本发明涉及一种接合式多用途保健器， 具发放远红外线、 发放与人体生物电流相 匹配 （0. 06mA) 的微电流和负离子的产生器， 可以把热力、 远红外线热幅射、 生物微 电流和负离子化的液体介质 (如中药药液、 跌打酒、 香薰油等)直接透入经络和穴位， 作为畅通经络的辅助器具。 为配合不同的用途， 本发明的多用途保健器被设置成可接 上不同形状的接头， 这些接头的形状是根据不同人体结构和功能目的需要而设计的， 可作为一种常用或专用的多用途保健器， 例如顺势疗法稀释器皿， 痔疮脱垂热疗器 具， 按摩与梳理经络和刮痧等。
本发明的设计主体结构为一个圆柱型的瓶体 (图一）， 圆柱型瓶身侧面设有翘出的 裙翼防止这保健器滚动及可以竖直摆放； 并设有螺旋型瓶颈， 用以接上不同功能的功 能接头（图二、 三、 四、 五、 六、 七） 。 这些不同设计各具功能的功能接头均设有不 同数量的小孔洞， 用作渗出瓶体内的液体介质或作喷雾或作空气对流与及艾灸热薰气 □。
当本发明的主体结构一个圆柱型的瓶体（图一） 接上不同功能的功能接头（图二、 三、 四、 五、 六、 七)后其主要的功能如下：
1. 热疗刺穴按摩笔 (图二)；
2. 顺势疗法稀释器皿（图三）；
3. 可随身携带、 小巧方便又能使食水快速成为高波动能量的健康饮用水的产生 器（图三）；
4. 可随身携带、 在冬天放于怀内当作暖瓶 (图三)；

操作原理：
本发明的接合式多用途保健器主要以含有电气石的硅酸盐陶瓷为材料制成。 这种 材料具有以下特点： 1.在常温下能发放波长 4- 14微米， 发射率在 0. 92以上的远红外 线， 当表面温度为 45Ό时的峰值幅射波长为 9. 1 P m, 与人体发放的远红外线波长相 同； 2. 能永久地持续发放与人体生物电流相匹配的 「0. 06mA」微弱静电流； 3. 能自 动、 永久地释放负离子； 4. 能在水中释出镁、 钠、 铁、 锰、 锂、 铝、 硼、 硅、 氟、 氢、 氧等 11种对人体有益的矿物质和微量元素。
由于远红外线为一种幅射热能， 能量发放方与接收方需具有相同的波长才能产生 幅射共振效果。 正如摩擦 "鱼洗" 产生的共呜颤动现象。 其中波长 4一 20微米的远红 外线与人体放射的远红外线波长相同， 容易被人体吸收， 并可转化为人体内能， 激发 水份 摩擦 热，^ 吸收共-振 。 波 — 4 204敫米的远红 线与 鉢― 生 吸

一种接合式多用途保健器， 具发放远红外线、 发放与人体生物电流相匹配 ( 0. 06mA) 的微电流和负离子的产生器， 可以把热力借此接合式多用途保健器直接透 入经络和穴位， 作为畅通经络的辅助器具。 （图一、 二、三、六、 七)集热疗刺压穴 位、 捶、 搓、 揉、 压、 叩、 敲经络； 刮痧、 刮推淋巴腺、 静脉； 扫搓脸、 颈达到美容 及疏通淋巴效果； （图五） 是定向和定距的具有远红外线热幅射的艾灸器具； （图四） 是高负离子的冰水喷雾器； （图三） 是一种热疗器具也可用于在冬天随身藏于怀内的 暖瓶； （图三)更可以作为女士用自慰按摩器和顺势疗法稀释器皿。
把热水注入接合式多用途保健器主体 (如图一所示的瓶身 101)， 接上不同功能的 功能接头 (如图二、三、 六、 七)旋紧， 然后用力上下晃动， 使热水的热力迅速均匀传 至整个保健器， 同时使这接合式多用途保健器在温度变化及瓶体内的热水晃动冲擦下 激活发放远红外线， 在远红外线热幅射的作用下及水流晃动产生的撞击压力使热水的 分子团重凝组-合，-一化 、团簇 7 ^团—同脉， 在翁电效应和压 -电效 更
