　このため、完成したジグソーパズルを部屋などに飾るに際し、ジグソーパズルの絵柄の色合いや全体の雰囲気に合わせたフレームを選ぶことは、組み合わせの種類が極めて多くなる。このため、ジグソーパズルの絵柄に合わせたフレームの選択が困難となることが多くなってきた。同様に、フレーム内のジグソーパズルを交換するに際し、フレームの雰囲気に合わせたジグソーパズルを選ぶことも困難となってきた。
　また、ジグソーパズルの絵柄を選ぶに際しても、部屋の広さや飾る場所の広さに応じた大きさのジグソーパズルの内、本人の趣味に合致した絵柄を選択することは楽しみである反面、好みに合った最適の絵柄のジグソーパズルを探し出すことが困難な場合もあった。
　本発明の一態様は、上記の事情に鑑みてなされたものであって、数多くの絵柄のパズルから本人の趣味に合った絵柄であって、飾る場所の大きさにあった大きさ及び飾る場所に適した絵柄のジグソーパズルの選択、更にこの絵柄に合わせたフレームの選択やフレームの雰囲気に合わせた絵柄の選択を容易とするシミュレーション装置を提供することを目的とする。
　本発明の一つの態様に係るジグソーパズルシミュレーション装置は、ジグソーパズルの完成絵柄写真、ピース数、完成サイズ、絵の種類及び特徴の情報を記憶するパズルデータベースと、フレームの外観写真、収納可能なジグソーパズルのサイズ、材質、装飾状態、色、の情報を記憶するフレームデータベースと、屋内風景画像データとこの画像データの名称情報を記憶する屋内風景データベースと、を有する記録部と、表示部と、制御部とを有し、前記制御部は、前記絵の種類及び特徴に基づいて前記パズルデータベースに記憶されているジグソーパズルからジグソーパズルの検索を行って特定のジグソーパズルの選択を可能とし、前記屋内風景データベースに記憶されている前記屋内風景画像データから特定の屋内風景画像データの選択を可能とし、前記フレームデータベースに記憶されているフレームから特定のフレームの選択を可能とし、選択された前記特定のジグソーパズル、選択された前記特定の屋内風景画像データ、選択された前記特定のフレームに基づいて、前記選択された特定の屋内風景画像データによる屋内風景に前記選択された特定のジグソーパズルの完成絵柄を前記選択された特定のフレームに収めた状態で取り付けた状態を示す画像の表示を前記表示部に行う。
　また、このジグソーパズルシミュレーション装置の前記制御部は、前記パズルデータベース中の前記特定のジグソーパズルが選択された後に、前記屋内風景データベース中の前記特定の屋内風景画像データの選択及び前記フレームデータベース中の前記特定のフレームの選択を可能としてもよい。
　そして、前記制御部は、前記フレームデータベースから特定のフレームを選択可能とするとき、前記パズルデータベースに記憶された前記完成サイズの情報と前記フレームデータベースに記憶された前記収納可能なジグソーパズルサイズの情報とにより、選択されたジグソーパズルを収納可能なフレームのみを選択可能としてもよい。
　更に前記制御部は前記パズルデータベースに記憶された前記絵の種類及び特徴の情報に基づき、前記パズルデータベースに記憶されているジグソーパズルをジャンル分けし、ジャンル毎の前記ジグソーパズルの完成絵柄を前記表示部に表示してもよい。
　そして前記制御部は、前記フレームデータベースに記憶された前記フレームの材質及び装飾状態の情報に基づき、材質及び装飾状態毎の各色を前記表示部に表示してもよい。
　また、前記制御部は、前記フレームデータベースに記憶されているジグソーパズルの検索を行って選択を可能とするに際し、前記パズルデータベースに記憶されているジグソーパズルの完成絵柄のサムネイルを前記表示部に表示し、選択されたサムネイルのジグソーパズルの完成絵柄の写真の表示を行ってもよい。
　また、本発明の他の態様に係るコンテンツサーバーは、ジグソーパズルシミュレーションのために用いられるインターネットを介して電子情報端末と接続可能なコンテンツサーバーであって、ジグソーパズルの完成絵柄写真、ピース数、完成サイズ、絵の種類及び特徴の情報を記憶するパズルデータベースと、フレームの外観写真、収納可能なジグソーパズルのサイズ、材質、装飾状態、色、の情報を記憶するフレームデータベースと、屋内風景画像データとこの画像データの名称情報を記憶する屋内風景データベースとを備え、前記電子情報端末と接続されることによって、前記電子情報端末において、前記絵の種類及び特徴に基づいて前記パズルデータベースに記憶されているジグソーパズルからジグソーパズルの検索を行って特定のジグソーパズルの選択を可能とし、前記屋内風景データベースに記憶されている前記屋内風景画像データから特定の屋内風景画像データの選択を可能とし、前記フレームデータベースに記憶されているフレームから特定のフレームの選択を可能とし、選択された前記特定のジグソーパズル、選択された前記特定の屋内風景画像データ、選択された前記特定のフレームに基づいて、前記選択された特定の屋内風景画像データによる屋内風景に前記選択された特定のジグソーパズルの完成絵柄を前記選択された特定のフレームに収めた状態で取り付けた状態を示す画像の表示を前記電子情報端末の表示部に行う。
