如图 6所示盖子处于开合状态的示意图, 所述固定件 3的边沿设有向外翻折 的第一凸沿 31 , 所述第一凸沿 31贴在罐身 1的开口处的边沿上, 当盖子 2和罐 身 1配合时, 所述盖子压紧第一凸沿 31 , 从而不仅封闭了开口, 而且还将固定 件 3固定。 如图 3所示盖子的结构图, 如图 3 ( b )所示, 盖子 2的内表面设有 凸起的第二凸沿 23 , 盖子 2在和罐身配合时第二凸沿 23放入到罐身内; 在第二 凸沿 23和盖子 2之间设有第二凹槽 22, 结合图 4示出的密封圏的结构示意图, 所述阳光罐还包括固定在所述第二凹槽 22处的且与所述固定件 3配合的密封圏 4, 而且密封圏 4与第一凸沿 31紧配。 密封圏 4和固定件 3都是橡胶材料, 具 有很好的弹性, 在固定时通过相互的挤压使密封效果更佳。 这样封闭后不仅可 防止落入灰尘或其他杂物, 而且封闭后还可以防水, 即使在水中也可以使阳光 罐发出光, 甚是美观。
在本实施例中, 第二凹槽 22 的上表面和下表面之间形成一锐角, 所述密封 圏 4紧贴所述第二凹槽 22的上表面。 在盖子 2封闭时, 第二凸沿 23从罐身 1 的开口处放置到罐身 1内, 第二凹槽 22的上表面也就是盖子 2的内表面, 盖子 2的边沿处与固定件的第一凸沿 31进行配合, 由于在盖子 2的边沿处设置了密 封圏 4, 第二凹槽 22的两面之间形成锐角, 盖子 2的内表面就有一定的坡度, 这样密封圏 4不仅和第一凸沿 31配合, 而且还和第一凸沿 31的根部, 即第一 凸沿 31和固定件 3的连接处配合, 从而使盖子 2的密封效果更佳。
本实施例所述盖子 2通过一固定装置 5可开合的固定在罐身 1上。
如图 7所示固定装置的结构示意图,所述固定装置 5包括扣接开关、扣环 55、 第三钢丝件 53以及第四钢丝件 54, 其中, 扣接开关包括扣接在一起的第一钢丝 件 51和第二钢丝件 52。 具体如下。
结合 3 ( a )所示, 所述盖子 2上部设有第一凹槽 21 , 所述阳光罐还包括一 放置在所述第一凹槽 21内的第三钢丝件 53 ,结合图 5所示的第三钢丝件的结构 图; 所述罐身颈处设有第三凹槽, 所述阳光罐还包括一放置在所述第三凹槽内 的第四钢丝件 54; 所述第三钢丝件 53和第四钢丝件 54—端固定连接, 另一端 通过扣接开关固定。 盖子 2可开合的固定在罐身 1上, 这是盖子 2和罐身 1的 一种固定方式, 这样固定就方便盖子 2通过扣接开关打开, 而且钢丝圏强度大、 弹性好, 固定牢固。 所述第三钢丝件 53—端设有两个弯钩 531 , 所述第四钢丝 件 54设有插入所述弯钩内的两个翻折, 所述翻折呈 L形; 所述阳光罐还包括一 扣住所述两个翻折的扣环 55 , L形翻折方便和扣环 55配合。 第三钢丝件 53沿 翻折就可进行旋转, 进而就方便打开盖子 2。
在本实施例中, 所述扣接开关包括两个扣接在一起的第一钢丝件 51 和第二 钢丝件 52, 所述第二钢丝件 52设有两个 L形的翻折, 所述第四钢丝件 54另一 端设有放置所述翻折的插孔 541 ; 所述第二钢丝件 52中部旋转形成两个通孔, 所述第一钢丝件 51设有两个插入所述通孔的插件, 所述第一钢丝件 51两内侧 之间的距离小于对应所述第二钢丝件 52部位的两外侧之间的距离; 所述第三钢 丝件 53另一端设有一扣位 532, 所述第一钢丝件 51另一端扣接在所述扣位 532 处, 所述第二钢丝件 52向下拉时第一钢丝件 51位于第二钢丝件 52的内侧, 第 一钢丝件 51和第二钢丝件 52之间的固定处于拉紧状态, 扣接开关固定; 所述 第二钢丝件 52向上扳时第一钢丝件 51套接在第二钢丝件 52上,第一钢丝件 51 和第二钢丝件 52处于放松状态, 所述第一钢丝件 51和所述扣位 532分离。 这 是扣接开关的一种具体结构, 这样设置扣接开关就方便控制盖子 2 的开合, 而 且扣接开关强度大, 弹性好, 从而固定紧密、 牢固。
