根据本实用新型提供的一种可便捷更换的鞋底,包括脚掌部和/或脚根部,还包括鞋体连接装置,所述脚掌部和/或脚根部通过鞋体连接装置与鞋体的底部相连。

根据本实用新型提供的一种具有可便捷更换的鞋底的鞋,包括鞋体、上述的可便捷更换的鞋底,其中,所述鞋体根据需要使用所述可便捷更换的鞋底。
优选的,所述鞋体本身的底面可独立作为一种鞋底使用,所述鞋体还可与所述可便捷更换的鞋底组合使用。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下的有益效果:
1、本实用新型能够方便用户快速地更换鞋底,用户在不用更换鞋体的情况下,根据当时地面情况或使用需要在鞋体的底部装上所述鞋底即可;
2、所述鞋底的体积小于鞋体,方便用户携带,且所述鞋底磨损后可以替换,而不影响鞋体的继续使用。
3、鞋底与鞋之间的连接结构使得两者的安装与拆卸比较便捷,且连接后稳定贴合,不会松动脱离。
4、通过多处弹性连接部能够使本实用新型所述鞋底自适应不同的鞋体大小。

图1-图9示出的了本实用新型的第一实施例,在第一实施例中,根据本实用新型提供的一种可便捷更换的鞋底,包括脚掌部和脚根部,还包括鞋体连接装置,所述脚掌部和脚根部均通过鞋体连接装置与鞋体的底部相连,脚掌部和脚根部相连接构成完整的鞋底,
鞋体连接装置,包括:定位围边、定位套箍边;所述可便捷更换的鞋底的边缘处向鞋体侧延伸形成所述定位围边;所述定位围边由弹性材料制成;所述定位围边的顶端向内侧延伸形成定位套箍边;所述定位套箍边由弹性材料制成;定位围边的内侧面、定位套箍边的底面依次连接形成包裹面A。
在图1-图9中,所述包裹面A为连续的环绕鞋底的面,而在变化例中,所述包裹面 A采用分段式结构设置于所述可便捷更换的鞋底的周边。
根据本实用新型提供的一种具有可便捷更换的鞋底的鞋,包括鞋体,还包括上述的可便捷更换的鞋底,其中,鞋体的侧面底部设置有被包裹面B,所述被包裹面B与所述可便捷更换的鞋底的包裹面A相配合,如图5所示,使得所述可便捷更换的鞋底紧密套箍于所述鞋体。优选地,鞋体和可便捷更换的鞋底分别设置有相配合的磁体。
图10-图21示出的了本实用新型的第二实施例,在第二实施例中,根据本实用新型提供的一种可便捷更换的鞋底,包括脚掌部和/或脚根部,还包括鞋体连接装置,所述脚掌部和脚根部均通过鞋体连接装置与鞋体的底部相连,鞋体连接装置,包括:卡榫单元;卡榫单元为型材结构,分布于脚掌部和/或脚根部的上表面的多个卡榫沿同一方向延伸。
优选地,卡榫单元的横截面为顶边宽于底边的梯形。
根据本实用新型提供的一种具有可便捷更换的鞋底的鞋,包括鞋体,还包括上述的可便捷更换的鞋底;鞋体底面设置有与可便捷更换的鞋底的卡榫单元相配合的卡榫咬合装置;卡榫咬合装置至少有一端在鞋底的侧面形成插入口;卡榫单元由插入口进入卡在卡榫咬合装置内使得所述可便捷更换的鞋底紧密安装于所述鞋体。优选地,鞋体和可便捷更换的鞋底分别设置有相配合的磁体。
图22-图29示出的了本实用新型的第三实施例,在第三实施例中,根据本实用新型提供的一种可便捷更换的鞋底,包括脚掌部和/或脚根部,还包括鞋体连接装置,所述脚掌部和脚根部均通过鞋体连接装置与鞋体的底部相连,鞋体连接装置,包括:卡榫单元;卡榫单元为型材结构,分布于脚掌部和/或脚根部的上表面的多个卡榫单元沿同一方向延伸。
优选地,卡榫单元的横截面为顶部折弯的阶梯形。