　前記電子情報端末において、前記パズルデータベース中の前記特定のジグソーパズルが選択された後に、前記屋内風景データベース中の前記特定の屋内風景画像データの選択及び前記フレームデータベース中の前記特定のフレームの選択を可能としてもよい。
　前記電子情報端末において、前記フレームデータベースから特定のフレームを選択可能とするとき、前記パズルデータベースに記憶された前記完成サイズの情報と前記フレームデータベースに記憶された前記収納可能なジグソーパズルサイズの情報とにより、選択されたジグソーパズルを収納可能なフレームのみを選択可能としてもよい。
　前記電子情報端末において、前記パズルデータベースに記憶された前記絵の種類及び特徴の情報に基づき、前記パズルデータベースに記憶されているジグソーパズルをジャンル分けし、ジャンル毎の前記ジグソーパズルの完成絵柄を前記表示部に表示してもよい。
　前記電子情報端末において、前記フレームデータベースに記憶された前記フレームの材質及び装飾状態の情報に基づき、材質及び装飾状態毎の各色を前記表示部に表示してもよい。
　前記電子情報端末において、前記フレームデータベースに記憶されているジグソーパズルの検索を行って選択を可能とするに際し、前記パズルデータベースに記憶されているジグソーパズルの完成絵柄のサムネイルを前記表示部に表示し、選択されたサムネイルのジグソーパズルの完成絵柄の写真の表示を行ってもよい。
　前記電子情報端末において、前記屋内風景データベースに使用者が撮影した屋内風景の写真の画像データの記録を可能とし、前記画像データは、大きさが定められている用紙を使用者がジグソーパズルを飾りたい所望の位置にある状態で撮影した映像とし、前記用紙の面積を基準面積として、前記映像の前記用紙の周囲をなぞるようにして矩形の入力を行うと、選択されているジグソーパズル又はフレームの大きさを前記基準面積と比較し、ジグソーパズル及びフレームの表示サイズの自動調整をして前記表示部に表示してもよい。
　本発明の更に他の態様は、表示装置と入力装置とを備えた電子情報端末においてジグソーパズルのシミュレーションを可能とするシミュレーション方法であって、一つ又はそれ以上のジグソーパズルの完成絵柄画像データを含むパズルデータを記憶するパズルデータベースから、前記入力装置により選択された一つのジグソーパズルのパズルデータを取得し、一つ又はそれ以上の、前記ジグソーパズルを収納するフレームの外観画像データを含むフレームデータを記憶するフレームデータベースから、前記入力装置により選択された一つのフレームのフレームデータを取得し、一つ又はそれ以上の風景の風景画像データを含む風景データを記憶する風景データベースから、前記入力装置により選択された一つの風景の風景データを取得し、前記取得されたパズルデータと、前記取得されたフレームデータと、前記取得された風景データとに基づいて、前記選択されたジグソーパズルの完成絵柄が、前記選択されたフレームに収納され、前記選択された風景に取り付けられた状態を示すシミュレーション画像データを作成することにより、当該シミュレーション画像を前記表示装置に表示させる、シミュレーション方法を提供する。
　また、上記シミュレーション方法をコンピュータに実行させるためのコンピュータプログラムを提供してもよい。
　本発明の態様に係るジグソーパズルシミュレーション装置及びコンテンツサーバーは、絵の種類及び特徴に基づいてパズルデータベースからの検索を行うため、好みに適したジグソーパズルの選択が容易であり、屋内風景データベースから屋内風景画像データを選択し、フレームデータベースからフレームを選択し、この選択したフレームに選択したジグソーパズルの絵柄を収納した状態とし、このジグソーパズルの絵柄を収めたフレームを選択した屋内風景画像データによる屋内風景の壁などに飾った合成画像を表示可能とする。従って、部屋などの屋内と屋内に飾るジグソーパズルの絵柄及びフレームとの統一性を確認することができ、ジグソーパズルを組上げる楽しみだけでなく、完成したジグソーパズルを飾る楽しみをも加味し、より確実に満足なジグソーパズルの選択が可能となる。
