不难看出,当白频谱设备正在使用白频谱A而向UE提供无线接入等服务时,如果白频谱A可用但被迫切换配置使用白频谱B进行工作,白频谱设备的白频谱更新使用可能导致UE的服务信号质量差、信号中止等现象,影响服务质量。
【发明内容】
本发明实施例主要解决现有技术白频谱设备对白频谱的更新使用导致服务信号质量差、信号中止的技术问题。
有鉴于此,本发明实施例提供一种频谱更新使用方法、系统及白频谱设备,以实现白频谱设备对白频谱的更新使用过程中的智能化,并优化了频谱更新使用的方式,有效地提高自身的服务信号质量。
本发明实施例第一方面提供一种频谱更新使用方法,所述频谱更新使用方法包括:在白频谱设备需要继续使用当前白频谱时,获取所述当前白频谱的特征信息;将包含所述特征信息的查询请求信息发送给频谱数据库设备,以使得所述频谱数据库设备判断所述特征信息所对应的所述当前白频谱是否可供继续使用。

本发明采用本发明实施例提供的技术方案,白频谱设备在进行频谱更新使用前,可以预先获取当前使用的当前白频谱的特征信息并发送给频谱数据库设备,从而使得频谱数据库设备在查询存储管理的白频谱时,能够针对该特征信息所对应的指定的白频谱,判断是否可继续供该白频谱设备进行使用,因此有效地避免了频谱数据库设备随机返回可用的白频谱而可能造成白频谱设备需要切换使用不同的白频谱的情况。同时,本发明实施例可以使得白频谱设备在频谱更新使用时优先地使用当前白频谱,无需进行切换,因此有效地实现了白频谱设备对白频谱的更新使用过程中的智能化,并优化了频谱更新使用的方式,提高了白频谱设备自身的服务信号质量,进而保证了UE的工作、服务质量。

本文中描述的技术可用于各种通信系统,例如当前2G,3G通信系统和下一代通信系统,例如全球移动通信系统(GSM,Global System for Mobile communications),码分多址(CDMA,Code Division Multiple Access)系统,时分多址(TDMA,Time Division Multiple Access)系统,宽带码分多址(WCDMA,Wideband Code Division Multiple Access Wireless),频分多址(FDMA,Frequency Division Multiple Addressing)系统,正交频分多址(OFDMA,Orthogonal Frequency-Division Multiple Access)系统,单载波FDMA(SC-FDMA)系统,通用分组无线业务(GPRS,General Packet Radio Service)系统,长期演进(LTE,Long Term Evolution)系统,以及其他此类通信系统。
本文中结合用户设备和/或基站和/或基站控制器来描述各种方面。
用户设备,可以是无线终端也可以是有线终端,无线终端可以是指向用户提供语音和/或数据连通性的设备,具有无线连接功能的手持式设备、或连接到无线调制解调器的其他处理设备。无线终端可以经无线接入网(例如,RAN,Radio Access Network)与一个或多个核心网进行通信,无线终端可以是移动终端,如移动电话(或称为“蜂窝”电话)和具有移动终端的计算机,例如,可以是便携式、袖珍式、手持式、计算机内置的或者车载的移动装置,它们与无线接入网交换语言和/或数据。例如,个人通信业务(PCS,Personal Communication Service)电话、无绳电话、会话发起协议(SIP)话机、无线本地环路(WLL,Wireless Local Loop)站、个人数字助理(PDA,Personal Digital Assistant)等设备。无线终端也可以称为系统、订户单元(Subscriber Unit)、订户站(Subscriber Station),移动站(Mobile Station)、移动台(Mobile)、远程站(Remote Station)、接入点(Access Point)、远程终端(Remote Terminal)、接入终端(Access Terminal)、用户终端(User Terminal)、用户代理(User Agent)、用户装置(User Device)、或用户装备(User Equipment)。
基站(例如,接入点)可以是指接入网中在空中接口上通过一个或多个扇区与无线终端通信的设备。基站可用于将收到的空中帧与IP分组进行相互转换,作为无线终端与接入网的其余部分之间的路由器,其中接入网的其余部分可包括网际协议(IP)网络。基站还可协调对空中接口的属性管理。
例如,基站可以为2G网络中的基站控制器(Base Station Controller,BSC),或3G网络中的无线网络控制器(Radio Network Controller,RNC),或LTE网络中的演进型节点B(evolved Node B, eNodeB)。例如,基站可以是GSM或CDMA中的基站(BTS,Base Transceiver Station),也可以是WCDMA中的基站(NodeB),还可以是LTE中的演进型基站(NodeB或eNB或e-NodeB,evolutional Node B),本发明并不限定。
基站控制器,可以是GSM或CDMA中的基站控制器(BSC,base station controller),也可以是WCDMA中的无线网络控制器(RNC,Radio Network Controller),本发明并不限定。