的微电流， 在水中结合产生更强的负离子效应。 各个不同功能的接头均按功能需求设 有小孔作出水口， 这些内窄外宽的小孔设有橡胶塞盖， 方便携带作为取暖的暖瓶及使 用前摇晃不会把水溅出。 当保健器内经远红外线热幅射作用及负离子化的清水或中药 药汤或跌打药酒缓缓渗出， 作为热疗按压皮肤时的介质。 这些介质一方面为润滑作 用， 二则提高了保健器表面湿度配合按摩时的压力进一步激发远红外线、 微电流和负 离子的产生， 三则直接把带有高负离子和介质本身如中药药汤的药效透过经穴渗透体 内。 另一方面， 保健器瓶壁的热力伴随远红外线的热幅射作用使按摩处体表升温， 热 力渗透至皮下肌肉， 让微丝血管和淋巴管道扩张， 体液和血液的分子团亦会在远红外 线的热幅射作用下分解化小， 加速血液流通。 在施用保健器进行上述不同的按摩手法 的外部压力辅助推动下， 使瘀积于循环通道的废弃物散开排走， 因而畅通经络使疾患 纾缓减退。
图一为本发明的多用途保健器的基本结构图。 圆柱型瓶身为保健器主体的容器， 并设有螺旋型瓶颈 103, 可以接上不同功能的功能接头（图二、 三、 四、 五、 六、 七）。 当注入热 /冰水后， 接上不同功能的功能接头（图二、 三、 四、 六、 七)旋紧， 剧 烈晃动时增加与瓶壁的摩擦， 激起更多水花并协助把水分子团激碎。 （图一）圆柱型 瓶身 101并设有翘出的裙翼 102, 用作热疗刮压经络、 刮痧、 刮淋巴等， 另一作用为 防止这保健器滚动及可以竖直摆放。 余下的另一面圆柱型瓶壁则可以扫搓脸、 颈。 当 以此保健器进行按摩时， 透过瓶壁把热力和远红外线的热幅射直接透入经络和穴位。
图二是本发明用作热疗刺穴按摩笔时的结构图， 笔锋设有一小孔 203， 当内壁设 有螺旋紋结构 202的笔状接头 201接上注入热水或中药药汤后的圆柱型瓶身（如图一 所示的瓶身 101) ， 先剧烈晃动加剧激发远红外线以及与人体生物电流相匹配的微电 流和负离子的发放， 笔锋在穴位上剌压和滑动时导出负离子化的热水或中药药汤， 并 发放与人体生物电流相匹配的 「0. 06mA」 微弱静电流； 在水中释出的镁、 钠、 铁、 锰 锂一铝 硼、 硅 ^氟.、—氢、 等 对 備—益的 质 綠元素麵昱出 = 的负离子化的热水或中药药汤传入经穴， 并透过经络进行离子互换和讯息互换。 因为 人体的经穴是外界提供能量的最佳窗口， 所以可收事半功倍之效。
图三是本发明接上注入顺势疗法待稀释药物或热水或其他按摩介质（如： 香薰油 或跌打酒或中药药汤或蜜糖蛋清水等〕的圆柱型瓶身（如图一所示的瓶身 101) 时的结 构图。 接头 301的前端设有两个可以按压调节水量的小孔 302， 这些内窄外宽的小孔 设有橡胶塞盖， 方便携带作为取暖的暖瓶及使用前摇晃不会把水溅出。 可以用作下列 多种用途和达致多项不同的保健、 理疗效能目的：
1. 用作顺势疗法稀释器皿： 接上注入顺势疗法待稀释药物的圆柱型瓶身（如图一 所示的瓶身 101) , 旋紧后上下剧烈晃动 200次， 将瓶内的药液倒出至瓶内药液仅余 1份时， 再往瓶内加入 100份的酒精再次用力晃动 200次， 便成为第一次的稀释液， 即 1K或 1CK稀释液。 再重覆以上程序成 2K、 3Κ稀释液。 适合家用及自行调配一些简 单常用的顺势疗法药物；
2. 用作高波动能量的健康饮用水的产生器： 接上注入热水的圆柱型瓶身（如图一 所示的瓶身 101) ， 旋紧后上下剧烈晃动， 瓶内的热水被迅速负离子化及使液体的分 子团碎裂并重新排列。 能迅速吸收水中的异味和使口感滑溜， 并具有很强的宇宙能 .