　また、ジグソーパズルの選択後に選択したジグソーパズルを飾る屋内の状態やフレームの種類を選択できるようにしているため、ジグソーパズルの絵柄を趣味に合わせて選択し、好みに合った絵柄のジグソーパズルが屋内の飾る場所に適しているかを確認し、より効果的に飾れるフレームを種々のフレームから選択することができる。
　そして、フレームを選択するに際し、選択したジグソーパズルを収納可能なフレームだけを表示するため、多種多様なフレームから容易に完成したジグソーパズルを飾るのに適したフレームの選択が容易に可能となる。
　更に、ジグソーパズルの絵柄をジャンル毎に表示すれば、好みに適した絵柄のジグソーパズルを検索及び選択することが容易となる。
　そして、フレームを材質や柄などの種類毎に分けて表示すれば、ジグソーパズルの絵柄に適した好みのフレームの選択が容易となる。
　また、ジグソーパズルの検索を行う際、サムネイルによる表示を行えば、多くのジグソーパズルの絵柄を一画面に表示し、多数のジグソーパズルの内から好みに適したジグソーパズルの選択を効率的に行うことが可能となる。
　また、本発明の他の態様に係るジグソーパズルのシミュレーション方法及びコンピュータプログラムによれば、パズルデータベースから好みに適したジグソーパズルの選択が可能であり、また、風景データベースから風景画像を選択し、フレームデータベースからフレームを選択することが可能である。そして、選択されたジグソーパズルの完成絵柄を収めた、選択されたフレームが、選択された屋内風景の壁などに飾ったシミュレーション画像を表示可能とする。従って、部屋などの屋内と屋内に飾るジグソーパズルの絵柄及びフレームとの統一性を確認することができ、ジグソーパズルを組上げる楽しみだけでなく、完成したジグソーパズルを飾る楽しみをも加味し、より確実に満足なジグソーパズルの選択が可能となる。

　本発明の実施形態に係るシミュレーション装置は、例えば、スマートフォンやパーソナルコンピュータなどの電子情報端末により構成される。例えば、図１に示すように、本体部12と、タッチパネル表示部（以下、表示部ともいう）15と、キー入力部17とを備えるノート型パーソナルコンピュータを用いてシミュレーション装置10を提供することができる。本実施形態のシミュレーション装置10は、使用者に、ジグソーパズルの選択、及び、完成したジグソーパズルを収納するフレームの選択決定を行って、完成したジグソーパズルをフレームに納めて部屋など室内に飾る状態を視覚により確認させることを可能とする。
　図２に示すように、シミュレーション装置10は、本体部12の内部に、制御部20と、記録部24と、入出力インターフェース25と、端子27とを備える。
　制御部20は、ＣＰＵ（Central Processing Unit）を有するプロセッサ20aと、ＲＯＭ（Read Only Memory）及びＲＡＭ（Random Access Memory）を有するメモリ20bとを備える。
　記録部24は、パズルデータベース21と、フレームデータベース22と、屋内風景データベース23とを有する。シミュレーション装置10は、キー入力部17への入力操作や表示部15へのタッチ入力、更に図示していないタッチパッドやマウスによる入力操作などにより、種々の情報を表示部15に表示する。すなわち、キー入力部17、表示部15、タッチパッド、マウス等の入力装置からの入力に応じて、表示装置の一例である表示部15に種々の情報が表示される。
　シミュレーション装置10は、シミュレーション用のアプリケーション（コンピュータプログラム）がインストールされることにより、シミュレーション機能を実行することが可能である。具体的には、メモリ20bにシミュレーション用のアプリケーションを記憶し、プロセッサ20aにより実行されることにより、シミュレーション装置10にシミュレーション機能を実行させることが可能となる。
　なお、端子27は、例えば、ネットワーク接続端子や、ＵＳＢ（Universal Serial Bus）端子を含む。データベース21, 22, 23の各々に記憶された情報は、ネットワーク接続端子からインターネット回線を介したコンテンツサーバーや、ＵＳＢ端子を介したＵＳＢメモリなどから最新のデータを取得することにより、アップデートすることができる。
　パズルデータベース21には、販売される一つ又はそれ以上のジグソーパズルの完成絵柄の写真等の完成絵柄画像データが少なくとも記憶される。また、パズルデータベース21には、完成絵柄画像データに加え、ジグソーパズルのピース数、完成サイズ、絵の種類や特徴のパズル関連情報、絵や写真の作者名等の作者情報、などが記憶されてもよい。