另外,本文中术语“系统”和“网络”在本文中常被可互换使用。本文中术语“和/或”,仅仅是一种描述关联对象的关联关系,表示可以存在三种关系,例如,A和/或B,可以表示:单独存在A,同时存在A和B,单独存在B这三种情况。另外,本文中字符“/”,一般表示前后关联对象是一种“或”的关系。
参阅图1,图1是本发明实施例提供的频谱更新使用系统一实施例的功能模块示意图,在本实施例中,频谱更新使用系统包括但不限于白频谱设备和频谱数据库设备。
需要说明的是,白频谱设备可以用于通过配置使用白频谱以向手机、平板电脑、掌上电脑、无线麦克风和/或对讲机等可以通过无线连接进行工作或服务等的用户设备提供无线接入服务。本实施例的白频谱设备相应地可以为基站或AP(Access Point,接入设备)这类能够提供无线接入服务的设备,譬如通过无线接入服务建立蜂窝网络、无线局域网和宽带接入等,而频谱数据库设备可以为国家或地区的频谱管理机构所管理的大型、巨型计算机设备,也可以为虚拟设备等,在此不作限定。
具体而言,白频谱设备可以包括获取模块10、发送模块11、接收模块12和配置处理模块13,频谱数据库设备可以包括收发模块20和识别判断模块21。
获取模块10用于在白频谱设备需要继续使用当前白频谱时,获取当前白频谱的特征信息。不难看出,由于频谱管理机构分配给电视信号传播等的频谱资源可能在某个地区范围内的某个时间段内可以被使用,而在下一个或其他时间段内可能重新分配给电视信号传播等即时使用,因此白频谱设备不能长期地占用某一白频谱,此时,白频谱设备定期或不定期地将向频谱数据库设备进行白频谱查询,以获得能被允许(即授权)使用的白频谱进行工作。具体而言,在白频谱设备为基站或AP时,获取模块10获取基站或AP当前正在使用来提供无线接入服务等的当前白频谱的带宽和中心频率作为特征信息,当然也可以获取当前白频谱的发射功率或其他更多特征以作为特征信息,在此不作限定。
值得注意的是,获取模块10可以默认地设置为在每次需要向频谱数据库设备进行白频谱查询时自动获取特征信息;获取模块10也可以根据白频谱设备当前运行的状况进行自动选择是否获取特征信息,譬如白频谱设备运行状态良好(如白频谱设备与频谱数据库设备之间的带宽足够和/或信号连接稳定等)而不会因为频谱数据库设备返回大量的冗余信息而导致堵塞、运行速度变慢等情况,而判断无需获取特征信息。进一步而言,如果在某些时间段(譬如晚上3时-5时之间)使用白频谱设备作为无线服务的UE数量较少,而白频谱设备更新使用白频谱且进行切换使用另一白频谱时,不会影响UE的通话、上网等使用操作时,获取模块10也可以根据时间段进行判断而无需获取特征信息。
发送模块11用于将包含获取模块10获取到的特征信息的查询请求信息发送给收发模块20。其中,查询请求信息可以只包含特征信息,也可以包含与白频谱设备自身相对应的设备序列号、设备类型、使用时间段、所需带宽和/或传输距离等具体的信息。具体而言,发送模块11可以根据当前白频谱设备与频谱数据库设备之间的带宽足够和/或信号连接稳定等进行选择,譬如若带宽不足,则尽量减少查询请求信息中的数据量,而带宽足够时则可以增加查询请求信息中的数据量。应理解地,本实施例在保证性能稳定且不影响正常工作的前提下可以智能地设定查询请求信息的数据量的多少,在此不作细述。
识别判断模块21判断收发模块20接收到的特征信息所对应的当前白频谱是否可供继续使用,并根据查询请求信息产生响应信息,进而通过收发模块20将响应信息发送给接收模块12。需要说明的是,识别判断模块21判断当前白频谱是否可供继续使用后得到判断结果,并根据判断结果产生响应信息:其中,判断结果可以包括“当前白频谱可供继续使用且判断到存在其他的可用白频谱”、“当前白频谱可供继续使用且判断到不存在其他的可用白频谱”、“当前白频谱不可供继续使用且判断到存在其他的可用白频谱”或“当前白频谱不可供继续使用且判断到不存在其他的可用白频谱”等。相应地,在判断结果为“当前白频谱可供继续使用且判断到存在其他的可用白频谱”或“当前白频谱可供继续使用且判断到不存在其他的可用白频谱”时响应信息可以包括与当前白频谱相对应的指示信息(如“可用”“YES”或“允许”);或在判断结果为当前白频谱不可供继续使用且判断到存在其他的可用白频谱”时响应信息可以包括与其他的可用白频谱相对应的频谱信息(如“不可用、且是否进行切换”、“NO且是否切换”或“可允许使用的白频谱为ABC”);或在判断结果为“当前白频谱不可供继续使用且判断到不存在其他的可用白频谱”时响应信息可以包括提示无效信息(即没有任何可供使用的白频谱)等;响应信息也可以包括显示有效的白频谱列表和白频谱的有效时间以供白频谱设备进行智能、自动的选择,在此不作细述。
配置处理模块13用于根据接收模块12接收到的响应信息进行相应处理。具体而言,配置处理模块13可以根据响应信息中所包括与当前白频谱相对应的指示信息(如“可用”“YES”、“允许”或“可用且是否继续使用?”)、与其他的可用白频谱相对应的频谱信息(如“不可用、且是否进行切换”、“NO且是否切换”或“可允许使用的白频谱包括ABC”)或提示无效信息(即没有任何可供使用的白频谱)等进行处理。值得注意的是,“相应处理”可以包括在识别判断模块21判断到当前白频谱可供继续使用(如“可用”“YES”或“允许”)时,配置处理模块13根据响应信息中包含的与当前白频谱相对应的指示信息配置使用当前白频谱;“相应处理”也可以在“不可用、且是否进行切换”、“NO且是否切换”或“可允许使用的白频谱为ABC”时切换使用其他的可用白频谱;“相应处理”还可以在提示无效信息(即没有任何可供使用的白频谱)时进行待机,并在预设的时间段(如更新周期等)内白频谱设备再次向频谱数据库设备进行频谱查询等过程,在此不作限定。
