下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明公开一种阳光罐, 包括罐身、放置在所述罐身的第一开口处的太阳板、 用于固定所述太阳板的固定件以及位于罐身内的灯, 如图 1至图 5所示, 还包 括一用于罩住所述灯 6的灯罩 7。本发明由于在阳光罐的罐身 1内设置一个用于 罩住灯 6的灯罩 7, 从而灯罩 Ί就可对灯 6起到保护作用, 防止灯 6受到损坏。
如图 1所示为阳光罐的整体结构图, 阳光罐上端小, 下端大, 小的部分为其 罐颈部分, 除去罐身 1上的颈部, 阳光罐的罐身 1 的横截面为切去四角的矩形 结构, 从而形成八边形, 而且是直线和弧线首尾相连。 弧形结构就没有棱角, 从而使罐身 1本体显得更加光滑, 美观; 而且当罐身 1 内部发出存储的太阳光 时, 使其均匀, 没有死角。 罐身 1为玻璃材料, 透光性好。
本发明所述的灯罩可拆卸的固定在固定件底部。 具体如下。
如图 2所示灯罩的结构示意图, 所述灯罩 7的第二开口 71边沿设有两个相 对的凸耳 72, 结合图 3所示固定件的结构图以及图 5所示灯罩和固定件配合的 剖面图, 所述固定件 3底部设有两个向下凸出的凸块 31, 所述凸块 31上设有用 于放置所述凸耳 72的放置槽 32。 在固定件 3底部设置向下的凸块 31 , 在凸块 31上设置放置槽 32和凸耳 72配合, 这样就方便凸耳 72插入到放置槽 32内, 而且灯罩 7的第二开口 71的边沿就紧贴固定件 3底壁上, 可防止晃动。 结合图 4所示的灯罩、 固定件以及罐身的剖面图, 固定件 3中部设有用于穿过导线的通 孔, 灯 6通过导线连接悬桂在固定件 3下部的罐身 1内, 灯罩 7上的凸耳 72插 入到固定件 3上的放置槽 32内, 从而灯罩 7固定在固定件 3上, 灯 6就位于灯 罩 7 内, 这样的插接固定方式简单、 方便, 而且便于拆卸。 进而灯罩 7对灯 6 就起到很好的保护作用。
在本实施例中, 所述灯罩 7的横截面为圆形, 这样设置使灯罩 7内的灯 6发 出的光均匀。
所述凸耳 72为弧形结构, 所述放置槽 32配合所述凸耳 72结构设置, 弧形 结构的凸耳 72配合弧形结构的放置槽 32, 可通过弧形逐渐的将凸耳 72插入到 放置槽 32内, 从而方便将凸耳 72插入到放置槽 32内。
所述固定件 2为橡胶材料, 橡胶材料具有很好的弹性, 所述凸耳 72通过挤 压所述放置槽 32的侧壁放入到所述放置槽 32 内, 由于固定件具有弹性, 凸耳 72挤压放置槽 32的侧壁时侧壁就会发生形变, 当凸耳 72放置到放置槽 32内时 其侧壁又恢复原来形状, 从而就将凸耳 72固定; 取下灯罩 7同样是通过对放置 槽 32侧壁的挤压完成的。 当凸耳 72放入到放置槽 32内时, 灯罩 7的侧壁紧贴 放置槽 32的侧壁, 即是凸块 31的一侧, 灯罩 72的侧壁与凸块 31的侧壁具有 相同的弧形结构, 从而保证其紧密贴合, 进而使凸耳 72 完全放入到放置槽 32 内。 这样就使固定紧密、 牢固。 本实施例的凸耳 72以及凸块 32都是设置两个, 且相对设置的。 当然, 也可以设置三个均匀布置的凸耳和放置槽进行配合, 或 者设置大于三个的凸耳和放置槽进行配合。
在本实施例中, 所述放置槽可用通孔代替, 通孔能够起到同样的效果。

如图 4和图 5所示, 所述太阳板 2上设有用于控制阳光罐开、 关的开关 5, 通过开关 5控制灯 6的亮或灭, 白天首先将开关 5关闭, 太阳板 2放置在阳光 下接收太阳光能, 并将太阳光能转化成电能存储在电池 4 内; 到了晚上即可将 开关 5打开, 从而控制灯 6亮, 在罐子中就可以看到阳光, 能够给人们温暖、 慰藉和美好。 所述开关 5 可向两侧推动, 向一侧推动时阳光罐发出红色光; 向 另一侧推动时阳光罐发出蓝色光。

在本实施例中, 所述灯 6为 LED灯。 LED灯有寿命长、 光效高、 低功耗等 优点。
