如图 1〜图 5b所示, 本实用新型实施例提供的密封结构包括: 盖板 1, 其内装配有第一密封件 2; 以及与盖板 1对应连接的壳体 4, 其内装配有第 二密封件 3, 其中所述第一密封件 2和所述第二密封件 3对接固定在一起。
具体地, 盖板 1 包括: 第一过线端部 11, 其上设有至少一个第一卡接 凸台 111 (图 5b ), 与第一过线端部 11连接有第一边框 12, 其上设有第一 密封槽 121 (图 4 )。 壳体 4包括: 与第一过线端部 11对应的第二过线端部 41, 其上设有至少一个第二卡接凸台 411 (图 5b ), 与第二过线端部 41连 接有第二边框 42, 在第二过线端 41上设有第二密封槽 421 (图 5b )。
如图 2a ~ 2d所示, 第一密封件 2包括: 与第一密封槽 121相配合的密 封条 22, 以及与密封条 22连接的密封衬垫 21, 该密封衬垫 21与第一过线 端部 11位置相对应。 密封条 22 包括: 双峰密封面部 221, 其上设有凸部 2211 (图 2c ), 双峰密封面部 221在盖板 1与壳体 4配合固定后, 与壳体 4 的密封面配合实现密封, 提高密封的可靠性; 在双峰密封面部 221 侧端安 装卡筋 222, 该卡筋 222与第一密封槽 121卡接配合, 保证密封条 22安装 方便及安装后不脱落, 省去了传统的点胶固定方式, 节约了时间和点胶成 本。 密封衬垫 21 包括: 衬垫本体, 在衬垫本体上设置有第一过线孔槽 211 和至少一个第一减料槽 212 (图 2a、 图 2b ), 第一过线孔槽 211用以配合实 现安装线缆的密封, 提高密封性能, 第一减料槽 212可以增大密封衬垫 21 处的压缩量, 并保证合适的填充率; 在衬垫本体上还设置有至少一个与第 一^ 妻凸台 111相配合的第一^ 妻槽 213 (图 2a ), 一方面实现了密封衬垫 21与盖板 1间的卡接装配, 省去了传统的点胶固定方式, 节约了时间和点 胶成本, 另一方面第一^ 妻槽 213也是对密封衬垫 21的减料设计。 此外, 为了保证第一密封件 2的密封条 22与密封衬垫 21的良好过度连接, 在密 封衬垫 21与密封条 22融合处设计了一定的角度, 即密封条 22与密封衬垫 21相融合的两个表面成预设夹角 X, 保证了融合后整个表面的连续性, 保 证更可靠的密封。
如图 3a ~ 3f所示, 第二密封件 3包括: 主密封部 31、 堵头部 32以及 连接主密封部 31和堵头部 32的中间连接部 33。 主密封部 31包括: 密封部 主体, 在密封部主体上设置若干凸筋 311 和至少一个与第一过线孔槽 221 相配合的第二过线孔槽 312,第二过线孔槽 312和第一过线孔槽 221的尺寸 可以按照对应线缆及兼容线缆规格综合考虑进行设计, 凸筋 311 实现了线 缆密封时的大压缩量需求, 满足了不同线径密封的兼容性; 在密封部主体 上还设置至少一个第二减料槽 313,其可以进一步提高第二密封件 3的压缩 量, 并保证合适的填充率, 使得整个密封结构实现大压缩量与较小受力; 在第二过线孔槽 312端部设置至少一个卡环 314, 保证第一过线孔槽 221、 第二过线孔槽 312与堵头部 32装配配合后堵头部 32不脱落、 不翘起; 在 第二过线孔槽 312上包覆有包覆层 315, 在进行线缆的密封时, 该包覆层 315结构能更好地实现与线缆的配合, 提高密封可靠性; 在密封部主体上还 设置至少一个与第二卡接凸台 411相配合的第二卡接槽 316 (图 3b ), 一方 面实现了第二密封件 3与壳体 4间的卡接装配, 省去了传统的点胶固定方 式, 节约了时间和点胶成本, 另一方面卡接槽也是对第二密封件 3 的减料 设计。 本实用新型实施例提供的密封结构在不安装线缆时, 堵头部 32可以 替代线缆实现对第一过线孔槽 221和第二过线孔槽 312的密封。 此外, 堵 头部 32上设有与凸筋 311相配合的若干凹槽 321 (图 3c ), 其与凸筋 311 配合时, 除了能够减小压缩量和压缩力, 还提高了密封性能。 此外, 为了实现本实用新型实施例密封结构更好的密封可靠性和压缩 性, 第一密封件 2和第二密封件 3优选由弹性材料制成。