需要说明的是,本实施例的识别判断模块21进行判断后,如果判断结果包括了“当前白频谱可供继续使用”,则在响应信息中需指定返回指示信息(如“可用”“YES”、“允许”)等,以使得配置处理模块13根据指示信息优选地继续配置使用当前白频谱。通过这种方式,本实施例能够有效地避免白频谱设备采用现有的更新使用方法导致查询条件相同而两次查询所得到的白频谱列表等并不相同的情况。其中,配置处理模块13在判断到可以继续使用时,“配置使用”的过程可以为重新启动、配置而使用当前白频谱,也可以保持白频谱设备的当前运行状态而无需进行启动配置等过程,进一步保证UE在使用无线时不会出现断续、脉冲干扰等情况。
不难理解地,本实施例的白频谱设备在进行频谱更新使用前,可以预先获取当前使用的当前白频谱的特征信息并发送给频谱数据库设备,从而使得频谱数据库设备在查询存储管理的白频谱时,能够针对该特征信息所对应的指定的白频谱,判断是否可继续供该白频谱设备进行使用,有效地避免了频谱数据库设备随机返回可用的白频谱而可能造成白频谱设备需要切换使用不同的白频谱的情况。
本实施例可以使得白频谱设备在频谱更新使用时优先地使用当前白频谱,无需进行切换,因此有效地实现了白频谱设备对白频谱的更新使用过程中的智能化,优化频谱更新使用的方式,并有效地提高自身的服务信号质量等,进而保证了UE的工作、服务质量。
请参阅图2,图2是本发明实施例提供的频谱更新使用系统另一实施例的功能模块示意图,在本实施例中,频谱更新使用系统包括但不限于白频谱设备和频谱数据库设备。
需要说明的是,白频谱设备可以用于通过配置使用白频谱以向手机、平板电脑、掌上电脑、无线麦克风和/或对讲机等可以通过无线连接进行工作或服务等的用户设备提供无线接入服务等。本实施例的白频谱设备相应地可以为基站或AP这类能够提供无线接入服务的设备,而频谱数据库设备可以为国家或地区的频谱管理机构所管理的物理设备、虚拟设备等,在此不作限定。
具体而言,白频谱设备可以包括获取模块10、发送模块11、接收模块12、配置处理模块13和参数标识模块14,频谱数据库设备可以包括收发模块20和识别判断模块21。
获取模块10用于在白频谱设备需要继续使用当前白频谱时,获取当前白频谱的特征信息。不难看出,由于频谱管理机构分配给电视信号传播等的频谱资源可能在某个地区范围内的某个时间段内可以被使用,而在下一个或其他时间段内可能重新分配给电视信号传播等即时使用,因此白频谱设备不能长期地占用某一白频谱,此时,白频谱设备定期或不定期地将向频谱数据库设备进行白频谱查询,以获得能被允许(即授权)使用的白频谱进行工作。具体而言,在白频谱设备为基站或AP时,获取模块10获取基站或AP当前正在使用来提供无线接入服务等的当前白频谱的带宽和中心频率以作为特征信息,也可以获取带宽、中心频率和发射功率以作为特征信息,在本技术领域人员理解的范围内,不作限定。
如前所述,获取模块10可以默认地设置为在每次需要向频谱数据库设备进行白频谱查询时自动获取特征信息;获取模块10也可以根据白频谱设备当前运行的状况进行自动选择是否获取特征信息,譬如白频谱设备运行状态良好(如白频谱设备与频谱数据库设备之间的带宽足够和/或信号连接稳定等)而不会因为频谱数据库设备返回大量的冗余信息而导致堵塞、运行速度变慢等情况,而判断无需获取特征信息。进一步而言,如果在某些时间段(譬如晚上3时-5时之间)使用白频谱设备作为无线服务的UE数量较少,而白频谱设备更新使用白频谱且进行切换使用另一白频谱时,不会影响UE的通话、上网等使用操作时,获取模块10也可以根据时间段进行判断而无需获取特征信息。
其中,参数标识模块14用于将特征信息和预定字符串进行组合,即可以将特征信息与预定字符串组合成可被读取识别并用于判断的字段,而预定字符串可以为preferred_ws、for_ws等,只需能被频谱数据库设备识别即可,在此不作限定,为便于理解,本实施例优选地采用包括ws(White Space,白频谱)的字符串。
发送模块11用于将包含获取模块10获取到的特征信息的查询请求信息发送给收发模块20。其中,发送模块11具体还可以用于将至少包含与白频谱设备自身相对应的设备序列号、设备类型、天线特性、设备所处地理位置信息、设备所有者信息以及设备能力信息的其中之一的查询请求信息发送给收发模块20。譬如发送模块11可以发送设备序列号和设备类型,或任意两个的组合、或任意三个的组合或更多的组合等,在此不作限定。
具体而言,发送模块11也可以根据当前白频谱设备与频谱数据库设备之间的带宽足够和/或信号连接稳定等进行选择,譬如若带宽不足,则尽量减少查询请求信息中的数据量,而带宽足够时则可以增加查询请求信息中的数据量。应理解地,本实施例在保证性能稳定且不影响正常工作的前提下可以智能地设定查询请求信息的数据量的多少,在此不作细述。与参数标识模块14相对应的是,发送模块11具体用于在参数标识模块14将特征信息和预定字符串组合成字段后将查询请求信息发送给收发模块20,其中,查询请求信息的字符串可以包括AVAIL_SPECTRUM_REQ。
