Description
一种电子烟、 雾化器及其雾化装置
本申请要求于 2013 年 7 月 24 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201320444180.3、 发明名称为 "一种电子烟、 雾化器及其雾化装置" 的中国专 利申请的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟技术领域,特别涉及一种电子烟、雾化器及其雾化装置。
背景技术
电子烟的雾化器核心发热部件的常规结构如图 1和图 2所示,一条电热丝 11 与一条玻纤线 12绕好后, 两端均连接电子线 13 , 再穿过一根内玻纤管 141上的 装配孔, 然后在内玻纤管 141外面再套外玻纤管 142 (为了方便玻纤线 12穿过, 一般内玻纤管 141上装配孔的尺寸较玻纤线 12大,在外面再套外玻纤管 142可以 封住穿完玻纤线 12后留下孔) 。 其中, 电热丝 11提供发热的热量, 玻纤线 12 用来导油, 内玻纤管 141用来提供通畅的气路。
一般客户要求电子烟的烟雾量越大越好,此时一般使用降低电热丝 11的阻 值或者降低电热丝 11的线径来提高发热量, 但是随着发热量增大, 玻纤线 12 的导油速率并没有跟上,电热丝组件的温度就会升高,当温度高到一定程度时, 玻纤组件会高温变质, 烟油会高温燃烧, 会发出烧焦味。
因此, 针对上述情况, 如何有效提高烟雾量, 降低烧棉风险, 提供更好的 口感, 更好的用户体验, 成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的重要技术问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明提供了一种电子烟、 雾化器及其雾化装置, 可以有效提 高烟雾量, 降低烧棉风险, 提供更好的口感, 更好的用户体验。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种雾化装置, 包括由电热丝、第一导油绳和电子线组成的电热丝组件和 通气管, 所述通气管具有用于容纳所述电热丝组件的装配孔,还包括与所述第 一导油绳并排设置在所述装配孔内 , 且与所述发热丝相接触的第二导油绳。
优选的,由所述电热丝组件和所述第二导油绳组成的发热组合件的数量为 多个。
优选的, 所述第一导油绳与所述第二导油绳相贴合。
优选的, 所述雾化装置还包括套设在所述通气管外, 以抵接所述电热丝组 件或第二导油绳的辅助管。
优选的, 所述通气管一侧的管壁上沿周向开设有装配切口, 所述装配切口 的两端分别连通于所述通气管两侧的装配孔。
优选的, 所述装配切口沿着所述通气管的轴线方向的截面形状为梯形,且 所述装配切口的间隙宽度自所述通气管的外壁向内壁的方向逐渐减小。
一种电子烟的雾化器, 具有上述的雾化装置。
一种电子烟, 包括电池杆和与所述电池杆连接的雾化器, 所述雾化器为上 述的雾化器。
从上述的技术方案可以看出,本发明提供的雾化装置,通过与第一导油绳 并排设置在装配孔内,且与发热丝相接触的第二导油绳,提升了装置的供油能 力, 随着电热丝发热量的增大, 可以有效提高烟雾量, 降低烧棉风险, 提供更 好的口感, 更好的用户体验。

本发明公开了一种电子烟、 雾化器及其雾化装置, 可以有效提高烟雾量, 降低烧棉风险, 提供更好的口感, 更好的用户体验。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清 楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是 全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造 性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。

