当变色材料设置在吸嘴 10 的内部时,吸嘴 10 上还设置有用于将用户的唾液导入变色材料的导液件 30 。导液件 30 为两端开口且中空的筒状,一端延伸到电子烟的端面,另一端与变色材料相接触。通过导液件 30 将用户的唾液或用户呼出的气体导入吸嘴 10 内部,并与吸嘴 10 内部的变色材料接触,从而使变色材料变色。导液件 30 由海绵、棉花、醋酸纤维、无纺布中的至少一种材料制成,且导液件 30 无毒、无污染,对人体健康无害。
当变色材料设置在吸嘴 10 的内部时,则吸嘴 10 上与变色材料相对应的位置为透明的,以使人们能从电子烟的侧面观察吸嘴 10 内部颜色的变化。
实施例一
本发明第一实施例提供的电子烟,在吸嘴 10 上设置的变色材料为淀粉和碘生成的包合物,且该包合物设置在吸嘴 10 的内部,即淀粉和碘生成的包合物不裸露在与口腔相对的吸嘴 10 的外表面。吸嘴 10 上还设置有导液件 30 ,当用户吸食电子烟时,通过导液件 30 将用户的唾液导入变色材料中,则唾液中的唾液淀粉酶会将变色材料中的淀粉分解,从而使变色材料变色,提示人们该电子烟已经被吸食过。淀粉遇碘显色,并非是淀粉与碘发生了化学反应,而是产生了相互作用,具体的是淀粉螺旋中央空穴恰能容下碘分子,通过范德华力,两者形成了蓝黑色包合物,所以当淀粉被分解后,将会使淀粉与碘生成的包合物褪色。当变色材料设置在吸嘴 10 的内部时,则吸嘴 10 上与变色材料相对应的位置为透明的,以使人们能从电子烟的侧面观察吸嘴 10 内部变色材料的颜色变化。
当变色材料为直链淀粉和碘生成的包合物,变色材料为蓝色,即吸嘴 10 显蓝色,当用户吸食电子烟时,用户唾液中的唾液淀粉酶会使直链淀粉分解,从而使蓝色的变色材料变为无色,由此,用户可以判断烟盒内的那些电子烟已经被吸食过了。
而当变色材料为支链淀粉和碘生成的包合物时,变色材料为紫色,即吸嘴 10 显紫色,当用户吸食电子烟时,用户唾液中的唾液淀粉酶会使支链淀粉分解,从而使紫色的变色材料变为无色,由此,用户可以判断烟盒内的那些电子烟已经被吸食过了。
实施例二
本发明第二实施例提供的电子烟,在吸嘴 10 上设置的变色材料为彩色食用糖,且该变色材料设置在吸嘴 10 的外表面上,并与用户的口腔相对应,当用户吸食电子烟时,彩色的糖融化并被用户吞食,由于变色材料被吞食,使电子烟吸嘴 10 变为无色,用户可以简单地判断出电子烟是否被吸食过。且所述糖为天然的可吃的使用糖,如麦芽糖、甜菊糖、蔗糖、葡糖糖中的一种或几种,以实现绿色即健康。进一步地,本实施例的变色材料可以设计为各式各样的变色层 20 ,并使该变色层 20 具有一定的图案和形状,以增加美感,满足不同用户的需求。
本实施例的电子烟既能方便地判断出电子烟是否被吸食过,且美观大方,可以将吸嘴 10 的外表面设计为各种各样的颜色,用户在吸烟时还有一种甜甜的感觉,使用户有一种别样的享受,提高用户体验。
可以理解,也可以在吸嘴 10 的外表面设计其它可吃的带有颜色的变色材料,如藻类、维生素、水果等食物,既能起到判断电子烟是否被吸食过的作用,又能提高用户体验。
实施例三
本发明第三实施例提供的电子烟,在吸嘴 10 上设置的变色材料为石蕊,由于石蕊是一种指示剂,在酸碱溶液的不同作用下,发生共轭结构的变化而变色,具体地遇酸变红,遇碱变蓝;在本实施例中,将石蕊设置在吸嘴 10 的内部,即不与用户的口腔接触。则本实施例的吸嘴 10 上还设置有导液件 30 ,当用户吸食电子烟时,通过作为多孔材料的导液件 30 将用户呼出的二氧化碳气体和口腔中的唾液导入并与石蕊接触,从而使石蕊变红。因此,当用户发现电子烟吸嘴 10 变红时,说明该电子烟已经被吸食过了,避免别人吸食该电子烟。
实施例四