9. 用作揉搓热疗下腹部， 纾缓女士经痛： 接上注入加热按摩介质的圆柱型瓶身 (图一） ， 旋紧后上下剧烈晃动， 利用圆柱型瓶身 (如图一所示的瓶身 101)在下腹部揉 搓热疗， 透过前端两个可以按压调节水量的小孔 302渗出己经负离子化的热水或香薰 油或中药药汤作按摩介质， 并透过经络进行离子互换。 由于电气石陶瓷具有镇痛、 消 炎的作用， 加上圆柱型瓶身（如图一所示的瓶身 101)管壁的温热和远红外线热幅射， 是纾缓女士经痛的理想保健器具；

图四是本发明用作高负离子的冰水喷雾器时接上圆柱型瓶身 (如图一所示的瓶身 101)的结构图， 该喷雾器 401是按压式的器具， 其前端包括至少一个喷咀孔 402、 ― 个按压阀 404、 和一根由该喷咀孔向所述功能接头的内中空部分一直延伸到所述圆柱 型瓶身的内中空部分的吸管 403, 该喷咀孔前还设有一个圆形挡板， 该喷雾器的内壁 则具有螺旋紋， 该螺旋紋是对应所述圆柱型容器瓶颈上的螺旋紋， 用于将所述喷雾器 接上所述圆柱型瓶身， 使所述接合式多用途保健器成为一种高负离子喷雾器。 该喷雾 器 401让由喷咀孔 402喷出的水先高速喷射在挡板再折射成无数小水点， 形成雾化。 其原 β就如 高速蒋在-岩 ¾，^溅成 数 7 点的雾 -化效果一形成高负离 化 -空
间。 把冰水注入多用途保健器主体圆柱型瓶身 (如图一所示的瓶身 10L) , 接入喷雾器 401旋紧， 然后用力上下晃动， 因与室温的差异和压电效应如前述产生远红外线幅 射、 微电流和把冰水负离子化， 冰水的分子团变小。 在暑热天气下在脸上喷雾， 不但 使人即时凉快， 消暑、 降温。 含高负离子的小分子团雾化后成为随身携带的氧吧， 小 水点附在脸上亦有收紧皮肤等美容功效。
图五是本发明用作圆柱型拱顶艾灸燃烧室时的结构图， 先把艾条 502点燃放入圆 柱型瓶身 (如图一所示的瓶身 101) 作为握柄， 露出己点燃的艾条接入艾灸燃烧室 501 旋紧。 此艾灸燃烧室 501顶部及底部各设有多个上尖下宽的喇叭状小孔 503作对流透 气用， 只让适当的新鲜空气能畅通地流入燃烧室助燃， 艾条燃烧时产生的药效和热力 被留在燃烧室并产生远红外线热幅射效应， 透过底部喇叭状小孔把药效和热力传至患 处经络， 由于底部的透气孔设计是上尖下宽的喇叭状， 燃烧后的艾灰不会跌落皮肤做 成灼伤。 底部设有隔热垫脚 504， 其作用一是形成气道让新鲜空气能畅通地从底部的 喇叭状小孔流入燃烧室， 二是让艾灸燃烧时离皮肤有一个固定标准的距离， 不会灼伤 皮肤。 因此， 能集中艾条燃烧时产生的药效和热力， 成为定向和定距的具有远红外线 热幅射功能的艾灸器具， 有效提升艾灸的效果。