当然, 也可以采用其它的固定方式将盖子固定在罐身上, 只要能够实现盖子 可开合的固定即可。
在本实施例中, 所述灯罩 9的横截面为圓形, 这样设置使灯罩 9内的灯 6发 出的光均匀。 所述灯罩 9外表面设有均匀布置的凸圏, 设置凸圏可起到模糊灯 光的效果。
在本实施例中, 所述太阳板 7上设有用于控制阳光罐开、 关的开关, 通过开 关控制灯 6的亮或灭, 白天首先将开关关闭, 太阳板 7放置在阳光下接收太阳 光能, 并将太阳光能转化成电能存储在电池 8 内; 到了晚上即可将开关打开, 从而控制灯 6 亮, 在罐子中就可以看到阳光, 能够给人们温暖、 慰藉和美好。 所述开关可向两侧推动, 向一侧推动时阳光罐发出红色光; 向另一侧推动时阳 光罐发出蓝色光。
在本实施例中, 所述太阳板 7在设有接收太阳光区域的一面还设有光控模块 (图中未显示), 在白天或有灯光照亮时光控模块控制太阳板 7使阳光罐内的灯 6处于熄灭状态。
在本实施例中, 所述灯 6为 LED灯。 LED灯有寿命长、 光效高、 低功耗等 优点。

权利要求
1、 一种阳光罐, 其特征在于, 包括罐身、 太阳板以及用于固定所述太阳板 的放置在所述罐身的开口处的固定件, 还包括一用于封闭所述开口的且固定所 述固定件的盖子。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的阳光罐, 其特征在于, 所述固定件边沿设有一圏放 置在所述开口边沿处的第一凸沿, 所述盖子封闭时压紧所述第一凸沿。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的阳光罐, 其特征在于, 所述盖子的内表面设有 一圏第二凸沿, 所述第二凸沿和盖子之间设有第二凹槽; 所述阳光罐还包括固 定在所述第二凹槽处的且与所述固定件配合的密封圏。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的阳光罐, 其特征在于, 当所述盖子封闭时所述密封 圏压紧所述第一凸沿。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的阳光罐, 其特征在于, 所述第二凹槽的上表面和下 表面之间形成一锐角, 所述密封圏紧贴所述第二凹槽的上表面。
6、 如权利要求 3所述的阳光罐, 其特征在于, 所述密封圏和固定件都是橡 胶材料。
7、如权利要求 1所述的阳光罐,其特征在于,所述盖子上部设有第一凹槽, 所述阳光罐还包括一放置在所述第一凹槽内的第三钢丝件; 所述罐身颈处设有 第三凹槽, 所述阳光罐还包括一放置在所述第三凹槽内的第四钢丝件; 所述第 三钢丝件和第四钢丝件一端固定连接, 另一端通过扣接开关固定。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的阳光罐, 其特征在于, 所述第三钢丝件一端设有两 个弯钩, 所述第四钢丝件设有插入所述弯钩内的两个翻折; 所述阳光罐还包括 一扣住所述两个翻折的扣环。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的阳光罐, 其特征在于, 所述翻折呈 L形。
10、 如权利要求 7所述的阳光罐, 其特征在于, 所述扣接开关包括两个扣 接在一起的第一钢丝件和第二钢丝件, 所述第二钢丝件设有两个 L形的翻折, 所述第四钢丝件另一端设有放置所述翻折的插孔; 所述第二钢丝件中部旋转形 成两个通孔, 所述第一钢丝件设有两个插入所述通孔的插件, 所述第一钢丝件 两内侧之间的距离小于对应所述第二钢丝件部位的两外侧之间的距离; 所述第 三钢丝件另一端设有一扣位, 所述第一钢丝件另一端扣接在所述扣位处, 所述 第二钢丝件向下拉时第一钢丝件位于第二钢丝件的内侧, 所述第一钢丝件和第 二钢丝件之间的固定处于拉紧状态, 扣接开关固定; 所述第二钢丝件向上扳时 第一钢丝件套接在第二钢丝件上, 所述第一钢丝件和第二钢丝件处于放松状态, 所述第一钢丝件和所述扣位分离。
