Description

空调器的远程控制方法和空调器的远程控制系统 技术领域 本发明涉及远程控制领域, 具体而言, 涉及空调器的远程控制方法和空调器的远 程控制系统。 背景技术 现有具有远程控制功能的空调器的远程控制是基于无线通信网络的全球移动通信 系统 /通用分组无线业务 (Global System for Mobile communications I General Packet Radio Service, 简称为 GSM/GPRS ) 实现的。 本发明的发明人在研究过程中发现, 现 有技术中的远程控制方法存在以下的问题: 现有技术中,用户通过手机发短信将控制指令传送给安装有 GSM/GPRS模组的空 调器, 空调器再将运行状态信息通过 GSM/GPRS模组反馈给用户手机。然而, 该方式 需要在每一台空调器上都安装有 GSM/GPRS模组, 导致了空调器的硬件成本上升; 由 于 GSM/GPRS模组依托于无线通信运营商的网络, 需要开通 GSM/GPRS服务, 占用 无线通信网络资源, 使得原本就紧张的无线通信网络资源更加紧张; 无线通信网络的 GPRS 业务资源有限, 受到用户使用高峰的影响较大, 因此并不稳定; 另外用户发短 信, 或者用户通过 GSM/GPRS模组的无线通信功能还需要向运营商缴纳费用, 造成了 额外和持续的使用成本。 针对相关技术中具有远程控制功能的空调器的成本高的问题, 目前尚未提出有效 的解决方案。 发明内容 本发明提供了一种空调器的远程控制方法和空调器的远程控制系统, 以至少解决 具有远程控制功能的空调器的成本高的问题。 根据本申请的一个方面, 提供了一种空调器的远程控制方法, 包括: 步骤 A, 用 户终端通过 OTT业务发送预定格式的指示信息至厂商服务器; 步骤 B, 所述厂商服务 器将接收到的所述指示信息转换为用于控制空调器的控制指令; 步骤 C, 所述厂商服 务器将所述控制指令发送给所述空调器执行。 所述步骤 A包括: 步骤 a, 所述用户终端通过所述 OTT业务将所述指示信息发送 给所述 ΟΤΤ业务的应用服务器; 步骤 b, 所述应用服务器接收并转发所述指示信息; 步骤 c,所述厂商服务器通过所述 OTT业务接收来自所述应用服务器的所述指示信息。 其中, 所述步骤 a包括: 所述用户终端通过所述 OTT业务的第一账号将所述指示 信息发送给所述应用服务器; 步骤 S104, 厂商服务器将接收到的指示信息转换为用于控制空调器的控制指令; 步骤 S106, 厂商服务器将控制指令发送给空调器执行。 需要说明的是, 在附图的流程图示出的步骤可以在诸如一组计算机可执行指令的 计算机系统中执行, 并且, 虽然在流程图中示出了逻辑顺序, 但是在某些情况下, 可 以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤。 其中, 上述的 "OTT (Over The Top)"本意是 "过顶传球"; "OTT业务"是指互 联网公司越过运营商发展基于开放互联网的各种视频即数据服务业务, 强调服务与物 理网络的无关性。 "OTT应用"是指用于提供给用户 OTT业务的应用,例如 Skype (— 个网络语音沟通工具)、 QQ (由腾讯公司开发的一款即时通讯应用)、 飞信、 微信等, 同时, 上述 Skype、 QQ、 飞信、 微信等也是相应的 OTT业务的名称。 其中的微信是 由腾讯公司开发的基础通讯功能免费的可用于即时通讯的业务, 通过微信业务可以实 现不同的用户账号之间实时 /非实时的文字、 语音通讯, 以及图片的互传。 需要说明的 是, 上述 OTT业务是跨平台的业务, 其应用的用户终端平台不局限于用于移动终端, 还包括个人计算机, 并且, 这些移动终端 /个人计算机的操作系统并不受限制, 例如可 以是安卓系统 (一种移动终端操作系统)、 iOS (苹果公司开发的移动终端操作系统)、 视窗系列个人计算机操作系统 (Windows) 或视窗系列手机操作系统等。 通过上述步骤, 用户可以通过终端中使用的 OTT业务控制空调器执行相关功能。 采用上述步骤, 可以不用在每台空调器中单独安装 GSM/GPRS模组, 而直接采用一个 可以用于多台空调器共享使用的厂商服务器来处理用户通过 OTT 业务发送的指示信 息, 并向空调器下发控制指令, 实现了空调器的远程控制, 解决了具有远程控制功能 的空调器的成本高的问题, 降低了空调器的生产成本。 