4、 本发明进料旋盖上部制有圆形槽, 在该圆形槽内壁上沿制有 吊装齿, 在进料旋盖圆周上固装一旋拨把手, 该旋拨把手端部外壁制 有旋拨齿, 该结构可以保证旋盖与进料口紧密配合密封, 通过气动执 行器控制具有旋拨功能转动齿辊驱动进料旋盖的旋拨把手上的旋拨 齿, 使进料旋盖旋转, 料口限位齿与旋盖锁紧齿进行有效配合锁紧密 封。
5、 本发明的支撑柱下部对称固装两个出料导向板, 该两个出料 导向板为弧形, 该两个出料导向板同侧两端形成钢笼出料口, 在蒸汽 弹射瞬间物料将沿着钢笼出料口喷出均匀有序, 方便清理。
6、 本发明的支撑柱中部设置有滑动导向环, 在高压蒸汽弹射时 有效保护弹射钢笼的整体结构, 在瞬时滑动时更加稳定安全可靠。
7、 本发明的上滑动盘外壁固装上密封胶圈, 下滑动盘外壁固装 下密封胶圈,保证了滑动弹射的密闭性,实现保压瞬间进入弹射状态。
8、 本发明的下滑动盘从上到下包括圆形托盘以及下支撑盘, 下 支撑盘的外圆周下部制有限位斜边,在限位斜边上方的下支撑盘外圆 周上固装有下密封胶圈,设计限位斜边可以保证在弹射完毕弹射钢笼 回程时直接被顶入蒸汽保压钢筒内, 提高回程效率。
9、 本发明结构简单, 适应瞬时弹射, 耐高压、 强度大, 方便上 料、 在蒸汽弹射时, 出料均匀有序, 弹射滑动更加平稳。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描 述性的, 不是限定性的, 不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
一种具有进料旋盖旋紧功能的蒸汽弹射式有机质垃圾处理机,其 包括蒸汽保压钢筒 19、 弹射钢笼、 进料旋盖 6、 旋盖控制装置以及弹 射引发气缸 24, 弹射钢笼滑动安装在蒸汽保压钢筒内, 蒸汽保压钢 筒上制有蒸汽进口 17, 弹射钢笼上端制有进料口 27, 弹射钢笼下端 与弹射引发气缸的活塞杆固装, 进料旋盖安装在弹射钢笼的进料口 上, 旋盖控制装置安装在进料旋盖上方的蒸汽保压钢筒上, 该旋盖控 制装置包括移动框架 3、 轨道 14、 水平气缸 1、 垂直气缸 2、 托盘 4、 齿盘 5、 气动执行器 7以及齿辊 9, 移动框架滑动安装在轨道上, 水 平气缸固装在轨道上,进一步说水平气缸为两个并对称安装在移动框 架上, 该水平气缸的活塞杆与移动框架固装, 垂直气缸通过托盘固装 在移动框架上, 进一步说垂直气缸为四个并均布固装在托盘上, 该垂 直气缸的活塞杆与齿盘上面固装,与齿盘对应的移动框架上安装气动 执行器, 该气动执行器通过横梁 8安装在移动框架上, 该气动执行器 驱动齿辊转动, 该齿辊为带齿的圆辊。所述的弹射引发气缸数量可以 根据实际需要布设, 本发明采用数量为 4个, 进料旋盖安装在弹射钢 笼的进料口上, 弹射引发气缸外壁安装限位防护弹簧 25, 弹射钢笼 包括上滑动盘 12、 下滑动盘以及支撑柱 15, 支撑柱可以通过螺栓固 装在上滑动盘与下滑动盘之间, 上滑动盘外壁固装上密封胶圈 13, 下滑动盘外壁固装下密封胶圈 22, 其在上滑动盘上制出进料口, 与 进料口匹配安装有进料旋盖,该进料口内壁上沿均布制有料口限位齿 11, 在料口限位齿下方的进料口内壁上制有料口密封斜壁 26, 料口 密封斜壁上可以固装一层斜壁密封圈用于密封,也可以在料口密封斜 壁上制出螺纹与旋盖对应位置制出的螺纹相配合进行锁紧密封,本发 明采用螺纹密封形式,与料口限位齿相对应的进料旋盖上制有旋盖锁 紧齿 29,与料口密封斜壁相对应的进料旋盖上制有旋盖密封斜壁 33, 进料旋盖上部制有圆形槽 31, 在该圆形槽内壁上沿制有吊装齿 30, 在进料旋盖圆周上固装一旋拨把手 10, 该旋拨把手端部外壁制有旋 拨齿 32。 在进料口外围的上滑动盘与下滑动盘之间均布固装支撑柱, 下滑动盘底部与弹射引发气缸的活塞杆固装,支撑柱下部对称固装两 个出料导向板 18, 该两个出料导向板为弧形, 两个出料导向板同侧 两端形成钢笼出料口 28, 支撑柱中部设置有滑动导向环 16, 下滑动 盘从上到下包括圆形托盘 20以及下支撑盘 21, 下支撑盘的外圆周下 部制有限位斜边 23, 在限位斜边上方的下支撑盘外圆周上固装有下 密封胶圈。
