Abstract
La présente invention concerne un marteau de fond de trou entraîné par liquide comprenant un manchon d'usure externe cylindrique, un cylindre interne monté à l'intérieur du manchon d'usure externe et un piston coulissant monté pour un mouvement de va-et-vient à l'intérieur du cylindre interne afin de frapper un outil de forage à percussion d'un ensemble outil de forage situé au niveau de l'extrémité avant du manchon d'usure externe. Le marteau comprend en outre un passage de fluide de rinçage conçu pour permettre au fluide de rinçage de traverser le marteau et à l'outil de forage à percussion d'évacuer les débris de forage d'un trou en cours de forage. Un moyen de restriction est disposé dans le passage de fluide de rinçage, le moyen de restriction permettant de restreindre un écoulement de fluide de rinçage vers le haut à travers le marteau. L'invention concerne également un marteau de fond de trou entraîné par liquide comprenant un passage de fluide de rinçage conçu pour permettre le passage d'un fluide de rinçage à travers le marteau et l'évacuation par l'outil de forage à percussion de débris de forage d'un trou en cours de forage, au moins une partie du passage de fluide de rinçage étant disposée à l'extérieur du piston. Le passage de fluide de rinçage peut être isolé du piston.
