云斑白条天牛 (^itocem Zif eokita) , 隶属于鞘翅目天牛科, 是我国重要的林木蛀干害虫, 对白蜡、 杨树、 核桃等多种树木造成严重危害。 云斑白条天牛两年一代, 跨三个年度, 一生 90%以上时间生活在树干中, 主要以幼虫在树干木质部内钻蛀危害, 因此防治难度较大。 成 虫是唯一在外生活的虫态, 而且成虫需要补充营养, 才能完成交配产卵, 因此, 成虫期是云 斑白条天牛防治的一个关键时期。 调査发现, 危害不同寄主种群的云斑白条天牛成虫, 在补 充营养时的食性选择上存在明显差异。 如, 危害杨树的云斑白条天牛成虫嗜好取食野蔷薇等 蔷薇科植物的嫩枝, 而不取食杨树枝条; 危害白蜡的云斑白条天牛嗜好取食白蜡嫩枝条。 因 此, 研宄云斑白条天牛成虫的食性选择行为对该虫的防治具有重要作用, 为了进一步观察并 明确危害不同寄主云斑白条天牛成虫对不同补充营养寄主的选择行为和机制, 设计一种实用 的云斑白条天牛成虫食性选择观察装置非常有必要。

字型透明玻璃箱, 左边的玻璃箱为天牛成虫自由活动箱 1, 右边的玻璃箱为食性选择观察箱 3, 中间通过选择通道 2相连。 食性选择观察箱 3 中间设一隔离板 6, 将其均分为二个不同 寄主植物选择箱 4, 两个寄主植物选择箱内 4均设一寄主植物固定柄 5, 用于放置不同寄主 植物的枝条。
利用该装置观察云斑白条天牛成虫的食性选择行为时, 先将野蔷薇和白蜡的新鲜嫩枝条 分别放于两个不同寄主植物选择箱 4中, 并用寄主植物固定柄 5固定这些枝条, 以便云斑白 条天牛成虫可以在这些枝条上活动取食, 然后将危害某寄主的云斑白条天牛成虫放于自由活 说
动箱 1 中, 主要观察云斑白条天牛成虫通过选择通道 2后, 对不同寄主植物选择箱 4中的寄 主植物野蔷薇和白蜡枝条的选择性。 若云斑白条成虫通过选择通道 2后进入固定有野蔷薇枝 书