需要说明的是,白频谱设备可以通过PAWS协议(Protocol to Access WS database,白频谱数据库访问协议)向频谱数据库设备进行白频谱查询。
识别判断模块21判断收发模块20接收到的特征信息所对应的当前白频谱是否可供继续使用,并根据查询请求信息产生响应信息,进而通过收发模块20将响应信息发送给接收模块12。
值得注意的是,识别判断模块21需要根据预定字符串识别出特征信息,进而根据特征信息和自身的白频谱数据库判断特征信息对应的当前白频谱是否可供继续使用以得到判断结果。换而言之,在频谱数据库设备内,需要先对预定字符串进行注册定义,如预先注册定义preferred_ws等,频谱数据库设备在AVAIL_SPECTRUM_REQ的查询请求信息中识别读取到包括预定字符串preferred_ws的字段时,即可判断该字段中携带的特征信息所对应的白频谱,为白频谱设备需要请求继续使用当前正在使用的白频谱,接着通过识别判断模块21判断其是否可继续使用。
如前所述,识别判断模块21判断当前白频谱是否可供继续使用后得到判断结果,并根据判断结果产生响应信息:其中判断结果可以包括“当前白频谱可供继续使用且判断到存在其他的可用白频谱”、“当前白频谱可供继续使用且判断到不存在其他的可用白频谱”、“当前白频谱不可供继续使用且判断到存在其他的可用白频谱”或“当前白频谱不可供继续使用且判断到不存在其他的可用白频谱”。相应地,响应信息可以是通过相应的算法为该白频谱设备分配白频谱,具体可以在判断结果为“当前白频谱可供继续使用且判断到存在其他的可用白频谱”或“当前白频谱可供继续使用且判断到不存在其他的可用白频谱”时包括与当前白频谱相对应的指示信息(如“可用”“YES”或“允许”);或在判断结果为当前白频谱不可供继续使用且判断到存在其他的可用白频谱”时响应信息可以包括与其他的可用白频谱相对应的频谱信息(如“不可用、且是否进行切换”、“NO且是否切换”或“可允许使用的白频谱为ABC”);或在判断结果为“当前白频谱不可供继续使用且判断到不存在其他的可用白频谱”时响应信息可以包括提示无效信息(即没有任何可供使用的白频谱)等,在此不作细述。
配置处理模块13用于根据接收模块12接收到的响应信息进行相应处理。具体而言,配置处理模块13可以根据响应信息中所包括与当前白频谱相对应的指示信息(如“可用”“YES”或“允许”)配置使用当前白频谱;或根据与其他的可用白频谱相对应的频谱信息(如“不可用、且是否进行切换”、“NO且是否切换”或“可允许使用的白频谱包括ABC”)切换使用其他的可用白频谱;或根据提示无效信息(即没有任何可供使用的白频谱)进行待机,并在预设的时间段(如更新周期等)内白频谱设备再次向频谱数据库设备进行频谱查询等处理过程。值得注意的是,在识别判断模块21判断到当前白频谱可供继续使用时,配置处理模块13优选地根据响应信息中包含的与当前白频谱相对应的指示信息配置使用当前白频谱。
需要说明的是,本实施例的识别判断模块21进行判断后,如果判断结果包括了“当前白频谱可供继续使用”,则在响应信息中需指定返回指示信息(如“可用”“YES”、“允许”)等,以使得配置处理模块13根据指示信息优选地继续配置使用当前白频谱。其中,配置处理模块13在判断到可以继续使用时,“配置使用”的过程可以为重新启动、配置而使用当前白频谱,也可以保持白频谱设备的当前运行状态而无需进行启动配置等过程,进一步保证UE在使用无线时不会出现断续、脉冲干扰等情况。此外,在识别判断模块21判断到当前白频谱不可供继续使用且判断到存在其他的可用白频谱时,配置处理模块13还用于根据响应信息中包含的与其他的可用白频谱相对应的频谱信息配置使用其他的可用白频谱;而在识别判断模块21判断到当前白频谱不可供继续使用且判断到不存在其他的可用白频谱时,配置处理模块13还用于根据响应信息中包含的提示无效信息停止配置使用白频谱。
进一步而言,为了避免白频谱设备与频谱数据库设备之间进行大量冗余信息的传输,本实施例的频谱数据库设备在判断到查询请求信息中存在包括预定字符串和特征信息的字段时,可以仅返回与当前白频谱相关的指示信息,譬如返回当前白频谱的带宽和中心频率中的至少其中之一,或者将以该当前白频谱为子集的集合的带宽、中心频率和发射功率中的至少其中之一返回给白频谱设备。不难看出,通过这种设置方式,可以避免频谱数据库设备将其他不相关的可用的白频谱的信息返回给白频谱设备,而只进行有效的响应信息的传输,提高了工作性能。
配置处理模块13在判断到响应信息中存在当前白频谱的带宽和中心频率的至少其中之一,或者当前白频谱的带宽和中心频率的至少其中之一包含在响应信息中返回的带宽和中心频率的至少其中之一时,默认为可以继续使用当前白频谱,以进行相关处理。
本实施例的白频谱设备获取当前使用的当前白频谱的特征信息并发送给频谱数据库设备,使得频谱数据库设备在查询存储管理的白频谱时能够针对预定字符串所包括的特征信息中指定的白频谱进行判断是否可继续供该白频谱设备进行使用,有效地避免了频谱数据库设备随机返回可用的白频谱而可能造成白频谱设备需要切换使用不同的白频谱的情况。
本发明可以使得白频谱设备在频谱更新使用时优先地使用当前白频谱,无需进行切换,因此有效地实现了白频谱设备对白频谱的更新使用过程中的智能化,优化频谱更新使用的方式,并有效地提高服务信号质量,进而保证了UE的工作、服务质量。同时,本实施例为了避免白频谱设备与频谱数据库设备之间进行大量冗余信息的传输,频谱数据库设备在判断到特征信息时仅返回与当前白频谱相关的指示信息,通过这种设置方式,可以避免频谱数据库设备将其他不相关的可用的白频谱的信息返回给白频谱设备,而只进行有效的响应信息的传输,提高了工作性能。