图六是本发明用作热疗叩敲按摩器， 接上注入热水的圆柱型瓶身 (如图一所示的 瓶身 101) 旋紧后除了可以作叩敲经络外， 也可以作为热疗按摩背部督脉经络。 该叩 敲按摩器 601是一个 U型圆管状底部设有螺旋瓶颈接入头 602的器具， 与圆柱型瓶身 (如图一所示的瓶身 101) 垂直接合成 7字型或耙子状， U型两角顶端皆设有一个内窄 外宽的小孔。 注入热水后如前述剧烈摇晃， 当敲打经络时按摩器管内的水因离心力.被 泼至 U型角顶， 因而敲打时承着这惯性力量可以更加省力， 管内的水不停这样来回冲 刷又进一步持续地激发微电流、 负离子和远红外线的发放。 这些内窄外宽的小孔设有 橡胶塞盖， 方便注水时及使用前摇晃不会把水溅出。 图七是本发明用作具有远红外线热幅射的梳理经穴用梳子的结构图， 接上注入热 水或温热香薰油的圆柱型瓶身（如图一所示的瓶身 101) 旋紧后上下剧烈晃动， 透过梳 齿底部的多个小孔 701渗出己经负离子化的热水作按摩介质， 梳头时， 梳齿与头发的 频繁接触摩擦， 可产生电感应， 加上本保健器能发放与人体生物电流相匹配的微电流 对头皮末梢神经和皮下毛细血管是一种良性剌激， 并透过神经末梢进行离子互换和信 息交换。 通过大脑皮层， 使头部神经得到舒展和松弛， 有利于中枢神经的调节， 加速 血液循环， 改善和增强对头皮及脑细胞的血氧供应， 消除大脑疲劳， 增强脑功能， 使 人思维敏捷， 记忆力增强， 从而延缓了大脑的衰老。 人体十二经脉和奇经八脉都汇聚 于头部， 有近 50个穴位。 梳头实际上就是在梳经络。 长期头痛或者胆囊不好、 有乳 腺增生这些胆经阻塞方面问题的人， 头上一定有相应的阻滞点。 经络是连着的， 下面 有堵的地方， 它上面也堵。 再者， 本发明含电气石 [Tourmaline]特有的功能效果有助 于人体头发发黑、 头发増多， 有光泽， 不干枯、 不易长头皮屑、 脱发减少、 头发容易 梳理、 发质变好。 除此之外， 本发明梳理经穴用梳子还可以 "梳"手强身， 按照中医 经络学说， 人体最重要的十二条正经中， 与手相关的有 6条， 相关的穴位有 23个， 手上还分布有经外奇穴 34个， 按摩或按压这些穴位， 几乎可以治疗全身疾病。 先透 过梳齿底部的小孔渗出己经负离子化的温热香薰油作按摩介质到手心， 按照顺序开始 梳手心， 先从上往下梳、 再从右往左横梳， 继而再顺时针梳一圈， 第二遍相反。 每天 坚持按摩， 就能达到强身祛病的目的。 本发明梳理经穴用梳子还可以 "梳"胸健乳， 梳理乳房是一种行之有效的防病、 保持乳房健美的简易方法。 临床经验证明， 梳理乳 房能促进乳房血液循环加快， 具有增加乳腺分泌和排泄淤积乳汁之功能。 对产后缺 乳、 积乳、 乳痛、 急性乳腺炎以及乳腺小叶增生等疾病均有积极的治疗作用。 即使女 性的乳房没有任何疾病， 常常梳理也能起到健美的作用。 正处于青舂时期的女孩常梳 理乳房， 可以促进正常的发育。 生育后的女性常梳乳房可以保持乳房的坚挺饱满。 可
先从乳房底部向乳头方向按顺序四周梳理， 接着再从乳房底部向乳头方向做圆周运动 式的梳理， 每天梳一次， 每次梳 5分钟左右。
