Abstract
本实用新型公开一种笔灯,包括一壳体、与电源连接的灯泡,壳体内的上部设有一固定板,壳体内的下部设有电源,固定板上设有一排灯泡,灯泡从壳体的一个侧面伸出到外面,伸出灯泡的壳体侧面设有一凹槽,凹槽的外边沿比灯泡的外端宽,壳体的下端设有一端盖,端盖内设有一弹簧。本实用新型的优点是,一、灯泡置于凹槽内,能够防止灯泡受损;二、外形类似笔的形状,携带方便;三、开关为按压自锁式的两段设计,即开—关;四、尾部为半圆形状,便于手握使用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种灯具,将其制作成笔的外形,便于携带和使用。
背景技术
现有的灯具很多,形状各异,功能各异,但是这些灯具都无法同时满足两个条件,既携带方便,又经济适用。因此有必要新开发一种像钢笔一样携带方便的灯具。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,为了满足人们的生活、生产需要,提供一种类似笔的形状的灯具,携带和使用都较为方便。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用下列技术方案:
一种笔灯,包括一壳体、与电源连接的灯泡,壳体内的上部设有一固定板,壳体内的下部设有电源,固定板上设有一排灯泡,灯泡从壳体的一个侧面伸出到外面,伸出灯泡的壳体侧面设有一凹槽,凹槽的外边沿比灯泡的外端宽,壳体的下端设有一端盖,端盖内设有一弹簧。凹槽的外边沿比灯泡的外端宽的好处是保护灯泡,防止摔到地面时受损,或者被其他物体意外碰撞而损坏。
所述的壳体上端设有开关腔体,开关腔体内设置弹性开关,并用软按钮封盖将弹性开关封盖于开关腔体内。弹性开关为开-关式两段模式,即按一下开关,灯泡开启,再按一下开关,灯泡关闭。
所述壳体的下端口两边各设有丁字形旋槽,壳体的下端口盖一端盖,端盖内表面设有与丁字形旋槽对应的丁字形卡榫,丁字形卡榫旋入丁字形旋槽内。这样的连接方式具有二点技术优点:一、结构简单,使用方便,只要稍微一扭,就可以打开或者合上。
所述壳体的下端口内设有导电圈,导电圈与电源负极连接。导电圈的好处是使端盖里面的接触点能够充分连接电源。
所述的壳体侧面设有夹片,夹片与壳体的连接处为双层结构。
所述的按钮为硅胶材料,也可以为其他类似性能的材料。
所述的灯泡为白光LED灯。
所述的壳体与凹槽相对的一面为半圆形状。
本实用新型的优点是,一、灯泡置于凹槽内,能够防止灯泡受损;二、外形类似笔的形状,携带方便;三、开关为按压自锁式的两段设计,即开-关;四、尾部为半圆形状,便于手握使用。

具体实施方式
图1和图2所示,一种笔灯,包括一壳体5、与电源4连接的灯泡8,壳体5内的上部设有一固定板9,壳体5内的下部设有电源4,固定板9上设有一排灯泡8,灯泡8从壳体5的一个侧面伸出到外面,伸出灯泡的壳体5的侧面设有一凹槽7,凹槽7的外边沿比灯泡8的外端宽,壳体5的下端设有一端盖3,端盖3内设有一弹簧1。
凹槽7的外边沿比灯泡8的外端宽的好处是笔灯摔到地面或者被其他物体意外碰撞时,只碰到凹槽7的外边缘,防止灯泡受损。
所述的壳体5上端设有开关腔体,开关腔体内设置弹性开关11,并用软按钮封盖12将弹性开关11封盖于开关腔体内。弹性开关11为开-关式两段模式,即按一下开关,灯泡8开启,再按一下开关,灯泡8关闭。
所述壳体5的下端口两边各设有丁字形旋槽,壳体5的下端口盖一端盖3,端盖3内表面设有与丁字形旋槽对应的丁字形卡榫,丁字形卡榫旋入丁字形旋槽内。这样的连接方式具有二个技术优点:一、结构简单,使用方便,只要稍微一扭,就可以打开或者合上。
所述壳体5的下端口内设有导电圈2,导电圈2与电源负极连接。导电圈2的好处是使端盖3里面的接触点能够充分连接电源4。
所述的壳体5侧面设有夹片13,夹片13与壳体5的连接处为双层结构。
所述的软按钮封盖12为硅胶材料,也可以为其他类似性能的材料。
所述的灯泡8为白光LED灯。
所述的壳体5与凹槽7相对的一面为半圆形状。
固定板9上的灯泡8通过正极导线10和负极导电片6与电源4以及弹性开关11形成一个完整的电路,其中,灯泡8的数量可以根据情况确定,数个灯泡8之间是并联关系。
固定板9在壳体5内部,后盖7将固定板9封盖于其中,固定板9为PCB导电板。
Claims (8)
1.一种笔灯,包括一壳体、与电源连接的灯泡,其特征在于:壳体内的上部设有一固定板,壳体内的下部设有电源,固定板上设有一排灯泡,灯泡从壳体的一个侧面伸出到外面,伸出灯泡的壳体侧面设有一凹槽,凹槽的外边沿比灯泡的外端宽,壳体的下端设有一端盖,端盖内设有一弹簧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的笔灯,其特征在于:所述的壳体上端设有开关腔体,开关腔体内设置弹性开关,并用软按钮封盖将弹性开关封盖于开关腔体内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的笔灯,其特征在于:所述壳体的下端口两边各设有丁字形旋槽,端盖内表面设有与丁字形旋槽对应的丁字形卡榫,丁字形卡榫旋入丁字形旋槽内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的笔灯,其特征在于:所述壳体的下端口内设有导电圈,导电圈与电源连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的笔灯,其特征在于:所述的壳体侧面设有夹片,夹片与壳体的连接处为双层结构。
6.根据权利要求2所述的笔灯,其特征在于:所述的软按钮封盖为硅胶材料。
7.根据权利要求1所述的笔灯,其特征在于:所述的灯泡为白光LED灯。
8.根据权利要求1所述的笔灯,其特征在于:所述的壳体与凹槽相对的一面为半圆形状。