本实施例还提供一种白频谱设备,如图1所示,本实施例的白频谱设备包括但不限于获取模块10、发送模块11、接收模块12和配置处理模块13。
如前所述,获取模块10用于在白频谱设备需要继续使用当前白频谱时,获取当前白频谱的特征信息。其中,获取模块10具体可以用于获取当前白频谱的带宽和中心频率以作为特征信息。
发送模块11用于将包含获取模块10获取到的特征信息的查询请求信息发送给频谱数据库设备,以使得频谱数据库设备判断特征信息所对应的当前白频谱是否可供继续使用。
接收模块12用于接收频谱数据库设备根据发送模块11发送的查询请求信息所返回的响应信息。
配置处理模块13用于根据接收模块12接收到的响应信息进行相应处理,以在频谱数据库设备判断到当前白频谱可供继续使用时,使得配置处理模块13根据响应信息中包含的与当前白频谱相对应的指示信息配置使用当前白频谱。
需要说明的是,本实施例的白频谱设备的具体工作过程和实现方式还请参阅前面频谱更新使用系统的相关描述,在本技术领域人员容易结合理解的范围内,不一一赘述。
本实施例可以使得白频谱设备在频谱更新使用时优先地使用当前白频谱,无需进行切换,因此有效地实现了白频谱设备对白频谱的更新使用过程中的智能化,优化频谱更新使用的方式,并有效地提高服务信号质量,进而保证了UE的工作、服务质量。
进一步而言,如图2所示,本实施例的白频谱设备还可以包括参数标识模块14,参数标识模块14用于将特征信息和预定字符串进行组合,即可以将特征信息与预定字符串组合成可被读取识别并用于判断的字段;相应地,发送模块11具体用于在参数标识模块14将特征信息和预定字符串组合成字段后将查询请求信息发送给频谱数据库设备,以使得频谱数据库设备从包括有预定字符串的字段中读取其携带的特征信息并根据特征信息判断对应的白频谱是否可供继续使用。
配置处理模块13具体还用于:在频谱数据库设备判断到当前白频谱不可供继续使用且判断到存在其他的可用白频谱时,根据响应信息中包含的与其他的可用白频谱相对应的频谱信息配置使用其他的可用白频谱;在频谱数据库设备判断到当前白频谱不可供继续使用且判断到不存在其他的可用白频谱时,根据响应信息中包含的提示无效信息停止配置使用白频谱。
在具体的应用中,白频谱设备可以为基站和/或AP,发送模块11具体还用于将至少包含与白频谱设备自身相对应的设备序列号、设备类型、天线特性、设备所处地理位置信息、设备所有者信息以及设备能力信息的其中之一的查询请求信息发送给频谱数据库设备。
需要说明的是,本实施例的白频谱设备的具体工作过程及原理还请参阅前面实施例的相关描述,在本技术领域人员容易结合理解的范围内,不再赘述。
本实施例的白频谱设备获取当前使用的当前白频谱的特征信息并发送给频谱数据库设备,使得频谱数据库设备在查询存储管理的白频谱时能够针对包括预定字符串的字段中携带的特征信息中指定的白频谱进行判断是否可继续供该白频谱设备进行使用,有效地避免了频谱数据库设备随机返回可用的白频谱而可能造成白频谱设备需要切换使用不同的白频谱的情况。此外,本实施例为了避免白频谱设备与频谱数据库设备之间进行大量冗余信息的传输,频谱数据库设备在判断到特征信息时仅返回与当前白频谱相关的指示信息,通过这种设置方式,可以避免频谱数据库设备将其他不相关的可用的白频谱的信息返回给白频谱设备,而只进行有效的响应信息的传输,提高了工作性能。
请结合前面实施例参阅图3,图3是本发明频谱更新使用方法一实施例的流程示意图,本实施例频谱更新使用方法的执行主体可以为前面实施例描述的白频谱设备,当然,也可以为其他进行白频谱管理、使用的设备,在此不作限定。
本实施例的频谱更新使用方法包括但不限于以下步骤。
步骤S301,在白频谱设备需要继续使用当前白频谱时,获取所述当前白频谱的特征信息。
在步骤S301中,白频谱设备可以用于通过配置使用白频谱以向手机、平板电脑、掌上电脑、无线麦克风和/或对讲机等可以通过无线连接进行工作或服务等的用户设备提供无线接入服务以建立蜂窝网络、无线局域网和宽带接入等,其具体可以为基站或AP等,在此不作限定。如前所述,由于频谱管理机构分配给电视信号传播等的频谱资源可能在某个地区范围内的某个时间段内可以被使用,而在下一个或其他时间段内可能重新分配给电视信号传播等即时使用,因此白频谱设备不能长期地占用某一白频谱,此时,白频谱设备定期或不定期地将向频谱数据库设备进行白频谱查询,以获得能被允许(即授权)使用的白频谱进行工作。
需要说明的是,步骤S301可以获取基站或AP当前正在使用来提供无线接入服务等的当前白频谱的带宽和中心频率以作为特征信息,也可以同时获取带宽、中心频率和发射功率以作为特征信息,在本技术领域人员理解的范围内,不作限定。
步骤S302,将包含所述特征信息的查询请求信息发送给频谱数据库设备,以使得所述频谱数据库设备判断所述特征信息所对应的所述当前白频谱是否可供继续使用。
在步骤S302中,查询请求信息可以只包含特征信息,也可以包含与白频谱设备自身相对应的设备序列号、设备类型、使用时间段、所需带宽和/或传输距离等具体的信息。具体而言,白频谱设备可以根据当前自身与频谱数据库设备之间的带宽足够和/或信号连接稳定等进行选择,譬如若带宽不足,则尽量减少查询请求信息中的数据量,而带宽足够时则可以增加查询请求信息中的数据量。应理解地,本实施例在保证性能稳定且不影响正常工作的前提下可以智能地设定查询请求信息的数据量的多少,在此不作细述。
