请参阅图 1及图 2所示, 本发明之接触式导电的电连接积木包含有一本体 10及一接电结构 20。
请参阅图 1至图 3所示, 所述的本体 10为中空, 本体 10包含有一底座 13 及一顶盖 I4, 顶盖 14盖设于底座 13的顶部, 顶盖 14上间隔突伸成形有数个中 空凸柱 11 , 底座 13的底部间隔内凹成形有数个凹部 12。 请参阅图 1至图 5所示, 所述的接电结构 20设置于本体 10的底座 13与顶 盖 14之间, 其包含有一电子装置 21及数个接电柱 22, 电子装置 21包含有一电 路板 211及一设置于电路板 211上的电子组件 212, 数个接电柱 22插设于电路 板 211上且透过该电路板 211与电子组件 212电连接, 接电结构 20的数个接电 柱 22的顶部抵止于顶盖 14上, 而所述的接电结构 20的电子装置 21的电路板 211抵止于底座 13的顶部上, 数个接电柱 22分别包含有一柱体 221、 一第一电 极 222及一第二电极 223;
如图 3至图 5所示, 柱体 221为电性绝缘, 柱体 221 包含有一第一插接部 2211及一匹配该第一插接部 2211的第二插接部 2212 , 第一插接部 2211及第二 插接部 2212分别成形于柱体 221的两端, 数个接电柱 22的柱体 221的第一插 接部 2211分别位于本体 10的顶盖 14的数个中空凸柱 11中, 且抵止于本体 10 的顶盖 14的数个中空凸柱 11上,数个接电柱 22的柱体 221的第二插接部 2212 分别位于本体 10的底座 13的数个凹部 12中; 第一电极 222及第二电极 223轴 向间隔设置于柱体 221上, 藉以令第一电极 222与第二电极 223电性绝缘, 第 一电极 222包含有第一接触部 2221 ,该第一接触部 2221侧向凸出于柱体 221外, 并且抵靠于电子装置 21的电路板 211上;第二电极 223包含有第二接触部 2231 , 该第二接触部 2231侧向凸出于柱体 221外, 并 J 氏靠于电子装置 21的电路板 211上; 进一步而言, 第一电极 222的第一接触部 2221与第二电极 223的第二 接触部 2231位于相对于电子装置 21的电路板 211的同一水平面上。
在第一较佳实施例中, 如图 4及图 5所示, 数个接电柱 22的柱体 221为一 体成形, 柱体 221的第一插接部 2211为插套, 柱体 221的第二插接部 2212为 插筒,柱体 221的第二插接部 2212自端缘内凹成形一缺槽 22121 ,第二电极 223 透过该缺槽 22121轴向穿设于柱体 221上, 且第二电极 223的接触部 2231透过 该缺槽 22121侧向凸出于柱体 221外, 而抵靠于电子装置 21的电路板 211的顶 面上, 同时, 第二电极 223的中段 2232弯折, 其顶端及底端分别位于两相异的 轴线; 此外, 柱体 221 的第二插接部 2212的一侧成形一插入部 2213 , 插入部 2213上设有一插入口 22131 , 第一电极 222包含一主体 2222及一接电环 2223 , 主体 2222透过该插入口 22131轴向穿设于柱体 221上, 主体 2222的顶端位于 柱体 221的第一插接部 2211 内, 主体 2222的底端位于柱体 221的第二插接部 2212的外侧, 接触部 2221凸出成形于主体 2222上并 4氏靠于该插入部 2213上, 接电环 2223与主体 2222的顶端相接,且第一电极 222的接电环 2223与柱体 221 的第一插接部 2211的内侧面相贴靠; 其中, 主体 2222的顶端位于接电环 2223 与第一插接部 2211之间。
进一步而言, 所述的接电结构 20的电子装置 21的电子组件 212可为播音 组件、 灯体或各种芯片; 其中, 为使该电子组件 212发挥效用, 本体 10需具有 相对应的特性, 当该电子组件 212为播音组件时, 本体 10必须具有可透音的特 性,而当该电子组件 212为灯体时,如图 5所示,本体 10需具有可透光的特性。
