如图1~图7所示,本实用新型还提供了一种电子烟装置,包括壳体组件300,所述壳体组件300内设置有电路构件和雾化器400,所述壳体组件300上套设有上述的过滤烟嘴500,所述过滤烟嘴500包括仿真过滤嘴100和烟液组件200,所述仿真过滤嘴100呈圆筒状,所述烟液组件200套设于所述仿真过滤嘴100内,所述烟液组件200包括具有内腔的容器构件210和密封膜片220,容器构件210内设置有烟液,密封膜片220封盖于所述容器构件210上,所述容器构件210所述容器构件210包括杯体部211、基座213和连接部212,所述连接部212连接于所述杯体部211和基座213部之间,所述基座213与所述仿真过滤嘴100的内侧壁相匹配,所述基座213上开设有沿轴向设置的气流孔201,以便于气流进入用户口腔内,使用十分方便;所述容器构件210的侧壁凸设有抵顶于所述仿真过滤嘴100内侧壁的凸块204,通过凸块204和基座213的支撑作用,可分别支撑于仿真过滤嘴100内侧的上下两段,可使仿真过滤嘴100得到可靠地支撑,结构合理,可有效地延长过滤烟嘴500的使用时间,且更换十分方便,只需将烟液组件200从仿真过滤嘴100内推出便可。
具体地,如图1~图3所示,所述连接部212的外形小于所述基座213的外形,烟液雾化后形成气流,气流经过凸块204之间的间隙,进入连接部212侧面的侧孔202,再从气流孔201流入用户口腔中,所述侧孔202设置有二个或多个,以降低气体的流动阻力。
具体地,如图1~图4所示,所述连接部212外侧凸侧有环形凸缘203,所述环形凸缘203位于所述侧孔202上方。以避免漏出的烟液直接流入侧孔202而进入用户口腔内,设计十分人性化。
具体地,如图1~图3所示,所述杯体部211外部还凸设有波浪形的凸筋206,可以可靠地避免漏出的烟液直接流入侧孔202而进入用户口腔内,设计十分人性化。凸筋206也可以呈圆环形,均属于本实用新型的保护范围。
具体地,如图1~图7所示,所述壳体组件300包括相互连接的烟杆310和雾化管320,烟杆310和雾化管320可一体成型或螺纹连接,本实施例中,烟杆310和雾化管320通过连接构件230进行连接。所述容器构件210的前段套设于所述雾化管320内,所述容器构件210的上段外侧凸设有与所述雾化管320相匹配的凸起部205,相邻的凸起部205之间设置有间隙,凸起部205用于防止容器构件210晃动,间隙用于供气流通过;所述凸块204高于所述凸起部205的高度且位于所述凸起部205的下方。凸块204可抵止于雾化管320的底部,以便于容器构件210的定位。
具体地,如图1~图7所示,所述雾化管320内设置有用于刺穿所述密封膜片220并将烟液雾化的雾化器400,所述雾化器400包括支架组件410和雾化层420,支架组件410内设置有加热元件,所述雾化层420覆盖于所述支架组件410的外侧,所述支架组件410还设置有凸出于所述雾化层420的尖刺部401。通过设置凸出于所述雾化层420的尖刺部401,可轻易刺穿密封膜片220,以保护雾化层420不受损坏,使用十分方便,延长了产品使用寿命,产品可靠性佳。
更具体地,如图1~图7所示,所述支架组件410包括支撑块411和带刺支架412,所述带刺支架412设置于所述支撑块411上,所述雾化层420覆盖于所述带刺支架412的外侧,所述尖刺部401凸设于所述带刺支架412的侧面且沿所述带刺支架412的轴向延伸至凸出于所述雾化层420的外表面,以利于快速将密封膜片220刺穿,同时,由于尖刺部401一体成型于带刺支架412上,便于生产加工,尖刺部401可一体冲压成型于带刺支架412上,利于减少装配步骤,降低生产成本。另外地,也可以将尖刺部401通过焊接、卡接、粘接等合适方式设置于带刺支架412上,均属于本实用新型的保护范围。雾化层420采用合金海绵体制造,利于将烟液雾化。
优选地,所述容器构件210为塑胶件,可通过注塑模具生产,具有产品重量轻、成本低等优点。