　また、フレームデータベース22には、一つ又はそれ以上のフレームの外観写真等の外観画像データが少なくとも記憶される。また、フレームデータベース22には、外観画像データに加え、フレームの特徴を見易くしたフレームの角部分の写真等のサンプル情報、このフレームに収納可能なジグソーパズルのサイズの情報、材質の情報、装飾状態の情報、色の情報、などが記憶されてもよい。
　そして、屋内風景データベース23には、一つ又はそれ以上の室内風景写真等の屋内風景画像データが少なくとも記憶される。また、屋内風景データベース23には、屋内風景画像データに加え、居間、食堂、寝室、玄関、廊下、踊り場など、各画像データの撮影個所等の名称情報、などが記憶されてもよい。
　尚、屋内風景データベース23には、使用者が撮影した風景の写真、例えば、自宅等の中の屋内風景の写真の画像データも、記憶させることができる。
　次に、本実施形態のシミュレーション方法を、図3を参照して説明する。シミュレーションの開始に際しては、制御部20は、表示部15にトップページを表示する。トップページ表示により、パズル検索の方法の選択を可能とする。パズル検索の方法は、例えば、パズルの難易度に影響するピース数に基づくパズル検索や、絵の構図や色合い、絵全体の雰囲気などによる選択を行うための絵柄のジャンルに基づくパズル検索等を含む。
　ジャンルに基づくパズル検索では、ジャンルグループの項目として、大項目（ジャンルグループ）と、大項目の各々に対して項目を細分化した中項目（ジャンル）とが設けられている。大項目は、例えば、「イラスト＆アート」「キャラクタ」「キュートアニマルズ」「恐竜」「コレクションパズル」「乗物」「風景写真」「フラワー」「マップ」「モノトーン」などのジャンルグループを含む。
　中項目として、例えば、大項目の「イラスト＆アート」に対しては、「縁起画」「世界の絵画」「ファンタジックアート」「曼荼羅」などの絵の種類や作者名による分類の細分化されたジャンルを含み、大項目の「キュートアニマルズ」に対しては、「いぬ」「ねこ」「うさぎ」「パンダ」など、大項目の「乗物」に対しては、「鉄道」「船」「自動車」「旅客機」など、大項目の「風景写真」に対しては、「世界遺産」「トロピカルリゾート」「世界の風景」「富士山」「日本の城」「日本庭園」「日本の寺」「パワースポット」などの細分化されたジャンルを含む。
　フレームデータベース22に記憶させるフレームの種類では、「木製」「アルミ」などの材質や、「デコラティブ」「ゴールドライン」などの装飾状態、「ナチュラル」「ブラウン」「ブラック」「レッド」「ホワイト」「ブルー」「グリーン」「シルバー」「ゴールド」などの色情報、を外観画像データやサンプル情報とともに記憶させている。
　トップページで入力装置によりジャンル検索が選択されると、制御部20は、パズル選択画面を表示部15に表示する（Ｓ１０１）。図４に示すように、パズル選択画面は、項目リストが表示される項目表示欄31と、サムネイルが表示される写真表示欄33とを含む。写真表示欄33には、項目リスト（項目表示欄31に表示されたリスト）の先頭項目に含まれるジグソーパズルの絵柄のサムネイルが複数表示される。
　項目表示欄31においては、写真表示欄33にサムネイル表示されたジグソーパズルの絵柄の属する項目が着色表示され、また、着色表示されたジャンルに含まれる各ジグソーパズルの絵柄が写真表示欄33に表示される。また、項目表示欄31における着色されていない他の項目を選択すれば、選択された項目が着色表示され、選択された項目のジャンルに含まれるジグソーパズルの絵柄のサムネイルが写真表示欄33に表示される。
　また、項目表示欄31に表示されている項目が選択されると、選択された項目の中分類の項目リストが表示され、その項目リストの先頭項目に属するジグソーパズルの絵柄が写真表示欄33にサムネイル表示される。なお、中分類の項目リストが表示さたときに、その項目リストの各項目の名称とその各項目に属するジグソーパズルを代表する一枚の絵柄のサムネイルとが写真表示欄33に表示されるようにし、その表示されたサムネイルが選択されると、選択されたサムネイルの項目に属するすべてのジグソーパズルの絵柄のサムネイルが写真表示欄33に表示されるようにしてもよい。
　そして、写真表示欄33の表示をスクロールさせることにより、表示されていないジグソーパズルの絵柄のサムネイル表示を行い、ジャンル別に分けられた種々のジグソーパズルを検索することができる。