进一步而言, 如图 3及图 6所示, 电子装置 21的电路板 211表面上形成一 第一连接线路 2111及一与第一连接线路 2111分隔的第二连接线路 2112, 且该 电子组件 212与该第一及第二连接线路 2111、 2112相接, 第一电极 222的第一 接触部 2221抵靠于该第一连接线路 2111上, 第二电极 223的第二接触部 2221 抵靠于该第二连接线路 2112上。
再进一步而言, 如图 6所示, 第二连接线路 2112形成于电路板 211 中央, 第一连接线路 2111 不接触地环绕于第二连接线路 2112的周边, 第一电极 222 的第一接触部 2221与第二电极 223的第二接触部 2231凸出于柱体 221的二相 对侧的壁面上, 数个接电柱 22的第二电极 223的第二接触部 2231分别朝向电 路板 211 中央, 而数个接电柱 22的第一电极 222的第一接触部 2221则分别朝 向电路板 211周边, 但不限于此; 例如: 第一连接线路 2111形成于电路板 211 中央,第二连接线路 2112不接触地环绕于第一连接线路 2111的周边,数个接电 柱 22之第一电极 222的接触部 2221分别朝向电路板 211 中央, 而数个接电柱 22的第二电极 223的接触部 2231则分别朝向电路板 211周边。
在第一较佳实施例中, 如图 3至图 6所示, 所述的接电结构 20组装时, 仅 需将该等接电柱 22的第一电极 222的主体 2222透过插入部 2213的插入口 22131 穿设于柱体 221上,使接触部 2221 4氏靠于插入部 2213上并凸出于柱体 221外, 后将接电环 2223装设于第一插接部 2211上并与主体 2222相接触, 再将第二电 极 223穿设于柱体 221上, 使接触部 2231透过缺槽 22121凸出于柱体 221夕卜, 然后使得数个接电柱 22的第一电极 222的第一接触部 2221对准电子装置 21的 电路板 211的第一连接线路 2111 ,且数个接电柱 22的第二电极 223的第二接触 部 2231对准电子装置 21的电路板 211的第二连接线路 2112的方式而插设于电 路板 211上,使得第一电极 222的第一接触部 2221抵靠于该第一连接线路 2111 上, 第二电极 223的第二接触部 2231抵靠于该第二连接线路 2112上, 则完成 所述的接电结构 20的组装; 然后, 请一并参照图 7所示, 将所述的接电结构 20 装设于所述的本体 10中, 使数个接电柱 22的柱体 221的第一插接部 2211分别 位于本体 10的顶盖 14的数个中空凸柱 11中, 数个接电柱 22的柱体 221的第 二插接部 2212分别位于本体 10的底座 13的数个 1HJ部 12中, 再令本体 10的底 座 13及顶盖 14相固定结合, 使接电柱 22与电路板 211紧固接触, 较佳者是, 本体 10的底座 13与顶盖 14以超音波熔接结合, 便完成接触式导电的电连接积 木电性的组装。
如图 3至图 5及图 7所示, 组装时, 一接触式导电的电连接积木以所述的 本体 10的中空凸柱 11插入另一接触式导电的电连接积木的凹部 12中时, 接电 结构 20的数个接电柱 22的柱体 221的第二插接部 2212, 即插入相对应的接电 柱 22之柱体 221的第一插接部 2211 中, 而接电结构 20的数个接电柱 22的第 一电极 222的主体 2222的底端则插入相对应的接电柱 22的柱体 221的第一插 接部 2211 中, 并与其相对应的第一电极 222的接电环 2223相接触。 同时, 接 电结构 20的数个接电柱 22的第二电极 223的顶端轴向插入一相对应的接电柱 22的柱体 221的第二插接部 2212的缺槽 22121中 , 并位于相对应的缺槽 22121 的壁面及相对应的第二电极 223之间, 且其侧边与相对应的第二电极 223的底 端的侧边相接触; 如此使一接触式导电的电连接积木的接电结构 20的电子装置 21的电路板 211 , 其第一、 二连接线路 2111、 2112透过数个接电柱 22的接触连 接, 与另一接触式导电的电连接积木电路板 211的第一及第二连接线路 2111、 2112构成电连接; 其中, 透过相匹配的第一插接部 2211及第二插接部 2212、 以及该缺槽 22121的设置,令一接触式导电的电连接积木的第一及第二电极 222、 223分别与另一接触导电的电连接积木的第一及第二电极 222、 223电连接时, 可提供稳定且准确的接触效果。
