- 약액을 환자에게 투약하기 위한 주사기에 있어서,내부에 주사액이 저장될 수 있도록 공간이 형성되는 실린더(1);상기 실린더(1)의 공간 내부에서 욍복 운동되면서 주사액을 흡입 또는 배출하는 역할을 하는 피스톤(2);하기 니들 홀더(3) 및 실린더 전방의 네크부(1a) 사이에 조립되거나 분리될 수 있으며, 약액의 이물질 제거기능을 구비한 커넥터 부재(110);상기 커넥터 부재(110)가 끼움 조립되거나 분리되는 니들 홀더(3); 및상기 니들 홀더(3)의 첨단에 인서트 몰딩된 니들(4);을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터형 여과장치를 갖는 주사기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 커넥터 부재(110)는,전, 후방 양단이 개방되고, 내측에 약액의 배출 및 흡입을 위한 배출구(112)와 흡입구(113)를 각각 분리 형성하고 약액의 통과 경로에 필터 부재(120) 및 패킹 부재(130)를 각각 삽입하여, 상기 니들 홀더(3) 및 실린더 네크부(1a)에 각각 조립되거나 분리되어 교체될 수 있게 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터형 여과장치를 갖는 주사기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 커넥터 부재(110)는,원통형 몸체(111)의 전,후방 양단이 모두 개구되어 니들 홀더(3)와 실린더의 네크부(1a)에 각각 끼움 조립되거나 분리될 수 있는 홀더 결합부(111a)와 실린더 결합부(111b)를 형성하고,상기 홀더 결합부(111a)의 내측에 약액의 배출 및 흡입을 위한 배출구(112)와 흡입구(113)를 분리벽(114)에 의해 각각 분리시켜 축방향으로 관통되게 형성하며,상기 배출구(112)와 흡입구(113)에 이물질 여과를 위한 필터부재(120) 및 약액의 선택적 흡입과 배출 차단을 위한 패킹 부재(130)가 각각 삽입되어 부착 및 조립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터형 여과장치를 갖는 주사기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 필터 부재(120)는,상기 홀더 결합부(111a) 내측의 배출구(112)의 단면 전체를 커버링하도록 삽입 및 부착되어 배출구(112)를 통해 배출되는 약액에 함유되어 있는 이물질을 여과하는 단일 여과방식의 필터 부재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터형 여과장치를 갖는 주사기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 단일 여과방식의 필터 부재는,상기 커넥터 부재(110)의 배출구(112) 단면 형상에 대응되게 중앙부가 개구된 도넛 형상으로 구성되며, 균일한 크기의 공극을 갖는 제1 필터지(121)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터형 여과장치를 갖는 주사기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 필터 부재(120)는,상기 홀더 결합부(111a) 내측의 배출구(112)와 흡입구(113)의 단면 전체를 커버링하도록 삽입 및 부착되어 흡입구(113)를 통해 흡입되는 약액의 이물질을 1차로 여과하고 배출구(112)를 통해 배출되는 약액의 이물질을 2차로 여과하는 이중 여과방식의 필터 부재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터형 여과장치를 갖는 주사기.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 이중 여과방식의 필터 부재는,상기 홀더 결합부(111a) 내측의 배출구(112)와 흡입구(113)의 단면 전체를 모두 커버링하도록 삽입 및 부착되며, 균일한 크기의 공극을 갖는 하나의 제1 필터지(121)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터형 여과장치를 갖는 주사기.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 이중 여과방식의 필터 부재는,상기 커넥터 부재(110)의 배출구(112) 단면 형상에 대응되게 중앙부가 개구된 도넛 형상으로 구성되며, 균일한 크기의 공극을 갖는 제1필터지(121); 및상기 커넥터 부재(110)의 흡입구(113) 단면 형상에 대응되게 원형으로 구성되며, 상기 제1필터지(121)와 다른 크기의 공극을 갖는 제2필터지(122);로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터형 여과장치를 갖는 주사기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 커넥터 부재(110)는,약액의 흡입을 위한 흡입구(113)를 원통형 몸체(111)의 중앙부에 축방향으로 관통되게 형성하고, 약액의 배출을 위한 배출구(112)를 상기 흡입구(113)의 둘레에 축방향으로 관통되게 