Abstract

相关申请
本专利申请要求 201 3年 7月 25 日申请的, 申请号为 201 310317038. 7 , 名称为 "空 调壳体及拒式空调" 的中国专利申请的优先权, 在此将其全文引入作为参考。 技术领域
本发明涉及空调制造领域, 特别是涉及一种空调壳体及拒式空调。 背景技术
空调壳体是空调的重要部件, 空调的许多部件例如风机、 压缩机等均安装在空调壳体 上。 即空调的部件均安装在壳体上。
参见图 1至图 3 , 目前拒式空调生产时都是釆用模具先生产出蜗壳 2、 底壳 1和后板 3 等壳体配件, 然后再分别装配组装, 之后再将其他部件安装在空调壳体上。 这样的生产方 法生产不仅工序多, 而且装配时使用的螺钉等其他配件也比较多, 这些装配一般只能通过 人工完成, 并且可能存在装配质量问题而影响产品质量。
因此, 针对拒式空调提供一种新的空调壳体是本领域人员亟待解决的问题。 发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供一种新的空调壳体及包括该空调壳体的拒式空调。 该空调壳体能够减少生产工序, 节省人工费用。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种空调壳体, 包括底壳、 蜗壳和后板, 所述底壳与所述后板连接, 所述蜗壳与所述 后板连接, 且所述底壳、 蜗壳和后板一体成型。
在其中一个实施例中, 所述后板的一端与所述底壳连接, 所述后板的另一端与所述蜗 壳连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述底壳包括底板、连接板、第一折板、第二折板和第三折板, 其中所述连接板、 第一折板、 第二折板和第三折板均与所述底板连接, 所述第一折板与所 述连接板相对设置, 所述第二折板和所述第三折板相对设置, 所述底板、 所述连接板、 所
述第一折板、 所述第二折板和所述第三折板形成一个开口的盒体。
在其中一个实施例中,所述连接板、第一折板、第二折板和第三折板形成闭合的侧面。 在其中一个实施例中, 所述后板上设置有安装口。
在其中一个实施例中, 所述蜗壳包括风叶安装口和风道, 所述风道连通风叶安装口。 在其中一个实施例中, 所述底壳、 蜗壳和后板的材料相同。
本发明还提供一种拒式空调, 包括离心风叶和如上所述的空调壳体, 所述离心风叶设 置于所述的空调壳体中。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明釆用空调壳体一体化的设计方案, 能够减少生产工序, 省去装配环节, 减少装 配工时, 提高工作效率, 提高产品质量, 降低成本; 再者, 釆用釆用本发明的空调壳体, 蜗壳的材料由现有的泡沫件改为注塑件, 不需要另外安装其他配件。 附图说明