如图 8所示, 在第二较佳实施例中, 所述的接电结构的数个接电柱 22A的 柱体 221A包含一第一半片 2214A、一第二半片 2215A及一接合件 2216A,第一 半片 2214A与第二半片 2215A透过接合件 2216A相对结合,第一半片 2214A轴 向间隔内凹成形一第一装设部 22141A及一第二装设部 22142A, 且第二半片 2215A轴向间隔内凹成形一第一装设部 22151 A及一第二装设部 22152A , 第一 半片 2214A的第一装设部 22141A与第二半片 2215A的第一装设部 22151A相接, 第一半片 2214A的第二装设部 22142A与第二半片 2215A的第二装设部 22152A 相接; 同时, 第一半片 2214A的第二装设部 22142A的底端侧向延伸一插设部 22143A, 且第二半片 2215A 的第二装设部 22152A 的底端侧向延伸一插设部 22153A,第一半片 2214A的插设部 22143A与第二半片 2215A的插设部 22153A 相接;又,所述的插入部 2213A及其插入口 22131A成形于第一装设部 22141A、 22151A的底部与第二插接部 2212A之间 , 第一电极 222A的主体 2222A装设于 第一装设部 22141A、 22151A之中,第一电极 222A的接触部 2221A抵靠于插入 部 2213A上, 且第二电极 223A装设于第二装设部 22142A, 22152A中 , 其底端 与插设部 22143A、 22153A相接。
如图 8所示, 第二较佳实施例的接电结构的各接电柱 22A组装时, 先将第 一电极 222A的主体 2222A横向装设于第一半片 2214A的第一装设部 22141 A中, 同时使接触部 2221A透过插入部 2213A的插入口 22131A凸出于柱体 221A夕卜, 之后将接电环 2223A装设于第一插接部 2211 A上并与主体 2222A的顶端相接触, 再将第二电极 223A横向装设于第一半片 2214A的第二装设部 22142A中,然后 令第二半片 2215A与第一半片 2214A相对接合, 此时, 第一电极 222A的主体 2222A同时位于第一及第二半片 2214A、 2215A的第一装设部 22141A、 22151A 中, 第二电极 223A 同时位于第一及第二半片 2214A、 2215A 的第二装设部 22142A、22152A中,最后使第一半片 2214A与第二半片 2215A透过接合件 2216A 相对固定结合, 则完成组装。
当两接触式导电的电连接积木组装时, 一电连接积木的接电结构的数个接 电柱 22A 的第二电极 223A 的顶端, 透过另一电连接积木的第一及第二半片 2214A、 2215 A的插设部 22143 A、 22153 A , 而插入另一电连接积木相对应的接 电柱 22A的柱体 221A的第二插接部 2212A中 , 进而准确定位于该第二插接部 2212A中。
进一步而言,第一及第二半片 2214A、 2215A之第一装设部 22141A、 22151A 的形状与第一电极 222A的主体 2222A相对,第二装设部 22142A, 22152A的形 状与第二电极 223A相对, 如此一来可增加组装的便利性及准确度。
综上所述, 藉由将所述的接电结构 20进行模块化, 使得数个接电柱 22的 第一电极 222及第二电极 223分别以第一及第二接触部 2221、 2231与电子装置 21的电路板 211相连接, 不需焊接, 减少对环境的污染, 且接电柱 22仅需要一 柱体 221、一第一电极 222及一第二电极 223即可完成,大幅减少所需零件数量, 简化组装步骤, 减少组装所需工时; 同时, 一接触式导电的电连接积木的第一 及第二电极 222、 223分别与其他接触导电的电连接积木的第一及第二电极 222、 223电连接时,其第一及第二插接部 2211、 2212可提供稳定且准确的接触效果。