本发明在进行蒸汽弹射时,上滑动盘与下滑动盘同时进入蒸汽保 压钢筒中, 并通过上密封胶圈以及下密封胶圈进行保压密封, 将有机 质垃圾从进料口放入, 加装旋盖后进行密封, 通过蒸汽保压钢筒上的 蒸汽进口通入蒸汽, 进行保压, 当一定时间后, 通过弹射引发气缸向 下拉动下滑动盘, 使下滑动盘脱离蒸汽保压钢筒, 而滑动导向环以上 部分保留在蒸汽保压钢筒中,实现在毫秒级时间内泥浆状有机质垃圾 从出料口有序弹射出。
本发明的进料旋盖外沿的旋盖锁紧齿与进料口上的料口限位齿 配合, 进料旋盖内的吊装齿与齿盘上的齿配合, 进料旋盖上的吊装齿 与齿盘上齿搭接在一起时, 垂直气缸驱动齿盘可以提升或下降旋盖, 通过水平气缸可以驱动移动框架将旋盖移开, 方便进料, 当进料完毕 时, 水平气缸将移动框架移回, 使进料旋盖在进料口正上方, 通过垂 直气缸将进料旋盖压紧在进料口上, 这时气动执行器驱动齿辊转动, 该齿辊啮合连接进料旋盖上拨转把手上的旋拨齿并驱动拨转把手带 动进料旋盖转动,使进料旋盖的旋盖锁紧齿与进料口上的锁紧齿配合 锁紧, 同时吊装齿与齿盘上的齿错开, 垂直气缸带动齿盘上升。

Claims

权利要求
1、一种具有进料旋盖旋紧功能的蒸汽弹射式有机质垃圾处理机, 其特征在于: 包括蒸汽保压钢筒、 弹射钢笼、 进料旋盖、 旋盖控制装 置以及弹射引发气缸, 弹射钢笼滑动安装在蒸汽保压钢筒内, 蒸汽保 压钢筒上制有蒸汽进口, 弹射钢笼上端制有进料口, 弹射钢笼下端与 弹射引发气缸的活塞杆固装, 进料旋盖安装在弹射钢笼的进料口上, 旋盖控制装置安装在进料旋盖上方的蒸汽保压钢筒上。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的具有进料旋盖旋紧功能的蒸汽弹射式 有机质垃圾处理机,其特征在于:所述的旋盖控制装置包括移动框架、 轨道、 水平气缸、 垂直气缸、 托盘、 齿盘、 气动执行器以及齿辊,移 动框架滑动安装在轨道上, 水平气缸固装在轨道上, 该水平气缸的活 塞杆与移动框架固装, 垂直气缸通过托盘固装在移动框架上, 该垂直 气缸的活塞杆与齿盘上面固装,与齿盘对应的移动框架上安装气动执 行器, 该气动执行器驱动齿辊转动。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的具有进料旋盖旋紧功能的蒸汽弹射式 有机质垃圾处理机, 其特征在于: 所述的弹射引发气缸外壁安装限位 防护弹簧。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的具有进料旋盖旋紧功能的蒸汽弹射式 有机质垃圾处理机, 其特征在于: 所述的弹射钢笼包括上滑动盘、下 滑动盘以及支撑柱, 在上滑动盘上制出进料口, 与进料口匹配安装进 料旋盖, 该进料口内壁上沿均布制有料口限位齿, 在料口限位齿下方 的进料口内壁上制有料口密封斜壁,与料口限位齿相对应的进料旋盖 上制有旋盖锁紧齿,与料口密封斜壁相对应的进料旋盖上制有旋盖密 封斜壁, 在进料口外围的上滑动盘与下滑动盘之间均布固装支撑柱, 下滑动盘底部与弹射引发气缸的活塞杆固装。
5、 根据权利要求 1或 4所述的具有进料旋盖旋紧功能的蒸汽弹 射式有机质垃圾处理机, 其特征在于: 所述的进料旋盖上部制有圆形 槽, 在该圆形槽内壁上沿制有吊装齿, 在进料旋盖圆周上固装一旋拨 把手, 该旋拨把手端部外壁制有旋拨齿。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述的具有进料旋盖旋紧功能的蒸汽弹射式 有机质垃圾处理机, 其特征在于: 所述的支撑柱下部对称固装两个出 料导向板。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的具有进料旋盖旋紧功能的蒸汽弹射式 有机质垃圾处理机, 其特征在于: 所述的两个出料导向板为弧形,两 个出料导向板同侧两端形成钢笼出料口。
8、 根据权利要求 4所述的具有进料旋盖旋紧功能的蒸汽弹射式 有机质垃圾处理机, 其特征在于: 所述的支撑柱中部设置有滑动导向 环。
9、 根据权利要求 4所述的具有进料旋盖旋紧功能的蒸汽弹射式 有机质垃圾处理机, 其特征在于: 所述的上滑动盘外壁固装上密封胶 圈, 下滑动盘外壁固装下密封胶圈。