형성하며,제1필터지(121)는 상기 커넥터 부재(110)의 배출구(112) 단면 형상에 대응되게 중앙부가 개구된 도넛 형상으로 구성하여, 상기 커넥터 부재(110)의 배출구(112)를 막을 수 있도록 상기 커넥터 부재(110)의 홀더 결합부(111a) 내측에 삽입되어 조립되고,제2필터지(122)는 상기 커넥터 부재(110)의 흡입구(113) 단면 형상에 대응되게 원형으로 구성하여 상기 커넥터 부재(110)의 흡입구(113)를 막을 수 있도록 상기 커넥터 부재(110)의 홀더 결합부(111a) 내측에 삽입되어 조립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터형 여과장치를 갖는 주사기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 패킹 부재(130)는,상기 커넥터 부재(110)의 홀더 결합부(111a) 측의 단부에서 흡입구(113)의 내부로 끼움 결합되기 위한 원통 몸체부(131)와;상기 원통 몸체부(131)의 끼움 결합을 일측 단부에서 제한하기 위한 플랜지부(132)가 일체로 형성되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터형 여과장치를 갖는 주사기.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 패킹 부재(130)는,상기 원통 몸체부(131)의 중앙부에 약액의 흡입을 위한 흡입홀(133)이 축방향으로 관통되게 형성되고,상기 원통 몸체부(131)의 다른 측 단부에는 상기 커넥터 부재(110)의 흡입구(113)에 끼움 결합된 상태에서 홀더 결합부(111a) 내측에 형성되는 약액의 배출압력에 의해 선택적으로 상기 커넥터 부재(110)의 흡입구(113)와 원통 몸체부(131) 내측의 흡입홀(133) 간의 연통을 방지하는 탄성 경사부(134)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터형 여과장치를 갖는 주사기.
- 주사기의 니들(4)에서 실린더(1)의 내부로 흡입되거나 실린더(1)에서 배출되는 약액에 포함된 이물질을 제거하기 위한 여과장치에 있어서,전, 후단이 모두 개구된 원통형 몸체(111)로 이루어지며, 상기원통형 몸체(111)의 내측에 배출구(112)와 흡입구(113)를 각각 분리 형성하고 약액의 통과경로에 필터 부재(120) 및 패킹 부재(130)를 각각 삽입하여 구성한 커넥터 부재(110);로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기용 커넥터형 여과장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 커넥터 부재(110)는,원통형 몸체(111)의 전,후방 양단이 모두 개구되어 니들 홀더(3)와 실린더의 네크부(1a)에 각각 끼움 조립되거나 분리될 수 있는 홀더 결합부(111a)와 실린더 결합부(111b)를 형성하고,상기 홀더 결합부(111a)의 내측에 약액의 배출 및 흡입을 위한 배출구(112)와 흡입구(113)를 분리벽(114)에 의해 각각 분리시켜 축방향으로 관통되게 형성하며,상기 배출구(112)와 흡입구(113)에 이물질 여과를 위한 필터부재(120) 및 약액의 선택적 흡입과 배출 차단을 위한 패킹 부재(130)가 각각 삽입되어 조립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기용 커넥터형 여과장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 필터 부재(120)는,상기 홀더 결합부(111a) 내측의 배출구(112)의 단면 전체를 커버링하도록 삽입 및 부착되어 배출구(112)를 통해 배출되는 약액에 함유되어 있는 이물질을 여과하는 단일 여과방식의 필터 부재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기용 커넥터형 여과장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 단일 여과방식의 필터 부재는,상기 커넥터 부재(110)의 배출구(112) 단면 형상에 대응되게 중앙부가 개구된 도넛 형상으로 구성되며, 균일한 크기의 공극을 갖는 제1 필터지(121)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기용 커넥터형 여과장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 필터 부재(120)는,상기 홀더 결합부(111a) 내측의 배출구(112)와 흡입구(113)의 단면 전체를 커버링하도록 삽입 및 부착되어 흡입구(113)를 통해 흡입되는 약액의 이물질을 1차로 여과하고 배출구(112)를 통해 배출되는 약액의 이물질을 2차로 여과하는 이중 여과방식의 필터 부재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기용 커넥터형 여과장치.