本发明实施例提供的雾化装置, 包括由电热丝、第一导油绳和电子线组成 的电热丝组件和通气管,通气管具有用于容纳电热丝组件的装配孔, 其核心改 进点在于,还包括与第一导油绳并排设置在装配孔内,且与发热丝相接触的第 二导油绳。
与现有技术相比, 本发明实施例提供的雾化装置,通过与第一导油绳并排 设置在装配孔内, 且与发热丝相接触的第二导油绳, 提升了装置的供油能力,
随着电热丝发热量的增大, 可以有效提高烟雾量, 降低烧棉风险, 提供更好的 口感, 更好的用户体验。
作为优选, 第一导油绳与第二导油绳相贴合, 以更好的传递热量。 通过直 接搭设的并联方式, 能够充分发挥电热丝的发热效果, 同时这种方式相对于现 有结构改动较小, 易于实现。
本发明实施例提供的雾化装置,还包括套设在通气管外, 以抵接电热丝组 件或第二导油绳的辅助管,用于封住穿完玻纤线后留下的孔洞。在这里优选的, 导油绳采用玻纤线, 通气管和辅助管均采用玻纤管。 请参阅图 3和图 4所示, 在本方案提供的第一个实施例中, 电热丝 21与第一玻纤线 221 (即第一导油 绳)绕好后, 两端连接电子线 23 , 穿过内玻纤管 241 (即通气管) 的装配孔, 并在此第一玻纤线 221上增加一条第二玻纤线 222 (即第二导油绳)与电热丝 21接触, 然后在内玻纤管 241的外面再套一根外玻纤管 242 (即辅助管)。
为了进一步优化上述的技术方案,通气管一侧的管壁上沿周向开设有装配 切口, 该装配切口的两端分别连通于通气管两侧的装配孔, 其结构如图 5-图 8 所示。 这样一来, 在组装的时候, 玻纤线就可以从该切口直接挤进去, 降低装 配难度。 由于不再需要在外面额外套设一根玻纤管, 作为优选, 此时装配孔的 尺寸应当同发热组件的整体装配尺寸相配合, 以尽可能减小装配后留下的孔 洞。
请参阅图 5和图 6所示,在本方案提供的第二个实施例中,玻纤管 24 (即 通气管 ) 冲孔的同时并切开, 电热丝 21和第一玻纤线 221 (即第一导油绳) 绕好两端连接电子线 23后,从玻纤管 24切开的侧面挤进两侧的装配孔内, 并 在此第一玻纤线 221上增加一条第二玻纤线 222 (即第二导油绳 )与电热丝 21 接触。
为了进一步提烟雾量,本发明实施例提供的雾化装置, 由电热丝组件和第 二导油绳组成的发热组合件的数量为多个。
在本方案提供的第三个实施例中,具体包括两个上述发热组合件(两条电 热丝和四条玻纤线), 其结构如图 7和图 8所示, 玻纤管 24 (即通气管 )冲孔 的同时并切开, 第一电热丝 211和第一玻纤线 221 (即第一导油绳)绕好两端
连接第一电子线 231后, 从玻纤管 24切开的侧面挤进两侧的装配孔内, 并在 此第一玻纤线 221上增加一条第二玻纤线 222 (即第二导油绳)与第一电热丝 211接触, 在此第二玻纤线 222上再增加一条绕有第二电热丝 212的第三玻纤 线 223 , 然后再在上面加一条第四玻纤线 224。
当然, 以上只是给出了较为优选的三个具体实施例,本发明的结构并不仅 仅局限于此,本领域技术人员能够根据实际需要对电热丝和玻纤线的数量和搭 配方式作出适当的调整, 在此不再贅述。
为了进步优化上述的技术方案,装配切口沿着通气管的轴线方向的截面形 状为梯形,且装配切口的间隙宽度自通气管的外壁向内壁的方向逐渐减小, 以 便于玻纤线的挤入装配。
本发明实施例还提供了一种电子烟的雾化器,其核心改进点在于,具有上 述的雾化装置。
本发明实施例还提供了一种电子烟, 包括电池杆和与电池杆连接的雾化 器, 其核心改进点在于, 雾化器为上述的雾化器。 该电子烟通过与第一导油绳 并排设置在装配孔内,且与发热丝相接触的第二导油绳,提升了装置的供油能 力, 随着电热丝发热量的增大, 可以有效提高烟雾量, 降低烧棉风险, 提供更 好的口感, 更好的用户体验。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是 与其他实施例的不同之处, 各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

Claims
1、 一种雾化装置, 包括由电热丝、 第一导油绳和电子线组成的电热丝组 件和通气管,所述通气管具有用于容纳所述电热丝组件的装配孔,其特征在于, 还包括与所述第一导油绳并排设置在所述装配孔内 ,且与所述发热丝相接触的 第二导油绳。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化装置, 其特征在于, 由所述电热丝组件和 所述第二导油绳组成的发热组合件的数量为多个。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的雾化装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一导油绳与所 述第二导油绳相贴合。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化装置, 其特征在于, 所述雾化装置还包括 套设在所述通气管外, 以抵接所述电热丝组件或第二导油绳的辅助管。
5、 根据权利要求 1-4任意一项所述的雾化装置, 其特征在于, 所述通气 管一侧的管壁上沿周向开设有装配切口,所述装配切口的两端分别连通于所述 通气管两侧的装配孔。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的雾化装置, 其特征在于, 所述装配切口沿着所 述通气管的轴线方向的截面形状为梯形,且所述装配切口的间隙宽度自所述通 气管的外壁向内壁的方向逐渐减小。
7、 一种电子烟的雾化器, 其特征在于, 具有上述权利要求 1-6中任意一 项所述的雾化装置。
8、 一种电子烟, 包括电池杆和与所述电池杆连接的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述雾化器为如权利要求 7所述的雾化器。