此外, 上述的 OTT业务具有各自的基本功能和特点, 是可以由用户相对自由选择 的使用的。 基于用户在终端中已经应用了上述业务的情况下, 用户不需要为远程控制 空调器而额外在终端中安装专用于空调器远程控制的、 功能比较单一的应用, 节约了 用户的终端资源; 上述方法还拓展了 OTT业务的应用场景, 为 OTT业务赋予了新的 功能, 提高了现有软件资源的利用率; 用户在原本就具有 OTT业务的用户账号的前提 下, 无需再次注册新的用于空调器远程控制的账号, 从而提高了远程控制系统的易用 性。 这些 OTT业务以及支持 OTT业务的应用服务器由其各自的运营商单独维护, 并 不需要由空调器的生产商更新和维护, 降低了空调器的生产商的维护成本。 可选地, 在上述步骤 S102中可以通过下列方式实现: 用户终端通过 OTT业务将指示信息发送 给 OTT业务的应用服务器; 应用服务器接收并转发指示信息; 厂商服务器通过 OTT 业务接收来自应用服务器的指示信息。 在一些应用场景下, 也可以通过其他的方式实 现用户终端和厂商服务器之间的指示信息传送,例如通过 OTT业务提供的用于近场通 讯的接口等。 可选地, OTT业务使用用户的账号对不同的用户进行标识, 例如, 用户终端配置 了一个账号, 在此称为第一账号, 厂商服务器配置了一个用户账号, 在此称为第二账 号。第一用户账号和第二用户账号是向 OTT业务提供商免费申请的。可选地, 厂商服 务器通过第二用户账号来识别对应的用户终端, 并将通过第一账号发送来的消息作为 指示信息; 用户终端通过第二账号来识别厂商服务器或空调器, 并通过使用第一账号 向第二账号发送指示信息的方式, 向空调器发送控制消息。 例如: 所述用户终端通过 所述 OTT业务的第一账号将所述指示信息发送给所述应用服务器;应用服务器接收来 自第一账号的指示信息, 并将指示信息转发给 OTT业务的第二账号; 厂商服务器通过 第二账号接收来自应用服务器的指示信息。 其中, 第一账号和第二账号相互添加对方 为联系人 (或称为 "好友"), 则在用户终端 /厂商服务器中用于 OTT业务的应用中保 存有对方的 OTT业务的用户账号 (或与用户账号对应的用户名), 以便于双发互相收 发信息。 需要说明的是, 本文中的 "第一"、 "第二"等描述, 在没有特别说明的情况下, 不用于对相应的特征的任何限定, 而仅用于对多个相同名称的不同特征进行名字上的 区分。 第一账号与空调器可以是关联的, 也可以不进行关联。 在不关联的情况下, 通过 第一账号发送的指示信息被转换成控制指令之后, 厂商服务器可以将控制指令发送给 与其相连的、 在其管辖范围内的所有空调器执行; 也可以在厂商服务器中对每一个空 调器都对应一个 OTT业务的用户账号,通过向对应的这一个用户账号发送指示信息的 方式控制对应的一个空调器。 可选地, 第一账号是与空调器关联的。 对第一账号和空 调器进行绑定之后, 厂商服务器在接收到从第一账号发送的指示信息之后, 将转换得 到的控制指令发送给与第一账号存在关联关系的空调器,从而实现了使用一个 OTT业 务的用户账号对多个空调器进行分别的控制。 使用该方式, 不需要为多个空调器申请 多个 OTT业务的用户账号, 就能实现多个空调器的分别控制, 从而简化了厂商服务器 的维护更新。 可选地, 通过空调器的设备标识实现第一账号和空调器的关联, 例如, 用户终端 通过第一账号发送空调器的设备标识; 厂商服务器通过第二账号接收设备标识, 并确 定第一账号与空调器关联。 可选地, 用户的一个指示信息中可以包括多个设备标识, 用于分别与这多个设备标识对应的空调器进行关联。 通过这种方式, 可以实现多个空 调器的统一、 同步控制。 其中, 设备标识包括空调器的唯一识别码, 获取设备标识的方式有多种, 例如, 可以通过空调器的近场通讯功能获取空调器中存储的设备标识; 可以通过扫描空调器 上的二维码或条码获取设备标识; 还可以通过读取空调器上的字符获取该设备标识。 可选地, 上述的控制指令可以是用于对设备运行状态进行调整的调整指令, 也可 以是用于制定设备的运行计划的计划指令, 还可以是用户查询设备当前的运行状态的 查询指令。 可选地, 上述方法还包括厂商服务器获取来自空调器的用于指示空调器运行状态 的状态信息, 或者用于指示空调器执行控制指令的结果信息。 也可以同时获取上述两 种信息。 