 , 第一水平 面 22, 第二水平面 23 ,连接所述水平底面及所述第一水平面的第一倾斜面 24, 连接所述水平底面及所述第二水平面的第二倾斜面 25 , 且该倾斜条形 钢筋与该三段高度不同的水平条形钢筋夹角均为 80度。 第二水平 23面高 度大于所述第一水平面 22, 并且所述第二水平面 23与所述拒体外板的内 表面焊接固定。 该异型加强筋 2可以增加其拒体的抗钻机、 抗切割强度。

图 2和图 3分别是开口保护板外部和内部的焊接示意图, 如图 2和图 3所示, 所述保险拒体还包括开口保护板 1 , 其采用不锈钢材料, 通过焊接 方式覆盖在保险拒出钞口处, 用于保护保险拒的出钞口, 主要功能是增加 抗切割强度, 增加抗切割时间, 起到防切割强度作用。

4、根据权利要求 3所述的保险拒体, 其特征在于, 所述保险拒体还包 括防钻材料层, 所述防钻材料层由钢材及涂熔接在所述钢材表面的防钻涂 层构成, 所述防钻材料层固定在所述保险拒前端, 焊接在所述拒体内板的 外表面上, 与所述混合填充物充分咬合。
5、根据权利要求 4所述的保险拒体, 其特征在于, 所述保险拒体还包 括加强保护盒, 所述加强保护盒焊接固定在所述保险拒体的顶部, 以防钻 材料层为底板, 以不锈钢板为外壳, 在防钻材料层及不锈钢板之间焊接有 按照一定间隔排列的异型加强筋, 并填充有混合填充物。
6、根据权利要求 1所述的保险拒体, 其特征在于, 所述混合填充物为 水泥、 钢纤维、 铝矿石及减水剂的混合物。
7、 一种防破坏的保险拒体的制作方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 将拒体内板焊接成一长方体状的空腔拒体, 并将异型加强筋按照一定 间隔并行焊接在每一块拒体内板上;
将拒体外板焊接在所述异型加强筋的上方, 所述拒体内板, 异型加强 筋与所述拒体外板构成密封结构;
将混合填充物通过浇灌机械灌注到拒体内板与拒体外板之间, 当混合 填充物保养硬化后, 混合填充物与异型加强筋相互咬合;
将开口保护板焊接覆盖在拒体开口处, 并将加强保护盒焊接在所述保 险拒体顶部。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 将防钻材料层焊接在所述拒体内板的外壁上, 分布在所述拒体门的边 缘, 使其与所述混合填充物结合。
9、根据权利要求 7或 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述加强保护盒的 制作方法包括: 以防钻材料层作为加强保护盒的底板, 将异型加强筋焊接 在所述防钻材料层上, 并将不锈钢板焊接在所述异型加强筋上方, 通过浇 灌机在防钻材料层与不锈钢板之间灌注混合填充物, 使该混合填充物与异 型加强筋充分咬合。