根据本实用新型提供的一种具有可便捷更换的鞋底的鞋,包括鞋体,还包括上述的可便捷更换的鞋底;鞋体底面设置有与可便捷更换的鞋底的卡榫单元相配合的卡榫咬合装置;卡榫咬合装置至少有一端在鞋底的侧面形成插入口;卡榫单元由插入口进入卡在卡榫咬合装置内使得所述可便捷更换的鞋底紧密安装于所述鞋体。优选地,鞋体和可便捷更换的鞋底分别设置有相配合的磁体。
图30-图37示出的了本实用新型的第四实施例,在第四实施例中,根据本实用新型提供的一种可便捷更换的鞋底,包括脚掌部和/或脚根部,还包括鞋体连接装置,所述脚掌部和脚根部均通过鞋体连接装置与鞋体的底部相连,鞋体连接装置,包括:卡榫单元;卡榫单元为型材结构,分布于脚掌部和/或脚根部的上表面的多个卡榫单元构成多个卡榫组。
根据本实用新型提供的一种具有可便捷更换的鞋底的鞋,包括鞋体,还包括上述的可便捷更换的鞋底;鞋体底面设置有与可便捷更换的鞋底的卡榫单元及卡榫组相配合的卡榫咬合装置;卡榫咬合装置至少有一端在鞋底的侧面形成插入口;卡榫单元及卡榫组由插入口进入卡在卡榫咬合装置内使得所述可便捷更换的鞋底紧密安装于所述鞋体。优选地,鞋体和可便捷更换的鞋底分别设置有相配合的磁体。
图38-图43示出的了本实用新型的第五实施例,在第五实施例中,根据本实用新型提供的一种可便捷更换的鞋底,包括脚掌部和/或脚根部,还包括鞋体连接装置,所述脚掌部和脚根部均通过鞋体连接装置与鞋体的底部相连,鞋体连接装置,包括:接插装置;所述接插装置分布在脚掌部和/或脚根部的上表面;优选地,所述接插装置的为点状、条状或片状。
根据本实用新型提供的一种具有可便捷更换的鞋底的鞋,包括鞋体,还包括上述的可便捷更换的鞋底;鞋体的底面设置有接插咬合装置,其中,接插咬合装置与可便捷更换的鞋底的接插装置之间过盈配合,使得所述可便捷更换的鞋底紧密接插于所述鞋体。
图44、图45、图46示出的了本实用新型的第五实施例的变化例,在第五实施例的变化例中,区别在于,可便捷更换的鞋底的脚掌部和脚跟部相分离。
如图47、图48所示,本实施例第六实施例提供一种可便捷更换的鞋底,包括脚掌部1、脚根部3、鞋体连接装置,所述脚掌部1、脚根部3通过鞋体连接装置与鞋体的底部相连,所述脚掌部、脚跟部,均设置有或独立设置有防滑装置和/或缓冲装置,并且均使用或独立使用耐磨材料。在一个变化例中,脚掌部1或者脚根部3可以被省略,即脚掌部1、脚跟部3均可以单独选择使用。
本实施例的优选例中,还包括:脚弓部2,所述脚弓部2通过第一脚弓弹性连接部92与脚掌部1相连,脚弓部2通过第二脚弓弹性连接部93与脚根部相连,所述脚弓部2整体为弹性材料。在一个变化例中,第一脚弓弹性连接部92和/或第二脚弓弹性连接 部93可以被省略,脚弓部2可通过热熔等技术工艺直接与脚掌部1和脚跟部3连接。
本实施例的一个优选例中,所述鞋体连接装置,为设置在所述脚掌部1、脚根部3外边缘的向上凸起的鞋体限位边条。
本实施例的一个优选例中,所述鞋体连接装置,为设置于脚掌部1、脚根部3与鞋体的底部之间的拉链。
本实施例的一个优选例中,所述鞋体连接装置,设置在靠近鞋体的一面,为将脚掌部1、脚根部3与鞋体固定相连的卡榫结构、限位边条、系绳、绑带、魔术贴和暗扣、子母扣或者松紧带。进一步优选地,如图40、图50所示,在可更换鞋底上设置有凸榫部,鞋体的底面设置有与凸榫部相匹配的榫槽部,并保证凸榫部和榫槽部在使用中连接稳固。