以上结合最佳实施例对本发明进行了描述, 但本发明并不局限于以上揭示 的实施例, 而应当涵盖各种根据本发明的本质进行的修改、 等效组合。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1.一种接触式导电的电连接积木的接电结构, 其特征在于, 包括:
一电子装置, 所述电子装置包含有一电路板及一设置于电路板上的电子组 件;
数个插设于所述电路板上的接电柱, 数个所述接电柱透过所述电路板与电 子组件电连接, 每个所述接电柱包含有一柱体、 一第一电极及一第二电极; 所 述柱体为电性绝缘, 所述第一电极及所述第二电极轴向间隔设置于所述柱体上, 所述第一电极包含有第一接触部, 所述第一接触部侧向凸出于所述柱体外, 所 述第二电极包含有第二接触部, 所述第二接触部侧向凸出于所述柱体外, 数个 所述接电柱的第一电极的第一接触部及第二电极的第二接触部分别抵靠于所述 电子装置的电路板上。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的接触式导电的电连接积木的接电结构,其特征在于, 所述第一电极的第一接触部与所述第二电极的第二接触部位于相对于所述电子 装置的电路板的同一水平面上。
3. 如权利要求 1所述的接触式导电的电连接积木的接电结构,其特征在于, 所述柱体包含有一第一插接部及一匹配所述第一插接部的第二插接部, 所述第 一插接部及所述第二插接部分别成形于所述柱体的两端。
4. 如权利要求 3所述的接触式导电的电连接积木的接电结构,其特征在于, 数个所述接电柱的柱体的第二插接部的一侧成形一插入部, 所述插入部上设有 一插入口, 所述第一电极透过所述插入口轴向穿设于所述柱体上, 所述第一电 极的第一接触部抵靠于所述插入部上。
5. 如权利要求 4所述的接触式导电的电连接积木的接电结构,其特征在于, 所述第一电极包含一主体及一接电环, 所述主体透过所述插入口轴向穿设于所 述柱体上, 所述主体的顶端位于所述柱体的第一插接部内, 所述主体的底端位 于所述柱体的第二插接部的外侧, 所述第一接触部凸出成形于所述主体上, 所 述接电环与所述主体的顶端相接, 且所述第一电极的接电环设置于所述柱体的 第一插接部内。
6. 如权利要求 3至 5任一项所述的接触式导电的电连接积木的接电结构, 其特征在于, 数个所述接电柱的柱体为一体成形, 所述柱体的第二插接部自端 缘内凹成形一缺槽, 所述第二电极透过所述缺槽轴向穿设于所述柱体上, 且所 述第二电极的第二接触部透过所述缺槽侧向凸出于所述柱体外。
7. 如权利要求 1所述的接触式导电的电连接积木的接电结构,其特征在于, 数个所述接电柱的柱体包含一第一半片、 一第二半片及一接合件, 所述第一半 片轴向间隔内 1HJ成形一第一装设部及一第二装设部, 且所述第二半片轴向间隔 内凹成形一第一装设部及一第二装设部, 所述第一半片的第一装设部与所述第 二半片的第一装设部相接, 所述第一半片的第二装设部与所述第二半片的第二 装设部相接, 且所述第一半片与所述第二半片透过所述接合件相对结合, 所述 第一电极同时装设于所述第一半片的第一装设部及所述第二半片的第一装设部 中, 且所述第二电极同时装设于所述第一半片的第二装设部及所述第二半片的 第二装设部中。
8. 如权利要求 1或 2或 3或 4或 5或 7所述的接触式导电的电连接积木的 接电结构, 其特征在于, 数个所述接电柱的第二电极的中段弯折, 所述第二电 极的顶端及底端分别位于两相异的轴线。
9. 如权利要求 1或 2或 3或 4或 5或 7所述的接触式导电的电连接积木的 接电结构, 其特征在于, 所述电子装置的电路板表面上形成一第一连接线路及 一与所述第一连接线路分隔的第二连接线路, 且所述电子组件与所述第一连接 线路及第二连接线路相接, 所述第一电极的第一接触部抵靠于所述第一连接线 路上, 所述第二电极的第二接触部抵靠于所述第二连接线路上。
10. 一种接触式导电的电连接积木, 其特征在于, 包含一本体及如权利要求 1至 9任一项所述的接电结构; 所述本体包含有一顶盖及底座, 所述顶盖盖设于 所述底座的顶部, 所述接电结构设置于所述本体的顶盖及底座之间, 所述接电 结构的数个所述接电柱的顶部抵止于所述本体的顶盖上, 且所述接电柱的第一 电极及第二电极的接触部分别抵止于所述接电结构的电子装置的电路板上, 所 述接电结构的电子装置的电路板抵止于所述本体的底座上。
