Claims (20)
- 전기소자를 냉각하기 위한 열교환기에 있어서,길이방향으로 연장 형성되며, 전기소자의 높이방향으로 양측면과 접하도록 일정 지점을 중심으로 벤딩(bending)되고, 내부에 열교환매체가 유동되는 튜브(100);상기 튜브(100)의 길이방향으로 일측 단부에 결합 고정되며, 열교환매체가 유입되는 제1헤더탱크(210); 및상기 튜브(100)의 길이방향으로 타측 단부에 결합 고정되며, 열교환매체가 배출되는 제2헤더탱크(220);상기 제1헤더탱크(210) 또는 제2헤더탱크(220)에 형성되어 열교환매체가 유입되는 입구파이프(310) 및 배출되는 출구파이프(320); 를 포함하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기소자 냉각용 열교환기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전기소자 냉각용 열교환기(1)는상기 튜브(100)의 상측면 일부 영역에 배치된 전기소자의 높이방향으로 양측면과 접하도록 상기 튜브(100)가 일정 지점을 중심으로 1회 벤딩(bending)되어 결합 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기소자 냉각용 열교환기.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 전기소자 냉각용 열교환기(1)는상기 튜브(100)의 양단에 상기 제1헤더탱크(210) 및 제2헤더탱크(220)가 브레이징 결합된 상태에서 벤딩되어상기 제1헤더탱크(210) 및 제2헤더탱크(220)가 높이방향으로 동일 위치에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기소자 냉각용 열교환기.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 전기소자 냉각용 열교환기(1)는상기 제1헤더탱크(210)에 상기 입구파이프(310)가 형성되고,상기 제2헤더탱크(220)에 상기 출구파이프(320)가 형성되되,상기 입구파이프(310) 및 출구파이프(320)가 상기 제1헤더탱크(210) 및 제2헤더탱크(220)의 너비방향 중심선을 기준으로, 서로 반대방향으로 일정거리 이격되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기소자 냉각용 열교환기.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 전기소자 냉각용 열교환기(1)는상기 제1헤더탱크(210) 및 제2헤더탱크(220)에 양단이 결합되는 상기 튜브(100)가, 높이방향으로 상기 제1헤더탱크(210) 및 제2헤더탱크(220)의 중심으로부터 편심되어 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기소자 냉각용 열교환기.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 전기소자 냉각용 열교환기(1)는상기 튜브(100)가 너비방향으로 일정거리 이격되어 다수개 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기소자 냉각용 열교환기.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 전기소자 냉각용 열교환기(1)는상기 튜브(100) 사이가 너비방향으로 일정거리 이격되어 형성된 갭(gap)을 포함하되, 상기 갭이 상기 전기소자의 너비방향으로 일측에 돌출되어 형성된 소자고정부(21)의 길이보다 적어도 2배 이상 길게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기소자 냉각용 열교환기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전기소자 냉각용 열교환기(1)는상기 튜브(100)가 2열로 배치되어 길이방향으로 연장 형성되며, 적어도 두 지점 이상에서 서로 반대 방향으로 벤딩(bending)되어 다단으로 적층 형성되고, 내부에 열교환매체가 유동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기소자 냉각용 열교환기.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 전기소자 냉각용 열교환기(1)는다단으로 적층 형성되는 상기 튜브(100) 사이에 전기소자(2)가 삽입되어, 상기 전기소자(2)의 양측면과 상기 튜브(100)가 접하도록 형성되되,다단의 상기 튜브(100) 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상의 튜브(100) 상ㆍ하측면이 모두 상기 전기소자(2)와 접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기소자 냉각용 열교환기.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 전기소자 냉각용 열교환기(1)는상기 제1헤더탱크(210)에 상기 입구파이프(310) 및 출구파이프(320)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기소자 냉각용 열교환기.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 제1헤더탱크(210)는1열의 튜브(100)와 연결되는 부분인 제1-1헤더탱크(211)와, 2열의 튜브(100)가 연결되는 부분인 제1-2헤더탱크(212)가 서로 분리되어 형성되며,상기 제1-1헤더탱크(211) 및 제1-2헤더탱크(212) 중 어느 하나에는 입구파이프(310)가 형성되고, 나머지 하나에 출구파이프(320)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기소자 냉각용 열교환기.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 제1헤더탱크(210)는1열의 튜브(100)와 연결되는 부분과, 2열의 튜브(100)가 연결되는 부분 사이에 배플(400)이 구비되어 서로 분리되어 형성되며,분리된 영역 중 하나에는 입구파이프(310)가 형성되고, 나머지 하나에 출구파이프(320)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기소자 냉각용 열교환기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 튜브(100)는상기 전기소자(2)가 안착되는 지점의 상기 튜브(100) 사이 간격보다 벤딩되는 지점의 높이가 더 높게 형성되도록벤딩되는 지점이 외측으로 돌출형성된 라운드부(110)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기소자 냉각용 열교환기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전기소자 냉각용 열교환기(1)는상기 전기소자의 길이방향으로 양단에 위치한 상기 튜브(100) 일부영역이 상기 전기소자 측으로 가압되어 함입 형성된 클립결합부(120)를 포함하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기소자 냉각용 열교환기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 튜브(100)의 너비(Tw)는상기 전기소자의 너비(Cw)보다 작거나 같게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기소자 냉각용 열교환기.
- 제 1항 내지 제 15항 중 어느 한 항에 의한 전기소자 냉각용 열교환기(1) 및 전기소자(2)의 조립체에 있어서,상기 전기소자는높이방향으로 양측면이 상기 튜브(100)와 접하도록 조립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기소자 냉각용 열교환기 조립체.
- 제 16항에 있어서,상기 전기소자 냉각용 열교환기 조립체(3)는상기 튜브(100)가 1열인 경우,상기 튜브(100)의 너비방향으로 일측에 상기 전기소자의 커넥터(22)가 배치되고,상기 튜브(100)의 너비방향으로 타측에 상기 전기소자의 소자고정부(21)가 배치되도록 상기 튜브(100) 사이에 상기 전기소자가 삽입되어 조립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기소자 냉각용 열교환기 조립체.
- 제 16항에 있어서,상기 전기소자 냉각용 열교환기 조립체(3)는상기 튜브(100)가 2열인 경우,이웃한 상기 튜브(100)가 서로 이격되어 형성된 내측 공간에 상기 전기소자의 소자고정부(21)가 배치되며, 외측 공간에 상기 전기소자의 커넥터(22)가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기소자 냉각용 열교환기 조립체.
- 제 16항에 있어서,상기 전기소자 냉각용 열교환기 조립체(3)는상기 제1헤더탱크(210) 및 제2헤더탱크(220)에 결합되는 상기 튜브(100)의 양단부가 서로 이격되도록 일정각도 벤딩된 상태에서, 상기 전기소자가 삽입된 다음, 상기 튜브(100)와 압착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기소자 냉각용 열교환기 조립체.
- 제 16항에 있어서,상기 전기소자 냉각용 열교환기 조립체(3)는상기 튜브(100)가 두 지점에서 벤딩될 경우, 상기 전기소자(2)가 2열 2단으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기소자 냉각용 열교환기 조립체.
