【技术领域】
本发明涉及罐子领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种阳光罐。 【背景技术】
罐子人们都很熟悉, 平常人们使用的罐子一般都是用来装食物用, 用处比 较单一。
本人设计了一种用于存储太阳光的阳光罐, 包括罐身、 固定在罐身开口处 的用于接收太阳光能并将接收到的太阳光能转化为电能的太阳板、 固定在太阳 板上用于存储所述电能的电池以及通过导线固定在太阳板上且位于罐身内部的 灯, 太阳板上设置有用于控制阳光罐的开关, 通过开关即可控制罐身内灯的亮 或灭, 从而实现存储太阳光。 此方案未公开。 太阳板直接固定在罐身的开口处, 这样就容易受损, 尤其是太阳板上用于接收太阳光的区域, 导致太阳板无法正 常工作。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种方便固定太阳板且不易使太阳板受 损的阳光罐。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的: 一种阳光罐, 包括罐身、 设 置在所述罐身内的接收太阳光能并将接收到的太阳光能转化为电能的太阳板、 用于存储所述电能的电池以及与所述电池连通的灯, 还包括一用于固定所述太 阳板的固定件。
优选的, 所述固定件放置在所述罐身的开口处, 所述固定件上设有用于放 置所述太阳板的凹槽。 将太阳板固定在固定件的凹槽内, 固定件与罐身配合并 固定在罐身的开口处, 从而可防止太阳板受损。
优选的, 所述固定件在所述凹槽中间部位设有一圏用于放置所述太阳板的 平台。 太阳板一面设有接收太阳光的区域, 另一面设有电路且与灯和电池进行 连接配合, 设置一圏用于放置太阳板的平台, 就在凹槽与平台之间留下一定的 空间防止影响或损坏太阳板。

优选的, 所述固定件边沿设有一向外的凸板。 方便用手拿固定件。
优选的, 所述固定件在所述凹槽底部设有用于穿过和所述灯连接的导线的 通孔。 灯放置在罐身本体内部, 灯通过导线和太阳板连接, 设置通孔就方便灯 与太阳板之间连接。
优选的, 所述固定件在所述通孔周围延伸有延伸部。 设置延伸部增加通孔 周围的厚度, 防止导线磨损或固定件受损。

