如图3所示,该实施例的连接套7包括相互旋接的包注螺柱71和包注螺母72,包注螺柱71可以在中间贯穿设有与螺杆5相配合的螺孔;也可以是将中间设计成圆孔,另设一个中间设有螺孔的“T”形插柱73与包注螺杆71的圆孔配合,而将螺杆5旋接入该“T”形插柱73的螺孔中,该实施例采用了后者。该包注螺柱71安装在按钮2所在端的旋转体1内侧中间位置,而包注螺母72安装在侧轴帽3所在端的旋转体1内侧中间位置且伸入旋转体1内的端部插置于侧轴承8的内孔中,包注螺柱71与包注螺母72都是在与旋转体1的连接处设有嵌槽70,而旋转体1的开孔处设有凸起的嵌边13,通过嵌槽70与嵌边13相配合而实现包注螺柱71与包注螺母72与旋转体1紧密连接的,也可以将包注螺柱71与包注螺母72分别与旋转体1一起注塑出来。该螺杆5的端部伸出包注螺柱71的螺孔且其端部连接有垫片54,垫片54通过螺丝55锁接于螺杆5的端部,垫片54直径小于包注螺柱71的螺孔孔径,而大于“T”形插柱73的内孔直径,故可防止螺杆5往回复位时因惯性脱离包注螺柱71;而包注螺母72的内端部设有凸柱,凸柱伸入侧轴承8内孔中,凸柱的端部开有螺孔,通过一螺帽直径大于侧轴承8内孔的介子螺丝81旋入螺孔中而实现包注螺母72与侧轴承8和侧轴帽3连接成一体。该实施例的旋转体1的凹腔内套设有配重环11,配重环11的重量可根据球体两侧的重量差异来配置,从而可保证球体两侧的重量平衡,使球体的重心位于中间轴承4的位置,故有效保证用绳子带动悠悠球转动时能平稳,转动时间更加长久;另外为了美观,该实施例在凹腔边缘处设有中间开孔的装饰盖12,在旋转体1的边缘处设有插接环槽,装饰盖12通过超声固定于旋转体1的插接环槽中而实现将装饰盖12固定在旋转体1上,而按钮2和侧轴帽3从孔中伸出在两旋转体1外,从而可供手指捏拿。
该实施例的电动加速球体工作原理:
两手指捏住悠悠球左右的按钮2和侧轴帽3,由手指按压按钮2,使螺杆5的顶部齿轮52和行星齿轮91咬合并旋转,行星齿轮91旋转一定角度后与按钮2内部的骨位22卡死,此时按钮2、螺杆5、行星齿轮91整体不旋转地向旋转体1内移动,弹簧6被压缩,而包注螺柱71因摩擦力作用,向与螺杆5相反方向旋转,而包注螺母72也同步随包注螺柱71旋转,进而带动整个球体旋转。重复以上步骤,球体加速旋转。当加速到所需速度后,松开按钮2时,因弹簧6弹力,使按钮2和螺杆5复位,而球体因为惯性力继续旋转,玩者可抛出球体可做各种招式。
尽管本发明是参照具体实施例来描述,但这种描述并不意味着对本发明构成限制。参照本发明的描述,所公开的实施例的其他变化,对于本领域技术人员都是可以预料的,这种的变化应属于所属权利要求所限定的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种手持手动加速的悠悠球,其特征在于包括两个旋转体(1)、安装于其中一旋转体(1)外侧中间的按钮(2)、安装于另一旋转体(1)外侧中间的侧轴帽(3)、设置于两旋转体(1)内且将两旋转体(1)连接成一体的手动加速结构以及位于两旋转体(1)之间供绳子缠绕的轴承(4),所述手动加速结构的两端分别与旋转体(1)连接且通过按压按钮(2)使手动加速结构带动旋转体(1)同步旋转。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的手持手动加速的悠悠球,其特征在于上述手动加速结构包括螺杆(5)、弹簧(6)、连接套(7)和侧轴承(8),所述螺杆(5)与上述按钮(2)连接,所述弹簧(6)套置在螺杆(5)上可使螺杆(5)和按钮(2)被按压后复位,所述连接套(7)将上述两旋转体(1)连接成一体且通过螺杆(5)带动连接套(7)转动,所述侧轴承(8)安装于侧轴帽(3)内侧且侧轴承(8)的内孔套接于连接套(7)的端部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的手持手动加速的悠悠球,其特征在于上述螺杆(5)与按钮(2)之间设有控制件(9),所述按钮(2)向内按压时控制件(9)限制螺杆(5)转动而使螺杆(5)向内运动时带动连接套(7)转动,所述按钮(2)向外复位时控制件(9)脱离对螺杆(5)的控制而使螺杆(5)旋转着向外运动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的手持手动加速的悠悠球,其特征在于上述控制件(9)为若干个环绕螺杆(5)周围的行星齿轮(91),上述按钮(2)内设有供行星齿轮(91)容置的凹位(21),所述凹位(21)的一侧边缘设有骨位(22),所述螺杆(5)顶部对应设有与行星齿轮(91)相啮合的顶部齿轮(51),所述按钮(2)向内按压时行星齿轮(91)随螺杆(5)转动一定角度后与骨位(22)卡死不动而限制螺杆(5)向内运动时的转动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的手持手动加速的悠悠球,其特征在于上述螺杆(5)上设有向外延展的圆形平台(52)而将顶部齿轮(51)与螺杆(5)下部隔开,所述圆形平台(52)盖于上述按钮(2)内的凹位(21)开口处以防止行星齿轮(91)脱离凹位(21)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的手持手动加速的悠悠球,其特征在于上述螺杆(5)在顶部齿轮(51)的顶面中间开有螺孔(53),上述按钮(2)的中间开设有阶梯孔(23),通过一台阶螺丝(10)穿过按钮(2)的阶梯孔(23)后旋入螺孔(53)中而实现螺杆(5)与按钮(2)固定连接成一体。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的手持手动加速的悠悠球,其特征在于上述连接套(7)包括相互旋接的包注螺柱(71)和包注螺母(72),所述包注螺柱(71)中间贯穿设有与上述螺杆(5)相配合的螺孔,所述包注螺柱(71)安装在按钮(2)所在端的旋转体(1)内侧中间位置,所述包注螺母(72)安装在侧轴帽(3)所在端的旋转体(1)内侧中间位置且伸入旋转体(1)内的端部插置于上述侧轴承(8)的内孔中。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的手持手动加速的悠悠球,其特征在于上述螺杆(5)的端部伸出上述包注螺柱(71)的螺孔且其端部连接有垫片(54),所述垫片(54)通过螺丝(55)锁接于螺杆(5)的端部。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的手持手动加速的悠悠球,其特征在于上述包注螺母(72)的内端部设有凸柱,所述凸柱伸入侧轴承(8)内孔中,所述凸柱的端部开有螺孔,通过一螺帽直径大于侧轴承内孔的介子螺丝(81)旋入螺孔中而实现包注螺母(72)与侧轴承(8)和侧轴帽(3)连接成一体。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的手持手动加速的悠悠球,其特征在于上述旋转体(1)的凹腔内套设有平衡两旋转体(1)重量的配重环(11),所述凹腔边缘处设有中间开孔的装饰盖(12),上述按钮(2)和侧轴帽(3)从孔中伸出在两旋转体(1)外。
