数显充电控制箱 技术领域
本发明涉及一种充电设备, 特别是一种可以控制充电时间的数显充电控制 箱。
背景技术
目前试验室里面的试验仪器中利用内部充电电池提供电力的仪器有十几种 之多, 例如绝缘电阻测试仪、 SF6微水测试仪、 对讲机等带有充电电池的电气 设备都需要充电, 以往对仪器内部电池维护充电过程中, 都是人为控制设备的 充电时间, 由于上下班时间或者出门施工造成充电时间不容易控制, 如果不刻 意记录的话, 往往无法知道充了多长时间, 经常出现过充或充电不足, 影响正 常工作使用, 造成电池使用寿命减少, 增加了维修更换电池费用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可以控制充电时间的数显充电控制 箱。 为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种数显充电控制箱, 包括箱体, 其特征在于: 还包括箱体内部有一容置空间, 且箱体可供开合, 箱 体外侧设有至少一个把手, 及固定在箱体内部的绝缘板, 所述绝缘板上表面固 定有 220V交流电源输入模块, 漏电保护开关, 数显时间继电器, 输出模块, 控 制按钮, 电源开关, 接地旋钮, 所述电源输入模块与所述电源开关连接, 所述 电源开关与所述漏电保护开关连接, 所述漏电保护开关与所述数显时间继电器 连接, 所述数显时间继电器与所述输出模块和所述控制按钮连接, 所述接地旋 钮固定在绝缘板上面。
所述数显时间继电器的显示屏为液晶显示器或发光二极管。
所述输出模块包括输出端口和扩展输出端口。
所述箱绝缘板是环氧树脂绝缘材料。

如图 1和图 2 所示: 1箱体, 2绝缘板, 3输入模块, 4电源开光, 5漏电 保护开关, 6数显时间继电器, 7输出模块, 8控制按钮, 9接地旋钮。
具体实施方式
如图 1和图 2所示数显充电控制箱, 包括箱体 1, 其特征在于: 还包括箱 体内部有一容置空间, 且箱体可供开合, 箱体外侧设有至少一个把手, 及固定 在箱体内部的绝缘板 2,所述绝缘板 2上表面固定有电源输入模块 3, 电源开关 4, 漏电保护开关 5, 数显时间继电器 6, 输出模块 7, 控制按钮 8, 接地旋钮 9, 所述电源输入模块 3与所述电源开关 4连接, 所述电源开关 4与所述漏电保护 开关 5连接, 所述漏电保护开关 5与所述数显时间继电器 6连接, 所述数显时 间继电器 6与所述输出模块 7和所述控制按钮 8连接, 所述输出模块 7包括输 出端口和扩展输出端口, 所述接地旋钮 9固定在绝缘板 2上面。
当实验室的电气设备内电池充电时, 首先根据电池容量计算好充电时间或 者根据使用说明书要求的充电时间, 将数字时间继电器时间设置好, 同时将充 电设备接入输出模块 7, 电源输入模块 3接入 220V电源插座, 打开电源开关 4 即可进行充电, 运行到设定时间后数显时间继电器 6将输出模块 7自动断电, 通过使用该数显充电控制器, 可以有效控制充电时电源输出时间, 避免由于各 种原因出现的过充或充电不足现象, 延长电池使用寿命, 保证仪器正常使用, 若同时需要充电的设备较多, 输出端口数量不够使用时, 可以利用扩展输出端

本发明操作简单, 使用非常方便, 充电时间实时显示, 通过使用该数显充 电控制器, 可以有效控制充电时间, 延长电池使用寿命, 降低维修更换电池费 用, 双重开关即电源开关和漏电保护开关的设置, 保证了使用过程中的安全问 题, 扩展输出端口可以起到增加输出端口数量的目的, 本发明设计为上、 下盖 体方式开合, 箱体外侧还设有把手, 携带十分便利。
