La bicyclette comprend : un capteur de détection de vitesse installé sur une roue avant ou une roue arrière ; un capteur de détection d'inclinaison installé sur la roue avant, la roue arrière ou un cadre ; un capteur de détection de rapport installé sur un corps de dérailleur monté sur un guidon ; un capteur de détection de fréquence cardiaque et d'électromyogramme monté sur une partie du corps d'un utilisateur faisant de la bicyclette ; un capteur de détection de couple installé sur un axe de pédale ; et un module de commande recevant les informations de vitesse, d'inclinaison, de rapport, de fréquence cardiaque et d'électromyogramme et des informations de couple détectées par le capteur de détection de vitesse, le capteur de détection d'inclinaison, le capteur de détection de rapport, le capteur de détection de fréquence cardiaque et d'électromyogramme et le capteur de détection de couple, respectivement, et en fonction desdites informations, calculant la vitesse actuelle, le rapport optimal et le couple maximum. Le terminal d'utilisateur est installé sur un support sur la bicyclette, il est relié au module de commande et à un réseau de communication sans fil et reçoit la vitesse, l'inclinaison, le rapport, la fréquence cardiaque et l'électromyogramme et les informations de couple, ainsi que les informations concernant la vitesse actuelle, le rapport et le couple maximum, puis fournit à l'utilisateur des informations d'exercice en fonction de chaque information, en lançant une application pré-installée concernant la gestion des exercices.