参见图 4 , 本实施例提供一种空调壳体, 包括底壳 4、 蜗壳 5和后板 6 , 底壳 4与后 板 6连接, 蜗壳 5与后板 6连接, 且底壳 4、 蜗壳 5和后板 6—体成型。
本实施例主要是将底壳、 蜗壳和后板设计为一个整体, 也就是说本实施例的空调壳体 是一次成型的, 不需要以往的装配工序, 这样可以节省操作工序, 降低生产时间, 降低生 产成本, 提高生产效率。 现有制造工艺中将蜗壳安装在后板上需要螺钉等配件, 并且在蜗 壳和后板上需要相应的预留出装配位置, 而釆用本发明的一体化的空调壳体不需要这些配 件, 能够最大限度的减少产品体积, 保证产品质量。 并且底壳、 蜗壳和后板均釆用同一种 材料制成, 例如 ABS材料。
较佳的, 参见图 4 , 作为一种可实施方式, 后板 6的一端与底壳 4连接, 后板 6的另
一端与蜗壳 5连接。 参见图 1至图 3 , 现有制造工艺中, 一般是需要将蜗壳 2安装在后板
3上, 也就是说蜗壳 1和后板 3之间形成一个容纳空间, 后板 3安装在底壳 1上, 参见图 4 , 本发明中的蜗壳 5和后板 6形成一个整体, 蜗壳 5和后板 6之间没有形成容纳空间, 不需要蜗壳压板或者接水盘压板, 节约了材料, 提高生产效率。 同时后板 6相对于现有技 术中的后板 3省去了与蜗壳形成容纳空间的部分, 蜗壳 5和后板 6之间不存在平行部分。 这样设置方便在蜗壳中安装风机等设备。
较佳的, 参见图 4 , 作为一种可实施方式, 底壳 4 包括底板 11、 连接板 12、 第一折 板 1 3、 第二折板 14和第三折板 15 , 其中连接板 12、 第一折板 1 3、 第二折板 14和第三折 板 15均与底板 11连接, 第一折板 1 3与连接板 11相对设置, 第二折板 14和第三折板 15 相对设置, 底板 11、 连接板 12、 第一折板 1 3、 第二折板 14和第三折板 15形成一个开口 的盒体。 本实施例中, 底壳基本上呈开口盒状, 其中连接板是与后板连接的部分, 底壳上 主要用于安装空调内部各种配件, 第一折边、 第二折边和第三折边可以与空调壳体的其他 侧边连接形成空调的整体外壳, 釆用此种结构设计, 可以取消现有技术中的 3-4个结构零 件: 如过线槽、 蜗壳压板等, 从而达到节约成本, 提高装配效率的目的。
进一步的, 连接板 12、 第一折板 1 3、 第二折板 14和第三折板 15形成闭合的侧面。 参见图 4 , 本实施例中的连接板是一个整体, 连接板上不存在缺口, 这样省去了在底壳 4 上安装防水板。
较佳的, 作为一种可实施方式, 后板 6上设置有安装口 61 , 用于穿设空调的冷媒管 道或电源线, 安装口 61 也可以设置如本申请人在先申请的一系列防鼠板结构, 在此不一 一列举。
较佳的, 作为一种可实施方式, 蜗壳 5 包括风叶安装口 51和风道 52 , 风道 52连通 风叶安装口 51 ,应用本发明的空调壳体的拒式空调,可以釆用前进风、后进风或者侧进风, 本发明的主要创新点并不在此, 风叶安装口 51 主要为了方便将离心风叶安装在其中, 空 调通电后,通过离心风叶鼓风,通过风道 52将空气强制与空调内的蒸发器进行对流换热, 以达到制冷或制热的技术效果。
实现上述实施例中的空调壳体,需要设计模具时将底壳、蜗壳和后板设计为一体即可。 作为一种实施方式,将上述的空调壳体应用于拒式空调。本发明还提供一种拒式空调, 其包括现有技术中的离心风叶等部件, 还包括上述的空调壳体。 即本实施例中的拒式空调 的这部分空调壳体是一体成型的, 离心风叶安装在该一体成型的空调壳体中。

1、一种空调壳体, 其特征在于: 包括底壳、蜗壳和后板, 所述底壳与所述后板连接, 所述蜗壳与所述后板连接, 且所述底壳、 蜗壳和后板一体成型。

3、 根据权利要求 1所述的空调壳体, 其特征在于: 所述底壳包括底板、 连接板、 第 一折板、 第二折板和第三折板, 其中所述连接板、 第一折板、 第二折板和第三折板均与所 述底板连接, 所述第一折板与所述连接板相对设置, 所述第二折板和所述第三折板相对设 置, 所述底板、 所述连接板、 所述第一折板、 所述第二折板和所述第三折板形成一个开口 的盒体。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的空调壳体, 其特征在于: 所述连接板、 第一折板、 第二折 板和第三折板形成闭合的侧面。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的空调壳体, 其特征在于: 所述后板上设置有安装口。
6、根据权利要求 1所述的空调壳体,其特征在于:所述蜗壳包括风叶安装口和风道, 所述风道连通风叶安装口。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的空调壳体, 其特征在于: 所述底壳、 蜗壳和后板的材料相 同。
8、 一种拒式空调, 包括离心风叶, 其特征在于: 还包括如权利要求 1至 7任意一项 所述的空调壳体, 所述离心风叶设置于所述的空调壳体中。
