一种小型插秧机拖板,包括拖板本体(1);在前后方向上,拖板本体(1)与机架(2)的连接点(P)位于机架(2)及机架(2)上安装部件重心(N)的后方,从而使拖板本体(1)与机架(2)连接时,拖板本体(1)与地面的夹角(θ)为5-10°。由于在前后方向上将机架与拖板的连接点设置于机架及机架上安装部件重心的后方,因此在自然状态下,拖板将相对地面向上倾斜5-10°,从而减小了拖动阻力,便于插秧机拖动前行,并利于拖板起垄成型。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种农业机械,特别是涉及一种插秧机的拖板。
背景技术
根据机插秧水稻的生长规律,插秧需满足以下要求才能使秧苗正常生长,从而达到提高水稻生产效率和产量的目的:1、栽植深度不能过深或过浅,过深将导致水稻生长慢,过浅将导致倒秧而降低成活率低,因此秧苗的栽植深度以保持在2~3cm为宜;2、田块水面不能过高,水面需保持在1~2cm左右;3、采用机械插秧时,在插秧的第一周内不能有过多的水淹没秧苗,但根部需保水以保证生长;4、田块地面要求平整,旋耕后需耙田平地以保证秧苗的栽植深度尽量一致。
CN201957435U 中公开了一种小型的电动插秧机,包括拖板、机构传动臂、插秧臂、机架、移箱轴、拉杆、秧箱,机架固定在拖板上,在机架上设有直流电机、蓄电池,直流电机通过传动箱带动分插秧机构、移箱轴、送秧机构运动。直流电机与减速器连为一体。拖板沿插秧机前进方向设有凹槽,凹槽的位置与插秧臂的位置对应。
插秧机的拖板整体为板状结构,其底部依次 设置有凹凸交错的五个梯形凹槽,用于使插秧机开沟起垄。 插秧机工作时,启动电机,拉动拖板,使插秧机前行插秧。但是由于插秧机机架以上的重量直接作用在拖板上,因此拖板与水田之间的附着力较大,拖动插秧机较为吃力,并且在拖板前行起垄的过程中,拖板下部容易淤泥,不利于田垄成型。
因此本领域技术人员致力于开发一种能使插秧机拖动省力、起垄成型好的插秧机拖板。
发明内容
有鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供 一种能使插秧机拖动省力、起垄成型好的插秧机拖板。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了 一种小型插秧机拖板,包括拖板本体;在前后方向上,所述拖板本体与插秧机机架的连接点位于所述机架及机架上安装部件重心的后方,从而使拖板本体与机架连接时,拖板本体与地面的夹角为5-10°。
所述连接点位于所述重心后方35-45mm处;所述夹角为7°-8°。
为便于拖板与机架连接,增加拖板的强度,并使拖板上倾后与机架保持更好的稳定性,所述本体中部设置有横梁;所述横梁的左右两侧对称设置有用于与插秧机机架连接的第一支耳和第二支耳。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明由于在前后方向上将机架与拖板的连接点设置于机架及机架上安装部件重心的后方,因此在自然状态下,拖板将相对地面向上倾斜5-10°,从而便于插秧机拖动前行,并利于拖板起垄成型。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1至图4所示, 一种小型插秧机拖板,包括拖板本体1,本体1中部设置有横梁1c,横梁1c的左右两侧对称设置有用于与插秧机机架2连接的第一支耳1a和第二支耳1b。
在前后方向上,拖板本体1与插秧机机架2的连接点P位于机架2及机架2上安装部件重心N后方的距离L为40mm,因此当机架2与拖板1连接好后,插秧机将重新寻找重力平衡点,从而使插秧机在水田工作时,拖板本体1与地面的夹角θ为8°。
在其他具体实施方式中,也可通过对机架2及其上部安装部件重量和位置布置等合理设计,使连接点P位于重心N后方35-45mm处的其他值,夹角θ为5-10°之间的其他值,以达到基本相同的技术效果。
如图5所示,由于连接点P位于机架2及机架2上安装部件重心N的后方,拖板相对水田地面3保持一个倾角θ向上倾斜,因此插秧机拖动前行时,拖板1与土壤之间的附着力将较小,便于拖动,并且拖板1下部凹槽起垄时不淤泥,利于拖板1起垄成型。

  1. 一种小型插秧机拖板,包括拖板本体(1);其特征是:在前后方向上,所述拖板本体(1)与插秧机机架(2)的连接点(P)位于所述机架(2)及机架(2)上安装部件重心(N)的后方,从而使拖板本体(1)与机架(2)连接时,拖板本体(1)与地面的夹角(θ)为5-10°。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的小型插秧机拖板,其特征是:所述连接点(P)位于所述重心(N)后方35-45mm处;所述夹角(θ)为7°-8°。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的小型插秧机拖板,其特征是:所述本体(1)中部设置有横梁(1c);所述横梁(1c)的左右两侧对称设置有用于与插秧机机架(2)连接的第一支耳(1a)和第二支耳(1b)。