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 이중 여과방식의 필터 부재는,상기 홀더 결합부(111a) 내측의 배출구(112)와 흡입구(113)의 단면 전체를 모두 커버링하도록 삽입 및 부착되며, 균일한 크기의 공극을 갖는 하나의 제1 필터지(121)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기용 커넥터형 여과장치.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 이중 여과방식의 필터 부재는,상기 커넥터 부재(110)의 배출구(112) 단면 형상에 대응되게 중앙부가 개구된 도넛 형상으로 구성되며, 균일한 크기의 공극을 갖는 제1필터지(121); 및상기 커넥터 부재(110)의 흡입구(113) 단면 형상에 대응되게 원형으로 구성되며, 상기 제1필터지(121)와 동일 또는 다른 크기의 공극을 갖는 제2필터지(122);로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기용 커넥터형 여과장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 커넥터 부재(110)는,약액의 흡입을 위한 흡입구(113)를 원통형 몸체(111)의 중앙부에 축방향으로 관통되게 형성하고, 약액의 배출을 위한 배출구(112)를 상기 흡입구(113)의 둘레에 축방향으로 관통되게 형성하며,제1필터지(121)는 상기 커넥터 부재(110)의 배출구(112) 단면 형상에 대응되게 중앙부가 개구된 도넛 형상으로 구성하여, 상기 커넥터 부재(110)의 배출구(112)를 막을 수 있도록 상기 커넥터 부재(110)의 홀더 결합부(111a) 내측에 삽입되어 조립되고,제2필터지(122)는 상기 커넥터 부재(110)의 흡입구(113) 단면 형상에 대응되게 원형으로 구성하여 상기 커넥터 부재(110)의 흡입구(113)를 막을 수 있도록 상기 커넥터 부재(110)의 홀더 결합부(111a) 내측에 삽입되어 조립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기용 커넥터형 여과장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 패킹 부재(130)는,상기 커넥터 부재(110)의 홀더 결합부(111a) 측의 단부에서 흡입구(113)의 내부로 끼움 결합되기 위한 원통 몸체부(131)와;상기 원통 몸체부(131)의 끼움 결합을 일측 단부에서 제한하기 위한 플랜지부(132)가 일체로 형성되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기용 커넥터형 여과장치.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 패킹 부재(130)는,상기 원통 몸체부(131)의 중앙부에 약액의 흡입을 위한 흡입홀(133)이 축방향으로 관통되게 형성되고,상기 원통 몸체부(131)의 다른 측 단부에는 상기 커넥터 부재(110)의 흡입구(113)에 끼움 결합된 상태에서 홀더 결합부(111a) 내측에 형성되는 약액의 배출압력에 의해 선택적으로 상기 커넥터 부재(110)의 흡입구(113)와 원통 몸체부(131) 내측의 흡입홀(133) 간의 연통을 방지하는 탄성 경사부(134)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기용 커넥터형 여과장치.

- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 제2단계는,(b1) 상기 커넥터 성형틀의 홀더 결합부(111a) 내측에 형성되는 약액 배출을 위한 배출구(112)의 단면 형상에 대응되게 중앙부가 도넛 형상으로 개구되고 균일한 크기의 공극을 갖는 제1필터지(121)를 상기 코어핀(230)에 의해 고정시키는 단계; 를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터형 여과장치 제조방법.
- 제25항에 있어서, 상기 제2단계는,제1필터지(121)의 도넛 형상으로 개구된 내부 가장자리를 상기 하나 이상의 코어핀(230)에 의해 커넥터 성형틀의 홀더 결합부(111a) 내측에 고정시켜 부착하고, 상기 제1필터지(121)의 외부 가장자리를 상기 커넥터 부재(110)의 원통형 몸체(111)의 내주면을 따라 형성되는 삽입홈(115)에 삽입 및 고정시켜 부착하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터형 여과장치 제조방법.
- 제25항에 있어서, 상기 제2단계는,(b2) 상기 커넥터 성형틀의 홀더 결합부(111a)의 내측에 형성되는 약액 흡입을 위한 흡입구(113)의 단면 형상에 대응되게 원형으로 구성되고 상기 제1필터지(121)와 다른 크기의 공극을 갖는 제2필터지(122)를 상기 코어핀(230)에 의해 고정시키는 단계;를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터형 여과장치 제조방법.
- 제27항에 있어서, 상기 제2단계는,상기 제2필터지(122)의 원형 가장자리를 상기 하나 이상의 코어핀(230)에 의해 커넥터 성형틀의 홀더 결합부(111a) 내측에 고정시켜 부착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터형 여과장치 제조방법.