　そして、写真表示欄33にサムネイル表示された複数のジグソーパズルの絵柄の内、入力装置により特定の絵柄が選択されたとき、パズル表示画面を表示部15に表示する（Ｓ１０５）。一方、パズル選択画面に含まれる「もどる」と表示されたアイコン41を選択することにより、トップページに戻すことができる。図５に示すように、パズル表示画面は、選択されたジグソーパズルの完成絵柄の写真と、その詳細情報とを含む。
　従って、使用者は、完成絵柄の写真によりジグソーパズルの絵柄の詳細を確認すると共にサイズ表示によりその大きさを確認して、希望に合致したジグソーパズルであるか否かを確認することができる。パズル表示画面に表示されたジグソーパズルのサイズ、又は絵の雰囲気が希望したものと異なれば、パズル表示画面に含まれる「もどる」と表示されたアイコン42を選択することにより、サムネイル表示（図４に示されたパズル選択画面）に戻すことができる。
　このため、更に他のジグソーパズルを検索し、他のジグソーパズルの完成絵柄の写真の表示を行わせて比較検討や検索を継続し、希望するジグソーパズルへの絞り込みや決定を容易とすることができる。
　希望する絵柄や大きさのジグソーパズルが決定された状態で、入力装置により表示部15にアイコン43として表示される「フィッティング」が選択されると、制御部20は、部屋選択画面を表示部15に表示する（Ｓ１１０）。図６に示すように、部屋選択画面では、項目表示欄31に屋内の場所の名称の項目リストが表示され、写真表示欄33に項目名称の場所の種々の風景を示す一つ又はそれ以上の写真のサムネイルが表示される。なお、部屋選択画面に含まれる「もどる」と表示されたアイコン44を選択することにより、図５に示されたパズル表示画面に戻すことができる。
　なお、図示しないが、例えば、表示部15に表示される部屋選択画面等に「アップロード」アイコンを追加し、入力装置によりこのアイコンを選択することにより、使用者が撮影した風景の写真、例えば、自宅等の中の屋内風景の写真の画像データを屋内風景データベース23に記憶させてもよい。これにより、使用者が撮影した風景の写真（自宅等の中の風景の写真）のサムネイルを写真表示欄33に表示させることができる。
　そして、入力装置によりサムネイル表示された風景の写真が選択されると、図７に示すように、制御部20は、選択されたサムネイルの風景の写真を表示部15に大きく表示する。この状態で、「フレームを選ぶ」と表示されるアイコン47が他のアイコン45, 46, 48と共に表示される。入力装置により「フレームを選ぶ」のアイコン47が選択されると、制御部20は、フレーム選択画面を表示する（Ｓ１１５）。
　図８に示すように、フレーム選択画面表示（Ｓ１１５）は、画面の略中央に設けられる合成画像表示欄35と、画面の下方に設けられる見本表示欄37とを含む。見本表示欄37には、フレームの特徴を容易に確認できるサンプル情報による画像が表示される。合成画像表示欄35には、部屋選択画面（図７）で選択された風景の写真に、パズル選択画面（図４）で選択され、パズル表示画面（図５）で決定されたジグソーパズルの絵柄が見本表示欄37に表示されているフレームのうちの一つに収納された状態として合成表示される。なお、ジグソーパズルの絵柄がそのままの状態（フレームに収納されていない状態）として合成表示することもできる。
　そして、図９に示すように、入力装置により見本表示欄37に表示されたサンプル情報の画像が選択されると、制御部20は、合成画像表示欄35に表示されているジグソーパズルの絵柄が、選択されたフレームに収納された場合の状態に表示される。
　なお、見本表示欄37は、フレームの材質や装飾状態などの特質により複数の項目に区分けし、区分けされた各項目について色違いのフレームを表示するようにしている。
　また、この見本表示欄37に表示されるサンプル情報の画像には、既に選択されたジグソーパズルを収納可能なフレームのサンプル情報の画像が表示される。制御部20は、決定されたジグソーパズルのサイズ情報に基づき、フレームデータベース22に記憶させている全てのフレームの内、収納サイズが適合するフレームのみを自動選択して表示する。
　そして、「全体を調整」のアイコン46を選択することにより、合成画像表示欄35に表示されたフレームに収納されたジグソーパズルの絵柄の表示位置を移動でき、さらに、フレームに収納された状態のジグソーパズルの絵柄のサイズを縮小拡大して調整できる。これにより、使用者が、所望の設置場所や所望のサイズで設置した状態を視覚的に確認することができる。
