Abstract
Dispositivo de ocultación de las cámaras que integran los dispositivos móviles como smartphones, tablets, netbooks y portátiles, dotándoles de una cubierta de seguridad para sus cámaras que impida la grabación de video o imágenes de forma involuntaria o malintencionado. La cubierta o tapa de seguridad permite el control parental mediante el accionamiento de ésta, con un elemento de accionamiento que sólo posee el administrador o propietario del dispositivo.
Description
CUBIERTA DE SEGURIDAD EN CÁMARAS WEB CON CONTROL PARENTAL
Objeto de la invención El objeto de la presente invención es el de dotar a los dispositivos móviles como smartphones, tablets, netbooks y portátiles de una cubierta de seguridad para sus cámaras que impida la grabación de video o imágenes de forma involuntaria o malintencionado. La presente solución técnica a este problema se centra en medidas no basadas en software, sino mediante un dispositivo físico, al objeto de que el usuario tenga la certeza que no están siendo hackeadas mediante un malware. La ocultación de la cámara propuesta en la presente memoria permite además que este accionamiento tenga un control parental, ampliando las bondades de los dispositivos de ocultación de las cámaras actuales, de especial aplicación tanto en su uso doméstico, como en los dispositivos que se encuentren en el ámbito laboral.
Sector de la técnica La presente invención se encuentra comprendida dentro del sector industrial de las telecomunicaciones, más concretamente en los dispositivos que emplean grabación de imágenes o video como teléfonos móviles, tablets, netbooks o portátiles. Comparte su aplicación en otros dispositivos de grabación vinculados al control de bienes o equipos, así como en los sistemas de alarmas. Antecedentes de la invención
Desafortunadamente son conocidos numerosos casos de grabación de imágenes o video con carácter malintencionado, esto ha llevado a desarrollar diferentes dispositivos que impidan esta acción indeseada. De un lado existen soluciones vía software, aunque no ofrecen garantías para el usuario de los equipos ya que no se tiene la certeza de si serán seguras estas medidas, o si el programa está funcionando de forma segura. Para dar solución a este problema son conocidos dispositivos con medios de cierre vinculables a la cámara web, que bloquean el campo de visión de éstas, y que tienen dos posiciones de cierre y de apertura, algunas de ellas están concebidas para ser instaladas en la fabricación del dispositivo, este es el caso por ejemplo de la patente US2005/0068423 de Microsoft Corporation ,"Method and system for capturing video on a
personal computer" con fecha de publicación 31.3.2005 en la que el usuario actúa sobre unos controles que activan una cubierta situada delante de la cámara. El modelo de utilidad CN200721762 del solicitante Zhou Y, recurre a instalar en una webcam un interruptor que corte directamente la alimentación del dispositivo cuando no se esté utilizando. Otros dispositivos vinculan la tapa con el accionamiento de la grabación, de forma que tenemos una ocultación de la cámara que el usuario puede controlar fácilmente, este el caso de la patente US7581893, "U-cover cámara pone"con fecha 1.9.2009. La patente US2011/0115924 "Image pickup device" del solicitante Primax Electronics presenta un dispositivo de ocultación de la cámara basado en una tapa movida por un electroimán pero su control está en manos de un software de control de video. La ocultación se ha resuelto mediante el control de la opacidad de una pantalla de cristal líquido en la patente CN101980099 de fecha 23.02.1011.
De otro lado existen otras soluciones sencillas para ocultar la lente de la cámara y que pueden ser incorporadas en los dispositivos de una forma rápida como puede verse en la solicitud PCT WO2009/137600 "Computer, Pda or telephone lens cover" de fecha 06.05.2009. El modelo de utilidad "Protector de cámara web" ES1077518 U solicitado por Longares Monreal con fecha 03.08.2012 preconiza un dispositivo con una tapa deslizante o batiente. El modelo de utilidad U 201200157 "Dispositivo de ocultación de la webcam integrada en los PC's" del solicitante Guillermo Olivencia Cerezo con fecha 20.02.2012 simplemente describe una tapa deslizante situada delante del objetivo de la cámara. No son conocidos dispositivos de ocultación de las cámaras web que permitan el control parental por parte del usuario.
Descripción de la invención
La presente invención centra su aplicación en un dispositivo de ocultación de las cámaras que integran los dispositivos móviles como smartphones, tablets, netbooks y portátiles, dotándoles de una cubierta de seguridad para sus cámaras que impida la grabación de video o imágenes de forma involuntaria o malintencionada. La ocultación de la cámara propuesta en la presente memoria permite un control parental, ampliando las bondades de los dispositivos de ocultación de las cámaras actuales, de especial aplicación tanto en su uso doméstico como en los dispositivos que se encuentren en el ámbito laboral.
La cubierta de seguridad en cámaras web objeto de esta invención esta realizada
preferentemente en material plástico, presenta una apertura pasante (2) Figura 1, que se coloca concéntrica a la cámara del dispositivo a proteger, siendo el diámetro de esta apertura suficiente para que no obstaculice la visión normal de la cámara cuando esté en funcionamiento. Para su fijación en un dispositivo se ha previsto el empleo de métodos convencionales como la unión adhesiva. En su interior dispone de una lámina de material metálico de los que permiten ser atraídos por un imán como las aleaciones de Hierro, Níquel o Cobalto. Esta tapa deslizante se encuentra dentro de la cubierta de seguridad y tiene permitido su movimiento lineal al estar alojada dentro de un vaciado convencional practicado en la cubierta de seguridad. Las posiciones de la tapa deslizante (3) determinan si la apertura queda libre y por tanto se puede emplear la cámara del dispositivo, figura 3, o si la apertura está cerrada y por tanto la cámara del dispositivo no puede operar, figura 4.