本实施例中,所述脚掌部1包括脚掌外侧部11、脚掌弹性连接部91、脚掌内侧部12,其中,所述脚掌外侧部11、脚掌弹性连接部91、脚掌内侧部12依次连接,通过脚掌部分区域设置,可以更好地贴合鞋体的底部,并可以通过脚掌弹性连接部91(图48显示纵向设置)适应于不同的鞋体尺寸。脚掌弹性连接部91亦可与图48所示方向垂直、即横向设置在脚掌部1上,或在纵向和横向上均作设置。
本实施例中,所述脚跟部3包括脚跟外侧部31、脚跟弹性连接部94、脚跟内侧部32,其中,所述脚跟部3包括脚跟外侧部31、脚跟弹性连接部94、脚跟内侧部32依次连接,通过脚跟部3分区域设置,可以更好地贴合鞋体的底部,并可以通过脚跟弹性连接部94(图48显示纵向设置)适应于不同的鞋体尺寸,实现本鞋底自适应尺寸大小不同的鞋体。脚跟弹性连接部94亦可与图48所示方向垂直、即横向设置在脚跟部3上,或在纵向和横向上均作设置。
本实施例中,所述脚掌部1和/或脚跟部均设置有突起部分,该突起部分可以为鞋钉、防滑图案或造型、增高底等多种设置形式,可根据高尔夫球鞋、旅游鞋、雨鞋、雪地鞋、足球鞋或者攀岩鞋等具体情况进行设置。
本实施例中,还提供一种具有可便捷更换的鞋底的鞋,包括鞋体、上述的可便捷更换的鞋底,其中,所述鞋体根据需要使用所述可便捷更换的鞋底。
优选地,所述鞋体上设置有母扣,所述可便捷更换的鞋底的边条上设置有子扣,所述母扣与子扣相连接。
优选的,所述鞋体本身的底面可独立作为一种鞋底使用,所述鞋体还可与所述可便捷更换的鞋底组合使用。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种可便捷更换的鞋底,包括脚掌部和脚根部,还包括鞋体连接装置,所述脚掌部和脚根部通过鞋体连接装置与鞋体的底部相连,其特征在于:
    鞋体连接装置,包括:定位围边、定位套箍边;
    所述脚掌部和脚根部的边缘处向鞋体侧延伸形成所述定位围边;所述定位围边的顶端向内侧延伸形成定位套箍边;
    定位围边的内侧面、定位套箍边的底面依次连接形成包裹面A。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可便捷更换的鞋底,其特征在于,所述包裹面A采用分段式结构设置于所述可便捷更换的鞋底的周边。
  3. 一种具有可便捷更换的鞋底的鞋,包括鞋体,其特征在于,还包括权利要求1或2所述的可便捷更换的鞋底,其中,鞋体的底部边缘设置有被包裹面B,所述被包裹面B与所述可便捷更换的鞋底的包裹面A相配合,使得所述可便捷更换的鞋底紧密牢固地套箍于所述鞋体。
  4. 一种可便捷更换的鞋底,包括脚掌部和/或脚根部,还包括鞋体连接装置,所述脚掌部和/或脚根部通过鞋体连接装置与鞋体的底部相连,其特征在于:
    鞋体连接装置,包括:卡榫装置;
    卡榫装置为型材结构,由分布于脚掌部和/或脚根部的一个或多个卡榫单元组成。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的可便捷更换的鞋底,其特征在于,多个所述卡榫单元,组成一个卡榫组,其中各卡榫单元相互平行设置。
  6. 一种具有可便捷更换的鞋底的鞋,包括鞋体,其特征在于,还包括权利要求4或5所述的可便捷更换的鞋底;
    鞋体底面设置有与可便捷更换的鞋底卡榫装置相配合的卡榫咬合装置;