例如, 空调器在根据控制指令执行完温度调节之后, 厂商服务器从空调器获 取温度调节之后的结果信息, 如当前温度、 设备是否告警等; 又例如, 定期或不定期 地获取空调器的当前温度信息, 运行的告警信息等。 在获取上述处理信息后, 厂商服 务器将该信息转换为预定格式的通知信息, 例如: 图片、 文本或者音频格式, 并通过 第二账号, 将通知信息发送给第一账号; 用户终端通过 ΟΤΤ业务的第一账号接收该通 知信息。 通过这样的方式, 用户可以实时监控空调器的运行情况, 以及获取空调器执 行控制指令的反馈信息。 即使在用户没有预先向厂商服务器请求空调器的运行的状态 信息的情况下, 厂商服务器也能够通过文字、 图片或者声音等方式将空调器的运行状 态报告给用户终端的用户, 从而进一步提升了用户的体验。 可选地, 厂商服务器获取状态信息或者厂商服务器向第一账号发送通知信息的时 机可以灵活设置, 例如, 周期性地、 或者在空调器的运行状态发生改变的情况下, 厂 商服务器从空调器获取状态信息; 或者, 周期性地、 或者在空调器的运行状态发生改 变的情况下, 厂商服务器向第一账号发送预定格式的处理信息。 例如, 可以设置为每 隔 1个小时从空调器获取状态信息, 并实时将转换得到的通知信息发送给第一账号, 以供用户终端的用户获取。 可选地, 上述的 OTT业务包括微信、 QQ、 飞信等业务。 这些 OTT业务的用户受 众大,是移动终端用户最常用的业务之一;这些 0TT业务提供的服务可靠,稳定性高, 不易发生信息丢失; 并且, 这些 OTT业务同时兼容 iOS系列操作系统、安卓系列操作 系统、 Windows系列操作系统的个人电脑 /移动终端的操作环境, 因此, 无论本方式中 的终端是个人电脑、 移动终端, 还是其他的手持终端设备, 只要其能支持上述操作系 统, 都能通过微信、 QQ 或者飞信中的一种或多种实现空调器的远程控制。 因此, 上 述方法的应用场景广阔、 兼容性好, 使用灵活。 可选地, 上述预定格式包括文本格式、 图像格式、 音频格式中的一种或多种。 基 于上述格式, 用户可以通过多种方式实现远程控制, 例如通过语音声控、 通过手动输 入文字指示、 通过预先约定的表情符号或其他用于控制的图形等, 也可以是上述方式 的结合运用。 较优地, 用户基于图像格式, 可以通过记录了用户在用户终端的触控屏 上的手势轨迹的图像对空调器进行远程控制, 从而模拟了手势操作。 采用上述方法, 提升了用户的使用体验, 简化了用户的操作。 本实施例还可以提供一个用于执行上述实施例的计算机程序以及保存上述计算机 程序的载体, 即本申请上述实施例可以通过一个合适的计算体系结构来进行符合自然 规律的运行过程。 另外, 尽管在上述上下文中描述本申请, 但上述用于实现执行步骤 的计算机程序并不意味着是限制性的, 所描述的动作和操作的各方面也可用硬件来实 现。 本实施例还提供了一种空调器的远程控制系统, 图 2是根据本申请实施例的空调 器的远程控制系统的系统结构框图, 如图 2所示, 该系统包括: 用户终端 22、 厂商服 务器 24和空调器 26, 其中, 用户终端 22与厂商服务器 24连接,设置为通过 OTT业务发送预定格式的指示信 息至厂商服务器; 厂商服务器 24与空调器 26连接, 设置为将接收到的指示信息转换为用于控制空 调器 26的控制指令, 并将控制指令发送给空调器 26执行; 空调器 26, 设置为接收并执行控制指令。 通过上述系统, 解决了相关技术中具有远程控制功能的空调器的成本高的问题, 降低了空调器的生产成本。 需要说明的是, 该系统中涉及的对应功能也能结合上述空调器的远程控制方法所 对应的描述进行结合描述和说明, 在此不再赘述。 图 3是根据本申请实施例的空调器的远程控制系统的可选系统结构框图, 如图 3 所示,可选地,上述空调器的远程控制系统还包括: OTT业务的应用服务器 32,其中, 用户终端 22与应用服务器 32连接,设置为通过 OTT业务将指示信息发送给应用服务 器 32; 应用服务器 32与厂商服务器 24连接, 设置为通过 OTT业务接收并转发指示 信息; 厂商服务器 24, 设置为通过 OTT业务接收来自应用服务器 32的指示信息。 可选地, 用户终端 22还设置为通过 OTT业务的第一账号将指示信息发送给应用 服务器 32; 应用服务器 32还设置为接收来自第一账号的指示信息, 并将指示信息转 发给 OTT业务的第二账号; 厂商服务器 24还设置为通过第二账号接收来自应用服务 器 32的指示信息。 可选地, 第一账号是与空调器 26关联的。 可选地, 用户终端 22还设置为通过第一账号发送空调器 26的设备标识; ①识别码置于空调器控制器存储器中, 对于配置有近场通讯 (Near Field Communication, 简称为 FC) 功能的空调器 510, 用户可通过智能终端 FC功能读 取;
