Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Hochspannungsversorgung (10a). Die Hochspannungsversorgung (10a) weist einen Spannungswandlerteil (18a) und einen Entladeschaltungsteil (20a) auf. Spannungswandlerteil (18a) und Entladeschaltungsteil (20a) sind miteinander verbunden. Der Spannungswandlerteil (18a) ist dazu ausgebildet, eine angeforderte Hochspannung ohne Schleppfehler am Spannungsausgang (High/Low) der Hochspannungsversorgung (10a) bereitzustellen. Der Entladeschaltungsteil (20a) ist derart ausgebildet, die am Spannungsausgang (High/Low) bereitgestellte Hochspannung (10a) ohne Schleppfehler auf eine geforderte verminderte Hochspannung zu reduzieren. Hierdurch können Pockelszellen, die mit dem Spannungsausgang (High/Low) der Hochspannungsversorgung (10a) über einen Pockelszellentreiber verbunden sind, sehr präzise gesteuert werden.