步骤S303,接收所述频谱数据库设备根据所述查询请求信息所返回的响应信息。
在步骤S303中,频谱数据库设备判断当前白频谱是否可供继续使用后得到判断结果,并根据判断结果产生响应信息,而判断结果可以包括“当前白频谱可供继续使用且判断到存在其他的可用白频谱”、“当前白频谱可供继续使用且判断到不存在其他的可用白频谱”、“当前白频谱不可供继续使用且判断到存在其他的可用白频谱”或“当前白频谱不可供继续使用且判断到不存在其他的可用白频谱”等。相应地,在判断结果为“当前白频谱可供继续使用且判断到存在其他的可用白频谱”或“当前白频谱可供继续使用且判断到不存在其他的可用白频谱”时,白频谱设备所接收的响应信息可以包括与当前白频谱相对应的指示信息(如“可用”“YES”或“允许”);或在判断结果为当前白频谱不可供继续使用且判断到存在其他的可用白频谱”时响应信息可以包括与其他的可用白频谱相对应的频谱信息(如“不可用、且是否进行切换”、“NO且是否切换”或“可允许使用的白频谱为xxx”);或在判断结果为“当前白频谱不可供继续使用且判断到不存在其他的可用白频谱”时响应信息可以包括提示无效信息(即没有任何可供使用的白频谱)等;响应信息也可以包括显示有效的白频谱列表和白频谱的有效时间以供白频谱设备进行智能、自动的选择,在此不作细述。
步骤S304,根据所述响应信息进行处理,以在所述频谱数据库设备判断到所述当前白频谱可供继续使用时,根据所述响应信息中的指示信息配置使用所述当前白频谱。
具体而言,在步骤S304中白频谱设备可以根据响应信息中所包括与当前白频谱相对应的指示信息(如“可用”“YES”或“允许”)配置使用当前白频谱;或根据与其他的可用白频谱相对应的频谱信息(如“不可用、且是否进行切换”、“NO且是否切换”或“可允许使用的白频谱包括ABC”)切换使用其他的可用白频谱;或根据提示无效信息(即没有任何可供使用的白频谱)进行待机,并在预设的时间段(如更新周期等)内白频谱设备再次向频谱数据库设备进行频谱查询等处理过程。换而言之,“处理”可以包括在频谱数据库设备判断到当前白频谱可供继续使用时,白频谱设备根据响应信息中包含的与当前白频谱相对应的指示信息配置使用当前白频谱;“相应处理”也可以包括切换使用其他的可用白频谱;“相应处理”还可以在“提示无效信息”时进行待机,并在预设的时间段(如更新周期等)内白频谱设备再次向频谱数据库设备进行频谱更新查询等过程,在此不作限定。
需要说明的是,本实施例在频谱数据库设备进行判断后,如果判断结果包括了“当前白频谱可供继续使用”,则在响应信息中需指定返回指示信息(如“可用”“YES”、“允许”)等,以使白频谱设备根据指示信息优选地继续配置使用当前白频谱。通过这种方式,本实施例能够有效地避免白频谱设备采用现有的更新使用方法导致查询条件相同而两次查询所得到的白频谱列表等并不相同的情况。其中,白频谱设备在判断到可以继续使用时,“配置使用”的过程可以为重新启动、配置而使用当前白频谱,也可以保持白频谱设备的当前运行状态而无需进行启动配置等过程,进一步保证UE在使用无线时不会出现断续、脉冲干扰等情况。
本实施例可以使得白频谱设备在频谱更新使用时优先地使用当前白频谱,无需进行切换,因此有效地实现了白频谱设备对白频谱的更新使用过程中的智能化,优化频谱更新使用的方式,并有效地提高服务信号质量,进而保证了UE的工作、服务质量。
请结合前面实施例的相关描述参阅图4,图4是本发明频谱更新使用方法另一实施例的流程示意图,本实施例频谱更新使用方法的执行主体可以为图1或图2所示的白频谱设备,也可以为其他白频谱管理、使用的设备,在此不作限定。
本实施例的频谱更新使用方法包括但不限于以下几个步骤。
步骤S400,判断是否需要继续使用当前白频谱。在判断为“是”时,执行步骤S401,在判断为“否”时,发送其他查询请求信息,其中,其他查询请求信息可以包括与白频谱设备自身相对应的设备序列号、设备类型、天线特性、设备所处地理位置信息、设备所有者信息以及设备能力信息的其中之一或任意组合等,在本技术领域人员理解的范围内,不作限定。
需要说明的是,在步骤S400中,白频谱设备可以默认地设置为在每次需要向频谱数据库设备进行白频谱查询时判断是否需要继续使用当前白频谱进而获取特征信息;白频谱设备也可以根据自身当前运行的状况判断是否需要继续使用当前白频谱,譬如白频谱设备运行状态良好(如白频谱设备与频谱数据库设备之间的带宽足够和/或信号连接稳定等)而不会因为频谱数据库设备返回大量的冗余信息而导致堵塞、运行速度变慢等情况,而判断为无需继续使用当前白频谱进而无需获取特征信息。进一步而言,如果在某些时间段(譬如晚上3时-5时之间)使用白频谱设备作为无线服务的UE数量较少,而白频谱设备更新使用白频谱且进行切换使用另一白频谱时,不会影响UE的通话、上网等使用操作时,白频谱设备也可以根据时间段进行判断而无需获取特征信息。
步骤S401,获取当前白频谱的特征信息。
在步骤S401中,白频谱设备为基站或AP时相应地获取基站或AP当前正在使用来提供无线接入服务等的当前白频谱的带宽和中心频率以作为特征信息,也可以同时获取带宽、中心频率和发射功率以作为特征信息。其中,本实施例可以将特征信息和预定字符串组合成可被频谱数据库设备读取识别并用于判断的字段,本实施例的预定字符串可以为preferred_ws或for_ws等,其只需在频谱数据库设备进行预先注册定义并能被频谱数据库设备识别即可,在此不作限定。