本发明由于通过一固定件固定太阳板, 从而太阳板就不用直接与罐身配合, 而是通过固定件与罐身配合固定, 进而就可防止太阳板受损。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明公开一种阳光罐, 包括罐身、 设置在所述罐身内的接收太阳光能并将 接收到的太阳光能转化为电能的太阳板、 用于存储所述电能的电池以及与所述 电池连通的灯,如图 1至图 3所示,还包括一用于固定所述太阳板 2的固定件 3。 本发明由于通过一固定件 3固定太阳板 2,从而太阳板 2就不用直接与罐身 1配 合, 而是通过固定件 3与罐身 1配合固定, 进而就可防止太阳板 2受损。
如图 1所示为阳光罐的整体结构图, 阳光罐上端小, 下端大, 小的部分为其 罐颈部分, 除去罐身 1上的颈部, 阳光罐的罐身 1的横截面为切去四角的矩形 结构, 从而形成八边形, 而且是直线和弧线首尾相连。 弧形结构就没有棱角, 从而使罐身 1本体显得更加光滑, 美观; 而且当罐身 1 内部发出存储的太阳光 时, 使其均勾, 没有死角。 罐身 1为玻璃材料, 透光性好。
如图 2所示的固定件和罐身配合的剖面图, 固定件 3配合放置、 固定在罐身 1的开口处, 固定件 3边沿设置有一圏向外的翻折 34, 翻折 34与罐身 1开口的 边沿紧贴配合, 从而使固定件 3固定在罐身 1的开口处。
如图 3所示的固定件的结构示意图, 所述固定件 3上设有凹槽 31 , 结合图 2 所示, 所述太阳板 2放置在所述凹槽 31内, 太阳板 2放置在固定件 3的凹槽 31 内, 并由固定件 3与罐身 1进行配合固定, 就可防止其受损。 所述固定件 3在 所述凹槽 31中间部位设有一圏用于放置所述太阳板 2的平台 32,太阳, 2—面设 有接收太阳光的区域, 另一面设有电路且与灯 6和电池 4进行连接配合, 设置 一圏用于放置太阳板 2的平台 32, 就在凹槽 31与平台 32之间留下一定的空间 防止影响或损坏太阳板 2。
设置平台 32仅仅供太阳板 2放置, 所述固定件 3在所述平台 32上部设有一 圏凸沿 33 , 所述太阳板 2放置在所述平台 32上并被所述凸沿 33限位。 凸沿 33 和平台 32之间形成一固定圏, 太阳板 2放置在固定圏内就被凸沿 33和平台 32 限位和固定, 从而使太阳板 2牢固的固定在凸沿 33和平台 33之间。 这样就防 止太阳板 2移动或晃动, 从而防止其受损。
如图 2所示, 固定件 3边沿设有一向外的凸板 35 , 凸板 35与翻折 34—体连 接; 凸板 35为弧形结构, 这是设置凸, 35的一种结构, 弧形结构的凸板 35配合 人们手指设置, 方便使用者用手拿, 进而方便取放固定件 3。
如图 2和图 3所示, 所述固定件 3在所述凹槽 31底部设有用于穿过和所述 灯 6连接的导线的通孔 36, 灯 6放置在罐身 1本体内部, 灯 6通过导线和太阳 板 2连接, 设置通孔 36就方便灯 6与太阳板 2之间连接。 所述通孔 36的个数 为三个, 且均布设置, 这是设置通孔的一种具体方式, 均布设置方便配合。
在本实施例中, 所述固定件 3在所述通孔 36周围延伸有延伸部, 设置延伸 部增加通孔 36周围的厚度, 防止导线磨损或固定件 3受损。
在本实施例中, 固定件 3为橡胶材料, 橡胶材料具有弹性, 方便成型。 而且 在固定件 3上设置凸沿 33和平台 32用于限位固定太阳板 2,由于固定件 3为橡 胶材料, 这样就可通过挤压使固定件形变将太阳板 2放置到凸沿 33和平台 32 之间, 从而就被固定。 当然, 取出时同样对固定件进行挤压即可。 太阳板 2 为 圓形结构, 对应的凸沿 33和平台 32也都为圓形。 结合图 2, 罐身 1的开口也为 圓形, 则固定件 3配合罐身 1的开口设置, 如图 3所示, 固定件 3整体呈圓台 结构, 固定件 3的开口处设置较大, 这样就方便放置太阳板 2, 且方便和罐身 1 配合。
如图 2所示, 所述太阳板 2上设有用于控制阳光罐开、 关的开关 5 , 通过开 关 5控制灯 6的亮或灭, 白天首先将开关 5关闭, 太阳板 2放置在阳光下接收 太阳光能, 并将太阳光能转化成电能存储在电池 4 内; 到了晚上即可将开关 5 打开, 从而控制灯 6 亮, 在罐子中就可以看到阳光, 能够给人们温暖、 慰藉和 美好。 所述开关 5 可向两侧推动, 向一侧推动时阳光罐发出红色光; 向另一侧 推动时阳光罐发出蓝色光。 在本实施例中, 太阳板 2在设有接收太阳光区域的一面还设有光控模块(图 中未显示;), 在白天或有灯光照亮时光控模块控制太阳板 2使阳光罐内的灯 6处 于熄灭状态。
在本实施例中, 所述灯 6为 LED灯。 LED灯有寿命长、 光效高、 低功耗等 优点。

2、 如权利要求 1所述的阳光罐, 其特征在于, 所述固定件放置在所述罐身 的开口处, 所述固定件上设有用于放置所述太阳板的凹槽。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的阳光罐, 其特征在于, 所述固定件在所述凹槽中间 部位设有一圏用于放置所述太阳板的平台。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的阳光罐, 其特征在于, 所述固定件在所述平台上部 设有一圏凸沿, 所述太阳板放置在所述平台上并被所述凸沿限位。
5、 如权利要求 2所述的阳光罐, 其特征在于, 所述固定件边沿设有一向外 的凸板。
6、 如权利要求 2所述的阳光罐, 其特征在于, 所述固定件在所述凹槽底部 设有用于穿过和所述灯连接的导线的通孔。