La cubierta de seguridad en cámaras web con control parental, dispone de un elemento de accionamiento (4) constituido por un imán, situando este imán encima de la cubierta de seguridad podemos mover la tapa deslizante aprovechándonos de la fuerza de atracción ejercida sobre la tapa. De esta forma podemos cegar la apertura de la cámara de video del dispositivo que queremos controlar, resultando muy complejo para otro usuario liberarla si no dispone de este elemento de accionamiento (4).
Para asegurar las posiciones extremas de la tapa deslizante y evitar que al mover el dispositivo la tapa pueda desplazarse libremente se han dispuesto dentro de la cubierta de seguridad dos imanes (5) situados en las posiciones extremas del recorrido de la tapa deslizante, esto es, con la apertura de la lente libre y con la apertura bloqueada.

Descripción de una forma de realización preferente:
Se cita a modo de ejemplo una forma de realización preferida siendo independiente del objeto de la invención los materiales empleados en la fabricación de la cubierta de seguridad en cámaras web con control parental, y los métodos de aplicación y todos los detalles accesorios que puedan presentarse, siempre y cuando no afecten a su esencialidad.
Se plantea una forma de realización preferente de la invención de la cubierta de seguridad en cámaras web con control parental:
La cubierta de seguridad está realizada preferentemente en material plástico, presenta una apertura pasante (2) Figura 1, que se coloca concéntrica a la cámara del dispositivo a proteger, siendo el diámetro de esta apertura suficiente para que no obstaculice la visión normal de la cámara cuando esté en funcionamiento. Para su fijación en un dispositivo se ha previsto el empleo de métodos convencionales como la unión adhesiva. En su interior dispone de una lámina de material metálico de los que permiten ser atraídos por un imán como las aleaciones de Hierro,
Níquel o Cobalto. Esta tapa deslizante se encuentra dentro de la cubierta de seguridad y tiene permitido su movimiento lineal al estar alojada dentro de un vaciado convencional practicado en la cubierta de seguridad, las posiciones de la tapa deslizante (3) determinan si la apertura queda libre y por tanto si se puede emplear la cámara del dispositivo, figura 3, o si la apertura está cerrada y por tanto la cámara del dispositivo no puede operar, figura 4.
La cubierta de seguridad en cámaras web con control parental, dispone de un elemento de accionamiento (4) constituido por un imán, situando este imán encima de la cubierta de seguridad podemos mover la tapa deslizante aprovechándonos de la fuerza de atracción ejercida sobre la tapa. De esta forma podemos cegar la apertura de la cámara de video del dispositivo que queremos controlar, resultando muy complejo para otro usuario liberarla si no dispone de este elemento de accionamiento (4).
Para asegurar las posiciones extremas de la tapa deslizante y evitar que al mover el dispositivo la tapa pueda desplazarse libremente se han dispuesto dentro de la cubierta de seguridad dos imanes (5) situados en las posiciones extremas del recorrido de la tapa deslizante, esto es , con la apertura de la lente libre y con la apertura bloqueada.
Claims
Cubierta o tapa de seguridad sin accionamiento eléctrico de las destinadas a ocultar las cámaras en los dispositivos móviles como smartphones, tablets, notebooks para evitar la grabación de video o imágenes de forma involuntaria o malintencionada cuando son hackeadas por un software malicioso caracterizada por permitir realizar un control parental por parte del tutor o administrador del equipo sobre la cámara, al disponer de medios para accionar la cubierta de la lente mediante un elemento de accionamiento (4) externo a la cubierta de seguridad (1); impidiendo al niño tutelado o usuario en general desbloquear la cámara del dispositivo si no tiene acceso al elemento de accionamiento; la cubierta de seguridad está realizada preferentemente de material plástico pudiendo colocarse sobre cualquier dispositivo como smartphones, tablets o notebooks sin necesidad de ajuste y apriete contra el dispositivo mediante medios convencionales como correas; presenta una apertura pasante (2) que se coloca concéntrica a la cámara del dispositivo a proteger siendo el diámetro de esta apertura suficiente para que no obstaculice la visión normal de la cámara cuando esté en funcionamiento; dispone de una tapa deslizante (3) formada por un lámina de material metálico atraíble por un imán, como aleaciones convencionales de Hierro, Cobalto o Níquel; la tapa deslizante se encuentra dentro de la cubierta de seguridad y tiene permitido su movimiento lineal al estar alojada dentro de un vaciado convencional practicado en la cubierta de seguridad; el control parental se realiza al mover mediante la atracción magnética la tapa deslizante con el elemento de accionamiento (4) formado por un imán convencional hasta una posición de la tapa que ciegue la apertura situada delante de la cámara del dispositivo a proteger. Dispone de medios convencionales como unión mediante adhesivos para instalar y fijar la cubierta de seguridad en los dispositivos a proteger, esta unión mediante adhesivo permite su uso en cualquier dispositivo independientemente del tamaño del mismo, no empleando la posible oquedad o resalte entre el objetivo de la cámara y el dispositivo que la contiene para retener la tapa de seguridad.
Cubierta o tapa de seguridad según la reivindicación 1 caracterizada por disponer de medios para evitar que la tapa deslizante (3) se desplace si se mueve el dispositivo móvil sobre el que está fijada, constituidos por al menos dos imanes (5) dispuestos dentro de
la cubierta de seguridad situados en las posiciones extremas del recorrido de la tapa deslizante, esto es, con la apertura de la lente libre y con la apertura bloqueada.
