- 청구항 19에 있어서,상기 소변량조절공(218)의 단부에 결합되어 소변량조절공(218)으로 흡입되어 이동되는 공기의 량을 조절하는 공기량조절필터(221)와;상기 소변량조절공(218)에 체결되어 공기량조절필터(221)의 이탈을 방지하면서 공기량조절필터(221)의 압축정도에 따라 공기의 이동량을 조절하는 소변량조절볼트(222)를 더 포함하여 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인체하중만으로 공기 배출 및 흡입 제어기능을 구비한 물탱크용 무전원 자동 물내림 변좌시트.
- 청구항 19에 있어서,상기 실린더로드(213')가 결합된 로드핀(213)의 내주면에 관통된 홈(213a)을 통해 실린더몸체(210)의 내외부에서 이동되는 공기량을 조절하도록 실린더로드(213')와 로드핀(213) 사이에 장착되는 공기량조절필터(213c)를 더 포함하여 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인체하중만으로 공기 배출 및 흡입 제어기능을 구비한 물탱크용 무전원 자동 물내림 변좌시트.
- 용변자가 변좌시트(10)에 앉을 때, 시트스프링(130)을 압축하면서 변좌시트(10)의 하강동작을 안내하고, 용변자가 변좌시트(10)에서 일어설 때, 시트스프링(130)의 복원력에 의해 변좌시트(10)의 상승동작을 안내하면서 인체를 감지하는 인체감지부(100)(100')와;상기 인체감지부(100')의 하강동작과 연동하여 사이폰덮개(20)와 연결된 물내림와이어(30)를 당기는 장진력을 장진부재(340)에서 보유할 수 있도록 하고, 상기 인체감지부(100')의 상승동작과 연동하는 장진해제부재(440)가 장진부재(340)에 보유된 장진력을 해제시키면서 물내림와이어(30)를 당겨 사이폰덮개(20)의 회전으로 용변을 세척하는 작동부(300)와;상기 인체감지부(100')의 하강동작과 연동하여 물내림와이어(30)의 장진력을 보유하도록 하고, 상기 인체감지부(100')의 상승동작과 연동하여 보유된 장진력을 해제시키는 장진해제부(400)를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물탱크용 무전원 자동 물내림 변좌시트.
- 청구항 24에 있어서, 상기 인체감지부(100)(100')는,상기 변좌시트(10)에 관통된 통공(111)으로 결합되어 변좌에 안착되는 감지판(110)과;상기 변좌시트(10)에 관통된 후크결합공(121)에 결합되어 감지판(110)이 변좌시트(10)에서 분리되지 않도록 하는 후크(120)와;상기 감지판(110)과 변좌시트(10) 사이에 장착되어 변좌시트(10)를 복원시키는 시트스프링(130)을 포함하여 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물탱크용 무전원 자동 물내림 변좌시트.
- 청구항 24에 있어서, 상기 작동부(300)는,상기 인체감지부(100')에 구비된 감지판(110)에 장착되는 가압부재(310)와;상기 가압부재(310)의 가압에 따라 변좌시트(10) 선단을 중심으로 일측에서 타측으로 회전하여 이동하는 레버(320)와;상기 레버(320)의 회전이동에 따라 장진부재(340)를 잡아당기는 장진와이어(330)와;상기 장진와이어(330)에 고정되어 레버(320)의 회전에 따라 물내림와이어(30)를 잡아당기는 힘을 보유하는 장진부재(340)와;상기 장진부재(340)의 이동을 안내하면서 물내림와이어(30)가 고정된 장진안내부재(350)와;상기 장진안내부재(350)의 이동을 안내하는 장진가이드부재(360)를 포함하여 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물탱크용 무전원 자동 물내림 변좌시트.
- 청구항 26에 있어서,상기 장진부재(340)는, 테엽스프링, 판스프링 또는 코일스프링 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 물탱크용 무전원 자동 물내림 변좌시트.
- 청구항 26에 있어서, 상기 장진안내부재(350)는,상기 장진부재(340)를 수용하면서 물내림와이어(30)가 고정되는 이동안내몸체(351)와;상기 이동안내몸체(351)의 양측에 돌출되어 장진가이드부재(360)의 가이드홈(362)에 결합되는 이동안내돌기(352)를 포함하여 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물탱크용 무전원 자동 물내림 변좌시트.
- 청구항 26에 있어서, 상기 장진가이드부재(360)는,상기 장진안내부재(350)를 수용하여 변좌시트(10)에 고정되는 가이드몸체(361)와;상기 가이드몸체(361) 내부에 장진안내부재(350)의 이동안내돌기(352)가 결합되어 이동되는 가이드홈(362)을 포함하여 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물탱크용 무전원 자동 물내림 변좌시트.
- 청구항 24에 있어서, 상기 장진해제부(400)는,상기 인체감지부(100')에 일측이 고정되는 장진해제와이어(410)와;상기 장진해제와이어(410)의 타측이 결합되면서 장진해제와이어(410)의 긴장에 따라 장진해제부재(440)의 작동을 제어하는 장진해제와이어고정부재(420)와;상기 장진해제와이어고정부재(420) 및 장진해제와이어(410)를 탄력있게 지지하도록 장진해제와이어고정부재(420)와 작동부(300)에 고정되는 장진해제와이어지지부재(430)와;상기 장진해제와이어고정부재(420)의 이동에 따라 작동부(300) 장진가이드부재(360)의 걸림상태를 해제하는 장진해제부재(440)와;상기 장진해제부재(440)의 걸림상태를 유지하도록 장진안내부재(350)에 돌출되는 장진돌기(450)를 포함하여 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물탱크용 무전원 자동 물내림 변좌시트.
- 청구항 30에 있어서, 상기 장진해제와이어고정부재(420)는,상기 장진해제와이어(410)의 타측이 결합되어 고정되는 장진해제와이어고정몸체(421)와;상기 장진해제와이어고정몸체(421)에 돌출되어 장진해제와이어(410)의 이동에 따라 장진해제부재(440)를 가압하는 장진해제와이어돌기(422)를 포함하여 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물탱크용 무전원 자동 물내림 변좌시트.
- 청구항 31에 있어서,상기 장진해제와이어돌기(422)는 경사지게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물탱크용 무전원 자동 물내림 변좌시트.
- 청구항 30에 있어서,상기 장진해제와이어지지부재(430)는, 상기 장진해제와이어고정부재(420)를 잡아당기는 스프링인 것을 특징으로 하는 물탱크용 무전원 자동 물내림 변좌시트.
- 청구항 30에 있어서, 상기 장진해제부재(440)는,상기 장진돌기(450)와 맞물리도록 장진돌기(450)가 돌출되어 장진가이드부재(360)에 장착되는 걸림해제몸체(441)와;상기 걸림해제몸체(441) 일측에 장진해제와이어고정부재(420)의 장진해제와이어돌기(422)가 가압하도록 돌출되는 장진해제돌기(442)를 포함하여 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물탱크용 무전원 자동 물내림 변좌시트.