本实用新型实施例的密封结构在装配时, 通过第一密封件 2密封条 22 上的双峰密封面部 221卡筋 222等与盖板 1第一边框 12上的第一密封槽 121 的卡接装配将第一密封件 2和盖板 1对应固定起来, 通过第二密封件 3 主 密封部 31上第二卡接槽 316等与壳体 4上的第二卡接凸台 411卡接装配将 第二密封件 3和壳体 4对应固定起来, 之后再通过螺钉等形式将两个组件 进行装配固定, 实现盖板 1与壳体 4所形成腔室的密封。 如图 5a, 盖板 1 与壳体 4尚未完全配合固定, 由第一过线孔槽 211和第二过线孔槽 312构 成的过线孔处用来安装线缆,当无线缆进出时使用堵头部 32进行封堵密封; 如图 5b, 第一密封件 2、 第二密封件 3都设计了一定的压缩量, 第一密封 件 2的第一过线孔槽 211与第二密封件 3的包覆层 315及卡环 314的外圓 配合, 实现此处线缆的更紧密密封, 第一^ 妻凸台 111、 第二卡接凸台 411 分别与第一密封件 2、 第二密封件 3实现卡接装配。
本实用新型实施例密封结构可广泛应用于各种密封技术领域。 当应用 于通讯设备的维护窗方面时, 由于维护窗通常为附加到整机结构上的一种 结构形式, 也可作为一个独立的结构单元, 所以本实用新型实施例密封结 构可以实现维护窗与壳体 4密封界面间密封, 满足整机的防水气密等要求。
从本实用新型实施例的上述技术方案不难看出, 本实用新型实施例相 对于现有技术具有实质性特点, 对于本领域技术人员来说是非显而易见的, 同时带来明显的有益效果: 本实用新型实施例密封结构通过将装配有第一 密封件 2的盖板 1和装配有第二密封件 3的壳体 4装配连接,第一密封件 2 和第二密封件 3对接固定在一起, 从而在构成的整体结构内部形成密封空 腔, 有很强的密封性和良好的模块兼容性, 组装、 拆卸起来方便、 快捷、 便利; 通过在第一密封件 2的密封条 22和密封衬垫 21上分别设置双峰密 封面部 221和第一过线孔槽 211, 在第二密封件 3上设置堵头部 32并在主 密封部 31上设置凸筋 211、 第二过线孔槽 312、 卡环 314及包覆层 315等 组件, 将这些组件进行对接装配, 极大提高了密封结构在无线缆时的密封 可靠性; 通过在第一密封件 2的密封衬垫 21上设置第一减料槽 212, 将密 封条 22与密封衬垫 21相融合的两个表面设成预设夹角 X,在第二密封件 3 的主密封部 31上设置第二减料槽 313及凸筋 311等, 保证了密封结构较大 的压缩量、 适当的填充率及较小的结构件受力, 同时确保了第一密封件 2 和第二密封件 3各部位的完美结合和适当的压缩量;通过将第一密封件上 2 的第一卡接槽 213、卡筋 222及第二密封件 3上的第二卡接槽 316等组件与 盖板 1和壳体 4等对接配合, 在安装和维护时简单、 方便、 快捷; 此外, 本实用新型实施例的盖板 1、 壳体 4、 第一密封件 2及第二密封件 3的装配 结合能适用不同的密封界面安装方式和一定的线径变化, 兼容性好; 本实 用新型实施例密封结构通用性高, 能够满足多种场合使用, 可广泛应用于 各种密封技术领域。
在本说明书中的描述中, 术语 "第一"、 "第二" 等仅用于描述目的, 不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性以及对本实用新型保护范围的限定, 此 外, 尽管上文对本实用新型作了详细说明, 但本实用新型不限于此, 本技 术领域的技术人员可以根据本实用新型记载的内容或原理进行修改, 因此, 凡按照本实用新型记载的内容或原理进行的各种修改都应当理解为落入本 实用新型的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种密封结构, 所述密封结构包括:
盖板(1), 其内装配有第一密封件(2); 以及
与盖板(1 )对应连接的壳体(4), 其内装配有第二密封件(3), 其中, 所述第一密封件( 2 )和所述第二密封件( 3 )通过所述盖板( 1 )和所 述壳体(4) 间的紧固实现对接固定。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的密封结构, 其中, 所述盖板(1 ) 包括: 第一过线端部 (11), 其上设有至少一个第一卡接凸台 (111 ); 以及 与第一过线端部 (11 ) 连接的第一边框 (12), 其上设有第一密封槽 (121)。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的密封结构, 其中, 所述壳体(4) 包括: 与所述第一过线端部(11 )对应的第二过线端部 (41), 其上设有至少 一个第二卡接凸台 (411 ); 以及
与第二过线端部 (41 )连接且与所述第一边框(12)相配合的第二边 框(42), 其上设有第二密封槽 (421)。
4、 根据权利要求 3 所述的密封结构, 其中, 所述第一密封件 (2) 包 括:
与所述第一密封槽( 121 )相配合的密封条(22); 以及
与密封条(22) 连接且与所述第一过线端部 (11 )位置对应的密封衬 垫(21 )。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的密封结构, 其中, 所述密封条(22) 包括: 双峰密封面部 (221), 其上设有凸部 (2211 ); 以及
安装在双峰密封面部 (221 )侧端且与所述第一密封槽 (121 )卡接配 合的卡筋 (222)。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述的密封结构, 其中, 所述密封衬垫(21 )包括: 衬垫本体;
设置在衬垫本体上的第一过线孔槽 (211 ) 和至少一个第一减料槽 (212); 以及
设置在衬垫本体上的至少一个与所述第一卡接凸台 (111 )相配合的第 一卡接槽 (213)。
7、 根据权利要求 4所述的密封结构, 其中, 所述密封条(22)与所述 密封衬垫(21 )相融合的两个表面成预设夹角 (X)。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的密封结构, 其中, 所述第二密封件 (3) 包 括:
主密封部 (31 )和堵头部 (32); 以及
连接主密封部 (31 )和堵头部 (32) 的中间连接部 (33)。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的密封结构, 其中, 所述主密封部(31 )包括: 密封部主体;
设置在密封部主体上的若干凸筋 (311 );
设置在密封部主体上的至少一个与所述第一过线孔槽(221 )相配合的 第二过线孔槽(312);
设置在密封部主体上的至少一个第二减料槽(313);
设置在第二过线孔槽(312)端部的至少一个卡环 (314);
包覆于第二过线孔槽(312)上的包覆层 (315); 以及
设置在密封部主体上的至少一个与所述第二卡接凸台 (411 )相配合的 第二卡接槽(316)。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的密封结构, 其中, 所述堵头部 (32)上设 有与所述凸筋 (311 )相配合的若干凹槽 (321)。
11、 根据权利要求 1 ~ 10任一项所述的密封结构, 其中, 所述第一密 封件(2)和所述第二密封件(3) 由弹性材料制成。