本发明第四实施例提供给的电子烟,在吸嘴 10 上设置的变色材料为硅胶干燥剂,硅胶干燥剂不溶于水和任何溶剂,无毒无味,化学性质稳定,除强碱、氢氟酸外不与任何物质发生反应,具有强烈的吸湿性能,是一种高活性吸附材料,其可设置在吸嘴 10 的表面或吸嘴 10 内部。则本实施例的吸嘴 10 上还设有导液件 30 ,因此烟盒内的电子烟需要密封真空包装,当用户拿出电子烟并吸食时,利用导液件 30 将用户的唾液导入电子烟内并与硅胶干燥剂接触,由于硅胶干燥剂吸水而变色,则用户可以通过观察硅胶干燥剂是否变色,从而判断电子烟是否被吸食过。
当变色材料为蓝色硅胶干燥剂时,未被吸食过的电子烟吸嘴 10 为蓝色,电子烟被吸食后,蓝色硅胶干燥剂由于吸附用户的唾液,从而使蓝色的硅胶干燥剂变为红色,由此,用户可以判断烟盒内的那些电子烟已经被吸食过了。
当变色材料为橘黄色无钴变色硅胶干燥剂时,未被吸食过的电子烟吸嘴 10 为橘黄色,电子烟被吸食后,橘黄色无钴变色硅胶干燥剂由于吸附用户的唾液,从而使橘黄色的无钴变色硅胶干燥剂变为绿色,由此,用户可以判断烟盒内的那些电子烟已经被吸食过了。
可以理解,本发明的电子烟可以是雾化器与电池杆相连接形成的电子烟、也可以是由外管套及收容在外管套内的雾化组件及电池组件组成的电子烟、还可以是电子烟吸嘴 10 与雾化器及电池可拆卸连接形成的电子烟。
如图 3 所示,电子烟包括套管 40 及收容在所述套管 40 内的雾化组件及电池组件,该套管 40 本身的 一端即为吸嘴 10 ,套管 40 的作为吸嘴 10 的一端设置有可变色的变色材料,且该变色材料形成图案状的变色层 20 。当用户吸食电子烟时,该变色层 20 会发生化学反应或物理变化,从而使变色层 20 发生变色。变色层 20 可以是如上述所述的淀粉和碘生成的包合物、彩色的食用糖、石蕊或硅胶干燥剂等形成的,具体的变色原理在此不再赘述。本实施例中,套管 40 是透明的,变色层 20 设置在套管 40 内,套管 40 上作为吸嘴 10 的一端上还设有用于将唾液导入变色层 20 的导液件(未示出)。用户通过观察变色层颜色的变化,从而判断该电子烟是否被吸食过。
综上,本发明的电子烟,通过在吸嘴 10 上设置有可变色的变色材料,当用户吸食电子烟时,用户口腔中的唾液或用户呼出的二氧化碳气体会使变色材料发生化学反应或物理,从而使变色材料的颜色发生变化,即使吸嘴 10 的颜色发生变化,用户可以通过观察颜色的变化,来判断烟盒内的电子烟那些是吸食过的,那些是未被吸食的,避免了多人同吸一根电子烟的情况,避免了疾病的传染,提高了用户体验。
如图 4 所示,本发明还提供了一种电子烟雾化器,电子烟雾化器本身的一端作为吸嘴 10 ,则雾化器作为吸嘴 10 的一端设置有可变色的变色材料,当用户吸食电子烟时,该变色材料会发生化学反应或物理变化,从而使变色材料发生变色。且电子烟雾化器上设有用于将唾液导入变色材料的导液件 30 ,导液件 30 的一端与变色材料相接触。具体的变色材料可以是如上述所述的淀粉和碘生成的包合物、彩色的食用糖、石蕊或硅胶干燥剂等。此外,电子烟的外套管 50 设置成 透明的,由于外套管 50 是透明的,则用户可以透过外套管 50 观察吸嘴 10 的颜色的变化,从而判断该电子烟雾化器是否被吸食过。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括吸嘴( 10 ),其特征在于,所述吸嘴( 10 )上设置有可变色的变色材料,当吸食电子烟时,所述变色材料发生化学反应或物理变化,使所述变色材料变色。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述变色材料形成变色层( 20 ),所述变色层( 20 )形成图案和 / 或文字。
  3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述变色层( 20 )的厚度在 1 微米 -100 微米之间。
  4. 根据权利要求 3 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述变色层( 20 )是以浸泡、沉积、喷洒或粘贴方式形成。