综上所述， 本发明的这套接合式多用途保健器是引用了经络学说认为任何疾病的 发病都是由于经络阻塞而引起的， 而温度是人体生存和健康的关键要素， 与及人体的 经穴是从外界提供能量的最佳窗口等理论观点。 结合含有电气石 [Tourmaline]的硅酸 盐陶瓷材料特性和已经公知的含电气石 [Tourmaline]产品有效的治疗、 改善体质和提 高免疫力、 美容、 美白和改善发质等效果； 与对水和空气的净化及各项有益效果设计 而成。 工业实用性
集合了经络学说认为任何疾病的发病都是由于经络阻塞而引起的， 而温度是人体 生存和健康的关键要素， 与及人体的经穴是从外界提供能量的最佳窗口等理论观点， 结合含有电气石 [Tourmaline]的硅酸盐陶瓷材料特性和各项有益效果设计而成。 这套 接合式多用途保健器几乎可以满足全身的保健需要； 而且具有体积细小、 携带方便、 用途广泛、 简单易行、 经济实用、 没有后续费用和维护成本、 没有创伤性、 使用安 全、 无需用电、 安全灵活等优点。 在现今社会对个人健康问题日益关切的大环境下， 一些能真正对症下药、 具有真实功能又可以治标兼治本的辅助疏导畅通经络的多用途 保健器具是消费者热切期待的产品。

Claims

权利要求:
1.一种由包括电气石的硅酸盐陶瓷材料所制成的接合式多用途保健器， 该多用途 保健器包括一个圆柱型的容器瓶身和多个具不同功能的功能接头， 其中， 所述圆柱型 容器的顶部设有一个螺旋型瓶颈， 用于根据不同需要而接上所述不同功能的功能接 头； 这些不同设计各具功能的功能接头均设有不同数量的小孔洞， 用作渗出瓶体内已 经负离子化的液体作按摩介质或作喷雾； 或作艾灸热薰空气对流气口， 所述含有电气 石的硅酸盐陶瓷材料在常温下具有可持续地发射远红外线、 发放与人体生物电流相匹 配的微电流和负离子的能力。
2. 如权利要求 1的接合式多用途保健器， 其特征在于所述圆柱型容器瓶身在连 接适用功能接头后为一密闭的装载液体之容器， 目的在于注入不同温度的液体旋紧后 上下剧烈晃动， 使含有电气石陶瓷的容器温度产生变化、 湿度增加、 剧烈晃动使液体 在容器内不断冲刷做成乱流和撞击压力， 符合促进发挥电气石陶瓷效果的条件， 同 时， 温度变化后的容器瓶身使用家的身体得到合适的外来温度调节， 利用不同功能接 头设有的小孔渗出已经负离子化的液体作按摩介质， 透过经穴作窗口进行讯息互换， 输入能量和药效， 所述液体按摩介质在按摩过程中在压力下持续激发电气石陶瓷的功 能效果。
3. 如权利要求 1的接合式多用途保健器， 其中， 所述圆柱型容器瓶身的其中一 面设有翘出的裙翼， 在连接适用功能接头后用作包括热疗刮压经络、 刮痧、 刮淋巴 等， 而所述圆柱型容器瓶身的另一面外壁则可以用作包括热疗扫搓脸、 颈。
4. 如权利要求 1的接合式多用途保健器， 其中， 所述功能接头被设置成笔杆连 笔嘴的器具， 其包括一个笔杆型部分和一个笔嘴型部分， 该笔嘴型部分的尖端设有一 小孔， 其内壁则具有螺旋紋， 该螺旋紋是对应所述圆柱型容器瓶颈上的螺旋纹， 用于
将所述功能接头接上所述圆柱型瓶身， 使所述接合式多用途保健器在其瓶身的内中空 部分被注入热水或中药药汤后成为一种热疗刺穴按摩笔。