优选地,所述仿真过滤嘴100包括由人造纤维或海绵形成且呈圆筒状的柔性层及包裹于所述柔性层外围的烟纸或薄膜,柔性层可采用人造纤维海绵或其他合适的柔性材料制造,其质软,可提高使用者的触感。优选地,柔性层为厚度在0.5mm至1.5mm之间,让使用者从视觉和触觉上均有抽吸普通香烟的感觉,从而使用者在使用产品时的感觉与抽吸普通香烟的感觉无异。另外地,仿真过滤嘴100也可以使用其他合适的软质材料制造,如纸、软质塑胶、硅胶等材料制造而成,均属于本实用新型的保护范围。
优选地,如图2和图3所示,所述凸起部205呈“V”字形,可对气流起到一个导向的作用。另外地,凸起部205也可呈条状或其他合适形状分布于杯体部211的外围,均属于要实用新型的保护范围。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本实用新型,凡在本实用新型的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种过滤烟嘴,用于电子烟装置上,其特征在于:所述过滤烟嘴包括仿真过滤嘴和烟液组件,所述仿真过滤嘴呈圆筒状,所述烟液组件套设于所述仿真过滤嘴内,所述烟液组件包括具有内腔的容器构件和密封膜片,容器构件内设置有烟液,密封膜片封盖于所述容器构件上,所述容器构件包括杯体部、基座和连接部,所述连接部连接于所述杯体部和基座部之间,所述基座与所述仿真过滤嘴的内侧壁相匹配,所述基座上开设有沿轴向设置的气流孔,所述连接部的侧壁开设有与所述气流孔相连通的侧孔;所述容器构件的侧壁凸设有抵顶于所述仿真过滤嘴内侧壁的凸块。
  2. |如权利要求1所述的一种过滤烟嘴,其特征在于: 所述仿真过滤嘴包括由人造纤维或海绵形成且呈圆筒状的柔性层及包裹于所述柔性层外围的烟纸或薄膜。
  3. 一种电子烟装置,包括壳体组件,所述壳体组件内设置有电路构件,所述壳体组件上套设有过滤烟嘴,其特征在于:所述过滤烟嘴包括仿真过滤嘴和烟液组件,所述仿真过滤嘴呈圆筒状,所述烟液组件套设于所述仿真过滤嘴内,所述烟液组件包括具有内腔的容器构件和密封膜片,容器构件内设置有烟液,密封膜片封盖于所述容器构件上,所述容器构件所述容器构件包括杯体部、基座和连接部,所述连接部连接于所述杯体部和基座部之间,所述基座与所述仿真过滤嘴的内侧壁相匹配,所述基座上开设有沿轴向设置的气流孔,所述连接部的侧壁开设有与所述气流孔相连通的侧孔;所述容器构件的侧壁凸设有抵顶于所述仿真过滤嘴内侧壁的凸块。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种电子烟装置,其特征在于:所述连接部的外形小于所述基座的外形,所述侧孔设置有二个或多个。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的一种电子烟装置,其特征在于:所述壳体组件包括相互连接的烟杆和雾化管,所述容器构件的前段套设于所述雾化管内,所述容器构件的上段外侧凸设有与所述雾化管相匹配的凸起部;所述凸块高于所述凸起部的高度且位于所述凸起部的下方。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种电子烟装置,其特征在于:所述雾化管内设置有用于刺穿所述密封膜片并将烟液雾化的雾化器,所述雾化器包括支架组件和雾化层,支架组件内设置有加热元件,所述雾化层覆盖于所述支架组件的外侧,所述支架组件还设置有凸出于所述雾化层的尖刺部。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种电子烟装置,其特征在于:所述支架组件包括支撑块和带刺支架,所述带刺支架设置于所述支撑块上,所述雾化层覆盖于所述带刺支架的外侧,所述尖刺部凸设于所述带刺支架的侧面且沿所述带刺支架的轴向延伸至凸出于所述雾化层的外表面。
  8. 如权利要求3至7中任一项所述的一种电子烟装置,其特征在于:所述连接部外侧凸侧有环形凸缘,所述环形凸缘位于所述侧孔上方。
  9. 如权利要求3至7中任一项所述的一种电子烟装置,其特征在于:所述杯体部外部还凸设有波浪形的凸筋。
  10. 如权利要求3至7中任一项所述的一种电子烟装置,其特征在于:所述凸起部呈“V”字形。