②识别码号以二维码或条码的形式贴于空调外表,用户可通过智能终端扫描读取;
③识别码号以字符的形式印刷于空调外表以便用户人工读取。 其中, 当用户首次使用该功能前, 可以按如下方式完成账号绑定 (即对用户账号 和空调器 510进行关联): ①注册并登录指定网站,用户通过输入用户 OTT应用账号和空调器 510的识别码
(例如设备的唯一识别码, 相当于上述的设备标识) 来完成绑定;
②用户在 OTT应用中添加账号 B为联系人, 账号 B即会自动发送相关帮助信息 给用户引导用户输入空调器 510识别码来完成绑定。 步骤 404: OTT应用软件将用户发送的语音和 /或文字和 /或图像信息转发给厂商服 务器 508。 例如, 用户完成绑定且 OTT应用中已将账号 B添加为联系人后, 用户即可 使用绑定的 OTT应用软件的账号 A将文字、 语音或图像信息发送给该账号 B, OTT 服务提供商的 OTT服务器 506再将该账号 B信息同步转给对应的厂商服务器 508。 步骤 S406: 厂商服务器 508分析识别信息, 并生成对应指令, 同时将指令发送给 用户 OTT账号所绑定的空调器 510。 步骤 S408: 空调器 510可将其运行状态参数(即上述的状态信息)反馈至厂商服 务器 508, 厂商服务器 508将参数转换成对应的语音和 /或文字和 /或图像, 再经过 OTT 服务的应用提供的接口将信息发送给用户。例如, 空调器 510根据指令进行状态调整, 或空调器 510将运行状态信息反馈给厂商服务器 508, 厂商服务器 508将信息转化为 文字和语音形式发送给 OTT服务提供商的 OTT服务器 506, 即完成该账号 B发送信 息给该账号 A, 依此网络服务器不断的同步接收和发送该账号 B的信息, 从而实现对 空调器 510运行状态的实时监控功能。 在上述的可选实施例中, 提供了一种空调器的远程控制方案。 该方案利用目前主 流移动终端软件用户基数大和使用频率高的优势, 使用语音或文字与空调器交流, 从 而无需由空调器的厂商来研发和提供配套的终端应用软件, 减少了空调厂商的开发成 本; 用户也无需查找和安装专用于空调器控制的应用程序, 降低了用户的终端中系统 资源的消耗, 并提高了终端中已有的应用程序的利用率。 上述可选实施例实现了用户 即时便捷远程监控家电的运行状态。 上述可选实施例突破了现有空调器远程控制的模式,借助大众常用的 OTT类应用 软件, 通过语音和文字实现对空调器的远程监控, 免去用户查找和安装厂商提供的应 用程序的不便, 给用户带来非常方便体验效果; 并且由于可以不需要在空调器上增加 GSM/GPRS模组之类的基于无线通信基础服务的模组,降低了单个空调器的生产成本。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用 的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装置所 组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以 将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模 块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明 不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的可选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。 工业实用性: 本发明涉及远程控制领域,用户终端通过 OTT业务发送预定格式的指示信息至厂 商服务器; 厂商服务器将接收到的指示信息转换为用于控制空调器的控制指令; 厂商 服务器将控制指令发送给空调器执行。 解决了相关技术中具有远程控制功能的空调器 的成本高的问题, 降低了空调器的生产成本。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种空调器的远程控制方法, 包括:
步骤 A, 用户终端通过 OTT业务发送预定格式的指示信息至厂商服务器; 步骤 B, 所述厂商服务器将接收到的所述指示信息转换为用于控制空调器 的控制指令;
步骤 C, 所述厂商服务器将所述控制指令发送给所述空调器执行。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的空调器的远程控制方法, 其中, 所述步骤 A包括: 步骤 a,所述用户终端通过所述 OTT业务将所述指示信息发送给所述 OTT 业务的应用服务器;
步骤 b, 所述应用服务器接收并转发所述指示信息;
步骤 c, 所述厂商服务器通过所述 OTT业务接收来自所述应用服务器的所 述指示信息。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的空调器的远程控制方法, 其中, 所述步骤 a包括:所述用户终端通过所述 OTT业务的第一账号将所述指示 信息发送给所述应用服务器;
所述步骤 b包括:所述应用服务器接收来自所述第一账号的所述指示信息, 并将所述指示信息转发给所述 OTT业务的第二账号;
所述步骤 c包括: 所述厂商服务器通过所述第二账号接收来自所述应用服 务器的所述指示信息。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的空调器的远程控制方法, 其中, 所述第一账号是与所述 空调器关联的。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的空调器的远程控制方法, 其中, 所述第一账号和所述空 调器通过以下方式进行关联: 所述用户终端通过所述第一账号发送所述空调器的设备标识; 所述厂商服务器通过所述第二账号接收所述设备标识, 并确定所述第一账 号与所述空调器关联。
6. 根据权利要求 1至 5中任一项所述的空调器的远程控制方法, 其中, 所述方法 还包括: 所述厂商服务器获取所述空调器的处理信息, 其中, 所述处理信息包括: 用于指示所述空调器运行状态的状态信息, 或, 用于指示所述空调器执行所述 控制指令结果的结果信息;
所述厂商服务器将所述处理信息转换为所述预定格式的通知信息, 并将所 述通知信息发送给所述用户终端;
所述用户终端通过 OTT业务接收所述通知信息。
7. 根据权利要求 1至 5中任一项所述的空调器的远程控制方法, 其中, 所述 OTT 业务包括以下之一: 微信、 QQ、 飞信。
8. 根据权利要求 1至 5中任一项所述的空调器的远程控制方法, 其中, 所述预定 格式包括以下至少之一: 文本格式、 图像格式或音频格式。
9. 一种空调器的远程控制系统, 包括: 用户终端、 厂商服务器和空调器, 其中, 所述用户终端与所述厂商服务器连接,设置为通过 OTT业务发送预定格式 的指示信息至厂商服务器;
所述厂商服务器与所述空调器连接, 设置为将接收到的所述指示信息转换 为设置为控制空调器的控制指令, 并将所述控制指令发送给所述空调器执行; 所述空调器, 设置为接收并执行所述控制指令。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的空调器的远程控制系统, 其中, 所述系统还包括: 所述 OTT业务的应用服务器, 其中, 所述用户终端与所述应用服务器连接,设置为通过所述 OTT业务将所述指 示信息发送给所述应用服务器;
所述应用服务器与所述厂商服务器连接,设置为通过所述 OTT业务接收并 转发所述指示信息;
所述厂商服务器,设置为通过所述 OTT业务接收来自所述应用服务器的所 述指示信息。
11. 根据权利要求 9或 10所述的空调器的远程控制系统, 其中, 所述厂商服务器, 还设置为获取所述空调器的处理信息, 其中, 所述处理 信息包括: 用于指示所述空调器运行状态的状态信息, 或, 用于指示所述空调 器执行所述控制指令结果的结果信息;
所述厂商服务器, 还设置为将所述处理信息转换为所述预定格式的通知信 息, 并将所述通知信息发送给所述用户终端;
所述用户终端, 还设置为通过 OTT业务接收所述通知信息。
