Definitions
- the inflatable cushion structure of the present invention relates to an inflatable cushion suitable for polar weather use, and more particularly to an inflatable cushion for reducing the heat conduction or loss of the inflatable cushion.
- the inventor has made research into the cost invention, and can improve the shortcomings of the existing temperature-insulated sleeping mat by the proposal of the present invention, so that the product can be ideal and practical to meet the demand.
- the main purpose of the inflatable cushion structure of the present invention is to provide an inflatable cushion which can achieve light weight, easy manufacture and reasonable cost.
- the purpose of isolation and temperature is good, so as to meet the needs of users in the harsh weather and need to travel long distances.
- the temperature of the top and bottom of the inflatable cushion must be minimized.
- the solution proposed by the present invention is that the inflatable cushion is divided into upper and lower portions, and a spacer layer is disposed between the upper and lower portions; thus, the top and bottom of the inflatable cushion are The temperature can be effectively isolated to reduce the temperature conduction effect.
- the air inside the inflatable cushion must be kept at a temperature to minimize the flow rate.
- the solution proposed by the present invention is that the inflatable cushion is divided into upper and lower portions, and the upper and lower portions are substantially in an independent separation relationship, and only a plurality of small holes are communicated therebetween to facilitate inflation. Required; thereby, the air inside the upper and lower portions is not easy to flow with each other, that is, the flow rate can be reduced to avoid temperature loss.
- the specific structural content of the present invention is: an inflatable sleeping pad structure suitable for polar use, the inflatable cushion comprising an upper body and a lower body, the upper body being superposed on the lower body, The peripheral edge of the inflatable gasket forms a sealed state.
- the upper body is formed with an upper layer capsule by a plurality of nips in a closed state, and the inside can store a gas.
- the upper layer capsules form a plurality of vesicles in a parallel relationship by means of the nips.
- the lower body is formed with a plurality of nips to form a lower layer capsule, and the inside can store gas.
- the lower layer capsules form a plurality of vesicles in a parallel relationship by means of the nips.
- the upper body and the lower body are substantially separated from each other, and at appropriate positions, the perforations are provided after being pressed, so that the upper and lower capsules of the upper body and the lower body can pass the perforation Form a connection.
- the number of the perforations is one or more.
- the quantity and the aperture are sufficient to satisfy the gas inflating or deflation of the inflatable cushion, but the inside of the inflatable cushion is prevented from being entrained by the gas, the perforated
- the number needs to be as small as possible and the diameter should be as small as possible.
- the upper body and the lower body form a sealing state due to the circumferential edge of the ring, so a gap layer is formed between the upper body and the lower body.
- the invention utilizes the spacer layer, that is, the inflatable cushion can reduce the heat energy transmission, and when applied to the polar environment, can meet the needs of the human body to keep warm and avoid temperature loss.
- the air cushion further includes a air nozzle that communicates with the interior of the air cushion, and the air nozzle is disposed at any one of the upper body or the lower body.
- Figure 1 is a perspective view of the present invention.
- FIG. 2 is a partial cross-sectional structural view of AA' of FIG. 1.
- Fig. 3 is a schematic view showing the state of use of a partial cross section of the present invention.
- Figure 4 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing the flow of gas through the perforations of the present invention.
- Figure 5 is another embodiment of the present invention.
- the inflatable cushion structure 1 is applied to the pole.
- the inflatable cushion 1 includes an upper body 11 and a lower body 12 .
- the upper body 11 is superposed on the lower body 12 .
- the upper body 11 and the circumferential edge 15 of the lower body 12 are sealed to form the upper body 11 and the lower body 12 in an integrated structure.
- the upper body 11 is formed with an upper layer capsule 111 by a plurality of nip portions 112 in a closed state, and the upper layer capsules 111 form a plurality of vesicles in a parallel relationship by the nip portions 112.
- the lower body 12 is formed with a plurality of nips 122 in a closed structural state to form an lower layer capsule 121.
- the lower layer capsules 121 form a plurality of parallel structures by means of the nip portions 122. Vesicular.
- the upper body 11 and the lower body 12 are substantially separated from each other. However, at appropriate positions, the through holes 13 are provided after being pressed, so that the upper body 11 and the upper layer body 111 and the lower layer capsule of the lower body 12 are formed.
- the body 121 can be connected by means of the perforations 13; the number of the perforations 13 is one or more, in principle, gas can flow between the upper layer capsule 111 and the lower layer capsule 121, but inflated to avoid gas entrainment of heat energy.
- the pad 1 flows internally, the number of the perforations 13 needs to be as small as possible, and the diameter needs to be as small as possible.
- a separate spacer layer 14 is formed between the upper body 11 and the lower body 12.
- the air cushion 10 further includes a air nozzle 10 that communicates with the upper layer body 111 and the lower layer body 121 inside the air cushion 1.
- the air nozzle 10 is disposed on the upper body 11 or the lower body 12. One place.
- the present invention utilizes the spacer layer 14 to enable the inflatable cushion 1 to have a function of reducing thermal energy conduction.
- the inflatable cushion 1 of the present invention When applied to the polar environment, if the human body 3 is lying on the inflatable cushion 1, with the inflatable cushion 1 of the present invention, since the surface 2 is in a very low temperature state, the heat energy of the human body 3 is easily adsorbed by the surface 2, However, since the inflatable cushion 1 of the present invention has the upper layer capsule 111 and the lower layer capsule 121, respectively, a separate spacer layer 14 is interposed therebetween, so that the thermal energy of the human body 3 is transmitted to the upper layer capsule 111 by means of the spacer layer.
- the present invention can communicate between the upper layer capsule 111 and the lower layer capsule 121 through the perforations 13 (as shown in FIG. 4), the number of the perforations 13 has been reduced as much as possible, and the diameter of the perforations 13 is as small as possible, plus Since the upper layer capsule 111 and the lower layer capsule 121 have pressures respectively, the heat energy entrained by the gas is not easy to flow between the upper layer capsule 111 and the lower layer capsule 121, and the disadvantages and problems of the heat convection can be effectively solved.
- the upper layer capsule 111 and the vesicles of the lower layer capsule 121 are in a combined position of aligned positions; see FIG. 5, which is another embodiment of the present invention, the upper layer capsule 111 and the lower layer.
- Each vesicle of the capsule 121 can also have a staggered positional relationship.
