Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'application de microparticules métalliques sur un matériau polymère, basé sur la fusion de particules métalliques à la surface du polymère. Le procédé se caractérise en ce que des particules métalliques fragmentées sous forme de poudre de la taille du micromètre sont mélangées préalablement avec des granulés de matériau polymère, et tout en continuant le mélange, les particules métalliques sont chauffées par des courants de Foucault générés par un champ magnétique changeant rapidement. L'invention concerne également un dispositif permettant de réaliser le procédé, un matériau polymère avec des microparticules métalliques et l'utilisation du matériau polymère.