    所述可便捷更换的鞋底的卡榫装置卡在鞋体底面的卡榫咬合装置内,使得所述可便捷更换的鞋底紧密牢固地安装于所述鞋体。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的具有可便捷更换的鞋底的鞋,其特征在于,所述鞋体和可便捷更换的鞋底之间设置有互相配合的磁体,使得所述可便捷更换的鞋底进一步的紧密牢固地安装于所述鞋体。
  8. 一种可便捷更换的鞋底,包括脚掌部和/或脚根部,还包括鞋体连接装置,所述脚掌部和/或脚根部通过鞋体连接装置与鞋体的底部相连,其特征在于:
    鞋体连接装置,包括:接插装置;
    所述接插装置分布在脚掌部和/或脚根部的表面。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的可便捷更换的鞋底,其特征在于,所述接插装置为点状、条状或片状设置。
  10. 一种具有可便捷更换的鞋底的鞋,包括鞋体,其特征在于,还包括权利要求8或9所述的可便捷更换的鞋底;
    鞋体的底面设置有与可便捷更换的鞋底的接插装置之间过盈配合的接插咬合装置,所述可便捷更换的鞋底的接插装置插在鞋体底面的接插咬合装置内,使得所述可便捷更换的鞋底紧密牢固地安装于所述鞋体。
  11. 一种可便捷更换的鞋底,其特征在于,包括脚掌部和/或脚根部,还包括鞋体连接装置,所述脚掌部和/或脚根部通过鞋体连接装置与鞋体的底部相连。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的可便捷更换的鞋底,其特征在于,所述脚掌部、脚跟部单独使用,或者脚掌部、脚跟部作为一只完整鞋底的脚掌部分和脚跟部分同时使用。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的可便捷更换的鞋底,其特征在于,所述脚掌部、脚跟部,均具有独立的高度或厚度,所述脚掌部和/或脚跟部设置有突起部分。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的可便捷更换的鞋底,其特征在于,所述脚掌部、脚跟部,均设置有或独立设置有防滑装置和/或缓冲装置。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的可便捷更换的鞋底,其特征在于,所述脚掌部、脚跟部,均使用或独立使用耐磨材料。

  17. 根据权利要求11所述的可便捷更换的鞋底,其特征在于,所述鞋体连接装置,为设置在所述脚掌部和/或脚根部外边缘、或者靠近鞋体一面的连接装置。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的可便捷更换的鞋底,其特征在于,所述鞋体连接装置,为卡榫结构、限位边条、接插装置、拉链、系绳、绑带、魔术贴、暗扣、子母扣、松紧带其中的一种或多种的组合。
  19. 根据权利要求11所述的可便捷更换的鞋底,其特征在于,所述脚掌部包括脚掌外侧部、脚掌弹性连接部、脚掌内侧部,其中,所述脚掌外侧部、脚掌弹性连接部、脚掌内侧部依次连接;所述脚跟部包括脚跟外侧部、脚跟弹性连接部、脚跟内侧部,其中,所述脚跟外侧部、脚跟弹性连接部、脚跟内侧部依次连接。
  20. 一种具有可便捷更换的鞋底的鞋,其特征在于,包括鞋体、权利要求11至19中任一项所述的可便捷更换的鞋底,其中,所述鞋体根据需要使用所述可便捷更换的鞋底。优选的,所述鞋体本身的底面可独立作为一种鞋底使用,所述鞋体还可与所述可便捷更换的鞋底组合使用。