5. 如权利要求 4的接合式多用途保健器， 其中， 当所述笔嘴型部分的尖端小孔 在用家的穴位上剌压和滑动时， 能从所述笔杆型部分导出经负离子化的热水或中药药 汤， 通过用家身体的经穴将经负离子化的热水或中药药汤中的热力和药效有效地传送 到用家的身体。
6. 如权利要求 1的接合式多用途保健器， 其中， 所述功能接头被设置成一个子 弹头型的器具， 其前端包括两个内窄外宽， 可以按压调节水量的小孔， 其内壁则具有 螺旋紋， 该螺旋纹是对应所述圆柱型容器瓶颈上的螺旋紋， 用于将所述功能接头接上 所述圆柱型瓶身， 使所述接合式多用途保健器成为一种热疗钝压按摩器， 并作为具以 下不同功能的器具：
a. 顺势疗法稀释器皿；
b. 具有高波动能量的健康饮用水的产生器；
c 暖瓶；
d. 纾缓初期和轻微的痔疮脱垂；
e. 热疗钝压按摩；
f. 刮痧、 刮推淋巴腺、 静脉；
g. 扫搓脸、 颈， 活肤美容；
h. 刺激肠道蠕动， 改善便秘；
i. 纾缓女士经痛；
j. 纾缓肌肉痉挛、 抽筋、 落枕、 横膈膜痉挛引致的持续性打嗝； 和
k. 女士用自慰按摩器。
7. 如权利要求 1的接合式多用途保健器， 其中， 所述功能接头被设置成一个按
述功能接头的内中空部分一直延伸到所述圆柱型瓶身的内中空部分的吸管， 该喷咀孔 前还设有一个圆形挡板， 所述功能接头的内壁则具有螺旋紋， 该螺旋紋是对应所述圆 柱型容器瓶颈上的螺旋紋， 用于将所述功能接头接上所述圆柱型瓶身， 使所述接合式 多用途保健器成为一种高负离子喷雾器。
8. 如权利要求 1的接合式多用途保健器， 其中， 所述功能接头被设置成一个具 圆柱型拱顶的艾灸燃烧室器具， 其顶部及底部包括多个上尖下宽的喇叭状小孔作为对 流透气之用， 其一侧面设有一个接口， 该接口内壁具有螺旋紋， 用于将所述功能接头 接上所述圆柱型瓶身， 作为握柄， 使所述接合式多用途保健器成为一种定向和定距的 具有远红外线热幅射的艾灸器具。
9. 如权利要求 8的接合式多用途保健器， 其中， 所述功能接头的底部还包括多 个隔热垫脚， 当一根艾条在所述功能接头的内中空部分燃烧时， 所述多个隔热垫脚能 使新鲜空气畅通地从该底部的喇叭状小孔流入所述功能接头的内中空部分， 并提供一 个离用家皮肤固定标准的距离， 以防用家被燃烧中的艾条所灼伤。
10. 如权利要求 1的接合式多用途保健器， 其中， 所述功能接头被设置成一个 U 型圆管状的器具， 在 U型圆管状的两角顶端皆设有一个内窄外宽的小孔并在 ϋ型圆管 状中间的垂直部分的底部设有一个接口， 该接口内壁具有螺旋紋， 用于将所述功能接 头接上所述圆柱型瓶身， 使所述接合式多用途保健器接合成 7字型或耙子状的热疗叩 敲按摩器。
11. 如权利要求 1的接合式多用途保健器， 其中， 所述功能接头被设置成一把梳 子状的器具， 其梳齿底部设有小孔， 齿座下为所述功能接头的内中空部分， 所述功能 接头的内壁则具有螺旋紋， 该螺旋紋是对应所述圆柱型容器瓶颈上的螺旋紋， 用于将 所述功能接头接上所述圆柱型瓶身， 使所述接合式多用途保健器成为一种梳理经穴用 的梳子。