步骤S402,将查询请求信息发送给频谱数据库设备,以使得频谱数据库设备根据特征信息判断所对应的当前白频谱是否可供继续使用。
白频谱设备可以通过PAWS协议向频谱数据库设备发送查询请求信息以进行白频谱查询,具体而言,查询请求信息的字符串可以包括AVAIL_SPECTRUM_REQ等,其具体可以根据频谱数据库设备预先注册定义进行设定,在此不作赘述。
步骤S403,接收频谱数据库设备根据查询请求信息所返回的响应信息。
在步骤S403中,频谱数据库设备可以根据“当前白频谱可供继续使用且判断到存在其他的可用白频谱”、“当前白频谱可供继续使用且判断到不存在其他的可用白频谱”、“当前白频谱不可供继续使用且判断到存在其他的可用白频谱”或“当前白频谱不可供继续使用且判断到不存在其他的可用白频谱”等判断结果而返回与当前白频谱相对应的指示信息(如“可用”“YES”或“允许”)、与其他的可用白频谱相对应的频谱信息(如“不可用、且是否进行切换”、“NO且是否切换”或“可允许使用的白频谱为ABC”)或提示无效信息(即没有任何可供使用的白频谱)等,在本技术领域人员理解的范围内,不作限定。
步骤S404,根据响应信息进行处理,以在频谱数据库设备判断到当前白频谱可供继续使用时,根据响应信息中包含的与当前白频谱相对应的指示信息配置使用当前白频谱;在频谱数据库设备判断到当前白频谱不可供继续使用且判断到存在其他的可用白频谱时,根据响应信息中包含的与其他的可用白频谱相对应的频谱信息配置使用其他的可用白频谱;在频谱数据库设备判断到当前白频谱不可供继续使用且判断到不存在其他的可用白频谱时,根据响应信息中包含的提示无效信息停止配置使用白频谱。
在步骤S404中,如果响应信息中返回指示信息(如“可用”“YES”、“允许”)等,白频谱设备根据指示信息优选地继续配置使用当前白频谱。其中,“配置使用”的过程可以为重新启动、配置而使用当前白频谱,也可以保持白频谱设备的当前运行状态而无需进行启动配置等过程,进一步保证UE在使用无线时不会出现断续、脉冲干扰等情况。

白频谱设备在判断到响应信息中存在当前白频谱的带宽、中心频率的至少其中之一,或者当前白频谱的带宽、中心频率的至少其中之一包含在响应信息中返回的带宽、中心频率的至少其中之一时,默认为可以继续使用当前白频谱,以进行相关处理。

处理器51用于在白频谱设备需要继续使用当前白频谱时,获取当前白频谱的特征信息。

Claims (22)

  1. 一种频谱更新使用方法,其特征在于,所述频谱更新使用方法包括:
    在白频谱设备需要继续使用当前白频谱时,获取所述当前白频谱的特征信息;
    将包含所述特征信息的查询请求信息发送给频谱数据库设备,以使得所述频谱数据库设备判断所述特征信息所对应的所述当前白频谱是否可供继续使用。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的频谱更新使用方法,其特征在于,所述将包含所述特征信息的查询请求信息发送给频谱数据库设备之后,还包括:
    接收所述频谱数据库设备根据所述查询请求信息所返回的响应信息;
    根据所述响应信息进行处理,以在所述频谱数据库设备判断到所述当前白频谱可供继续使用时,根据所述响应信息中的指示信息配置使用所述当前白频谱。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的频谱更新使用方法,其特征在于,所述特征信息包括所述当前白频谱的带宽和中心频率。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的频谱更新使用方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述响应信息进行处理的步骤还包括:
    在所述频谱数据库设备判断到所述当前白频谱不可供继续使用且判断到存在其他的可用白频谱时,根据所述响应信息中包含的与其他的可用白频谱相对应的频谱信息配置使用其他的可用白频谱。
  5. 根据权利要求2或3所述的频谱更新使用方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述响应信息进行处理的步骤还包括:
    在所述频谱数据库设备判断到所述当前白频谱不可供继续使用且判断到不存在其他的可用白频谱时,根据所述响应信息中包含的提示无效信息停止配置使用白频谱。
  6. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的频谱更新使用方法,其特征在于,所述查询请求信息包括:
    与所述白频谱设备自身相对应的设备序列号、设备类型、天线特性、设备所处地理位置信息、设备所有者信息以及设备能力信息中的一种或多种。
  7. 一种白频谱设备,其特征在于,所述白频谱设备包括:
    获取模块,用于在白频谱设备需要继续使用当前白频谱时,获取所述当前白频谱的特征信息;
    发送模块,用于将包含所述获取模块获取到的所述特征信息的查询请求信息发送给频谱数据库设备,以使得所述频谱数据库设备判断所述特征信息所对应的所述当前白频谱是否可供继续使用。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的白频谱设备,其特征在于,所述白频谱设备还包括:
    接收模块,用于接收所述频谱数据库设备根据所述发送模块发送的所述查询请求信息所返回的响应信息;
    配置处理模块,用于根据所述接收模块接收到的所述响应信息进行处理,以在所述频谱数据库设备判断到所述当前白频谱可供继续使用时,根据所述响应信息中的指示信息配置使用所述当前白频谱。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的白频谱设备,其特征在于,所述特征信息包括所述当前白频谱的带宽和中心频率。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的白频谱设备,其特征在于,所述配置处理模块具体还用于:
    在所述频谱数据库设备判断到所述当前白频谱不可供继续使用且判断到存在其他的可用白频谱时,根据所述响应信息中包含的与其他的可用白频谱相对应的频谱信息配置使用其他的可用白频谱。
  11. 根据权利要求8或9所述的白频谱设备,其特征在于,所述配置处理模块具体还用于:
    在所述频谱数据库设备判断到所述当前白频谱不可供继续使用且判断到不存在其他的可用白频谱时,根据所述响应信息中包含的提示无效信息停止配置使用白频谱。
  12. 根据权利要求7-9任一项所述的白频谱设备,其特征在于,所述白频谱设备包括基站和接入设备,所述查询请求信息包括与所述白频谱设备自身相对应的设备序列号、设备类型、天线特性、设备所处地理位置信息、设备所有者信息以及设备能力信息中的一种或多种。
  13. 一种白频谱设备,其特征在于,所述白频谱设备包括:
    处理器,用于在白频谱设备需要继续使用当前白频谱时,获取所述当前白频谱的特征信息;
    发送器,用于将包含所述处理器获取到的所述特征信息的查询请求信息发送给频谱数据库设备,以使得所述频谱数据库设备判断所述特征信息所对应的所述当前白频谱是否可供继续使用。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的白频谱设备,其特征在于,所述白频谱设备还包括:
    接收器,用于接收所述频谱数据库设备根据所述发送器发送的所述查询请求信息所返回的响应信息;
    其中,所述处理器还用于根据所述接收器接收到的所述响应信息进行处理,以在所述频谱数据库设备判断到所述当前白频谱可供继续使用时,根据所述响应信息中的指示信息配置使用所述当前白频谱。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的白频谱设备,其特征在于,所述白频谱设备包括基站和接入设备,所述特征信息包括所述当前白频谱的带宽和中心频率,所述处理器还用于:
    在所述频谱数据库设备判断到所述当前白频谱不可供继续使用且判断到存在其他的可用白频谱时,根据所述响应信息中包含的与其他的可用白频谱相对应的频谱信息配置使用其他的可用白频谱。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的白频谱设备,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于:
    在所述频谱数据库设备判断到所述当前白频谱不可供继续使用且判断到不存在其他的可用白频谱时,根据所述响应信息中包含的提示无效信息停止配置使用白频谱。
  17. 一种频谱更新使用系统,其特征在于,所述频谱更新使用系统包括白频谱设备和频谱数据库设备:
    所述白频谱设备用于在自身需要继续使用当前白频谱时,获取所述当前白频谱的特征信息,并将包含所述特征信息的查询请求信息发送给所述频谱数据库设备;
    所述频谱数据库设备用于判断所述特征信息所对应的所述当前白频谱是否可供继续使用,并根据所述查询请求信息产生响应信息发送给所述白频谱设备。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的频谱更新使用系统,其特征在于,所述白频谱设备还用于根据所述响应信息进行处理,以在所述频谱数据库设备判断到所述当前白频谱可供继续使用时,根据所述响应信息中的指示信息配置使用所述当前白频谱。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的频谱更新使用系统,其特征在于,所述白频谱设备包括基站和接入设备,所述特征信息包括所述当前白频谱的带宽和中心频率。
  20. 根据权利要求18或19所述的频谱更新使用系统,其特征在于,所述白频谱设备还用于在所述频谱数据库设备判断到所述当前白频谱不可供继续使用且判断到存在其他的可用白频谱时,根据所述响应信息中包含的与其他的可用白频谱相对应的频谱信息配置使用其他的可用白频谱。
  21. 根据权利要求18或19所述的频谱更新使用系统,其特征在于,所述白频谱设备还用于在所述频谱数据库设备判断到所述当前白频谱不可供继续使用且判断到不存在其他的可用白频谱时,根据所述响应信息中包含的提示无效信息停止配置使用白频谱。
  22. 根据权利要求17-19任一项所述的频谱更新使用系统,其特征在于,所述查询请求信息包括与所述白频谱设备自身相对应的设备序列号、设备类型、天线特性、设备所处地理位置信息、设备所有者信息以及设备能力信息中的一种或多种,所述白频谱设备用于通过配置使用白频谱以向手机、平板电脑、掌上电脑、无线麦克风或对讲机提供无线接入服务。