　このようにして、フィッティング表示（Ｓ１２０）として、図１０に示すように、ジグソーパズルの絵柄とフレームとを組み合わせた状態で、屋内に設置した状態を示すシミュレーション画像を表示部15に表示することができる。従って、完成したジグソーパズルを部屋などに飾った状態の確認が容易となり、ジグソーパズルの選択とフレームの選択とを容易に行うことができる。そして、「完成」と表示されたアイコン４８を選択することによりシミュレーション画像が完成する。一方で、「もどる」と表示されたアイコン45を選択することにより、図６に示された部屋選択画面に戻すことができる。
　尚、屋内風景画像データは、Ａ４用紙などの規格により大きさが定められている用紙のポスター又は白紙を、壁などに貼った状態の映像（屋内風景画像データ）を含んでもよい。このような屋内風景画像では、この大きさが定められている用紙の面積を、基準面積として用いることができる。そして、屋内風景画像とジグソーパズルの画像とを合成したとき、基準面積をジグソーパズルの大きさとの比較対象としてサイズ調整の補助として用いることができる。更に、基準面積としたポスター又は白紙などの周囲をなぞるようにして、表示部15上で入力装置により領域選択（例えば矩形領域選択）を入力すると、制御部20が、選択されているジグソーパズル及びフレームの大きさと、領域選択入力に基づく基準面積とを比較し、この比較結果に基づいてジグソーパズル及びフレームの表示サイズを自動調整して表示部15に表示させてもよい。
　なお、使用者が撮影した風景の写真（例えば、自宅等の中の風景の写真）の画像データを屋内風景画像として使用する場合には、使用者がジグソーパズルを飾りたい所望の位置に当該ポスター又は白紙を貼った状態で撮影した写真の画像データを用意すれば良い。
　上述の様に、本発明の実施形態に係る図１に示したシミュレーション装置10は、シミュレーション用のアプリケーションソフトがインストールされており、本体部12の内部に制御部20の他、記録部24にパズルデータベース21やフレームデータベース22、屋内風景データベース23等を有している。しかしながら、本発明はこの実施形態に限られない。
　例えば、図１１に示すように、パズルデータベース21、フレームデータベース22、及び屋内風景データベース23を備えるコンテンツサーバー101と、電子情報端末102とをインターネットを介して接続し、電子情報端末102において同様なシミユレーションを行うジグソーパズルシミュレーションシステム100が提供されてもよい。
　具体的には、コンテンツサーバー101は、制御部120と、記録部24と、通信部129とを備える。制御部120はプロセッサ120aとメモリ120bとを有し、シミュレーション用のアプリケーションをメモリ120bに記憶してプロセッサ120aにより実行可能とされている。また、記録部24は、図2に示すシミュレーション装置10と同様に、パズルデータベース21と、フレームデータベース22と、屋内風景データベース23とを備える。コンテンツサーバー101はインターネット回線等の通信回線に接続される通信部129を更に備える。
　電子情報端末102は、図2に示されるシミュレーション装置10と同様に、制御部20と、キー入力部17と、タッチパネル表示部15と、端子27とを備える。また、電子情報端末102は通信部29を備えてもよい。電子情報端末102は、端子27又は通信部29を介してインターネット回線等の通信回線に接続され、コンテンツサーバー101と通信可能である。
　このようにして、コンテンツサーバー101は、電子情報端末102の入力装置による入力に基づく要求を受信し、受信した要求に応じたシミュレーション用のアプリケーションの指令を実行し、電子情報端末102へ処理結果を送信する。これにより、電子情報端末102の表示部15上にシミュレーション結果を表示することができる。コンテンツサーバー101により提供されるシミュレーションサービスは、例えば、Webブラウザを用いた表示形態で電子情報端末102へ提供される。
　このように、図１１に示されるジグソーパズルシミュレーションシステム100によれば、コンテンツサーバー101に電子情報端末102を接続してシミュレーションを実行することにより、電子情報端末102にシミュレーション用のアプリケーションソフトのインストールや電子情報端末102の記録部へのデータベースの記憶が必要ない。さらに、コンテンツサーバー101のデータベース21, 22, 23には最新のデータがアップされるため使用者のアップデート作業の必要もない。
