本实用新型提供一种云斑白条天牛成虫食性选择观察装置,整体为一“工”字型透明玻璃箱,分三大部分,左边的玻璃箱为天牛成虫自由活动箱,右边的玻璃箱为食性选择观察箱,中间通过选择通道相连。右边的食性选择观察箱中间设一隔离板,将其均分为二个不同寄主植物选择箱,寄主植物选择箱内均设一寄主植物固定柄。本实用新型装置简单,易于实施,可观察云斑白条天牛成虫的食性选择行为。

本实用新型涉及一种昆虫行为观察装置,具体是涉及一种云斑白条天牛成虫食性选择观察装置。
背景技术
云斑白条天牛(Batoceralineolata),隶属于鞘翅目天牛科,是我国重要的林木蛀干害虫,对白蜡、杨树、核桃等多种树木造成严重危害。云斑白条天牛两年一代,跨三个年度,一生90%以上时间生活在树干中,主要以幼虫在树干木质部内钻蛀危害,因此防治难度较大。成虫是唯一在外生活的虫态,而且成虫需要补充营养,才能完成交配产卵,因此,成虫期是云斑白条天牛防治的一个关键时期。调查发现,危害不同寄主种群的云斑白条天牛成虫,在补充营养时的食性选择上存在明显差异。如,危害杨树的云斑白条天牛成虫嗜好取食野蔷薇等蔷薇科植物的嫩枝,而不取食杨树枝条;危害白蜡的云斑白条天牛嗜好取食白蜡嫩枝条。因此,研究云斑白条天牛成虫的食性选择行为对该虫的防治具有重要作用,为了进一步观察并明确危害不同寄主云斑白条天牛成虫对不同补充营养寄主的选择行为和机制,设计一种实用的云斑白条天牛成虫食性选择观察装置非常有必要。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种云斑白条天牛成虫食性选择观察装置,本实用新型所述的云斑白条天牛成虫食性选择观察装置,整体为一“工”字型透明玻璃箱,分三大部分,左边的玻璃箱为天牛成虫自由活动箱,右边的玻璃箱为食性选择观察箱,中间通过选择通道相连。右边的食性选择观察箱中间设一隔离板,将其均分为二个不同寄主植物选择箱,寄主植物选择箱内均设一寄主植物固定柄。
本实用新型的有益效果是:装置简单,易于实施,可观察云斑白条天牛成虫的食性选择行为。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本实用新型做进一步描述。
如图1,本实用新型所述的云斑白条天牛成虫食性选择行为观察装置,整体为一“工”字型透明玻璃箱,左边的玻璃箱为天牛成虫自由活动箱1,右边的玻璃箱为食性选择观察箱3,中间通过选择通道2相连。食性选择观察箱3中间设一隔离板6,将其均分为二个不同寄主植物选择箱4,两个寄主植物选择箱内4均设一寄主植物固定柄5,用于放置不同寄主植物的枝条。
利用该装置观察云斑白条天牛成虫的食性选择行为时,先将野蔷薇和白蜡的新鲜嫩枝条分别放于两个不同寄主植物选择箱4中,并用寄主植物固定柄5固定这些枝条,以便云斑白条天牛成虫可以在这些枝条上活动取食,然后将危害某寄主的云斑白条天牛成虫放于自由活动箱1中,主要观察云斑白条天牛成虫通过选择通道2后,对不同寄主植物选择箱4中的寄主植物野蔷薇和白蜡枝条的选择性。若云斑白条成虫通过选择通道2后进入固定有野蔷薇枝条的寄主植物选择箱4,而没有进入固定有白蜡枝条的寄主植物选择箱4,则表明,该云斑白条天牛成虫对野蔷薇具有选择嗜好,而不喜欢取食白蜡枝条,反之,则表明对白蜡具有选择嗜好。该装置的寄主植物选择箱内4的寄主植物可以更换,可以观察对其他寄主植物的选择习性。

1.云斑白条天牛成虫食性选择观察装置,其特征在于,整体为一“工”字型透明玻璃箱,左边为天牛成虫自由活动箱(1),右边为食性选择观察箱(3),中间通过选择通道(2)相连,食性选择观察箱(3)均分为二个不同寄主植物选择箱(4)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述云斑白条天牛成虫食性选择观察装置,其特征在于,食性选择观察箱(3)中间设一隔离板(6)。
3. 根据权利要求1和2所述云斑白条天牛成虫食性选择观察装置,其特征在于,寄主植物选择箱(4)内设一寄主植物固定柄(5),用于放置不同寄主植物的枝条。
