一种避孕套及其制备方法。所述避孕套由弹性材料制成,包括套体(1)和设于套体(1)敞口端的弹性环(2)。所述弹性环(2)由套体(1)敞口端的口沿部分(3)卷粘于预制弹性环(4)上制成。所述避孕套的制备方法,至少包括以下步骤:a、预先制备出避孕套的套体(1)并将套体(1)用与其相适配的预制模具(5)撑起;b、将预制弹性环(4)圈套于紧邻套体(1)敞口端的口沿部分(3)的模具(5)上;c、在套体(1)敞口端的口沿部分(3)涂上胶粘剂(6)并滚动预制弹性环(4)使套体(1)敞口端的口沿部分(3)卷粘于预制弹性环(4)上;d、向前滚动弹性环(2)至脱模、再包装。所述避孕套可有效紧箍阴茎,防止避孕套滑落,以及促使阴茎勃起更持久。

Description

避孕套及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及避孕套, 特别涉及一种具有较强紧箍作用的避孕套及其制备 方法。
背景技术
现有的避孕套, 其弹性的直径一般只有 lmm 左右, 产生的紧箍作用也非 常有限。 如果射精后没有及时将阴茎抽出, 避孕套会因阴茎的缩小而滑落至 阴道内,导致可能的避孕失败。如果能将避孕套的弹性环加粗至合适的尺寸, 就可以有效地减少这种现象的发生。
因此, 中国专利号为 ZL201020601083. 7的专利公开了一种避孕套。其技 术方案是将避孕套的弹性环是将套体口沿部分一体地卷制成加粗型弹性环。 使用时, 加粗的弹性环能紧箍阴茎, 达到防止避孕套滑落并使阴茎静脉血的 回流速度变緩而达到延长阴茎勃起时间之目的。 但作为本行业的专业技术人 都知道, 要想使这种避孕套弹性环变粗的方法只有一个, 这就是: 将常规避 孕套的口沿部分的胶膜及卷制弹性环的行程加长, 促使卷起来的弹性环因包 卷了足够多的胶膜而变粗。 而事实上, 这个看似简单的方案在实施起来非常 困难,这就是: 1、制造时必须要更改现有的模具及设备,导致投资成本增加。 2、 弹性环的环径难以达到预期的粗度, 导致紧箍力有限。
如果有一种不需要更改现有模具及设备就可以制造出具有较粗弹性环的 紧箍避孕套及其制备方法, 一定为消费者所期待。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述避孕套之不足, 提供一种采用更简便方法 制造紧箍避孕套及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的。
本发明首先提供一种避孕套, 由弹性材料制成, 它包括套体和设于套体 敞口端的弹性环, 其特征在于: 所述弹性环由套体敞口端的口沿部分卷粘于 预制弹性环上制成。
所述弹性环的口径为 25麵- 35醒。
所述预制弹性环的环径为 2mm-8mm。
所述弹性环的环径为 3mm— 5瞧。
本发明还提供一种利用现有成品避孕套来制备本发明紧箍避孕套的制备 方法, 其特征在于: 它至少包括以下步骤: a、 预先制备出避孕套的套体并 将套体用与其相适配的预制模具撑起; b、将预制弹性环圈套于紧邻套体敞口 端的口沿部分的模具上; C、在套体敞口端的口沿部分或预制弹性环涂上胶粘 剂并滚动预制弹性环使套体敞口端的口沿部分卷粘于预制弹性环上; d、向前 滚动弹性环至脱模、 再包装。
本发明再提供一种在常规避孕套的自动化生产线上制造本发明紧箍避孕 套的制备方法, 其特征在于: 它至少也包括以下步骤: a、 用常规避孕套模具 在乳胶中浸渍、 供干; b、将预制弹性环圈套于紧邻套体敞口端的口沿部分的 模具上; c、按常规避孕套卷边方法进行卷边使套体敞口端的口沿部分卷粘在 预制弹性环 4上; d、 向前滚动预制弹性环至脱模、 包装。
从以上技术方案可以得知, 本发明的弹性环是由敞口端的套体口沿部分 包卷于预制弹性环上制成的复合型预制弹性环。 在实施过程中, 不用更改原 有避孕套的模具、 设备及生产工艺, 只要按常规方法预制出避孕套套体, 再 将避孕套敞口端的口沿部分同心地卷粘在预制弹性环外周即可。 采用这种方 法制造出的紧箍避孕套, 还具有公知紧箍避孕套所没有的优点, 这就是: 1、 复合型预制弹性环具有较强的 "紧箍力,,, 能有效避免避孕套滑落及减緩阴茎 静脉血的回流速度, 促使阴茎勃起得更粗、 更长、 更持久、 更坚挺; 2.复合 型预制弹性环的环径尺寸可根据需要随意预制,制造工艺简单、投资成本低。 附图说明

参见图 1、 图 2。 本发明的紧箍避孕套, 由弹性材料制成, 它包括套体 1 和设于套体 1敞口端的弹性环 2, 与众不同的是: 其中的弹性环 2由套体敞 口端的口沿部分 3卷粘于预制弹性环 4上制成。
所述弹性环 2的口径为 25mm- 35讓。 所述预制弹性环 4的环径为 2mm-8誦。

参见图 3、 图 4、 图 5、 图 6, 这是一种利用现有成品避孕套来制造本发 明避孕套的制备方法示意图, 它至少包括以下步骤: a、 预先制备出避孕套 的套体 1并将套体 1用与其相适配的预制模具 5撑起(参见图 3 ); b、 将预 制弹性环 4圈套于紧邻套体 1敞口端的口沿部分 3的模具 5上 (参见图 4 ); c、在套体 1敞口端的口沿部分 3涂上胶粘剂 6并向前滚动预制弹性环 4使套 体 1敞口端的口沿部分 3卷粘于预制弹性环 4上(参见图 5 ); d、 再向前滚 动弹性环至脱模、 再包装(参见图 6 )。 当然, 也可以在预制弹性环 4上涂上 胶粘剂并向前滚动预制弹性环 4使套体 1敞口端的口沿部分 3卷粘于预制弹 性环 4上(未图示)。
同理, 在常规避孕套的自动化生产线上, 采用本发明提供的避孕套制备 方法, 它至少也包括以下步骤: a、 用常规避孕套模具在乳胶中浸渍、 烘干; b、 将预制弹性环 4圈套于紧邻套体 1 敞口端的口沿部分 3的模具上; c、按 常规避孕套的卷边方法进行卷边使套体 1敞口端的口沿部分 3卷粘在预制弹 性环 4上; d、 向前滚动弹性环至脱模、 包装。