　以上、本発明を詳細にまた特定の実施態様を参照して説明したが、本発明の要旨を逸脱することなく様々な変更や修正を加えることができることは当業者にとって明らかである。
　本発明の実施形態に係るシミュレーション装置10は、室内や廊下の壁などに完成したジグソーパズルをフレームに納めて飾る場合、屋内の状態に適した絵柄のジグソーパズルの選択を容易とすると共に、ジグソーパズルの絵柄や大きさに合致したフレームの選択を容易とし、趣味に合った絵柄のジグソーパズルを組み立てて飾っておく楽しみを確実とするジグソーパズル及びフレームを購入する際のジグソーパズルとフレームの選択や決定を容易とすることができる。

Claims (15)

  1. 　　ジグソーパズルの完成絵柄写真、ピース数、完成サイズ、絵の種類及び特徴の情報を記憶するパズルデータベースと、
    　　フレームの外観写真、収納可能なジグソーパズルのサイズ、材質、装飾状態、色、の情報を記憶するフレームデータベースと、
    　　屋内風景画像データとこの画像データの名称情報を記憶する屋内風景データベースと、
    を有する記録部と、
    　表示部と、
    　制御部と
    を有し、
    　前記制御部は、
    　前記絵の種類及び特徴に基づいて前記パズルデータベースに記憶されているジグソーパズルからジグソーパズルの検索を行って特定のジグソーパズルの選択を可能とし、
    　前記屋内風景データベースに記憶されている前記屋内風景画像データから特定の屋内風景画像データの選択を可能とし、
    　前記フレームデータベースに記憶されているフレームから特定のフレームの選択を可能とし、
    　選択された前記特定のジグソーパズル、選択された前記特定の屋内風景画像データ、選択された前記特定のフレームに基づいて、前記選択された特定の屋内風景画像データによる屋内風景に前記選択された特定のジグソーパズルの完成絵柄を前記選択された特定のフレームに収めた状態で取り付けた状態を示す画像の表示を前記表示部に行うことを特徴とするジグソーパズルシミュレーション装置。
  2. 　前記制御部は、前記パズルデータベース中の前記特定のジグソーパズルが選択された後に、前記屋内風景データベース中の前記特定の屋内風景画像データの選択及び前記フレームデータベース中の前記特定のフレームの選択を可能とすることを特徴とする請求項１に記載したジグソーパズルシミュレーション装置。
  3. 　前記制御部は、前記フレームデータベースから特定のフレームを選択可能とするとき、前記パズルデータベースに記憶された前記完成サイズの情報と前記フレームデータベースに記憶された前記収納可能なジグソーパズルサイズの情報とにより、選択されたジグソーパズルを収納可能なフレームのみを選択可能とすることを特徴とする請求項２に記載のジグソーパズルシミュレーション装置。
  4. 　前記制御部は、前記パズルデータベースに記憶された前記絵の種類及び特徴の情報に基づき、前記パズルデータベースに記憶されているジグソーパズルをジャンル分けし、ジャンル毎の前記ジグソーパズルの完成絵柄を前記表示部に表示することを特徴とする請求項１乃至請求項３の何れかに記載のジグソーパズルシミュレーション装置。
  5. 　前記制御部は、前記フレームデータベースに記憶された前記フレームの材質及び装飾状態の情報に基づき、材質及び装飾状態毎の各色を前記表示部に表示することを特徴とする請求項１乃至請求項４の何れかに記載のジグソーパズルシミュレーション装置。
  6. 　前記制御部は、前記フレームデータベースに記憶されているジグソーパズルの検索を行って選択を可能とするに際し、前記パズルデータベースに記憶されているジグソーパズルの完成絵柄のサムネイルを前記表示部に表示し、選択されたサムネイルのジグソーパズルの完成絵柄の写真の表示を行うことを特徴とする請求項１乃至請求項４の何れかに記載のジグソーパズルシミュレーション装置。
  7. 　ジグソーパズルシミュレーションのために用いられるインターネットを介して電子情報端末と接続可能なコンテンツサーバーであって、
    　ジグソーパズルの完成絵柄写真、ピース数、完成サイズ、絵の種類及び特徴の情報を記憶するパズルデータベースと、
    　フレームの外観写真、収納可能なジグソーパズルのサイズ、材質、装飾状態、色、の情報を記憶するフレームデータベースと、
    　屋内風景画像データとこの画像データの名称情報を記憶する屋内風景データベースとを備え、
    　前記電子情報端末と接続されることによって、
    　前記電子情報端末において、