  5. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸嘴( 10 )上设有用于将唾液导入所述变色材料的导液件( 30 ),所述导液件( 30 )的一端与所述变色材料相接触。
  6. 根据权利要求 5 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述导液件( 30 )由海绵、棉花、醋酸纤维、无纺布中的至少一种材料制成。
  7. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述变色材料为淀粉和碘生成的包合物,当吸食电子烟时,唾液中的唾液淀粉酶将变色材料中的淀粉分解,使变色材料变色。
  8. 根据权利要求 7 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述变色材料为直链淀粉和碘生成的包合物,所述变色材料为蓝色,当吸食电子烟时,唾液淀粉酶将变色材料中的直链淀粉分解,使蓝色变色材料变为无色。
  9. 根据权利要求 7 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述变色材料为支链淀粉和碘生成的包合物,所述变色材料为紫色,当吸食电子烟时,唾液淀粉酶将变色材料中的支链淀粉分解,使紫色变色材料变为无色。
  10. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述变色材料为彩色食用糖,当吸食电子烟时,所述食用糖融化。
  11. 根据权利要求 10 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述糖为麦芽糖、甜菊糖、蔗糖、葡糖糖中的一种或几种。
  12. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述变色材料为石蕊,当吸食电子烟时,用户呼出的二氧化碳使石蕊变色。
  13. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述变色材料为硅胶干燥剂,电子烟被吸食后,所述变色材料吸收唾液而变色。
  14. 根据权利要求 13 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述变色材料为蓝色硅胶干燥剂,电子烟被吸食后,变色材料变为红色。
  15. 根据权利要求 13 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述变色材料为橘黄色无钴变色硅胶干燥剂,电子烟被吸食后,变色材料变为绿色。
  16. 一种电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述电子烟雾化器上设置有可变色的变色材料,当吸食电子烟时,所述变色材料发生化学反应或物理变化,使所述变色材料变色。
  17. 根据权利要求 16 所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述电子烟雾化器设有用于将唾液导入所述变色材料的导液件( 30 ),所述导液件( 30 )的一端与所述变色材料相接触。
  18. 根据权利要求 16 所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述变色材料为淀粉和碘生成的包合物,当吸食电子烟时,唾液中的唾液淀粉酶将变色材料中的淀粉分解,使变色材料变色。
  19. 一种电子烟吸嘴,其特征在于,所述吸嘴( 10 )上设置有可变色的变色材料,当吸食电子烟时,所述变色材料发生化学反应或物理变化,使所述变色材料变色。
  20. 根据权利要求 19 所述的电子烟吸嘴,其特征在于,所述吸嘴( 10 )上设有用于将唾液导入所述变色材料的导液件( 30 ),所述导液件( 30 )的一端与所述变色材料相接触。