    　前記絵の種類及び特徴に基づいて前記パズルデータベースに記憶されているジグソーパズルからジグソーパズルの検索を行って特定のジグソーパズルの選択を可能とし、
    　前記屋内風景データベースに記憶されている前記屋内風景画像データから特定の屋内風景画像データの選択を可能とし、
    　前記フレームデータベースに記憶されているフレームから特定のフレームの選択を可能とし、
    　選択された前記特定のジグソーパズル、選択された前記特定の屋内風景画像データ、選択された前記特定のフレームに基づいて、前記選択された特定の屋内風景画像データによる屋内風景に前記選択された特定のジグソーパズルの完成絵柄を前記選択された特定のフレームに収めた状態で取り付けた状態を示す画像の表示を前記電子情報端末の表示部に行うことを特徴とするコンテンツサーバー。
  8. 　前記電子情報端末において、前記パズルデータベース中の前記特定のジグソーパズルが選択された後に、前記屋内風景データベース中の前記特定の屋内風景画像データの選択及び前記フレームデータベース中の前記特定のフレームの選択を可能とすることを特徴とする請求項７に記載したコンテンツサーバー。
  9. 　前記電子情報端末において、前記フレームデータベースから特定のフレームを選択可能とするとき、前記パズルデータベースに記憶された前記完成サイズの情報と前記フレームデータベースに記憶された前記収納可能なジグソーパズルサイズの情報とにより、選択されたジグソーパズルを収納可能なフレームのみを選択可能とすることを特徴とする請求項８に記載のコンテンツサーバー。
  10. 　前記電子情報端末において、前記パズルデータベースに記憶された前記絵の種類及び特徴の情報に基づき、前記パズルデータベースに記憶されているジグソーパズルをジャンル分けし、ジャンル毎の前記ジグソーパズルの完成絵柄を前記表示部に表示することを特徴とする請求項７乃至請求項９の何れかに記載のコンテンツサーバー。
  11. 　前記電子情報端末において、前記フレームデータベースに記憶された前記フレームの材質及び装飾状態の情報に基づき、材質及び装飾状態毎の各色を前記表示部に表示することを特徴とする請求項７乃至請求項１０の何れかに記載のコンテンツサーバー。
  12. 　前記電子情報端末において、前記フレームデータベースに記憶されているジグソーパズルの検索を行って選択を可能とするに際し、前記パズルデータベースに記憶されているジグソーパズルの完成絵柄のサムネイルを前記表示部に表示し、選択されたサムネイルのジグソーパズルの完成絵柄の写真の表示を行うことを特徴とする請求項７乃至請求項１０の何れかに記載のコンテンツサーバー。
  13. 　　前記電子情報端末において、前記屋内風景データベースに使用者が撮影した屋内風景の写真の画像データの記録を可能とし、前記画像データは、大きさが定められている用紙を使用者がジグソーパズルを飾りたい所望の位置にある状態で撮影した映像とし、前記用紙の面積を基準面積として、前記映像の前記用紙の周囲をなぞるようにして矩形の入力を行うと、選択されているジグソーパズル又はフレームの大きさを前記基準面積と比較し、ジグソーパズル及びフレームの表示サイズの自動調整をして前記表示部に表示することを特徴とする請求項７乃至請求項９の何れかに記載のコンテンツサーバー。
  14. 　表示装置と入力装置とを備えた電子情報端末においてジグソーパズルのシミュレーションを可能とするシミュレーション方法であって、
    　一つ又はそれ以上のジグソーパズルの完成絵柄画像データを含むパズルデータを記憶するパズルデータベースから、前記入力装置により選択された一つのジグソーパズルのパズルデータを取得し、
    　一つ又はそれ以上の、前記ジグソーパズルを収納するフレームの外観画像データを含むフレームデータを記憶するフレームデータベースから、前記入力装置により選択された一つのフレームのフレームデータを取得し、
    　一つ又はそれ以上の風景の風景画像データを含む風景データを記憶する風景データベースから、前記入力装置により選択された一つの風景の風景データを取得し、
    　前記取得されたパズルデータと、前記取得されたフレームデータと、前記取得された風景データとに基づいて、前記選択されたジグソーパズルの完成絵柄が、前記選択されたフレームに収納され、前記選択された風景に取り付けられた状態を示すシミュレーション画像データを作成することにより、当該シミュレーション画像を前記表示装置に表示させる、
    シミュレーション方法。
  15. 　請求項１４に記載されたシミュレーション方法をコンピュータに実行させるためのコンピュータプログラム。
